Good place havent been in a few years nice clean love the music will be going back when needed
Dont like going to the laundrymat but not a bad experience. Clothes are cleaned, you dont get harassed, workers with halfway descent attitudes, and theres room when I go. No complaints.
I love this Laundromat! I have been coming this Laundromat for about 2 to 3 years on/off. There is a laundromat in my neighborhood but I will travel all the way there. They look out for you here. Most of the people that come there is cool. I have never ran across no one crazy or tripping. I love it!!!!!!!
I mean What can you expect from a laundromat on the east side lol... besides being pretty dirty I could have swore I put the machine on hot water multiple times and they always come out freezing cold. today as I was leaving someones washer cycle started smoking very bad with their clothes inside not sure how that ended didnt stick around for it but wont be coming back again.
I have been going to this laundromat for 5 months, and today the dryer had something in it, that melted while drying my sheets. I spoke with the attendant abt the problem, and he said, it was nothing he could do abt it. He smelled like alcohol, and this is not the first time, that some of my laundry has been destroyed. These are very nice sheets, and they need to be replaced.

Do not go there,i would rather wash on rock then to go back there.They have roaches,flies,its dirty..eww,dont believe me go for yourself.
The machines are a rip off. Had an issue with three top load washers, the attendant couldnt do anything but call the owner who was rude and combative over the cost of rewashing my clothes.
The washers needs to be a little more cleaner before I put my clothes in the washer.
This was my laundry place while in Detroit. It was always clean and had a attendant available if needed. Coin machines always working, and across the street from s shopping area.
I think theyre wonderful the manager there is so nice he even wash your laundry for a reasonable price bring your own soap

Clean restrooms, respectful staff and 95% of the machines working at all times. Convenient hours for any job schedule.

2021-08-09Workers drink beer and smoke cigarettes on duty while customers are washing and drying and kids are in the building. I asked for them to stop and was told that they work here and they continued with open un bagged beer containers for the public to see while using a hot plate on the counter to cook and watch football. This was on a Sunday August 8,2021 washers work great dryers too

2021-04-26I will never back here again. The dryers and wahers are dirty, broken and is to expensive. The manager was high on the job. I put 3 quarters in the dryer and it said error. So i went to him and ask him can i get my quarters back he said no, that was your fault you lost them quarters. I tried this laundry mate because i havent came here in awhile. So i wanted to try it and no i will not recommend no one to come here.

2020-07-19I thought after they changed the staff and got rid of the cat pee smell things would be different. It is not the staff is unprofessional. When you ask them something they act like oh are bothering them. Cooking in the place like they serving up the patrons!!!!!

2019-07-10Good laundromat, clean, good machines. One staff member is a very pompous donkey. While waiting on my laundry, I threw a few items of trash in their dumpster. The employee, who was outside socializing with his buddies as usual, got upset and said This aint no car wash!. Aside from his terrible communication with customers, his outburst made me want to say (but I didnt) its also not a bar, but everytime I come up here (2x a week the past 6 weeks) you are out here drinking alcohol and chilling with your buddies while completely ignoring customers that need assistance with the machines or vending machines. Uys a good place, but not sure if I will return due to the pompous, rude, and lazy employee. He really doesnt shine the best light on an otherwise nice establishment.

2020-03-23This laundromat is the most unkempt place in the world. How is it possible to sit on your behind, get paid to do nothing. My first experience and my last. The machines need a professional cleaning never seen so much dirt build up inside the wall of machines. Totally gross me out, I wanted to puke. Earn your paycheck and do some cleaning of this machines, in case you dont know elbow grease goes a long way. Im surprised these machines still working. Nasty, nasty. Do the publi a favor and clean your machines
