Comment: The place is super clean. They have ac on inside. The price is good. The hours are short which makes it super inconvenient if you work at 5am and work 12 plus hours a day and theyre closed on holidays which doesnt make any sense. The holidays are the days you have time to get things you need or move stuff around. If they were open longer hours I would give them more stars.

Comment: I already had a 10X15 unit but when I suddenly had to move, Lindsay was very kind and accommodating. I was under a lot of stress with the move as a single Mother and she made it so easy to rent a second unit of the same size and even found me one that was just one row over from my original unit.I have rented from many companies over the years and have found that many of the staff at other rental places are completely the opposite of Lindsay. She has AMAZING customer service skills and that speaks highly to the management of Costa Mesa Self Storage and RV. I feel at home and hope to only rent storage here even after my local move is complete. Thank you Lindsay for your kindness & professionalism!

Comment: Initial set up on line was easy. We get there to get the gate code and the sign says we will be back at 12:45, so as were waiting a guy comes and changes it to 2:00. ( We waited for over 2 hours) there is no way he didnt see us sitting there. We are very busy and this put us way behind. It cost us an additional 2 days of rent on the trailer. In the meantime Im calling the corporate office (for an hour and a half) and never got anyone, the receptionist never answered, only a message that she is on the other line.

Comment: They are the most reasonable storage space in Costa Mesa. I called several, this was by far and away the best price, especially if it is short-term, less than a month. The girls in the office were extremely helpful and new what they were doing.

Comment: I had reserved a storage at a different location. Showed up on move-in date with confirmation in hand only to discover they were closed. I panicked and started calling around to other storages, leaving messages, stressing over the truck load of stuff we had. Lindsey from Costa Mesa Self-Storage called me back within minutes. What a relief to discover they were located a few blocks from the “closed” storage. Lindsey was amazing! The facility was clean, well maintained, affordable, and she clearly explained everything we needed to know. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of storage and avoid the other one a couple blocks away. Thank you again, you guys were there when I was in a tough spot.

Comment: I found the facility to be top notch. The units are all alarmed, it was very clean even inside the unit was clean. Each unit has a light over head and the i believe manager of the facility took extra time with me to explain things answer any questions i had and make sure i new rhe rules. If first impression are as important as people say they are you guys hit it out of the park

Comment: My Mom has 3 different units here and I use two of them on the bottom floor. My only complaint is the hours. They close way to early. And if your car is parked inside the security gate and the clock ticks past 8 PM it will be stuck. This has actually happened to me twice. I had to wait around until the property managers who do live on site returned home and were able to let me out.

Comment: The service was great and the front desk people were so kind. Lani helped me with my storage unit and made it such an easy process. She was also so personable and had great interpersonal skills. It’s honestly the little things when it comes to doing mundane things like moving in and out of storage units that makes it a good experience. She even remembered my face when I came back in the front office the other day to pick up a cart key and she gave me a huge wave and smile. Thank you Lani for your help and for making me feel comfortable!!(:

Moving is tough enough, so, if you are fortunate enough for them to have something open I would suggest giving them your business. Nothing hidden, trucks are available w/o any tricks. As advertised, and thats all people want.
