Took my car in for an oil change and to have them check on why it would stall out at times, the oil change was great however, I was told I had no transmission fluid and the lines were leaking, after getting the cost to repair that issue, I found another mechanic that is less than half the cost. I was shocked that they let me drive my car out of the service area with NO transmission fluid. Don’t believe the 7 point check service they claim to do, in December when they put a new battery in, they said they did the 7 point inspection and never ONCE did they mention the transmission fluid being low! I received a letter the following week stating they’re looking for cars like mine to sell.I was very disappointed in what they claimed to check with the 7 point inspection-all fluids, tires etc. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. This is where I bought my car new 9 years ago.
They were able to fix my truck… However after taking it in initially I was told that it would be safe to drive… The next morning at 3 o’clock in the morning by vehicle was undrivable and I had to have it towed… And it took five days to get it fixed racking up a big rental car bill
I purchased my first CR vehicle from Vince in 2020. I had a great experience. So when i was ready for a new vehicle, I came straight to Vince. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. When i am ready for another vehicle, Im going to call Vince. Thanks Vince for another great experience.

We had been looking at new SUV’s for a few months. We happened to contact Josh Lawerence who we had bought our previous vehicle from at another dealership. We made the drive up to Adrian to CR to meet Josh and check our there inventory. Josh was able to work with us to find exactly what we wanted in our Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited! The process from finding the vehicle to completing the financing was the easiest and best experience we have ever had! Josh is amazing and CR forever has our business!
After deals falling through on multiple different trucks at many different dealers, Fernando at this dealer made buying a truck east and made the best deal possible happen. Drove almost 2 hrs to this dealer and don’t regret it one bit. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!
I made and appointment and viewed a Dodge Journey on Friday 2/4. I was negotiating with “Wild Bill” and we were about $500 apart in price. I told him I would need to discuss with my wife and think about it. The conversation was amicable. I called Wild Bill later that afternoon to increase my offer and was told that the car had sold that afternoon for full price. I’ll be honest, that I had a hard time believing that this car that had sat on their lot for 2 months, had two potential buyers in less than 6 hours but we moved on in our car search. We had no luck over the weekend and on Monday afternoon we noticed the car was still available on the website so called to see if it was in fact still available and was told it was. My wife went in and was approached by a different salesman who she asked to test drive it. While he was standing and waiting for the keys, my wife walked towards him and heard Wild Bill tell this other salesman that the car was sold already.Ok, again, we moved on and a couple days later found a vehicle that fit our needs. The interactions regarding the Dodge were weird but it’s plausible that the car had sold with deposit or something and was waiting for the new owner to come and claim.On 2/18, two weeks after we were told it was sold, I was browsing car websites again because we were searching for a replacement for my wife’s car as well and noticed the Dodge was still listed. I decided to call and inquire out of curiosity (we weren’t interested in the car at this point) and sure enough, was told it was still available and it hadn’t sold in the past two weeks.The whole situation has left a sour view of this dealership. I don’t know why we were lied to about the sale of the car. Especially over a $300 difference in price. Wild Bill not only lost out on the sale of this car for himself, but essentially blocked another salesman from selling this car. On top of that, we’ve bought 2 cars in the past 2 weeks to replace/upgrade both my and my wife’s vehicles and potentially would have bought both vehicles at this dealership. Now we will never choose to do business here and I would absolutely steer clear of Wild Bill. As I’m writing this review, the Dodge is still listed on their website, approaching 3 months of sitting on their lot.I see you have said you would reach out via email but after 3 days have yet to receive anything. Another reason I will not be using this business in the future.
Had an appointment to view a truck two days in advance. Was driving from 7 hours away so needed to be sure it was in stock before i took the day off and had another driver able to take a day off as well. Called the morning of the appointment to make sure everything was still on and they said yes. Drove 7 hours only to find out they sold it the day before. Seriously! They offered different trucks, but nothing at the same price or package. Dont come here unless you want dissapontment. Now 7 hours back home.
I made the mistake of ordering a rear window replacement from them. I placed the order on Sunday and paid the steep upcharge for overnight shipping. They printed the shipping label on Tuesday, so Fedex said it would be delivered on Wednesday. I took the day off work so that I could be home to sign for the part, but of course, it didnt arrive because they didnt bother to ship the part until Wednesday night. So I had to take Thursday off too. When the part was finally delivered, I discover they shipped a completely different part than the one I ordered. Zack in the parts department wasnt the least bit concerned that their inability to send the right part in timely fashion had caused lost wages.I understand mistakes happen, but when every single aspect is screwed up, from shipping time to order accuracy, and then combined with a sucks to be you attitude when the mistake causes significant cost and inconvenience, I thinks its safe to say something is wrong with this company and they dont deserve your business.Not recommended, to say the least.

This was by far the most painless auto purchase I have ever made, and Ive bought about 20 cars in my lifetime. Their team was professional, buttoned up on every detail and came through on every aspect of the sale from start to finish. I only wish I could give 10 stars because they deserve it.
Ive been a Happy Camper of their maintenance facility for roughly 20 years with my 2000 Dodge Ram and never a issue.Courtesy transportation from and to dealership, or I read rental car as well.
I scheduled an appointment to have an oil pressure sensor replaced, which had already been diagnosed, two weeks prior. I took a half day off of work and dropped my car off well before the scheduled time of 12:00. I was told I would get a phone call to confirm the problem and get my approval. Four hours later, I called CR Chrysler’s service department to find out what was going on. I was told they were looking at it and would have someone call me back. I informed them that I couldn’t take another day off work and it needed to be done that day. They said it would be done. My wife showed up to pick up the car minutes before 5:30 and the service department was locked up tight. Fortunately there was someone still in the sales department who could get the keys and take her money. More than $300 later and a lot of aggravation we finally have our car repaired.

Each time my husband and I deal with the service department we are treated as if we dont matter and they dont want to work on our vehicle. We will not be returning. We purchased a vehicle almost 3 years ago, immediately (less than 3 days of ownership) the brakes started squeaking, they wanted us to pay for the parts and labor, it was like pulling teeth to have them replaced. More recently we had an exhaust leak, we thought was a turbo, they would not fix it and told us to go to a muffler shop.. they performed a major system update, now the 4wd is stuck in low, after driving it home, and the service department shows no interest working on the vehicle. I am still paying the loan and insurance and it has been driven to and from the dealer once in the last 1.5 months. We will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again, I will purchase my next Chrysler/Fiat product somewhere that shows more care and appreciation to its customers.
Had a salesman names James lie to me about the selling of a car just so I couldn’t purchase vehicle. Lost a sale for himself and another salesman. This company will say they are going to look into the issue and get back with me but they won’t. I left a negative review in past and that’s what they told me but have never heard from them. Horrible business.
Had a motor put in my truck, called around to many dealers and garages, cr was the cheapest. The customer service was great as was my mechanic truck runs good have had no issues so far.

I had a poor experience working with this dealership. I was drawn there because they had the vehicle that I had been looking for. The salesman was helpful and very polite, but I knew I wanted the vehicle prior to even meeting them. The business/finance department...completely different story. I had asked to see options for 72 and 84 month financing periods, and received 4 separate hard inquiries to my credit. I had not purchased a new/used vehicle in sometime and was not aware of this “shotgunning” technique used by this particular dealership in looking for credit terms. No disclosures were made prior to the inquiries, the business manager assumes that the clients automatically know what to expect. The store manager didn’t return my call. It’s easier for them to ask for forgiveness rather than permission....and that hasn’t even been attempted.
C R of Adrian was a great place to buy a great car. The price was fair with no haggling left us feeling good when we were done. Jake Allen was professional and knowledgeable. They dont take personal checks which made it a little difficult but it all worked out. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

After some very disappointing encounters with dealers in our area, we decided to make the drive to CR of Adrian. We could not be happier with our decision. Kyle was awesome and everyone was friendly and treated us with respect. We feel that we got great deal and it was worth the 3 1/2 hour drive. Next time we are in the market for another vehicle we will not hesitate to reach out to Kyle and make the drive again.
I am pleased with the work. All of the issues were taken care and I was informed that some hoses were leaking and needed replacing which I appreciated. I was a disappointed in the customer service. Representatives were polite but did not inquire if we wanted or needed any other service. I thought communication was slow as we dropped our vehicle off early morning and didnt hear from the service tech until late afternoon when we were informed that the parts wouldnt be available until the following day (not a problem as we didnt need the vehicle back that day and I understand parts sometimes need to be ordered). I ended up having to call the next day, in the late afternoon, as I had not heard anything regarding the progress on the work being done. I was told at that time that my vehicle should be ready for pick-up before closing time only to receive a call a bit later stating it wouldnt be finished until the following day. Again, we did not need the vehicle but it should have been communicated at the time of leaving it for service that it was a possibility of not getting the vehicle back for a day or two depending on availability of the parts or service needed in case arrangements had to be made for transportation.
I would recommend to anyone. They go above and beyond for everything from sales to service. Tyler and Gage went all out to ease the buying process and delivery and paperwork for my Wifes new Jeep Gladiator was seamless. Thank you againAWESOME!!!!

This was my first time leasing a vehicle, or acquiring from a dealership at all. The experience was great, Tyler and his assistant Gage did a great job at making me feel welcome, and clearly answered my questions and brought me up to speed to what kind of things I should look for and consider when buying a vehicle. I wasn’t exactly happy about waiting 2 hours to get my vehicle serviced but Jake kindly took the time to explain things to me about my vehicle and that made it all the greatest of a great customer service. I would advise calling and speaking with a sales person prior to going to make things easier as I waited I could see how busy things were at this location. Emailing them for assistance or scheduling is a joke, I never got a response. There were 4 people at the service desk when I walked up both times on separate days, not a single person addressed me in anyway either time. I dropped my truck off at 9am, after telling them what my check engine code was for and what was needed when I scheduled it, we went over it again at drop off, at 2:50 I called to inquire about progress, they said they would call me back. I got a call back 20 mins later telling me what it needed and if I wanted to get it done. Waste of an entire day for a 2 hour job. Next time I will make the drive to Extreme Dodge in Jackson.

Fonda was awesome! I told her what I was looking for, she gave me great insight on the vehicle and was able to get a Compass to the showroom the very next day. Over the moon happy with the service I received. There was even a mistake on the paperwork and a rebate was missed, she caught it after I left and made it right. That is a big time integrity move right there. That shows that she cares about the customer and getting them the best vehicle for the best price!
I traded in my Suburban and bought a Jeep Gladiator from CR. The sales man that I dealt with was Vince. He was great. Most of the transaction was done by phone as I live 2 hours away. They did a great job fixing my car. My oil filter was stuck and they fixed everything at minimal cost. I recommend their service department. They even transported me home and back again the next day, since I was without a car.
Lupe and Vince are absolutely amazing! They took time out of their Saturday to make sure that we went home with the jeep of our dreams. Very kind and professional, highly recommend! Oh and my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave is beyond awesome, we LOVE it!!

Since I bought my jeep at this dealership, I have always had fast and hassle free service here. Never have to wait for an appointment, even pi ked up my car for me once. Last oil change was done in under 20 minutes and they made sure to take care of a random part needing to be replaced no problem. I love their shop doggo too ❤️

Working with William Berger was Awesome! Our family purchased 3 vehicles from him within about a month time frame. He was diligent to get what we wanted and made the numbers work. This dealership was like any other I’ve ever been to, it was a great experience, easy and everyone was above and beyond to make it even better. The sales manger came over and met us, and chatted with us for a while and was super personable. We honestly loved working with them. It’s my first Jeep product and I would do it over again exactly the same way- same Jeep, William, and this dealership!

I scheduled an appointment to have work done on my vehicle (which was due to a recent recall). Jake from CR scheduled my appointment around my convenience. They gave me a timefrane of 2 hours to complete the service and true to their word, they were finished in 2 hours. They called my cellphone to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. They checked my tires, exhaust, fluids and exhaust...what a added bonus!! Fast, friendly service! Very happy customer.

My wife and I drove over an hour to look at Jeeps at CR of Adrian. When we arrived they were just closing on a Saturday afternoon. My wife explained how far we drove to a sales person and he went in and told Lupe. Lupe came out and talked to us about what we were looking for. Lupe knowing we drove over an hour he said he would stay after hours and help us out. As we walked in Vincent said he would stay to help as well. These two went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we really wanted. They both ended up staying over two hours on a Saturday evening to close out our deal!! They definitely earned or return business and we highly recommend them for your next Jeep purchase.

My girlfriend Nicole Zielinski purchased a vehicle from this establishment. What an absolute complete disaster. Purchased a 2010 Chevy Camaro RS from these guys. Before even purchasing the vehicle we had to purchase new wheels and rotors because one of the wheels were cracked. That cost 1k, they said they replaced the rear rotors that was a lie. Two days later check engine light comes on throws a code. P0008 system engine performance. Took it to the dealership turns out the timing chain was bad that’s why it was driving so rough. $1500 dollar job thank god the warranty covered it. Two days after that another check engine light comes on misfire cylinder 4. I changed all the spark plugs myself. Now we are hearing a pretty noticeable lifter tick. I thought I went through this car pretty good but unfortunately I am not a mechanic and was not able to catch these major issues before purchasing. I’m pretty sure that they cleared the timing chain code before purchasing it because it’s unlikely that code would come up a day or two after we purchased this vehicle. I would not recommend doing business with (JEEP DODGE RAM ADRIAN MICHIGAN) my guess is they bought this car from an auction and touched up the paint to make it look good to flip it. It’s unfortunate you can’t count on these dealerships to be honest especially during a pandemic when most people are already hurting financially!In response to your response. I would like to see proof that you changed the rear rotors because they are rusted to hell. You guys may have pad slapped the vehicle that’s about it. And we did contact you regarding returning the vehicle via voicemail and email and you did not respond. Yes we get it we purchased a ten year old vehicle but the amount of mechanical repairs that had to go into the vehicle is unacceptable especially purchasing a vehicle from a so called reputable car dealership. Only thing you guys did was put a bad taste in our mouth about ever purchasing a used vehicle from a Chrysler, dodge, Jeep dealership. I own multiple businesses and can see through the bs. Not even showing any willingness to try and rectify the situation says a lot about your outfit.
Tyler was great! From the first phone call to me walking out the door with a new truck, this guy never made it about the sale. He was great with my family and truly made me feel like a friend. I will recommend this place to to anyone who ask and I simply will never go anywhere else. Also the finance department was awesome. Truly great people!

Everything was done very professionally. We took a new 2021 jeep wrangler for a test drive and both my wife and I loved it. The employees are always very polite, helpful, and ask if you need anything while you wait or just look around. The service area is also very fast and they will come out and give you updates on your vehicle so you dont have to wonder whats going on.

This was my first experience with getting my oil change here and I wasn’t impressed with the service at all. The service writer did not approach me in the car, I had to go to the counter. The service was not explained, just handed the bill. Not a friendly bunch there.

Jake in the Service department is always extremely helpful! Had an issue with the air suspension on my Ram (shocker I know) and he went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Ended up a tech had to recalibrate some height settings and everything is back to normal! Nice to see a dealership that’s willing to do whatever it takes, as wells as being up front and HONEST. Will for sure be taking my truck back when/if needed.

Bought a used Jeep from CR Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Adrian. When purchasing we were already pre-approved by our bank. I told them they had to work with the individual we worked with at our bank so they wouldnt run our credit twice (Because they wouldnt let me work with the bank directly). I repeatedly told them who they needed to work with and they assured me that they would and our credit would NOT be ran twice. They didnt LISTEN to that simple request and worked with another person at the bank and intern they ran our credit again. The person we talked to about this was Lupe. It just goes to show how they take care of customers and listening to their simple requests. Not to mention the detailing of the Jeep was subpar. I have had other work done to my Ram there and it was great but after this experience I will be taking my business to LaFontaine in Clinton.
Very friendly with fast service. Will make routine inspection of critical systems during oil changes and advise of needs but no pressure for upsell of additional service. I bring all my vehicles even non- Chrysler to CR for routine service. Have never had an opportunity to purchase vehicle here but is on my short list to visit.
My husband and I were recently looking for a new to us vehicle that would fit our family as it grows and be a reliable vehicle for me driving to work everyday. We had gone to a few places and just hadnt found that right place that made us feel welcomed. Then we walked into CR and James greeted us with a friendly smile that put us right at ease. We talked for a while about what we were looking for and he was up front and honest with us about not having anything on his lot at that time that was what we were looking for. He told us to give him a couple days to look at the other lots and see if there was something there or if he could find what we were looking for another way. Sure enough a couple days later we get a call saying he found us two vehicles. We came in and test drove both and ended up choosing our 2015 Chevy Traverse. We love our new SUV and it has been an amazing vehicle with all this crazy weather we have had lately. I cant thank James and the team at CR enough for listening to us and taking the time to find us exactly what we were looking for. We greatly appreciate all the hard work you all did for us. I contacted CR Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Adrian last month looking for leasing options. I was pushed around from the Business Development Manager Kelsey to a salesman, then to another salesman named Kyle, then got pushed back to Kelsey all within the matter of a week. I never got taken seriously and was asked if the mom and dad I live with own a jeep (Im 24 and live with my husband), laughed at my questions I had, and never got a call back. I work on the phone with people all day, I acted professional and competent but after each call I felt looked down on. I never post reviews but after a month I still felt the need. I suggest to anyone looking for leases to not look into this company due to poor customer service. I ended up going with Clift Buick and couldnt be happier with my 2021 lease and they now have a loyal costumer.
CR has the friendliest staff out of any dealership I’ve walked in to. The amount of work their salesman Jake put into getting me approved same day was nothing short of showmanship. He walked me through my entire agreement and warranty to make sure I didn’t miss a beat. Hard to compare the level of interest in a customer to any other dealership in town, 10/10 would recommend!

Intial experience and purchase was good but found out a couple weeks later my wife and I got screwed on the trade in when we saw how much they got for our car and realized how much they low balled us. I felt like the trade in value they gave us was a little low but didnt want to deal with the hassle of selling it ourselves. I know they have to put money into it to resell it but what they got out of the trade in, its like come on. We will not be doing business here in the future or recommending them to friends and family.

If I could give this dealer negative stars I would. i have never dealt with such an unprofessional dealer in my life. I purchased a warranty with one of the people here over the phone and it was a terrible experience. I asked for a full refund they said it was fine, due to the situation. I am now 2 months out and no full refund. I have called and called put straight to VM and put on hold every single time I called I asked for the manager said they werent in EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am sure Mopar does not handle their customers the way this dealer has handled me. I was extremely patient the whole process. But if you are planning to buy a Warranty DO NOT BUY IT FROM THIS DEALER . They are a second string handler for the company MOPAR. It really sucks for Mopar to be losing customers because of a dealer.
Arrived 8:30 for oil change, no appointment. Everything completed in 45 minutes.Location is close to coffee shops, Aldi‘s, dollar store to pass time.
Dont trust this dealer. I am 2.5 hrs away. Tried buying a vehicle for two weeks. I kept having to contact them. Finally worked a deal over the phone. They had a driver bring the vehicle and paperwork to my house. It was a mess. I signed anyway. I realized they over charged me a week later. When I contacted them, they told me I was wrong and lying about the agreed upon price. Their way to resolve the issue is to just ignore me now. I would find a dealer with integrity so you are happy with your experience.

I must say I was leery of entering this dealership due to the experiences with others in the area, however they advertised the vehicle I wanted. Sure there were way more salesman around than obviously needed, but mine stood out and obviously handles an extreme amount of business for the dealership. I was extremely impressed with Vinces no bull attitude and his explanation of what was available and what they could do for me. He actually did exactly what he said he was going to do, which is extremely rare in the car industry. I couldnt be happier with the entire process. James Hickok was our salesman. He was great. Saw the vehicle I wanted on the internet and called the dealership. I was fortunate to get him. I live about 60 miles away, so I had to trust him sight unseen to be up front and thorough with me. He definitely was. He gave me his cell number and stayed in constant communication, updating me all along the way. He made the purchase easy and enjoyable and my son loves the car we got for him. Purchased a new Jeep recently with Kyle being my salesman. He was very informative about the Jeep I chose. Also very friendly, personable, and easy to work with.I had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed, the service department handled these very quickly and effectively. The detail department also did a awesome job cleaning some spots that were made when the Jeep was delivered to the dealership.
The Service staff at CR Chrysler, were very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Evaluation of the problem was quick, parts had to be ordered. The next day, after the new parts arrived, they were installed, in a timely manor.I am very satisfied with my experience, with the Service Center at CR. In fact I have another appointment next week to resolve another issue with my Van, which was pointed out by the Service People.
Fonda was an awesome. She got me the van of my dreams. She worked hard to get the payment I needed and even got the van from another dealer so I could have the exact package I wanted. This is how car shopping should be! Great, clean, low mile truck with about a half hour Worth of paperwork. No horror stories of waiting at a dealership 8 hours on the finance guy. TYLER TANSEL is a car salesman from Heaven. I was not looking forward to purchasing a newer truck because of the time investment, Tyler has changed everything when it comes to buying. Can’t wait until I need another car...I’ll buy one from him. CR of Adrian...your a gem!
5 stars does not give my experience at CR justice. I contacted Fonda on a Wednesday afternoon and drove away in a new car the next night. Fonda and the whole CR team took care of me like family and helped me make the best choice for myself. This is my second lease car through Fonda and she is always professional, helpful, available, and 5 stars!
I have been getting my truck serviced at C R Dodge since 2013. I recently had the oil changed and fuel filter element on my Dodge 3500 diesel truck. The work was completed in a timely manner. The only reason I returned to this dealer to make another purchase is the salesman, Kyle. He is top notch, and I truly hope the management at this dealership treat him well as an employee. If it wasnt for his care and contact, I wouldve gone elsewhere. I purchased a new Ram 2500 from him (second ram in less than a year), and I refer my friends and family to him as well. CR? Meh.. Very good experience that could of turned out ugly! Bought a very nice used truck, sold as is no warranty . Dont usually do this but I took a chance on it. Ended up having an oil leak when I noticed next day, called Greg who was my salesman and got me in touch with service manager to bring it in they would take care of it. 🤗 Was a big job to get at leak area and fix. Picked up few days later with courtesy vehicle they provided me with. Unfortunately, next morning still had a leak, I called CR Chrysler back and they said bring it back. Long story short they went extra mile and got truck fixed right this time! They did not look for easy way out of situation, and spent money getting me satisfied!! I will be back for next purchase, thank you!!

My first experience was not so good as online salesmen would not answer my questions through email, I would just get auto response. I decided to call the dealership and spoke with Andy S. who took down my questions and got back to me within 10 minutes. I was about 155 miles away from dealership, he didn’t hesitate to offer to have the vehicle delivered. My wife and I are loyal people sometimes to a fault. When we find a place we love, a restaurant, a hotel, and in this case a dealership where the customer service is top notch, we dont leave. Ive had the same insurance company since I was 18 years old, if that explains how loyal we are. you do us right, we do you right, and right from the beginning I could tell CR Chrysler Dodge Jeep is a family first business. Tyler Tansel has been probably one of the most comfortable, caring, and easy people to work with. if this customer service keeps up, they will be seeing the Scott family for many many years.
Purchased a used vehicle from them in March 2019 since then Ive had nothing but problems, they lied to me when I purchased the vehicle. the engine light was on they told me it was an 02 sensor. I took their word for it. Kyle was the salesman. the day after I purchased the vehicle I had to spend 550 dollars. The engine was misfiring on cylinder 5. I contacted them when I had the issue diagnosed Kyles response was thats the risk you take when purchasing a used vehicle. after some back and forth i was sent a check for some of the repair cost but not the full amount. I know theres always a risk buying a used car without it being a certified pre-owned but Ive put over 2000 dollars into this vehicle since then and Ive had it for just over 1 year. I will never return or recommend this place. my father who was with me when I purchased this vehicle had plans to go back to do 2 leases there and after discovering how shady they were did not go there.

This is the second car Ive purchased here, and Ill probably come back if I ever need another one. Both experiences have been wonderful, no pressure, just tell them my monthly payment price point and they figure out how to do it. I still owed almost $5000 on my current car and they worked it into a trade so I wouldnt have two car payments to worry about. I also cant sing enough praises about their service department. I go out of my way to come here for oil changes etc, because the customer service is amazing, you never feel like theyre trying to squeeze more money out of you, and frankly, the prices are fantastic. Theyve even offered at-home suggestions that would cost less a time or two. Seriously, you wont find a better bang for your buck!

This had to be the easiest transaction we have ever done when it came to getting a new car. Luke Tucker was our salesperson and he was amazing to work with. He did the deal from 2 hours away and beat everyones price. I didnt even see the car in person but Luke sent photos, kept in touch and ran us through the process. He even had the car delivered to our doorstep and took the previous lease back. Luke went above and beyond and we pretty much didnt have to do anything except give him some information. Great salesperson, great dealership!
Great service on my oil change at a great price! I love the option of choosing my own oil and filter, which some businesses don’t offer. And it only took 30 minutes from drop off to pickup. I’ll be back in 3-6 months for my next oil change!
Jake did an amazing an job! My wife and i just purchased a certified 2012 RAM 1500. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! Not only did they try to sell me a vehicle that was not as advertised, they wouldnt compromise on the price to account for the features it DIDNT have. I had my own pre-approved financing, which I told them up front, yet they tried to get me financed through one of their banks. I have since received SEVEN notices from different banks and credit unions! Thanks for dinging my credit after I told you not to, car thieves! Horrible place to do business!

I had my Jeep towed to CR after hours when my key broke and I was unable to start it anymore. When I called the next day to explain the situation they were very understanding and actually got a chance to look at it that day. 2022-02-22A simple oil change and tire rotation - in at 1030A - on the road again at 1120A.Efficient, friendly people at the service desk. And they accepted my service request without trying to up-sell me on anything I hadnt specifically requested. I appreciated this aspect very much.New resident in Adrian. I wanted to (a) get my Grand Cherokee TH into their system. (b) I also dont trust instant oil change places anymore as they screwed up treads on a previous vehicles oil pan by cross-threading the replacement filter.Based only on this initial impression, I can recommend this dealer.

2022-02-11I was having a lot of issues my car. After 6 + months and 3 mechanics later they couldnt figure out the problem. I did not purchase my car at CR Motors and the still took my car in and checked it. Within 3 days they had it fixed. They were patient with me. Due to the issue it was an expensive fix. They waited for me and did not pressure me to hurry. Every employee from the sales operator to the mechanics and even the ladies in the office at time of payment were very nic and polite. I dearly appreciate the good work they did their hard and fast work. Ank you CR Motors of Adrian MI.

2022-02-12I have always had great and efficient service. The waiting room is in the showroom with the sales people and you can hear their conversations quite clearly. Some of those conversations are loud and somewhat inappropriate. Something minor but should be addressed because there was a little child waiting while I was there.
