Comment: I am disgusted and disappointed by one of their Sales Persons. His name is Carl. I am a serious buyer with questions because I am a first-time buyer. I only spent 3 minutes with this person, he is rushing me, did not want to answer further questions. I have to verify I understand what he is selling me, they have the Marine Survey for $150. But he was RUDE & very unprofessional! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Comment: 1. If you were looking for used containers here, assume you would get defective instead. (Bent door shafts that cannot close door WITHOUT A FORKLIFT, Potholed outer box everywhere). It seems like Used container=Defective container in their standard.2. Do not expect to replace any used containers, or upgrade them to new containers, unless you would like to pay an extra 2x shipping fee even though it is not your fault at all.3. Call them before they dispatch the delivery. They load containers onto the delivery truck without confirming the door position. My containers were loaded face to the rear truck, it was totally wrong way to place my reserved location, so I had to find an alternate one. Otherwise, again, extra round trip shipping fee on me.4. Do NOT expect any service after containers have been delivered. The best service is their response on quoting.Horrible Experience overall.

I called to have my box picked up, was told they have a 30 day pick up window what they dont tell you is that they will continue to charge you until they find the time to pick it up so you are responsible for it. Comment: I rented and ultimately bought my container so I wouldnt have to further deal with this company or their sales person Brock Fegan anymore. Even after purchasing my container they tried to run my credit card for an additional months rent on the rental. On the day of delivering the box I bought from them... they tried charging me a $150 fee to move their rental box out of the way, literally 10 ft.

Whether you need connections made to get something large shipped or might want to buy a container for your self.The staff are really nice to you when you walk in. They are knowledgeable in getting you the right container for your needs.
