Everyone from the office to the service techs were great. Arrived within the first 30 minutes of the two hour window, very quick and efficient while also thorough. We were coordinating with other homeowners in our complex, and they were easy going about the scheduling of our appointment. Definitely recommend, and will be using again for all of our duct needs.
The Conway Air Duct Cleaning gentlemen performed an excellent job cleaning our vents and air ducts. They explained the process to us and walked us through the house to show us what they were looking for. They went above and beyond by replacing the old filters with ones we had purchased, saving us the trouble of getting to our high ceilings. Dryer vent and air duct cleaning is highly recommended.
We appreciate the speed that these guys responded to our air conditioner cleaning service request. The technician arrived in a half hour and did a comprehensive job of cleaning out the filters and the casing. He also cleaned up afterwards, which is always a plus in my book.

Conway Air Duct Cleaning were fantastic. They arrived early and setup quickly. They were able to bring the large hose in through a basement window to the furnace which was great. They were both very professional and answered all our questions and gave us some tips. We had duct cleaning done years ago but they were not as good as these guys. Max said that the previous duct cleaners actually missed a section of our ducts. We have already recommended Conway Air Duct Cleaning to friends.
Conway Air Duct Cleaning did a very professional job cleaning all the registers as well as main supply and return lines plus the dryer vent. They took their time, explained everything and gave helpful tips about furnace and hot water heater tank maintenance. This was a much better experience than the one we had after last duct cleaning. We will certainly recommend them to all our family and friends.

I used them for the first time and was pleased with their service. They walked me through the operation step by step. They showed me what they discovered in the vents and described what they were. I really loved how kind they were when they arrived at my house and inquired whether they needed to remove their shoes. Conway Air Duct Cleaning got the job done in record time and repaired the badly connected exhaust pipe by going to home depot for parts right away and on your dime. It is awesome that you made pictures to show the changes before and after as well as save me some coins and educate me on dryer duct maintenance and cleaning. Had Conway Air Duct Cleaning crew out to clean our dryer vent. Techs arrived at scheduled time, did the work I had asked for and did not try to hard sell any additional services.Even got some tips on how to keep my return valve clean! All of which I appreciated. Thorough, professional and worth every penny. Max cleaned every inch of the vent from the dryer to the roof; he also checked all the connections in the house and attic making certain that everything was properly reconnected and working correctly. The last company we used only did half the job, causing condensation and blockage in the vent line in the attic. I noticed dust particles appearing on our seats when we turned on the heater on. A friend recommended Conway Air Duct Cleaning company. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on the explanation I got and they came out the next day and did the job. 2 and a half hours and the job was done and they cleaned up nicely.

Recently had my HVAC system replaced and was extremely happy with the entire process! They walked me through the different payment options and answered all of my questions, which were many. The technicians were knowledgeable, cheerful & efficient. They were in and out in a flash and completely cleaned up - it was like they were never there - kinda like Santa on Christmas Eve - and left a shiny new furnace & AC unit!!!

Max was very courteous and professional, and the bad smell in the dryer is gone! He also replaced the elbow pipe behind the dryer because we were ending up with too much lint in the laundry room. Will definitely call you again....thanks a bunch Max and Conway Air Duct Cleaning company!

Max and his colleague were great to work with.They clarified the process well in a detailed way. They explained when to do dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning which I thought were honest responses. More importantly weve reduced the risk of all that built up lint causing a fire. Do yourself a favor and call them!
I was very impressed with the quality and top class service provided. Max and his helper were perfect for the work. I had a serious issue with my dryer duct. It was full of sand and to the point that no air was getting through. This team immediately set to work, was concerned about the joint problem and did a solid repair on it. Cleaning the duct was thorough and the team was very professional. 2022-05-20Dan and Ben were awesome to work with, and we are very happy with the results! We live in a new 3 story town home, and the builders pushed all the construction junk into our vents. Its really helped with dust and air quality, and we can change our filter less often now. Conway Air Duct Cleaning is amazing, 5 stars all the way.

George followed up with us, scheduled an appointment, and cleaned the dryer vent thoroughly. Im glad we phoned because the dryer vent had become plugged, posing a significant fire hazard. Our clothing now dry in less time, saving both energy and money. We highly recommend this firm and plan to have our dryer vent cleaned once a year.
