Comment: The most outstanding service department. They go above and beyond my expectations. Starting with Jessie, the service writer. He is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He communicates very well on what needs to be serviced now and what can wait till the next service visit. Then, there is Mr. Calvert ( Service Department Manager). He went above my expectations. I brought my car in on a tow truck. It had a little damage to the right rear wheel; damage caused by the towing company. I left a voice message on a Sunday thinking the damage was caused by Connell Chevrolet. I called back and apologized, realizing that it was caused by the towing company. On Monday morning, I received a call from Mr. Calvert. To my surprise he listened to me while I was apologizing for thinking Connell Chevrolet was responsible for the damage. Mr. Calvert said, “don’t worry about it and we will repair your rim at no charge.” The dealership would do that? Thank you to Jessie and Mr. Calvert for the outstanding customer service. Who would have thought this!

Comment: FEMALES BEWARE!Beware of Service Department. I brought my Corvette to Connell Cheverolet exactly 1 year ago (7k miles), they rebuilt my transmission. My transmission is slipping AGAIN, so I took it back. First, they told me Wieing Harness needed to be replaced for $1200.00. Since the wiring harness has to do with the transmission they agreed to replace it for $402.89. Picked it up, EXACT SAME ISSUE. Took it back to Mike Burroughs tells me I need to approve $3528.00 for them to remove the transmission to find the cause. I asked to speak to supervisor John Crofford, who told me I need to sign papers agreeing to $3528.00 to diagnose the transmission problem. I asked to speak to someone above him and he told me there is no one above him. Obviously lying to make me feel defeated. So I left. I had to then on my own research the Genera Manager, Tim Doddridge, who Ive left a message and sent an e-mail to which I have no response for the past 4 days.Being a 54 100lb female with no car knowledge, I absolutely feel like Connell Cheverolet is giving me the run around. Knowing I cannot drive my car as is, not responding, not acknowledging that a properly rebuilt Transmission should go further than 7000 miles before needing to be rebuilt again. I feel this is an extremely unfair way to do business and Im very disappointed in their customer service.

That was not completed until 5PM the next day. There was no attempt at customer service. When I received my car, only one of the 4 items I had discussed at intake had been addressed. I subsequently contacted the service manager to share my discontent. He said he would check on the situation and get back to me. Two days have now passed and there has been no follow-up. This service department has made no effort to provide customer service.

I drove from Ontario and during my drive, Phil was able to get me an out the door price since I was paying cash and he had the vehicle charged up when I got there.The wait for finance was really long but overall experience was fine. I added an extended warranty for peace of mind.I did run into some issues with my own banking situation as I didnt have any personal checks and there was no golden 1 credit unions.I wish the dealership couldve done an alternative payment method like a wire transfer or something. I ended up wasting a lot of time trying to get a cashiers check and was unable to.The dealership did provide somewhat of a solution and had me get approved for financing with chase and then when I got home I got a cashiers check and sent it in.The price was good and they didnt oversell me.

Comment: I had to make a third trip back to the dealership. I live 70 miles from Connell Chevy. I picked out the truck I wanted on the first trip but received a low appraisal for my trade in. Went home and received a better appraisal form Carmax. Connell honored the higher appraisal. So second trip back to Connell. Took vehicle for test drive and agreed to purchase the truck only to find out that Chevy put a stop sale on vehicle for a pending recall. Had to leave my trade in there and Uber home (Connell pick up the bill) Researched the recall and ask Connell to disable the tailgate and sale me the truck. They made that happen. During the finance process Connell lost a $2000 deposit and had to refund several days later after I brought it to there attention. Gilbert did wash/fuel and provide extra DEF. This was not the interaction I expected when purchasing a new vehicle

They would only fix the headlights if they replaced the housings and the grill (it had repaired damage, they refused to take it off).All that probably need to be fixed was the wiring harness or connectors for the headlights.

Comment: AVOID FOR CORVETTES – INCOMPETENT & DISHONEST, RIPPED ME OFF AND CAUSED $5K DAMAGE TO MY CORVETTEConnell service department replaced the radiator on my C6, and forgot to replace the trans fluid after draining it as required on the Z51. They put me back on the road with zero trans fluid, and the trans burnt out shortly thereafter.This timeline was confirmed by local transmission experts and a separate forensic examination. Service team and everyone I spoke with at Connell was totally shady and dishonest, and basically said good luck proving it.Corvette enthusiasts avoid these guys like the plague! Its the same inept and dishonest service team working on the new vehicles too.The sad part is, I was on the list to buy a new C8 from these guys, until they decided to burn me for $5k on an old transmission. I went with a Tesla and havent looked back.UPDATE DECEMBER 2023:Despite their comment below, Connell Chevrolet has made ZERO effort to resolve this. I’m not holding my breath, but will continue updating regularly to warn the public.

Comment: If I had the option I would put 0 stars,I came in to service my car, my paperwork did not match what I was told over the phone and in person. They did the labor work BEFORE calling me to let me know what the problem was. They are required to call you to let you know if you agree to the services BEFORE doing the work. When I asked Philip if the paperwork will have in details what I came in for he said everything is written on the paper. When reviewing my paperwork I noticed that there was not any information in regards to me brining in my car or any of my concerns . He said he’s not able to change anything on the paperwork. Which is strange because every other certified dealership has given the paperwork with detail documentation for the visit. They tried to tell me that my warranty had already expired. They did not provide me a rental even though it is included in my contract/ warranty (which I confirmed it IS covered). This dealership is shady, they disconnected my trucks GPS and used my car without my permission after work hours.

This is our beautiful 1967 Chevrolet Corvette 427/435 coupe in rally red with side exhaust, power steering and power brakes. This beauty was originally purchased by Mr.Brian Keys at Connell Chevrolet in 1967. It still has its California air injector.I would like to get further info on its original owner as there is a 40 year gap in the documentation.The car has had a complete frame off restoration (engine & transmission too) with only the top C2 Corvette specialists in the USA. It has been crowned NCRS Top Flight (98.8% result) and Bloomington Gold. Called and explained the vehicles transmission issue and my car was under manufacturer warranty. He said I could tow it and they would take care of it. 4-5 days later he said my car was not covered by the warranty and that he couldnt do much. I asked questions and he was short and curt. Completely seemed like he did not want to work with me and had other cars to attend. He sent me a diagnostic which was short and generic stating a quote of over $6,000 for a transmission replacement that I had to pay out of pocket because according to him my warranty did not cover it. Ended up towing my car to anothe certified Chevrolet dealership and they did a diagnostic which completely covered a transmission replacement under warranty. My experience was horrible. I was misled, lied to, and he made all this process way harder than it should have been. Never EVER going back or recommending to anyone else.

I called Connell and explained the situation and Mike said we will give it a shot and made an appointment. Connell repaired my camera issues on my first visit, and even had a loaner car which Delillo never had one in over 5 months of dealer visits. This will be my go to dealer going forward for both service and sales.

After multiple calls, text messages, talking to the service department, someone finally called me and said he’ll send these documents but never did. Our salesperson started ignoring our calls and messages. We eventually had to go in person to get these documents.The registration document was folded and taped onto our windshield! And when we took it off, it ripped. We told them this but still no one would email our registration because “it was put in the car”.Then, the person who helped us told us that we could get free charging for life at the dealership and when we showed up to charge our car, another salesman (manager I think) rudely told us that our original sales person was wrong and that we can’t charge our car.

We bought a 21 Corvette LT3 for our company less than a year ago and the vehicle has given us nothing but problems. This franchise is completely unaccountable. Especially the service manager John Calvert. I have already paid for diagnostics on this particular vehicle for the issue this car has been having and the dealership has yet to fix the issue. Yet I’ve bought the car back 3 times now. The second time they didn’t charge me for the issue. Now the car is still having the same issues and they refuse to work on the car because I am unwilling to pay another $222 diagnostic fee for an issue they did not fix. Tim Connell, our sales manager, was super patient as we flipped back and forth between new or used, bigger or smaller, Traverse or Blazer. I know we put him through the ringer, but he never lost his smile as we tried to pull every deal out of him that we could. He did everything we asked, which was a lot, and even went out of his way to make sure we walked away happy. Which we were!!! Once we finally decided on the right car, Tim walked us through all the features and made sure we we knew how to use them. He was really nice work with! Worked with me on the price and we were able to complete the transaction the same day.She went above and beyond after the sale as well, letting us park our previous car on their lot for the week. She even handwashed it and took pictures for me so I could sell it faster... unreal! A true gem. Only weird part was when finance was pitching the add-on warranty and said EVs have tons of problems so you definitely want it. Had to walk into the office to ask for help on my appointment. The advisor was nice and did not really go into details about the service I wanted, just made me sign the tablet. was told it would be about an hour. An hour and half passes by and I had to ask about my truck. I attempted the phone number(s) they gave to check the status of the oil change but no response and no answer. They could not find the advisor again. The he shows up and hands the paper to the cashier and doesnt inform me about the oil change or recommendations. All that to be charged 105 dollars when I could of gotten an oil change at Valvoline for 79 and they are way more communicative. Never again will I go here. Plus there is no waiting room here, its practically a hallway with chairs. Other dealers have a way more comfortable area to wait for your vehicle with free drinks and snacks.

Comment: Im going to tell you the good and the bad. To start with the good, I see that you hired Joe back in service which he helped getting my drivers side door fixed. Your service department worked on it several times, charged me for it and finally advised me to take it to a fender shop and get it fixed correctly. Joe was able to get that done. Now for the negative, after driving out of the service department, I noticed that one of my hub caps on the rear passenger side was missing. I dont know whether that was due to the brake work and tire that they didnt put it on securely. I also noticed that you have eliminated your switch board and basically your service overall has been touch and go. Ironically when my assistant made this appointment on Wednesday she also looked for other potential service departments ion our neighborhood. Comment: I would like to share my first and only experience with Connell Chevrolet located at 2828 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa, CA 92626. I dropped my 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 on June 6th to have it serviced. The service request consisted of an oil and filter change, following up on a check engine light, and diagnosing a noise coming from the front wheels while turning. On June 7th, I arrived at Connell Chevrolet to pick up my 2017 Corvette to find several hand prints, residual oil, and grease all over the front right fender of my +$90,000 vehicle. After noticing the poor quality of work, I took pictures of the handprints, residual oil, and residual grease and then proceeded to inspect further. After further inspection, I found small scratches on all of my rims. The scratches appear to be caused by either the lug nut making contact with the rim during removal or a tool used to loosen and/or tighten the lug nut. Before leaving the dealership, I informed MARK LANGTREE (Sales Manager) what I found during my walk around of the vehicle. Mr. Langtree informed me that he would brief the service department the following day. On June 8th, I called the service department to inform and follow up with the damage to my vehicle. I was told I could bring my vehicle by the dealership to have ED CADBURY (Service Manager) inspect the damage and I agreed to take it in. After inspecting the damage, ED CADBURY (Service Manager) told me, he would have my rims resurfaced by a company. I told ED CARBURY(Service Manager) that I did not want my rims resurfaced and would like them replaced since he could not standby the quality of the company that he recommended resurface the damaged rims. ED CADBURY (Service Manager) said, replacing the rims was not an option because of cost. I told ED CADBURY (Service Manager), Well, my rims were not damaged prior to my service request visit with Connell Chevrolet. I asked to speak with his supervisor, ALAN VONDRA (Service Director). He stated, ALAN VONDRA (Service Director) was on vacation and would return in a few days. After a few days, I contacted ALAN VONDRA (Service Director) and scheduled an appointment with him to inspect/look at my vehicle. On June 14th, ALAN VONDRA (Service Director) performed an inspection of my damaged rims. Mr. ALAN VONDRA (Service Director) stated, that they were not going to take care of the damage rims since the service notes did not show any service performed on the rear rims. However, when PHIL (service advisor) from Connell Chevrolet called me and informed that my vehicle was ready for pick up. PHIL (service advisor) informed me that all wheels were torqued according to manufactures specifications. In addition, ALAN VONDRA (Service Director) in the process of inspecting my rims, placed his hands all over the front of my +$90,000 vehicle after first, placing his hands on the parking lot asphalt where all sorts of loose gravel and debris have accumalated. Not only did he place his hands all over my vehicle, but he used my vehicle to brace himself while he stood up after inspecting my rims for scratches resulting from the service department. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality of service and professionalism I experienced with the service department and managment of Connell Chevrolet. I have attached some photos to show any potential or returning customers the poor quality and professionalism from the service department that I experienced at Connell Chevrolet. In addition, I have attached photos of ALAN VONDRA (Service Director) putting his hands all over the front of my +$90,000 vehicle. I gave Connell Chevrolet several chances to correct the damage they caused to my vehicle. I am not saying that the cost of this vehicle should have an impact on how vehicles should be treated. But, you would think the service department would be extremely careful to prevent damaging a +$90,000 vehicle to prevent costly civil liabilities.

Comment: The new 2022 Bolt EUV that was purchased at Connell was in the service department 3 times in the first month of the purchase. The last time I went to pick it up, one of the issues I reported in the second visit was not repaired, although the record showed that the tech checked the sunroof 20 times. I had to leave the Bolt again. Im giving the service department the benefit of the doubt, during the second time the Bolt was in service, I took my 2007 Suburban in to repair the HVAC system and the cluster. Both issues were repaired, but now the battery wont stay charged. That was not an issue previous to the service. I never had an issue and Im disappointed that Im unable to now use that vehicle after leaving it in the service Dept for several days and paying almost $2,000 in repairs. Those items didnt affect the reliability. The suburban has always been reliable until now.

Comment: Seemed like a relatively low pressure environment. Left feeling pretty good. Was disappointed when I got home and checked online to find the market adjustment they added was BS. Other close by dealers had no such charge, and some had the same vehicle marked down by up to 2k. Shame on me for not checking more closely. Guess the market has changed since I last looked into it a month or two ago. Also, the security system they installed seems to be very poorly rated online. If I had more than 30 seconds to decide if I wanted it, I wouldnt have purchased it. The fact that it was installed at all without customer approval is a bit frustrating, as removing it will mess with the wiring harness. I just hope it doesnt malfunction and lock the ignition when I am in the backcountry, as it has been reported to do. Overall, I like the vehicle, and the buying experience was smooth, but I do regret buying my vehicle from this dealer vs going elsewhere. If a friend asked if they should purchase a car from Connell, I would have to suggest against it. There are plenty of dealers close by who offer fair market pricing, and dont install scammy security systems. They do a good job of making the buying experience easy, but thats not worth the extra cost or mutilation of your new vehicle.

He was very respectful, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained what the service crew was going to do, he then also offered me a ride if in case I didn’t want to wait for my car at the dealership. I preferred to stay and wait!The porter staff took the car in, they seemed to be really careful with the vehicle. Mine is lowered so it’s a bit more challenging to drive without scraping lol. But the porter was very careful with my baby!After a few hours, Jesse gives me an estimate and explains the problem with the car. And from what I have researched on my own and in online forums, the estimate was actually really close to what I have researched! However this did not happen pleasantly surprised I was able to walk around comfortably and browse at my convenience. I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing salesman by the name of Sonny Alavicheh. Sonny respectfully paid complete attention to details of my needs. Never feeling pressure at anytime. Sonny Immediately gained my trust. Being in his office was the most comfortable atmosphere you Could imagine didnt even feel like I was in a dealership. I met Alfonso Vallejo the sales manager. Then theres Lewis finance Manager amazing 👏 The truth is I did not have intentions on actually buying a vehicle that day but they are such a fantastic is fantastic team at the dealership that youre a ship that I never felt any negativity any pressure they made me want to buy a car.. Comment: Took my truck here for a pre purchase inspection since my buyer wanted to get professional eyes on everything. I can’t comment about the sales side of this business but the service side definitely lives up the bad “stealership” reputation so many dealerships have unfortunately earned. Mike, the service rep just hears what he wants to hear and tried to pin my buyer and I against each other, told us lies about what the other had authorized to be done. My buyer wanted to bring the truck back on his own time for the few maintenance items recommended, Mike took that as a go ahead, and even though I said no only 5 minutes later, he told me it’s too late and his guys are already working on it. I then said it’s my truck and I didn’t authorize the work, he came back with a rude “well the other guys is paying”. Incredibly rude and probably illegal being that I’m the owner. There was zero customer kindness, understanding or appreciation on his part. He then proceeded to charge my buyers cc without asking permission, and this is for the extra service the buyer didn’t want done at that time but was going to come back for. Mike is clearly desperate for upsells, muscles them in, and anyone taking a car here should be very cautious.

What was great is that the service team at Connell was actually able to repair the tire (which was fairly new). It would be $40 the standard industry charge he advised me to get it as my front tires were already more worn than my rear ones. I went ahead and did it. The first time they took my car all day, then realized that they were missing a part to complete the job. They told me they would call once the part was in...nothing. So I wait a few months and call back. The service team was very nice and ensured me that the part was reordered. Again, crickets. This is clearly a theme at this point. I dont get it. Warranty work is basically free money for the dealership. If I were the owner I would be very upset that my shop was leaving money on the table. If the Connell Chevrolet team cannot handle basic customer service items(the little things) it makes we question the quality of other more technical services provided. For this reasons I cannot recommend Connell Chevrolet to anyone requiring service.

Comment: They lack quality customer service here! Would highly recommend taking your car elsewhere. Our car was in the shop for over a month. And after a mix up with the insurance which I would believe was partially Connells fault too since the day after our car arrived the man who answered the phone said he couldnt find our car and took 20minutes for him to finally locate it. After a few weeks they said they would help us out and give us a loaner car til our car was ready and we even signed an agreement with the rental company they used that stated connell would be responsible for paying for it. However the day we picked up our car we were told we were responsible for paying for the loaner which then the called it a rental. We already had a rental before this so there was no point of them helping us by putting us into a new rental. When I asked to a speak to the manager to understand what happened, he was one of the most disrespectful people Ive dealt with in customer service. Men should not speak to a women like that and as a manager your job is to help the customer not make it worse. And to make matters worse when I spoke to the manager above him he was just as rude and said he would look into it and call me back and he never did. We were left with a very expensive bill and they claimed they helped by getting our insurance to send us a check but we never received said check. Please look for another dealership that will actually look out for their customers and give the respect that we all deserve. I left in tears and extremely upset not as much over the money and lies but by how I was treated. Very disappointed.

Comment: I purchased my used, but advertised as “mint condition,” 2015 Tahoe from Connell in June with 68,000 miles on it. Less than 6 months in after personally putting 5,000 miles on it, the issues started happening. Not something I would expect from a Certified Chevrolet dealership. I took my vehicle into service to address a shifting issue, braking issue and to find out why my ac stopped blowing cold air. Shifting issue turned out to be a misfire, which they so graciously covered. Not. It was a big production and 4 days before I got my vehicle back, having no loaner vehicle and 2 kids to shuffle around. The AC issue, they wanted to charge me over $800.00 to repair. I spoke to the General Sales Manager, Mark Ranauro, to request assistance on the repair, to which he replied they were already helping on the misfire issue. Keep in mind, they are the dealership that sold the vehicle not once, not twice, but 3 times and also performed all service and maintenance on the vehicle. To say they know the vehicle inside out is an understatement. After the terrible buying process I had there, I’m still not convinced these issues weren’t concealed when I purchased the vehicle.I ended up taking my vehicle to Simpson Chevrolet in Irvine and that made the world of difference. I wish I would have purchased from them in the first place! I guess it’s a lesson to learn, not all certified dealerships are the same.

Unfortunately it has almost been a week since we signed the contract, put a 10k down payment, and until today, (almost a week later) we havent been able to drive the vehicle from the dealership. In addition to the 10k down payment, my wife sold her car to Connell Chevrolet, which was on the last weeks of her lease. I explained this because there seems that Connell Chevrolet hasnt been able to purchase the vehicle from Toyota and thats the reason why we cannot take our(?) new vehicle from the dealership, even though we already signed the contract and gave a 10K down payment. Comment: I had a bad experience at Connell’s this time. I always take my cars clean for service and always say no to complementary washes. Asked if they would Charge my 2017 Volt while in stand by. Service advisor said yes. After oil changed was performed I came by 2 hours later to pick up. Paid at cashier, she called for my car to be brought up, Porter replied”it’s being washed “. I said I didn’t want a wash. My wife and I waited 20 minutes in the sun and still no car. How long does it take to wash a small clean car?? I was upset by now and asked to talk to service advisor when car was brought up and to my surprise car was not even washed because normally dealers do a quick wash and cars always come back with water spots or water dripping down. I asked another sales person if I could get the vehicle moved up to the front of the dealership and he stated that I would have to wait for the other sales person. When we returned to the dealership the sales person said my auto insurance card was expired. It was expired by one day. He then asked if I could get an updated copy otherwise I could not drive the vehicle I ended up purchasing off the lot, California law. It was after 4:30 and my insurance agent was now closed, luckily I was able to get a hold of the corporate office and get a declaration page from them. It would have been nice to be told sooner that I would need a current insurance card if I wanted to purchase this vehicle. Everything after that went smooth and Apryl in finance was great!

Comment: When I had the spare tire carrier installed in my truck bed the hardware to stow the spare under the truck went missing. The dealer took responsibility and ordered me replacement hardware when I changed my mind and wanted the spare back where it was originally carried. Very happy with the service. Comment: The wife and I found a vehicle on their lot that we wanted. We gave a verbal commitment to purchase the vehicle. I was told by the salesman Gilbert to fill out the application online. I told him I would immediately start working on getting all of my funding paperwork together, because we live 5 hours from the dealership. I wanted to make sure that I had all of the required documents, and was looking at flights for the following week that I could schedule to fly in and drive home. I got a call 2 days later from Gilbert stating that they sold the car 1 day prior. Such a horrible way to do business. His excuse was that it was sold after he went home for work for the day. He could have easily asked for a signed contract or a down payment from me and I would have gladly got that completed to hold the vehicle for me. Comment: I had two different prices from two different leasing managers and a third price for a car I wasnt leasing. I did not ask for different managers. One was sent to me from an internet inquiry which brought me in to lease the car then the other was done by whichever leasing manager was there to do the calculation and it was higher. Also the truck did not have the side steps which I understand they are sent without and put on at the dealership. So I completed all the paperwork and started the lease on that date and left the truck there to have the side steps put on. They told me it would be ready the next day by noon. When I called at 3:00 to check on it, they told me that they did not have the side steps and that they would have to order them! So I still dont have the truck but the lease commencement date still started on the day I was in. I feel the lease commencement date should be modified to reflect the actual date the truck is complete and ready for the consumer to pick it up.11/6/2020They were helpful in delivering my car to my home when it was ready. That saved me from having to get a ride to the dealership which was greatly appreciated. It was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. The experience went from 3 stars to a fourth star. While the other dealerships I went to shoved credit application forms in my face the minute I walked in while demonstrating a less-than-personable attitude, Casey and his manager Alfonso understood me when I said that I wanted to weigh my options. In the end, they won me over because they were personable above all else. I appreciate Connell helping me accomplish something that was a first for me: Being a new car owner (be careful of Apryl, though, she’s a prankster... but at least she’s honest about it! 😄)Their parts department here is also top notch. I’ve usually found that a lot of dealership parts departments can usually be bland, cramped, and boring. Not here. Their parts area is relatively spacious, well accessorized, and is chock full of GM-authorized parts. Their associates are knowledgeable and helpful (props to Aaron for answering all my questions) while their prices are competitive with auto part retailers.I hope the service department can continue on carrying the torch, because this is by far my favorite dealership in Costa Mesa. He showed us the cars we wanted to see, and suggested we test drive them. After test driving 3 cars, we decided we needed to order a TrailBoss to be delivered in 2-3 months. Comment: After several months of research, I had decided on the Chevy Bolt as my new chariot. The next step was to find a dealership. There are a handful in the area, but Connell Chevrolet had the highest rating at 4.5 stars out of 5. They also had the most Bolts in their inventory at different price ranges. This lead me to believe that they had carefully curated this assortment to be able to showcase the car and its capabilities. Other dealerships in the area only had one or two Bolts in their inventory; which leads me to think that they may not care to keep these vehicles stocked and that maybe the sales force would not be as familiar with the car. As I scan through the glowing reviews, one name showed up several times: TIM CONNELL. Theres my guy. Id rather not waste time and effort dealing with any potential rookie sales people. Been there, done that. So I went to Connell Chevrolet dealership on a Sunday and asked for Tim. No problem at all. No one tried to swipe me as a client with that oh I can help you instead line. And that tells me a lot about the integrity of the staff at this dealership. There are old business cards framed on the wall from the lineage of Connell men over the last several decades. This family business prides itself on good customer service, not only at time of purchase, but also after the fact. Anyway, I was lead directly to Tim Connell. Tim is very friendly and personable. We spent a couple hours reviewing the cars in the inventory (which was 3 more cars than what showed up in the online inventory), test driving, reviewed all the optional packages, looked at comparison charts, inventory from other dealerships, appraised my trade-in vehicle, prices and incentives. Tim was very patient while I weighed my options. And ultimately, he helped me find the perfect Bolt at another dealership and would have it transferred post haste. He was very transparent with pricing, which made negotiations very easy. Overall, this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. It was not confusing, complicated, or misleading in any way. I walked in this dealership for the first time on Sunday. Today is Tuesday and my new Bolt is sitting in my garage. Im a happy customer. Comment: I had my car serviced here for a check engine light a year and a half ago. This was because I was very busy working and did not have time nor the knowledge to work on it myself. I was told I had a bad Purge Solanoid and it would need to be replaced. It was replaced, I then got a call saying a car part called the Throttle body was very dirty and really needed a service. I didnt know at the time, but this part takes about 5 minutes maximum to access and was very easily cleaned. I have since put on an after market throttle body myself and it took about 10 minutes. I naively agreed to the throttle body service and ended up with a bill for over 584 dollars. This was my experience. I felt pretty bad about it and Ive had a sour taste in my mouth since. Watch out for them adding services, this is to add to their extremely costly labor time which will dramatically increase your bill. But Hey! My car was fixed!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Tim and within minutes I was on a test drive. Though he did not have the color vehicle I was looking for he advised me that he could find it within a few days. As promised he located the exact vehicle I was looking for. Within 48 hours. I was at work the day the vehicle arrived so he sent me pictures and a video of my new car and said he just filled the gas tank and he was having it detailed. Mike, from the service department was very proactive on everything. He called me every time something new popped up about my car and even test drove my car with me with the technician/mechanic Dennis. Dennis was also a superstar! He drove my car with me and explained all the changes he did and why I was feeling what I felt when my car was having issues. He even gave me some new information about my car that I didnt know.
