Morgan is such a great person! She makes you feel like you are visiting her at her house. Always with a great smile. Root beer float Fridays are aleays fun.

Michelle is literally AMAZING i had som issues with my current credit card I am currently located in Detroit so i have not been able to step in to a branch i called in to the nearest brach which was the battle creek location she was willing to stay on the phone with me to assist with the matter for 43 mins to be exact and continuously check on me and informed me of what was going on she was very informative as well if that is not dedication I do not know what is i thanked her several times after she was such a big help.

2019-07-15We had an amazing and friendly experience as we set up a checking, savings, and Christmas account plus opened both our teenage sons a checking and savings. We had such a personable customer service rep who made the process easy and comfortable. Glad we made a switch from a National Bank to Consumers.
