Wide variety of stuff as you expect from a Costco. It is quite weird that they don’t have more vegetarian options in the frozen foods sections given there is a huge muslim population that visits. Can we please have vegetarian Dumplings?The snack variety is pretty cool and they have awesome deals on home/outdoor stuff all year round. Mostly organized and clean given how many people visit.Make sure you visit the mini food court, their icecream is great.
A wonderful gentleman ran into my mum and started raising his voice at her and when I told him to step away he wanted to fight me. I went to a manager and asset protection and security did almost nothing trying to locate him and deal with him. Instead they followed me around with a gun. Not safe at all. Do not come to shop here. If something happens to you while you are here you might get shot by their own security team. Cant make a complaint if you are dead, I guess. 😂

Been shopping here for a long time. Dont know about other locations, but over the last couple years this place has taken a nose dive.Check the dates on stuff. Even when they were well within sell by, theres been many times weve opened store-prepared foods that were spoiled. Forget about fruits and veggies. Cant tell you how many times a big bag of something was rotten two days after bringing it home. Stopped getting meat and fish, too. Flavorless or rotten. The final straw has been lousy employee attitude with lip.Plan on driving an additional 25 minutes to a different location until my membership expires permanently.
Its a great Costco but I spent more time waiting in the check out line than actually shopping. Lines were at least half way back through the store and did not go very quickly.
Amazing, they have different items than sams club but the lines are always long, Costco needs to update the store still looks like it was 20 years ago, also, they need the scan and go app, that sams club has that will decrease the wait time and long lines, I get in and out of sams with 30 mins or less because I used scan and go
If you look like you wouldnt have a membership be prepared to show membership at the door. They profile you. I love Costco but I will be avoiding this location.

Costco has always been great. The problem I have with Costco and I think many other people that shop Costco, the team members and leaders are so unfriendly. They get offended when you ask him questions or ask for help. They walk by you like you dont exist and the money they are making and the profit sharing they are getting you would think they would be happier. So I guess they dont like their job at Costco which would surprise me because Costco is a great company to work for
This place was super busy at 11am on a Sunday, which i was surprised to be honest. Been here many many times and its always the same. I noticed that this location has less selection of items than other Costco stores. Lines are long and there is always a wait, so make sure u got plenty of time to wait on line
Costco is the one redeeming quality of suburbia. They have great customer service, ever changing offerings, and the samples make a nice snack. 🤤
Customer service lady named Lisa keeps ripping me off when I return something she always tries to give me the sale price saying I used a coupon!!! No I know how much I payed if u don’t have ur receipt beware ask her for a print out of ur receipt or else she will rip u off!!! She has done this to my husband his family members and my family members so it definitely wasn’t a mistake it happens a lot it’s a routine with her I’m just wondering how they let a snake work behind the counter of a register filled with money ? I brought this to someone who works over her and she didn’t seem to be concerned and this has been going on for more then a year and she still there?? I’m confused 😐
Costco is great as long as you have some degree of self control.... Its easy to lose track of how much you are taking home until its time to put it all away.
Always so busy! But they’ve got good products, good deals and a good return policy. Don’t blink, you may miss out on something amazing
I went to get gas the other day and tried to use a Mastercard my card kept getting declined I was confused I called a service attendant over and he said it only takes visa!!! If I didnt have any other card I wouldve been screwed. Sams club gas is cheaper anyway. But thats something they should tell you in my opinion.
I had two bad experiences at this tire service location, the first time when they installed my new tires and while they where doing the job they scratched 2 of my new rims and they blamed it on their equipment, they apologized and I didn’t make any complaint then, but with another incident I was upset, the second time while they were rotating my tires they broke the wheel lock and they blamed it again on equipment, I think Managment should look into what’s going on there because I am not comfortable to do service there anymore.
Been shopping here for awhile. Typical Costco. Pretty clean, good pizza, and 8 self checkout lanes to get out quick!

Staff is uneducated and disrespectful. From the manager to the cashier. Their attitude and their intellect are a clear sign they hate their lives and their career path. The store itself is A+. The staff however, literally trash.
Amazing, one of the best brands in mega superstores competition.. anything you can think they have it, and if not, then you can order the items on line or to another store for pick up or mail ..
Even when really busy the checkout lines move quickly. Costco carries items you dont see in other stores. There isnt help for finding things throughout the store though. Overall, if you need large amounts of product, this is the place to go.
The employees coned off a geese nest in their parking lot to keep them safe. Best Costco ever.

You can only use a Visa. I went online to find potato soup. It showed that they have it. So I bought a membership and when I went into the store they do not have it.

Aside from gas, Costco is way overpriced. Its a bear to shop there. No lanes for checkout lines and they treat you poorly coming and going.

Usually I have a really good experience at Costco but yesterday a cake I ordered was all wrong. There were misspelled words. The colors were wrong. I wanted stars on my cake but they put the Star of David all over it. This was not a Jewish occasion. I ordered balloons as well but there are no balloons. I took it anyway the lady who works there fixed the misspelled word even though she said she was not The Decorator. Apparently all the decorators had gone home) I went to Party City and bought some stuff to decorate it. And some Stars to cover up the Stars of David because we needed it for work today. Poor customer service. I have been a big Costco fan but today it really disappointed me. I had only 2 milk gallons and they wouldn’t allow me to use self scan service.Just because of poor direction from the employee people were confused which line is for self scan and which line is for the cashier. This is awful. It wasted my 40 mins to get 2milk gallons out the store. Not happy.

Costco is undoubtedly the best store experience ever. Their prices are unmatched, the staff are wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful, and the quality of the products they sell is never disappointing. I look forward to my trip to Costco every time. I always end up finding almost everything I originally set out to purchase. I also highly recommend their hot foods.
Me and my Eldest daughter went for a refill on water 💧and veggies. Such a variety of items. Didnt get to see a much as Id like.
Be patient because its always crowed,,, they could be a little better on their product consistency ... but thats just about all warehouse stores.
Bought new tires here, never will again. First, the appointment took over 2 hours. Then, the next day I go to get on the freeway and once I hit 65 mph my minivan with my daughter in it starts shaking violently. So, I get it checked out and was told the wheels were improperly balanced, was told driving it can cause the lug nuts to loosen (then wheels fall off) and eventually cause damage to the steering and suspension. So I call Costco back up and they say Im gonna have to wait over a week to get them to fix their mistakes. No help from anyone, from Traverse in the tire shop to Stuart the assistant GM. They want me to drive an unsafe vehicle because theyre overbooked and cant fit me in for 30 mins to balance the wheels and make my car safe. If you do buy tires here, at the very least take it for a test drive on the freeway right after. Id easily pay extra not to go through this nightmare. Ill never buy here again. Pay the extra $50 and go to a place that does better work.

Great selection and prices. Their fuel prices alone are worth the membership. As busy as this location gets, they actually move the lines fairly quickly.They do need to think about routing the gas line traffic as it ties up the entire lot sometimes.
Went there with my neighbor because I dont have a membership there Im a Sams club member. They had pants I looked for all summer long and found there 12.99 and maching tops for 9.99 now Im ready for winter. I might get a member ship there also. My husband has his hearing aids from Sams Club. Good selection on food, clothing, and pharmacy items.
Who doesnt love Costco? You pay more than at the other place, but everything is high quality and I am a firm believer that cheaper is rarely better.

Bad customer service here they try to be nice but they will yell at you if you do something wrong like changing lines. Not very nice to be yelled at specially after waiting 15 minutes in line. They definitely need better organization and better empathic customer service

Its OK I mean I like the feel of Sams Club better. I found it odd that of all places Costo put in self serve kiosks for the Cafe seems like to me with them always boasting how good they are to their employees they would not do that to them. The two folks working behind the counter seemed so overwhelmed as there were 4 self serve kiosks generating orders faster than the two of them could keep up with.
Self check-out is quicker. There are employees able to assist with heavy items

Price of products are at lower rate than any other store(bulk quantities).They also have food restaurant, they have delicious pizzas and sundae.Customer service is on point. All the employees are very helpful and create a wonderful experience.They have tire center too and almost every times they have an offer on tires and their service is amazing.
They need to teach their employees and management customer service. The employee Huda had an attitude from the min. We walked up to the counter. They also need to learn their return policy. It’s 90 days on electronics and not Accessories. Clearly says it on the Costco website. Apple Pencil generation 2 does not come with another pencil tip. Insinuating I kept the extra tip.

It was CRAZY busy at 2:00 on a Saturday. Note to self...dont EVER go to Costco at that time again! It was 15+ deep at each register and the self checkout line was halfway through the store. Their baked chicken continues to be the best deal in town ($4.99), but there also was a very long line to get chicken. SMH

Awful costumer service.They treated non members as trash. I have a reward gift card to use because I spent over 10,000 dollars in their store before. Due to some reason ( Costco double charged me and my husband) I canceled the membership. I want to use all the money in this card. First , they told me I can not shop as a non member. Then they told me to shop less then the credit I have. Then they changed again says I can shop more as long as I use cash to pay the left amount.Ok then they told me I have $435 in that card and they wrote it down. So I spent a lot a time trying to buy that much stuff then at check out they say I only have $215. Have to go back to the front deck WAITING to check again . then remove some stuff And check out again. The lady called Deb says it is not their fault. All I want is a sorry from them that they give the wrong number and wasted my time.Btw they will not let you use your reward if your not renew your card. So be careful about the executive membership.I will NEVER ever come to COSTCO again.

I have no idea why they make the employees count your items at the self checkout and then make you stand through the line to have the second guy count them, besides that and the insane business of this place I love it. it is always so insanely busy that I think to myself that its crazy that people pay to shop here

My wife and I would like to thank the little sweet lady who was in front of us in the check out line at Costcos in Livonia. When my wife went to pay for our purchases which came to $234.88, the cashier told her that our purchase was paid for by the lady in front of us. The lady was gone before we realized what had transpired. She represents humanity at its best. 10/27/21
I feel like this place is like going to the SOS. Everyone is in a bad mood. No one is friendly or happy to be there. The staff treat you like you are ruining their lives by being there and they do everything in their power to make you have the worst experience. Im pretty sure they checked our card to make sure we were members about 4 times. Which blows my mind because you need to scan your card anyways to make a purchase. They make you feel very unwelcomed, like you shouldnt be there. Then the self check out lady was extremely rude. Stood on top of us while we scanned our items. (What happened to social distancing. ) then she said she had to count our items like we were stealing and shoving a 50 pack of toilet paper down our pants.. Dont come here.. we are switching back over to Sams. This place is just trash for staff. Youll find friendlier people at a New York riot.

Clean store, some items are priced competitively, others seem a bit high. Def too many people shopping for my taste, and I felt uncomfortable. It was a bit difficult finding items during my visit, but it was my first time shopping there in years. Check out area way too crowded, no plans on returning anytime soon.
This stores is always super busy with very long lines. The other day I bought ribs with an expiration date of 11/6, $65 opened both packages today 10/30, rotten as could be! Not close by to return. So now we have rotten meat in our refrigerator waiting to go back to Costco.
If you are not going to give out hand held scanners for self check out at least hire employees that will help. Yesterday 10/30 in the evening I checked out both watched as I had to lift the heavy bottles of water up to the scanner. Unacceptable

My wife loves shopping at Costco they have great prices and theyre have very wide selection. Do not get a quote from them for an HVAC system the price is outrageous and Costco does not really offer any discounts just a service from a company that charges more than the average Joe blow HVAC company that will give you a better price without having to deal with the membership of Costco. I guess for everything good there has to be something bad.
First time back there in almost 2 years. It was a lot to take in but got some great deals. From the membership window to cashing out every employee we came into contact with was friendly and super helpful.
Great layout with lots of options to pick from. I like their prepared seasoned salmon that you can just load in the oven and prepare a good quick tasty dinner. They also have amazing sweet potato fries that you can cook in the air fryer or the oven.
Costco is Costco. Well priced for large size packaging. But if you cannot use the amount in the package and have to throw away 20 percent then your savings is gone. Large variety of home goods and electronics at substantial savings.

Today was very busy at the store. They have great products, but some items I was looking for were not available. Also, most of the staff I interacted with today were not as friendly as they usually are, kind of disappointed by that because usually the staff at Costco go out of their way to help.
The store was looking great, and the selection of food and merchandise was excellent! And the checkout was quick, the store is fully staffed! The gas station prices are very good!
I havent been to Costco in years. I went with a friend of mine, drove my car got some gas it was $2.19 cent which is definitely less than whats in the neighborhood gas stations so I was very happy about that. I went inside the store, they really change things around since the last time Ive been there but they still have a lot of very nice things. I didnt buy a lot of things i dont really need but for the most part it was good I spent about $157 got some basic things for the house and some extra things that I had not used before. Ill be back!!

Costco never disappoints, not in selection, new offering or with staffing. They are consistently well staff with people who seem to enjoy what they do! And food sampling is back! What more need I say!!!
I am really unhappy with this location as of late. The i work during the week, and like to come here on the weekends. The pharmacy is closed of Sundays and apparently the staff like to take an hour and a half for lunch on Saturdays, at varying times so I never know if Im going to be able to pick up my prescription.I dont buy produce here anymore. The bananas are bruised, potatoes and onions go mushy after just three days, and stone fruits always have a mealy texture like theyve been in a cooler.Ill only buy dry goods and paper products at this point.

Costco is never a bad place to pick up some well needed items for whatever youre looking for. They were the only mainstream store to keep stocked much needed cleaning and home goods during this awful pandemic. So, for that reason they get 5 stars from me!
Very disappointed in this Costco. It was my favorite location but lately they are slipping. I have come twice to return bottlea and cans only to be tild they no longer have empty bins. They wont let you in the store with the empties as well. It is a disincentive to buy drinks from Costco because I am stuck with a lot of empty cans/bottles.

Bought a new phone here, the 3 guys at the booth seemed to not care about doing it correctly, and did not activate my phone. Now Im stuck trying to figure it out myself an hour into a phone call with Verizon. Makes me wanna cancel my membership.

Of the Costcos that Ive been to, this was my least favorite. Compared to the others the layout is very strange, and unfortunately they dont carry liquor which was one of the things I was looking for. Otherwise its a fine supermarket with as good of deals as any Costco.
They have everything that you need right now for Thanksgiving dinner but dont be discouraged about the lines they actually moving quickly
I love Costco, but dont use the self checkout. An employee actually helped us scan all of our items since they were all bulky, but 2 did not actually scan, and it was a huge waste of time walking all the way back to customer service to fix the issue. We ended up just leaving the 2 items behind so we could leave on time.
Its a costco. I recommend shopping here on Saturdays between 9a–11a to avoid overwhelming crowds.

I considered cancelling my membership after the first year, but reconsidered. After several years of membership, I have many items that I keep going back for, like the rotisserie chicken and bakery rolls. Not everything is a great deal, but enough to keep me coming back. After several bad experiences, I never buy the produce anymore though.

One of the few chains that actually appreciate you as a member, customer service is a hit and rarely a miss...I feel they treat their employees great and you expect that to show on the floor. Sometimes the customers( me included) don’t appreciate the employees as we should specially during these stressful times. I have been shopping here for more than 15 years and never had a bad incident

I had to wait over a hour to get a wheelchair. If my sister and mother wasnt waiting inside for me. I would have left.Three minutes after I received my wheelchair my sister called and told me she was checking out. I wasnt able to enjoy my shopping trip with my family. Costco is great! Products are great, but most importantly, the food there is surprisingly delicious. The pizzas and chicken bakes are awesome!
Cheap! If you dont wanna go shopping to much, come here! You can get food that could last half a month! If you need alot of food, Costco is a very good choice 👌 and if u get hungry they have a food court! But the only thing I hate is that there are only 4-6 tables and they are always filled 💯

There are a few kind employees at this location who are worthy of mention. Justin the gas station attendant was very patient and helpful, Brandon, who works in the warehouse, totally gets showing customers that theyre valued and appreciated; and Mark in Produce is consistent in character...always ready to aasist in any way he can. Look for them...you wont ve disappointed!

Finally got a Costco membership and went crazy. Great prices on pretty much everything. Now my house is stocked for months. They also have a lot of keto items if youre into that like I am.
They really know how to do things right! Stock merchandise that presents great value. Even things like Christmas trees, tires, eyeglasses, and smart phones.
Costco is my Disneyland! Some of you may hate ribbons and bows on display in August and Christmas items on display by September, but not this gal!! 12-foot lighted trees, handmade cards, gorgeous lighted lawn reindeer, and beautifully sculptured Christmas towns! Luckily, with their early store hours and fewer people around, I can still enjoy shopping there without too much risk of getting sicker. But, getting there early in the morning isnt always possible, so Ive found that evenings on the weekends are a good alternative. No matter what time or day Im there, the store is always clean and well stocked (as it be can be during a pandemic), and the staff at this store are always friendly and willing to help, whether Im in the store or calling them to look up items. A few years ago, I threw out my back in the parking lot just after the store closed. Two assistant managers came to my aide. Since then, one of them, Sam, always stops to say hello and ask how Im doing when he sees me in the store, and he even recognized me the other day, even though half my face was covered by my mask and its been a long while since he saw me last. As he left work at the end of the evening, he stopped by my car to see if I needed help loading my heavy groceries and offered encouraging words. Thats customer service!

Costco is a destination. Unfortunately, a usually overcrowded destination. There are things you can get at Costco that you cannot find anywhere else. Prices are, in general, good. Selection in some areas is poor as Costco tends more to their brands and lower cost - great in some regards, not-so-much in others. Produce is good quality and holds up well, as does their dairy.Unfortunately, all of the good no longer justifies the cost of membership. If there were one within 10 miles of my home, maybe Id reconsider, but as it stands, I can get to the nearest Sams Club in minutes; Costco takes at least a half hour to the two nearest locations, which are nearly equidistant, and each is in HORRIBLE traffic corridors. I just dont find myself venturing out that way often enough.

Pushy salesman when it comes to upgrading your membership. An employee stood really close to me despite their own covid guidelines. But, they had a nice selection of items and I found what I was looking for easily.
This location is decent. However, DO NOT go on Sunday unless you get there as soon as they open. Busy hours are absolutely the worst. Too people-y lol

Done with this place, money hungry. Even though they made sooooo much money during pandemic, that wasnt good enough. Today I went with my sister to Livonia, Mi sure. We both have memberships. I left my card at home by computer after I placed online order. We went to check out, and cashier refused to ring our orders up separate, stating this is the way its done when you bring a guest, although Ive NEVER had this happen before. She went on to say that Costco makes their money through memberships not the products they sell... Yeah ok BS. Then the other woman that pulls items from the cart to put in her two cents, stating people need to buy memberships and not come as guests, because I actually cost them money lol ok my $187 order, you made nothing from me entering your business. Sams club gas np with me bringing guests, looks like Ill be letting this membership expire, and continue on only with my Sams membership, wouldnt want me bringing guests to Costco put them out of business 🤷♀️

Live Costco, but when I ordered 2 pair of glasses, they NEVER notified me that they were ready. I called to check because I was leaving town for 6 weeks and they were inWhen I went in to pick them up, Dushaun handed me the glasses and asked how they felt. At the time they felt okay. Guess what. 3 days later, they dont fit me well and are constantly slipping down. Poor customer service!
It took 45 mnt to do my refund she was so slow and kept making mistakes thats not including waiting in line .
Great place to shop so organized . I wish they have line to elderly ,and people with disability in the casher . They need to give exception to family with autism kids to skip the lines . We end up leaving the place due to kids cant wait in the line and no one cares if is not their problem. We have failed to shop twice . 😅

Needed to get a refund on an sale item I had bought 3 days ago. Went to customer service and was waited on by a young man by the name ZAC he was very polite and kind. He knew exactly how to do what I needed. So efficient I just had to tell him so. He replied by saying they pay me to know what to do. What a great attitude. A pleasure to deal with.

Dave & David went out of their way to help me find the printer i wanted..David wrote down the numbers...Dave looked it up on the computer... so help ful & caring..went home and ordered the printer..very nice workers..Vince help me with gift cards.. everyone was so willing to help us Matt showed me the gift cards he carried..very nice place to shop..
People are always helpful. The people promoting their products are great at explaining their product and give you samples too. On the weekends you have a chance to try different foods which you might not normally try. The lines were not very long either as most cashiers were open.
Crowded and I dont know where anything is. Sams club does a better job including checking out while your shopping.
I’m a local Realtor @SyncereYouRealtor. I typically go to Sam’s Club. But today I decided to go inside of Costco seeing that I hold a card for both. I wasn’t at all impressed with Costco as I am Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club seems more put together. They label their away is a lot easier to find things. Things at Costco Phill picked over. Things were a few pennies more expensive. But at the end of the day I was able to get what I needed, And they have some really good cheesecakes! Which I always get for my birthday :)
I make many trips to this Cosco Wholesale in Livonia. The service is pretty much sufficient with the cashiers. Of course the covid was going on so they did not offer samples of the food. I was able to find most items. They also offer the motor carts before entering for the disabled, that was a plus for me. Of course, I will be returning to Coscos.

Ive been shopping at livonia Costco since it opened. Wide selection of almost everything. One thing that has changed for the better is. Keto friendly food products. This had been my main gets for a year now. Couple pks of88-12 ground beef, kerrygold butter, the big container of eggs, heavy whipping cream! Macadamia nuts, Im ketovore but mostly cannavore. Keep it up Costco!

Use to be a good location. Now it’s getting worst every day. I shopped here since opening 18 years. But good managers are leaving and people hired now are not customer friendly. Few that remain from old guard. New unfriendly generation. Especially with COVID seems like we the customers are unwelcome to the store. The Their way or highway. There are many locations of Costco even if this is 1/2 mile from my house. I will shop where I feel welcome
This Costco is not too bad. Didnt have too much issue with parking or lines. Crowded as always, but not crazy. Found a lot of good deals, but siome prices (as always) are not a bargain. You have to know what youre shopping for.
Ive been a member for over 2 years, and definitely see myself continuing. The savings are great on many things and very worth the price of joining. I like their groceries, their cut flowers, I get lots of snacks for the office, and always save money when I fill up my car. I also have their credit card and like that too. Its so worth joining!
Good Costco. Always well stocked. Lots of samples to try if your into that and the workers are always friendly. Great deals on bulk goods good place for cases of Guinness and some wine. Also I recommend the bagels.
Love the service, the prices, and the speed at which the checkers work getting everyone through quickly. Above all of this, I love that Costco pays their employees a living wage. I will never go to Sams club again and Costco has now become a weekly visit for my wife and I. Thank you Costco and Costco employees.
The Costco Staff have been working very hard. They deserve raises and discounts. The greeters, cashiers and customer service desk employees were great. The warehouse is huge, the location is great and prices are good.

2022-04-29I have been searching for some bushes and Costco had the most amazing boxwoods for $19.99! They were in excellent condition and very large for 3 gallons. I love Costco for plants but you better get there early in the day because they are always flying off the shelves.

The pre-pay food area is nice, insofar as you dont have to contend with people ordering paying and collecting all in the same line... However not having a pay with cash option can be challenging if the card reader doesnt like your card. People were nice.

2022-06-05Quick and easy , well not always quick but costco quick for sure. Best fuel prices in town, again expect to wait but the line moves quickly. Nice place to check out samples and oh, I love the ravioli lasagna, the precooked meal you take home and heat up..very tasty, along with the chicken street tacos. Actually, cant complain about any of their precooked meals theyre all worth the price and money, all very tasty.

He said he couldn’t do it without a receipt. Okay! If you don’t know what to do. At least you could have a better attitude. So I drove all the way to another Costco to make the price adjustment. Will never come back again to this location

2022-06-02Yesterday I went to change my front wheel tires, and after they took a look at it only from outside, first they told me we recommend you to change all 4 tires , I told her no thanks I only need the front ones and she said okay but let me check with my supervisor!!!Only 2 minutes later, she came back and she said unfortunately we cant change the front only we would have to do the 4 all together!!So after we went back and forth that I was trying to purchase only the front, they refused to give me the service by saying we its for my safety they wont do the front 🤔!Any way I went to a local tire shop and it was perfect the price and the service.

2022-05-10Costco has cheap prices but they dont have variety! If you want Pepsi it better not be cherry! Some of the food products they do have are higher quality and imported from other countries I had some really good cheesy bread imported from France. The lasagna was really good too. Their hamburger buns really suck! They are too small and they fall apart as I am taking them out of the bag, I had to throw 3 of them out to the birds. I will be buying my buns at Meijers for now on, they have onion and buns that actually taste good.
