Positive: Location, price, amenities, Marriot name usually means certain standard. Negative: Went down to the hotel restaurant on a Sunday morning at 10:05am to find out the restaurant is only open 7:00 - 10:00 am - maybe a staffing shortage, but breakfast on a Sunday morning should have extended hours.
I cannot say nothing bad about this hotel. The staff was wonderful from the moment we walked in the hotel. The front desk ladies was the best. The hotel was clean. The rooms was big. The beds was comfortable. No complimentary breakfast but restaurant within walking distance. Housekeepers nice and friendly. We was there for a wedding and I loved every minute of my stay.
Nice hotel, large but rooms but elevators are very far from front desk. Large rooms with balcony. The bathroom is not good for someone with knee problems, the toilet is low to the grown and bathtub is hard to get in. I did like the separate sink outside of the bathroom, great if you have multiple people. Friendly staff. They offer breakfast for a price, not much to chose from. Pantry is kind of expensive, I bought 3 waters and chocolate and came out to 12$Close to restaurants and interstate. The internet is great!
I am the bride for the May 30th wedding at courtyard. Our experience was a little above average. The sales manager that we were initially working with did not communicate appropriately from the beginning and we ended up having to be assigned to a new manager throughout our booking. Once we arrived, we were very welcomed by the sign that was at the door detailing our wedding and the informational paper. That was really nice. We also enjoyed the courtyard area where our guests were able to hang out the night before and the day of the wedding. That was really nice. The rooms were very clean as well. No complaints there. However, the attendants at the desk were not that friendly. Every time I have visited the hotel, the attendants were not that friendly. However, I went with the hotel because we got the best deal, breakfast was included and shuttle service was included. However, from my own experience and so many of the experiences of my guests, we were not informed of how to access free breakfast. None of the attendants asked us if we were a part of the group. I was the only one who was able to get breakfast only because I knew that it was included. However many of our guests informed us that they did not get breakfast or if they did they were charged for it. This brings down my overall experience because my guests should not have had to pay for breakfast at all. Even the manager did not ask me if we were a part of a group when we first came. She only began to ask after I sat there and monitored how she interacted with many of our guests that we brought to the hotel. Overall, considering that the shuttle service was included, it was a decent experience.
Ive stayed here for years when I visit, I think its good days are behind us. What could go wrong did: 1) Air conditioning control did not work (i had to ask 3 times before anyone looked at it and still was not fixed). 2) Shower did not drain - had to call to get service3) Remote never worked properly. 4) Key stopped working 3 different times - move to phone entry! 5) Tried moving rooms twice (daytime woman said she could not accommodate - evening woman said she could - I was always too tired to move at that point (btw evening woman, name started with B? - was incredibly sympathetic and tried to help best she could - A+) 6) Toilet started leaking day #4 - complained, not fixed7) could not get roomed cleaned day of - needed to book in advance.
Very bad customer services, I have to tell the front desk twice that the keys are not working and still ignore my feedback till the manager came with me to the room to know the lock battery is out.The house keeping is delayed ( the room was not cleaned next morning) and I have to ask for fresh towels and fresh linen. No microwave in room to reheat my stuff. The exhaust fan for the bathroom is not there, I dont know if it was automatic or failed but what I know that every time I went to the bathroom I need to stay out of the room for another 30 min to make sure the smell is gone.If I would know the service like that I would go to airbnb or pay extra 20 USD and find another hotel.very bad experience, thanks god it was only for 2 days.
Absolutely love this place. Always clean always fun. Love that every room has a balcony. Very nice and spacious rooms. Always love staying here. Only complaint I have is, whatever the cleaner used on the tubs makes for a very slippery shower... every time i shower here, I almost fall every time. Maybe shower mats should be available or change cleaners.
This was a great location for my visit back home. I asked for a Handicap room with a sofa couch and was told one thing on the app but when I arrived it was a different story. I asked for a different room and because this locations legalese/company limitations I was not allowed to have an upgrade but could have a room transfer. The second room was good due to the fact it had a bathtub and I could have my elderly grandmother visit. Thanks Tanya for doing what you could with for my situation. The room was good for this visit but someone should inspect the mold/mildew smell that was on the far side of the bed. It smelled wet and my allergies flared up.
I had to change rooms 3 times the first time there where cigarette butts everywhere ashes all over. Second room the air/heater did not work. Third room the toilet was broken and wouldnt flush. Besides all this the main lady at the desk was great. She helped me to the best of her ability.
Good clean room, no service. Broken towel rack, reported, no repairs during our stay. Water was slow to drain out of tub. Clean towels available at front desk. No microwave in rooms, there’s one next to Ice Machine for public use, yet the establishment is concerned about limiting contact and cleanliness during this Pandemic. Microwaves are low budget items and small enough to be placed in all rooms. Summation of stay, clean room, felt safe in area and easy access to hotel.
This is not about the stay this is about the workers..I was very upset the way a representative spoke to me at my arrival date. Without looking to see if I had reservations she said I didnt and she was just rude. Also, a card of mines wasnt working, I asked can she just cancel the reservations she said No! Either way youre gonna get charge and just shrugged her shoulders as if she didnt care. Im glad another person took over and handled the matter professionally. If this gets back to the lady just let her know everyone has problems but learn how to separate the two during your work hours. 😊 Have a blessed day.
They provided a warm welcome to the person(s) that robbed my wife and I while we slept in their Warren Michigan location. We are in our 60s, they took our phones, money, jewelry (including my wifes wedding ring). Marriott has taken no responsibility as they are not liable for your belongings or your safety. Rooms didnt have a microwave as described in the description of the hotel they didnt offer anything for Marriott reward members but a bottle of water and the front desk evening staff I called in at 10: 30pm and she told me you had to come to the front desk to heat up your food and Ive stayed in many many courtyard Marriott and Ive never had to come to the front door to heat up any food the hotel could use a little update but the room send me fairly clean the toilet is very low to the ground making it hard to get up off of it or to sit down on it especially when you have any mobility issues I used to say it this hotel quite a bit back a few years ago cuz it was so nice but this will be my last baby I was here visiting for a funeral services
The Courtyard Marriott by Warren was very nice. The pool was exceptional warm and comfortable for February. We were sad to see the hot tub closed but am guessing that is due to COVID. We ate at the Limelight Sports Bar out front of the hotel, due to the Bistro not serving food. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Definitely a great hotel for families. We will stay again:)
The overall hotel was nice and the staff was great. I liked the bar and the Covid limited menu still had some tasty appetizers. I had a meeting at the Tech Center early in the morning so it was very convenient. The only problem was the door handle to my room got stuck and the staff had to show me the “trick” to get it to work and then my key stopped working at night so I had to get a new one made and then again in the morning as I was loading my truck I had to wait for staff to make another key for me the which almost made me late for my meeting
I treated ourselves to a weekend for my birthday but definitely could have made a lot better choice and I was disappointed with the hotel experience as a whole. Expected a lot more from a 3-star Marriott. There was mold on the ceilings of the bathroom and the bathtub looked suspiciously yellowish. On top of everything, the toilet paper was one-ply and almost transparent, from the worst type you can imagine. I shared this with the staff and they said that this is the only one they can buy due to Covid. I got the same excuse for the limited breakfast choices. Please, stop making excuses with Covid! Its been over a year and a half if you havent figured out your supply chain, I doubt you ever will. I went to the corner store and bought a roll of perfectly fine TP so apparently, this is not a demand issue, rather a lack of desire to offer better quality, especially for the price you charge. The staff was polite but didnt have the power to change anything. I would contribute this bad experience to bad management.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but improvement is needed.Started out-hotel didn’t have our reservation. The excuse was, we booked through a third party. Ok. Instead of a double bed we ended up with a single bed and a “pull out couch“.The “pull out bed” was Incredibly out of level, Making it impossible to sleep on. However, before I got the opportunity to NOT sleep on the pull out bed, I needed to put the sheets on it. I was unable to find the sheets in the room. OK, no problem. I went down to the front desk and the attendant told me the sheets should be in the room somewhere. So, I went back to find them. None were present. So then I had the exciting opportunity to go back to the front desk and ask for The bedding again. That was fairly frustrating. However, things happen. I wasn’t too upset. We went to the pool. There was a pool attendant checking to make sure each visitor to the pool was a guest. She did not seem happy about her job, But no matter we went into thr pool area with out issue. Hot tub was roped off with a small paper size sign. My son, a child, did not see the sign, and jumped in. The attendant came over and told us “he should take a shower because the pool had a crack in the foundation and sewage was leaking in”. Unbeknownst to the attendant, i inspect pools…. there was no crack in foundation. Furthermore, it is highly unlikely that a cracked pool would result in sewage waste entering the pool unless the pool was built on top of waste lines was cracked, and the wastelines were cracked and leaking, also. OR, they accidentally plumbed waste lines into the spa. Both of these scenarios are HIGHLY unlikely. Why didn’t the attendant tell us about the feces in the spa? Why wasn’t it heavily taped off with caution tape? Do both pools use the same water? If so, WHY IS THE POOL OPEN? Do I need to worry about E. coli, shigellosis, typhoid fever, salmonella, and cholera???I get it, the kid shouldn’t have jumped in a pool that was inconspicuously marked as restricted, but cmon. Then when it was mentioned to front desk we got a different story entirely about the pool. At this point, luckily, no one has gotten sick. However, we didn’t use the pool the rest of the visit because there may or may not be seewge leaking into it. (I suspect somone pooped in the pool and none of the staff knew what to do).The shower faucet leaked, the staff made no efforts to to acquire us a double bed room (we were there for 4 or 5 nights), the fire alarm went off flooding some of the rooms, it was an incredibly ROUGH STAY. I have come to expect the best from Mariott, that’s why we choose them. I hope they can make some improvements. On a positive note the coffee, the coffee in the room was good.
Odd layout and no luggage carts near entrances. Room was in good shape and everything worked as it should. Had to do laundry and prices were really high ($3.00 to wash and $3.00 to dry), plus dryer left clothes damp after 45 minutes. My favorite part of visit was the desk clerk assisting an old veteran with warming food in the microwave, while showing what seemed to be genuine concern for his well being.
Stayed at this room for the weekend. We did not receive the room we purchased. We brought a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. There was no couch in our room when we arrived. Their policies only allows 4 to a room...if you have a family of 5 (too bad). There is not breakfast included with your stay. No buffet style or even any boxed options. All breakfast has to be purchased a the Starbucks bistro ($3-$7)The pool is open for 45 min reservations only. Only 4 (if your party is bigger than 4, that’s too bad) people can be in the pool area at once. We were not told that you have to make this reservation at check in so the night we stayed was completely booked. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly but I don’t like all of the last minute announcements we received about the pool. The pool was the main reason got our stay.I would never stay here again!
I blocked out a bunch of rooms for my wedding. Justin was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Some of my guests missed the deadline to book their room and Justin was able to accommodate them! Push forward to the week of my wedding and he emailed us saying we were able to book their free shuttle service since we had so many nights booked. Which was a great surprise and really helped all my guests get back to the hotel after the reception. Upon check in, they made a welcome sign for all my guests which was also a nice surprise. You could tell they cared about their guests.
As an associate of the Marriott brand Courtyard, I frequent them when traveling. Check in experience was quick and easy. Front desk associate was very pleasant.Room was clean, and to my surprise already had the extra towels and pillows I always request, while traveling. This attention to detail made an impression, as I usually have to ask again after I enter my room.My light breakfast in the Bistro was good.
The title of my review says it all - the staff was really friendly and accommodating and the lobby/bar area is really beautifully updated with a cozy, modern feel. Beds are comfortable and the room we had was updated with the exception of the bathroom (which was still fine and very clean, just slightly older and it stuck out from the updates in the rest of the room).
The room looks old and dirty. Need a total remodeling, especially in the bathroom. Bath tub looks really dirty and its peeling, dirty looking carpet and comforters were dirty with hair, and no microwave. Will not stay here ever again. I always looked at marriott as quality, but not anymore after this stay.
The staff was really helpful in awesome the food was below-par that was offered as a breakfast package for our wedding party.I was asked if I had a floor preference I picked first floor but when I checked in there was not first floor available. In the morning the wallpaper was peeled off the wall and laying across the toilet. But the staff was incredible
We stayed here for a wedding, parking was fine and close. Area is good seems to be a business heavy area but there is a bar and grill within walking distance and other food locations nearby. Room was passable air unit was either freezing or hot no consistency all night. Bed was nice but you would get stronger water pressure if you hung a watering can in the shower as it couldn’t even keep you wet. Staff was so so but not incompetent or rude and the lobby area looks nice and there is many places to sit. Courtyard looked like it would be nice but the weather did not cooperate with us for that.
Clean rooms, nice staff, and a wonderful hot tub. This is the best hotel, in that area, that I’ve stayed at. The next time we are in town we’ll stay there again. My only issue is the food selection. It was awful and the food they had didn’t taste good either. Other than that we really enjoyed our time there. The lobby was especially nice, it even had a built in fireplace. The outdoor area seemed nice, but it’s not the right time of year to enjoy it.
Everything needed a good scrub down. The carpet needs cleaning even in the room. The sheets seemed clean, but a few of my towels had stains on them when I pulled them from the rack, gross. Ive stayed in many Marriott hotels before and I was not impressed with this location. Also the pool was cold and the hot tub had a terrible scum over the bubbles, just not satisfied. I will not be going back. The Hilton will be getting my business next time, and they have breakfast included, not an over priced Bistro.
Stayed for 10 days and this hotel didnt disappoint. Location was excellent for our needs with plenty of local food options nearby as well as chain options if thats your preference. Rooms were very quiet and comfortable and all of the staff, from front desk to housekeeping was always friendly, pleasant and helpful.
Beautiful hotel! The pool and hot tub are a definite plus. Having a bath tub in the room was great. I stayed here with my aunt and my one year old, we had plenty of family stop by and there are beautiful common areas to gather. Plus there was plenty of space in the room for my daughters playpen. Great staff and convenient location. My aunt stays there every time shes in the metro area.
We had a great stay! Quick check-in and relaxing evening in the room, plus quick and convenient breakfast the next morning. No real issues at all. Our only issue to note was that we did not receive our room location preference per our Marriott Rewards Elite status profile. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our overnight stay!
A block of rooms were reserved for my sons wedding. The staff was so accommodating to all of us and they couldnt have been more helpful. Every staff member I met, whether it was at the front desk, housekeeping, or a maintenance person walking the grounds, always addressed me and wished me a happy day. The room was very comfortable. The bed and bedding were great, the room was very clean and the temperature was perfect. The hotel provided a meeting room for the bride to get ready. I would definitely stay there again!
We had a wonderful stay in a 2 room suite. It was very clean and cozy. The bed slept wonderfully. The set up was perfect if you want a little extra privacy as the actual bedroom is separated from where the sofa-bed and TV are. The courtyard view was beautiful as well. It was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary weekend!
The hotel was in a good location, not far from the freeway to your destination. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the price was good and housekeeping staff were very friendly (they were the only staff I encountered after checking in). There are quite a few restaurants on the same street within walking distance or just a mile or two and there are a few Walmart stores in the same area. I enjoyed my stay and will consider staying again when Im back home.
This hotel was great, well preserved and maintained. A great example of mid-century modern carefully updated with modern amenities. Being in the heart of GM Tech Center, I felt that my Korean rental was not up to par, needed something like a 69 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. Staff did their jobs well and made you feel welcome. I walked to three different restaurants while there, two are right in front of the hotel and the other was two blocks, but I cut thru the parking lots in back. Very nice!
I have stayed at the courtyard Warren several times and it is a top notch facility. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the same goes for the rooms. The food is good and served with a smile. The location is great and close to many restaurants. But above all, its the staff that makes me come back here. They always manage to me feel welcome, they make it feel like home away from home. I love how Macair and Rebecca greet me with a smile and a huge welcome back each and every day, I love that Ebony and Yanni always wear a smile at 5:30am and they always remember how I take my coffee. I love how the managers Leah, Vannah and Cheryl always check on me and ask if there is anything they can do to make my stay more comfortable. In closing Id like to say, if you have to be in Warren Michigan, this hotel is head and shoulders above the rest.
Room: clean with superior heating system. TV. Location is odd. Internet works fine.Service: room cleaning is good, front desk is good and breakfast is good.Food: breakfast is mediocre as far as my experience. Croissants are old and you can taste it. Hotel decor is good: trendy. Parking could be difficult.Overall will stay again.
My stay here was awesome! The staff was very kind very professional but not overly professional to the point that theyre rude they were great! The Room was clean and very well kept there was one issue and it was resolved immediately. When they resolve the issue they left all sweet little note apologizing and telling me to enjoy the rest of my stay. That really made my evening when I came back. Great job Courtyard Marriott of Warren, keep up the good work!!!
The front desk was friendly and had excellent personalities very professional, cleanliness, the night crew was very prompt on my needs also loved how the workers didnt mind doing their jobs. I have had experience where the young people act like they are there for just a pay check but dont want to put in the work. Smiles are very important with public and I can say that day I checked in as well as the next day I checked out the smiles was shown so thank you staff for your smiles and your great personalities. I also like how the hotel sits off to the back of everything in a quite area love that its next to a place to eat and a bar and grill.
It looks as if it has been sitting since Covid. They cleaned only what could be seen. I dropped my phone in between the bed and night stand. When I pulled it out to reach my phone, there was dust and spider webs all back there. The coffe pot has been sitting because there was dust accumulated on the top. It was nasty.
Very comfortable and clean especially for the price. Friendly staff & free cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch. Will be my stay of choice every time Im in town. Would be five stars if it were a higher-end luxury hotel that definitely satisfied for a economy option
Unassuming exterior, clean, modern rooms. Front desk gave us a room close to pool since I mentioned we planned to use it. Easy walk from parking. Room was very accommodating, extra vanity and extra roll out table were appreciated. Room came with mini fridge and white nose machine. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Front area bar is modern and staff pleasant. Used the business center briefly to print some activity passes and everything worked quickly and smoothly. Really pleased with how easy the trip was.
We stayed here for a sports tournament. The rooms were large and adequate for what we needed. The shower was hot and powerful. The pool and hot tub area was perfect. The work out area was what you would expect on the road, a couple of treadmills and free weights and a clean area. The check in was easy. The staff was courteous. The food and bar area was nice and a decent selection of food was available. They also had a happy hour with alcohol available.
I was forced to go to a hotel when I lost power and didn’t want the inconvenience. I had a king suite. The balcony was a FABULOUS addition. While I didn’t get the opportunity to visit the pool it looked great and also there was a jacuzzi with only one couple present. I slept comfortably and had a nice long shower. It was a nice place to get away.
Hotel was undergoing reservations during my stay, but otherwise was a nice hotel for this star range. My first floor room had a sliding door leading outside. Also the shower soap / shampoo comes from wall mounted large bottles (versus the ubiquitous tiny hotel bottles)Everything else was as expected and clean. Location is nice with some local food places in walking distance. The one thing that pushed me over the edge from great to excellent was that they had out a bin of umbrellas by the front desk that you could borrow during the day I stayed with a heavy downpour. Being from an area with very little rain, I dont even own an umbrella, so this was a very nice benefit that i wasnt expecting. I would certainly stay here again.
Stayed at the Warren, MI location for a 90 day project nearby.....This hotel had no continental breakfast but there is an over priced bistro bar (I literally paid $5.00 for a $1.50 IZZE) with very limited food choice items. Too many times I had to tell house keeping to refill soap and shampoo bottles. Not to mention my 3rd night I was going to purchase one of their over priced bottles of water that they stock in the room and the bottle had already been open which means housekeeping had not checked the items in the room. Simply put the best part of my visit to this particular location is the balcony of the courtyard and the points that I earn and get to use at another location other than this one. Definitely advising my company to remove them from our list of choices.
This property is well maintained and the staff is helpful and courteous. The least convenient thing about the hotel is trying to turn left onto Van Dyke. The property is older but has had some renovation and is in good shape, but the walls are fairly thin so its not the most private feeling. Great price and location make this an easy place for repeat visits.
I had business nearby and chose this hotel based on ratings. I was not disappointed, it had been recently renovated and the suites were quite spacious and well appointed for the price. I certainly think this is the best choice in this specific area. The living room was actually a separate room from the bedroom with its own door. Not just a divided space like so many suites are today. This was very convenient for doing work while someone else was sleeping in the bedroom. The bathroom was nicely done. This was a surprisingly comfortable and nice stay, just down the street from a large selection of restaurants. I highly recommend.
Let me start by saying the staff was wonderful! No complaints there. My problem was with the layout. It was quicker & easier to use the stairs than the elevator. The stairs were on the outside wall, so it was very cold. Anyone with issues using stairs should request a first floor room. There are no microwaves in the room. You have to go to the lobby to use a microwave.
Horrible! Hotel looks like a third grade motel, far away parking,no breakfast, water on the elevators floor, molding coming out of the stairs and not repaired, people talking loudly at 3:AM on the hallways and blasting their TVs.I stayed at many Courtyards through out the US and many others in Central America ,but i can confidently say that this one in Warren,MI has got to be one of the worse one ever.
We booked a block of rooms for a wedding. We received frequent reminders of how many guests had booked and how many days were left to do so. The rooms were pretty, updated and very clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Many people in our party enjoyed the pool. I would recommend the Courtyard Marriott as an excellent place to stay for a wedding.
I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and maintained during my stay. toiletry items were high quality. Indoor pool and whirlpool were warm and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and delivered needed items immediately. Would highly recommend to everyone.
I reserved 3 rooms, about a week prior to staying I called to confirm the rooms/rates and spoke with Veronica. She was pleasant and accommodating explaining the hotels incidentals rates and confirming my rate. The day before checking in, I called to see if 2 of the 3 rooms could be connected. Speaking with Justin, the general manager of the hotel, I got the annoyed vibe from both his tone and sarcasm. He not only retracted the 3rd rooms rate, that was previously confirmed but he said I could literally book with a GM discount, doesnt mean it will be honored. Being that I am a Marriot employee and I was spoken to with this level of sarcasm, I hate to hear how he speaks to typical travelers. Upon arrival, the front desk associate Shay, at least cancelled the 3rd room with no charge, however was magically unable to place me in 2 double rooms when 2 were booked and the additional being a king due to price changes. I understand working the front desk at a hotel is so stressful, however the unwillingness to go above and beyond for an employee within the same company makes me question again how they accommodate other guests. Not impressed and will not be staying there ever again.
This hotel looks very nice. Its apparent that it has been here for a long time but has been updated nicely. Its a little hidden from the road but easy to get to. A great place to stay if you are working nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. Theres no real sights or attractions around but its really more for business travelers.
Had a very good stay at the Courtyard. It was conveniently located in Warren, MI, with nearby restaurants. It was very clean, and the service was very good. The bistro is small but manages to get out quick and very good food regardless. I originally had two queens reserved and wanted a king. They accomodated me despite how busy it was. I would recommend this Courtyard. I wasnt able to get the Government or Military but forutnately that wont impact me. You want a great place to stay in Warren, MI that has a lot nearby, then this is it.
Room was clean, staff was friendly, Pool was gross. Had a film/sludge on the top like 20 people were in there that havent bathed in a month. Water was very cloudy/dirty. My kids saw that and said we are not going in there. Which is disappointing since thats the whole reason we went to a hotel with a pool. Also there were no towels in pool area. The pool check in lady said they had run out that morning and they havent brought any clean ones since.
I cant say enough about the service at Courtyard Marriott in Warren, Mich. I was able to get a good nights sleep in a clean environment that allowed me to feel very relaxed during my stay. I have back issues and was able to sleep well while there. The food offered and the ambiance of the hotel also helped to make my stay enjoyable.
The hotel was definitely an experience that well never forget. The view in our room was lovely, the wifi was convenient, the tv was awesome, the bed and pillows put us to sleep, even the lotion provided was so refreshing. This hotel will be recommended for future stays.
Excellent Hospitality Service starting from Check in with Vanna to the bistro with Michelle. Guest services with Melo and night time Houseman Cory.. Also the pool lady was excellent! I love this Place and recommend it to all. Just a great hardworking team all together.. I wouldnt mind being a part of this team😊 They make you feel right at home😊💕😊💕
All in all, a terrific place to stay. Staff is top notch, and the location suits my needs. The facility, itself, is a bit dated, though it is reasonably priced. Only real complaint is if your room is on the south side of the building, there is no parking near your room and depending on where youre situated, it is a surprisingly long walk just to get you your vehicle.
Everything here is as it is expected to be... Very clean, Smells clean, very comfortable.... If you cant be at home this is a good alternative. If there was any feedback I could give it would be: Because it is very cold here during the fall and winter months, a heater or Firepit in the courtyard would be a nice addition. would certainly keep the courtyard useable as one of the great assets the Hotel has.
Clean hotel in good repair. Front desk personnel outstanding and very professional. Management clearly providing good leadership.Bar needs a good IPA. Im an IPA guy and bartender could offer no explanation of why (in this age of great IPAs) they offer none. Apparently, bar staff has no say in what they offer customers. Luckily, Limelight restaurant (next door) had a great IPA selection so I took my business there. I highly recommend this hotel, even to IPA fans!! smile.
Tucked back off the main road and very quiet, this hotel had some recent renovations and the carpet still smells new! Lots of space in our guest room (2 beds), nice balcony to enjoy some warm air and great water pressure in the shower. If you go out to eat go to the Limelight Bar & Grill at the end of the driveway - great food and service!
Rebecca and Vanna are great at the front desk. Both are professional, friendly and very accommodating. Room service left me a nice note saying hello and hope I enjoy my stay; which was a pleasant surprise. Then came down to the bar to try food and drinks from Michelle. Not only was she very personable, she made some great food, and she was pleasant as we carried on a great conversation throughout my dinner on multiple occassions. The breakfast crew of Tiffany and Latonya were great. They were fast and pleasant!
Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel has been recently updated. Rooms were very noisy due to the fact that we were across form the pool and adjacent to an exterior entrance. There were used dirty wash cloths hanging in the shower in one of our rooms. In the other room there were short dark hairs all over the tub and bathroom floor. Made me question how well they actually clean. At least here were no bedbugs.
Clean hotel with good TV service, comfortable beds, and some other unexpected amenities (swimming pool, etc.). Hotel staff was friendly, and the hosted reception was very nice of them. Walls are a little thin though, which could be an issue if you have loud neighbors, like I did my last night there.
The beds are like clouds in heaven. I loved everything about our stay. We enjoyed the courtyard, pool, and hot whirlpool. The Bistro restaurants food is very tasty and the u-shape table arrangements were cozy and private with TVs! The TVs have super clear HD channels The front counter customer service rep and manager were very helpful and friendly with our needs.
Liked the concept that adult swim was from 10 to 11 p.m. However no one on the staff made this happen. We looked forward to some quiet swim time which did not occur. I tried calling the front desk using the phone in the pool area but could not connect. Accordingly, I personally went up to a rather large group of families and advised them that it was past time for them to take their children out of the area. They did leave around 1025 but I should not have had to be the bad guy. Some teenagers did remain but were not running and jumping around so I did not press the case. When it came time to leave there were NO dry towels in the pool area. Basically the pool was poorly managed and we were not pleased with this experience.Additionally many people(estimated 10-15) were in and out of the room directly across from the pool area. I seriously doubt that the management / staff had any idea of what was going on in that room. I did not want to get involved and cause problems. Possibly staff could roam the halls every now and then to ensure the guests were behaving in an acceptable manner when utilizing Marriott facilities.
ROOM didnt have a microwave. The refrigerator is small. Booked it threw a 3rd party and was told if we cancel our stay we would not be refunded. Beware ask all questions when booking a room here. The standard have gone gone down to get a room here. G.P book directly to the hotel of your choice or run the risk of substandard room and losing money. YOURE ARE WARNED.
We used the Courtyard Marriott in Warren for an affordable family weekend getaway. We were impressed with the freshly updated room and entire facility. The beds were very comfortable and a standard room was well furnished. The refrigerator was a nice bonus. All in all we would not hesitate to stay here again.
I expected the hotel to be an upgrade from the surrounding hotels in the area. Breakfast was under the Starbucks logo but not prepared fresh. Frozen commodities. My room had old couches clearly worn out and my sheets were not changed daily. Very disappointed with the service expected way more.
Typical Marriott, nice clean... My room did have an odd smell though... I was too tired to deal with it. I travel a lot for work, I mostly stay at Marriotts.. I had a late flight. I never have a problem getting a late check out. They just wouldnt. The hotel was empty. I wanted a 2:00 check out.. They told me the latest was 1. Then in the morning when I called to speak to the manager like the girl suggested. The manager was never available, then they told me that check out was at 12, I told her that already told me 1. Not the end of the world, but seriously, 2 at an empty hotel... How hard is that. Ive called 3 times now to get my receipt emailed to me, Im still waiting. How hard is that. The girl told me shed email it when I checked out. Its a nice place to stay, just not the best customer service.
The wifi doesn’t work, when you try to connect to the wifi, it should automatically open the authentication page, and ask you to check mark a box, then ‘connect’ to the wifi. When I try to connect to the wifi, the authentication page launches and immediately closes. I went to Marriott[dot]com and found the number. After calling they verified my location and reservation. The 24/7 Marriott help desk does not support this location.I would not stay at this Marriott if I knew that wifi would be unavailable.
Staff professional, nice, rooms lovely, king bed, with a loveseat for 2 to just curl up and lounge, small fridgeand clean, nice work out area, they have a bristo starbucks, so cost for food and coffee. call ahead to findout some prices, I was in town with for family event so ate home cook meals with family. so I did not buy anything there. and they only had water to drink for free in the lobby. Hmm bring drinks and snacks as with any hotel or pay the cost of hotel prices.overall, anytime I come to Detroit will stay here.
Ive be renting rooms at the Marriott for over 10 years now at least 5 times a year. I normally bring my kids to swim. I normally stay in Troy Michigan but after I moved I decided to try the Warren location. Worst mistake every, When I first checked in everything went well, I asked about the pool, the attendant said no one was in there, they were full be not many kids so the pool was open. When the 5 kids (ages 14,12,12,11,&10) I brought with me went down to the pool everything was great, it was empty like she said. I went back up to the room to unpack our things. When I came back there was another family of five or six in the pool as well so maybe 11 people in total but 9 in the pool. I notice 2 signs on the door that wasnt previously there and a lady (very rude lady I later learned name TRISH). She informed me that you need a wrist band to enter the pool area and that there are only 4 guest per room allowed. Also that I can buy another room or the extra guest can wait in the room and alternate. At the same time shes talk not only to me, but the minor children in the pool telling them to get out now and that their mom needs to buy another room. I explained to her that my nephew was leaving when his mom got off work next door and that he wouldnt be spending the night, also that there was not a lot of people in the pool at the time so one extra person shouldnt be a problem. I also told her that Ive been a loyal member of Marriott for over 10 years. She told me shes the been the pool manager for 2 years and that thats the rules, so I told her I was going to speak with the hotel manager. She told me I had to take the extra kid out with me that he couldnt stay for a second while I talked to management. So I took the kids to the room and went to speak to the manager Ebony. The hostess went back to explained the situation Im sure, because I told her Trish had put us out the pool. So a couple minutes later Ebony comes out looking like she cant wait to tell me no. I explained to her what had happened very politely, and let her know that Ive been a guest here for many years and this has never happened before. She then explained to me this is their policy and it could not be changed. I let her know that you all have about 150 rooms if 4 guest per room was in the pool it would be 600 people. But its only 6 other people in the pool now. If it was full then I could understand the need to remove extra guest. She insisted she couldnt do any
Felt unsafe at this property. Management charged me for a room I didn’t use- which never happens at Marriott properties. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Marriott. Marriott had a near perfect track record until I visited this property. I would recommend staying elsewhere.
If youve been to a courtyard before you know what to expect. That said in this particular one the elevator is nearly the entire length of the building away from the lobby and the prices for dining and quick bites are considerably higher than other hotels in the area. If a big pool isnt important to you I highly suggest looking at other properties in the area.
Food was good however, everyday I came back to the hotel around 4:30 pm and they have just started to clean my room, this was an inconvenience because now I would have to wait for them to finish. Also there was even a day when my room didnt get cleaned at all. The morning I checked out my final bill wasnt ready and they said they would email it. Two days later I still havent received my bill so I called the hotel and they said they will email when they get around to it. I was here on business and I needed the receipt to turn in for travel claims. I will not return to this hotel for any future stays.
Very disappointed in this hotel. My daughters wedding was on 9/23/17. She booked a block of rooms and was assured free shuttle service to and from her venue at freedom hill banquet center if they filled 10 rooms. Three days before her wedding she had to pay $250 as she was told only 3 rooms were booked. Only later did she find out that some guests were told her block was sold out months before! One couple booked there anyway and payed $15 more than the quoted block price! On the day of her wedding she dropped off baskets for the guests that were staying there. They were never delivered! On top of that the wedding couple booked the suite, the only thing in there was water available for $5 a bottle! I suggest this hotel should not go to any more wedding shows and promise things they dont intend on following through with! I will also be contacting corporate offices to report this!
I have stayed at this hotel several times and always had a wonderful experience. This night I had an out of town guest and I picked this hotel because of the location and I always have a nice stay. At midnight I was awakened by teenagers running down the hall I called the front desk and they assured me that security was handling it at 345 am I was awakened again by numerous people screaming and crying in the hall. People were banging on my door. I called the front desk only to be informed it was a domestic dispute and security was handling it. I called 911. After the police came I felt a little more comfortable to go back to sleep. My out of town guest asked me where did I take him. I was so embarassed. The next morning as I checked out there was blood all down the hall and the staff did not want to discuss the events of the night. I will not stay at this location again. This situation did not have to go this far if it would be even handled at midnight after my first complain. While I was checking out someone else was telling the front desk they had been complaining all night and they were directly across the hall from the drama.
My wife and I frequently travel to Warren, MI to visit family. There are a lot of lodging choices in the area but we always stay at this location. Courtyard Marriott is not the cheapest, but it is consistent in cleanliness, service, and overall experience. Rooms are quiet, comfortable, and the showers are awesome (water pressure is incredible). A minor thing... but important to my wife and I is that when closing the drapes, the room becomes very dark. Perfect for sleeping. Food at the Bistro is also good (and they serve Starbucks).
I really dont know how many stars to give here.My first stay was incredible and enjoyable the staff was very welcoming and super super nice then came morning as the staff had a different feel about them. They also said i could not stay because the hotel was fully booked.and they had no cancellations. Then i went on my way to find another place and came back the next day again i got the same feel. Really nice in the late evening and they even upgraded my room for coming back. I was oh wow thank you.I notices there were cobwebs in my room because i killed a spider and was looking for more before i went to bed. Then in the morning i went to use the hot tub and found thing floating in both the pool and the hot tub. I reported my findings immediately. They did not lower my rate and I could of stayed in a place with no hot tub or pool for less.I dont know if the filter system was not working or someone forgot to turn it on in both the pool and the hot tub because there were dead bugs and ants and foreign bodies floating in the water and you can see them very clearly and i need reading glasses. They may be saving on hydro cost to keep the hotel running at good cost but is it really worth it to put your guest at health risk? There are not many hotels with pool and hot tubs around that you can get at a low cost so be aware and stay healthy and if things are not right report them and get a reduction on your stay if you feel something was not up to snuff. This way they will stay on top of their game.
By far THE best hotel stay my children and I have ever experienced!! McCair went over and beyond to make sure my family and I were accommodated. Words couldnt explain how grateful we are. We were there to attend my daughters fathers funeral (a shock to everyone). The genuine compassion and empathy that was expressed to us was truly sincere and heart-felt. Not only was the customer service great from ALL of the staff members, our room was clean and we didnt have to ask for a thing! Everything is up-to-date, and I couldnt hear my room neighbors (its a good thing they couldnt hear us either-mother of three). I would recommend this hotel to any business professional or family reservation (perfect place for either or).
I stay at this particular Courtyard Marriott whenever I am in town on business travel. The staff and rooms are always above par in terms of cleanliness, service, and comfort. Ive tried several other places in the Warren area and this is the only place that I will stay. They offer the best value for the money, bar none.
Being Active Duty Military, usually these TDY trips are always confusing and Hotel is rather crappy. NOT THIS ONE...very friendly staff, absolutely wonderful and helping. The cleaning ladies were so helpful and friendly as well. My first time in Warren, MI, and i would definitely stay there again
This was a little more expensive then where I usually stay, but I stayed there because I had a coupon that covered almost the entire bill. I thought the hotel was clean and had good amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. It had a nice pool and hot tub area and was in a very convenient location. They provided breakfast for a small fee which we thought was really good. I usually stay at Baymont, Comfort Inn, Super 8, Days Inn, ect. This was a step above those, but was also more expensive had I had to actually pay for it. Ill stick with the 4 stars due to that, but I have no complaints.

Stayed for work didnt spend a lot of time there but the place was beautiful and staff very friendly. Room was very nice bed extremely comfortable really nice bathrooms in rooms didnt have time to try the breakfast but it was smelling really good. Will stay here again for sure!!!
Currently staying at the courtyard Marriott on a business trip. Hotel is very pleasant and clean but its the staff that make it a great place to stay. Every single member of staff always have a smile and a greeting every time they see you. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
A good place overall; the lobby is spacious and well set up for working, and the suites have nice layout and small touches, e.g. electric sockets in the lamps. Check-in was slow, as there were not enough clerks later in the evening (after 9:00). There was an internet connectivity problem during the stay; the desk gave me a tech support number, which was responsive and fixed the problem.

This is a big, awkwardly laid out, older hotel. The parking is simply annoying, especially on a windy cold day with ice and snow to stumble over. Very few spots are close to the main entrance. But the rooms are satisfactory, the staff is efficient, the fitness room and pool well equipped. Breakfast was included in my rate, but the food was cooked beyond crisp and most of it inedible.
If I could give this place no stars I would. To sum things up the staff was mad that somebody was smoking so nearly everybody in that part of the hotel was put out and I didnt get my deposit back. All at 4 am.. How am I smoking but someone had to come to our room to wake us up..? Then it wasnt just us! So yeah theyre janky and I will never as long as I live go to another one of their hotels! They suck! Rude ghetto typical bad attitude having employees. All around bad experience.
Did not get the room I reserved so it was a difficult situation with my granddaughter being with me and being placed in a room with a king bed. Broken bed and wet floor from air conditioning leak. Didnt feel the staff showed any empathy when discussing the reservation error. It was like that is the reservation departments issue and not any responsibility of the hotel.
My mom and I stayed this past weekend Friday night and Saturday night. Friday night was good. However, my stay was cut short on Saturday. I got in the bed and started feeling an itching sensation on my leg and noticed red, inflammed pumps on the lower part of my leg, resembling insect bites. .....I didnt see a bed bug, but Im thinking these bites were from bed bugs. The marks were not on my leg 10 min before getting into bed covering myself with the comforter. I pulled back the covers. I didnt see a bed bug. Needless to say, I DID NOT stay there Saturfay night. I left! I wish I had a picture of the bug to prove it at guest services. Instead, I have my red inflamed bite marks. So be carrful and be on the look out for bed bugs!
Just a quick trip to Warren. I dont know much about the area and was in a meeting for the duration of the time. The property was in proximity to the GM plant and close by to my meeting location. The hotel itself is newly renovated with the latest Courtyard concept. I like the amenities in the guest room with plenty of power, fridge, and sleeper sofa if needed.
The staff and accommodations at this hotel were second to none. We stayed there for the funeral of a family member. The consideration of our needs were exceptional - including giving us a condolence card singed by over 20 staff members upon arrival. They understood our large family needed a place to reminisce, eat, and play games, and they helped us meet those needs without disrupting other guests. Each of my family members wanted me to share their appreciation to the staff of Courtyard Warren for their help during this difficult time.
7/10 housekeeping. Faucet was in sick was dirty along with a few other things, rooms were clean for the most part (just dont check the stained mattresses!!)(or the smell of mildew coming from the air conditioning)Comfy pillows, attendant at front desk was pleasant.Although breakfast was not. Girls at the bistro were rude, and after getting my order wrong could not give me a bag that wasnt ripped.I will tell my company to pick else where for now on.
I went to Warren for a family wedding. We all were treated very kindly and professionally by the staff. We had several elderly family with us, and the staff made every accommodation for them. Plus, they made it very comfortable for the family to gather in the lobby and just visit. This was a very clean hotel and the staff just made the stay wonderful.
Ive stayed at Courtyard Warren since 2008, Ive never had anything to complain of. At the beginning I stayed in other hotels like the Marriott in Troy and the Residence Inn Warren as they included breakfast, nevertheless since the Courtyard Marriott was remodeled back in 2012-2013 I liked very much the new design and prefer to stay here. Ive never stayed in a different hotel than this since then.
Room, dining and amenities were fine. Staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel needs to BAN hockey sticks from the hotel, as kids in town for a tournament were playing pickup hockey in the second floor hallway for two of our three nights until 9pm. No parental supervision, and parents were in the hotel, it was not a group trip with chapperones.
We stayed the evening to attend a wedding the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, they offered shuttle service back and forth to the venue which was main reason for choosing this hotel, the rooms were nice and clean, the beverages at the hotel were quite pricey. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning a stay in the area for shopping or any outside event. Bring your own beverages and snacks would be recommended.
I wanted to avoid a long slow drive to work on a snowy day, so I found this Courtyard a few miles from my office for 7500 Marriott points, which seemed like a good value. The mattress was good. The room could use better lighting. There was complimentary Starbucks coffee in the lobby in the morning.
We booked a couple of rooms with 1 king bed but when we got there, none were available. Stains were left in the room such as shown on the picture. Room keys kept demagnetizing. Gym is very poor. Only coffee available in the room, not even tea. When we asked the front desk for it, we got charged more than 4 bucks for 2 teabags. Not the treatment I expect in a Courtyard for that budget.
Also forgot to mention that the food court opened late, 10 minutes or so and the meal took 20 minutes at least to arrive. That was for an omelet and I was the only one getting food cooked! Worst omelet ever. so waited a half hour for an omelet that sucked! Need to do better, otherwise stay was just ok.
I was visiting the Detroit area to celebrate my sisters home coming from Afghanistan. I always choose Marriott over any other hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean and the update decor and the bed OMG was the absolute best!! I would highly recommend staying at this location despite they no longer offer continental breakfast for their guest.
I didnt enjoy my stay, unfortunately I booked a room that I thought had a patio like it showed on the picture on line. Only to get a room facing the parking lot with no pation. And I had to keep my curtains closed because it was cars parked at our window. So our room was dark with no sun light during the day.oudhe pool was really small & it was alot of kids & Warren police came. Not sure what happened I went bk to my room. It was loud & a lil to ghetto for me. This particular location I wouldnt recommend...
Checked into my hotel very late and was hoping to find a microwave to heat up food. Upon check-in I asked and the associate knew it had been a long day and offered an complementary upgrade. I am a reward member and I was using points for my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me and my fiancé.
Oh my goodness, when we travel to Detroit, we always stay at the Courtyard Marriott Detroit/Warren . The place is so clean & the staff is very helpful. The hotel is close to downtown Detroit. They have a fitness center, Jacuzzi & a swimming pool. I rate this hotel a 5 star. Id stay there again absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Detroit metropolitan area.
On a scale of 1-10, this property is a 3-4 at best. The reason that it is not lower, is the staff who are courteous and efficient. Old, low rise property where the 1st floor rooms are facing the parking lot. Decor has been refreshed but it is not enough. Marriott rewards program status is irrelevant - no complimentary breakfast, no better room to upgrade to, just a bottle of water. Stay at the Residence Inn next door - larger room, free breakfast.
For work at the Detroit Arsenal, this hotel is just around the corner. The commute is literally only ten minutes or less. The area around the building is safe enough with one way in/one way out parking. But what shines here is the staff. They are all very personable and friendly. But they are very quick to react and to accommodate guests requests. A truly great stay.
The staff at the courtyard warren are some of the most amazing people I’ve met. They make being in the road away from family a bit easier. They always smile and their greeting are genuine. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the food is good and drinks are always cold.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for someone looking to relax or get away for a weekend. Perhaps it’s fine for one or two night if your in town for business. The dirty bathroom really put me off. The room seemed otherwise clean but the dirty bathroom makes you question how clean the room really is.
Staff, for the most part, were courteous and helpful at check in. Received 3 room keys, which one did not work from the beginning of our stay. When asking the front desk for correction they indicated, You deactivated the card, likely with your phone. Perhaps its just me, if I was on the other side of the counter, my response would have been, Im sorry for your inconvenience, its my pleasure to assist with your card access. Regarding my room, when I picked up the soap to open for the 1st time, there was a hair under the bar. The curtain in the room had something on it like someone threw something with red sauce at it. The television picture was not very clear. The casing around the outlet by the bed was loose and felt unsafe to use.

2022-01-26What do I start with....Never go by the name brand and presume the experience would be likewise.Prices are blown way out of proportion to the quality of services provided. Staff is rude and lack hospitality. The restaurant and market in the lobby are ridiculously expensive. There are better accommodating places in the area that are in the same price range and also offer a lot more services.Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

2022-04-08Courtyard is usually a predictable and above average brand by Marriott. However, this property is well below average. First its not in a great area. Second, the building itself is run down on the inside - the front desk told me they were supposed to get a refurbishment in 2020 but still dont have one planned, its well overdue. What made it really bad was the walls were paper thin and I could hear the conversation next to me, and every door opening and closing - like an old motel. The bed was completely worn out, sinking far low with poor pillows.I asked to check out early given the condition and bad sleep experience and at least was allowed to do that.Marriott needs to refurbish this hotel completely..

2022-03-20Awful awful awful. Rooms were DISGUSTING and dirty. Bathrooms were filthy and would not flush. Bed sheets dirty. Entire floor reaked of marijuana and smoke filled the hallways!! Huge safety hazard as smoking is dangerous in rooms!! Our kids were nauseous from the fumes the entire weekend!!! Staff was ATROCIOUS!! Did not care that we were bothered by the fumes and smoke and filthy rooms! Staff was rude, disinterested, and plain out disgusting towards us. NEVER ever ever would I stay here again. Filthy bathroom, filthy sheets, terrible staff. Shame on you Marriott

2022-05-25Great Service Throughout The Hotel. My Room Was Fresh & Clean I Really Enjoyed My Stay And All The Staff Was Friendly and Extremely Helpful...

2021-10-23Beautiful, clean lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Only problem was that there is one elevator that does not serve all areas of the hotel. We had to pay a bellhop to carry our bags up two sets of stairs. No bellhop on duty at checkout so we had to carry bags down the stairs and make several trips. Also, hot tub was closed.

2021-10-26Our family visited Detroit for a wedding reception. Two employees stood out for going above and beyond helping my family during our stay: Sheila and LaToya were so awesome. They were both thoughtful and helpful. Each of the ladies went above and beyond in different ways to ensure that my family had the best experience imaginable at the hotel. Some of my family members are older and are not well traveled, they both were patient and caring when helping them. They never tired of our questions (if they did, they definitely didnt show it!), they were always available to answer questions, give restaurant suggestions, LaToya even helped my uncle to change his flight plans! These two ladies were simply great people. They took such good care of us and I made sure to thank them and let them know how much they were appreciated.

2021-08-18DO NOT STAY HERE—-Let’s start off from the top. Friday I used the Marriott application on my iPhone and requested a early checkin, I also requested extra towels in my room and I also requested my room be cleaned everyday because I know they only do that by request. The Marriott application notified me that my early check in was granted and that they would have extra towels for me. At check in I got to the property at around 1130am I spoke to a lady at the counter without checking anything in the computer she said checkin is not til 3pm. I was like I understand but I talked to someone on the application and they said it was ok. She walked and the back to verify and another lady came out and said she would help me, the rest of the check in went smooth. When I got to my room, no extra towels as requested, check the bathroom the toilet in the bathroom sucks, it made for a 4 year old it’s pretty much sitting in the ground. When I woke up the next day I requested towels again and house keeping again, I returned Saturday night no towels no cleaning. Sunday morning this is when I was just fed up, I called at 1030am requested a cleaning and more towels, also the toilet was not flushing properly asst manager lee I believe her name was said she will notify maintenance and get house keeping up to me. 1 hour went by we called again she said she would check on my request. Now by 1230 I was already running late to go meet family, I walked down to the lobby to see a manager. I met with the asst manager lee again she said she will call maintenance to see where they are, housekeeping lady was sitting in lobby, she asked me what did I need. I told her I requested towels for two days, she said stay here I will go and get them for you. House keeping came back with towels so I went back up to my room to meet maintenance, they finally came up and fixed the problem. As I am leaving my room house keeping was next door, I asked her if she was cleaning my room next, she said no I am not on the list. I told her I requested cleaning for two days now, she said it was not her problem and to call the office. I got into my vehicle called the hotel and spoke to asst manager lee, she made up some story that I was on the list and it’s a different housekeeper and she will aside my room gets cleaned. She said they are short staff and doing the best they can. So we went out Sunday all day return to my room around 930pm and guess what THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED. I have been staying at Marriotts
