We have multiple plants around metro Detroit, all having this companies vending machines in them. They rarely work! Pop machines are not cold, chip machines are packed incorrectly and dont vend properly, ice cream is always empty and coffee machines are to disgusting to touch. When the machines take our employees money without vending, we call and are told theyd mail a refund .. never received. Terrible business!

I was visiting AK Steel in Dearborn where they have vending machines. Used the pop machine once, then the snack machine once. I ended both sales. Now, a few days later, I look at my bank account, and I am being charged for 3 sales??? Cant call because all day long, I tried, and it goes to a voicemail for a lady named Samantha with a full mailbox. I am wondering if I should file a police report on the matter now??

Machine is down again. Card reader took my money (verified with Bank) and never spit anything out. So much for the refund gaurentee.

Out of date food, machines not working for months on end, refunds not being given at lol and being over charged when using a card. This is one of the worst vending companies out there. Luckily we have a gas station next door.

I work at the Detroit news. 3.50 for a 20oz Coke. Last time I use any of these machines! But Im sure its just a glitch!!!!! Ill be letting my fellow co-workers know. But when your the only machines in the building you can get away with this!

Got scammed by the machine. The bag of chips did not come out and stopped. Machine too heavy to shake. Very old machines that do not work properly.

Machines will charge you without giving you your soda, 9 times out of 10 product will be expired:/ garbage company

Tried to apply here a few months ago, told me theyd call me back with a time to interview. Never received any call from them. Called them multiple times, still no call back. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people.
