They were able to get my vehicle repaired weeks earlier than others quoted me. I had, and to this day, have had no issues with the repairs. Everything looked perfect and pristine. When they returned my car to me it sparkled and looked nicer than when I brought it in. Felix was so helpful and even the manager touched base with me. They also explained their warranty on all repairs (it was included in the price!) which is much better than anything Ive ever been offered. Very satisfied.

My experience could be different than yours as I was pre approved through my insurance company. Also be prepared to look around for parking at the Jones Rd. facility as it is located at the dead end, in an industrial park and even public street parking can be very packed. Easy to locate and deal with but the parking is what drives my 4 stars.

Part arrived when they promised, they did the job while I waited and even had the guy installing it polish the paint and buff the scratch off. After 1 hour on Saturday they said we need your car overnight that turned into a week . When I came to pick car up Felix told me I would have had car sooner but I was off Thursday, Friday and Monday. During the whole ordeal I was never giving a car with an update I had to call myself. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. The door that was repaired now whistles when I go over 45 . Comment: My experience was much more consistent with their Yelp rating than their google rating. Simply put, very poor front desk service with employees who are inattentive and disengaged. Its clear from the moment you walk in this place is NOT designed for customer service. A waiting area that feels more like a holding cell, minimal chairs and tiny space facing a desk in your face with a large comfortable office area for their employees to walk around and sit at while they casually chat and ignore customers. Employees act as though theyre doing you a favor when they finally do acknowledge you. Clearly this place depends heavily on insurance claims where customer service is mostly irrelevant. To be fair and transparent though, the work itself was as expected, though they still managed to make a couple silly mistakes and.then compounded it by not correcting in a timely manor. Ironically, I WAS an insurance claim, and suffered through my first experience chalking it up to Whatever, at least its close and convenient and covered by insurance. But when I needed to return a couple weeks later, I learned my lesson and realized that this is just a poorly managed business. Period. Zero interest in customer service. Im not mad...sadly MOST businesses are this way these days, but Im willing to keep looking until I find a business that IS. They know the insurance claims are just gonna keep rolling in, so theyll herd them into their 5x15 holding pen and treat them as sheep. No thanks, Im good. Dont trust the google reviews without at least checking Yelp first, because the Yelp reviews experience was absolutely my experience!! I never use google reviews for this reason, Yelp is rarely off in my experience.

Once I returned with my car they stated they had the right box but wrong item inside. I was told they had left a message with my insurance when I called to check in on the car since I never got a call back from them like they had promised days prior so they would try again after our phone call. I called my insurance agent and they had never received a call from them so he called the shop instead. They had offered to fill my tank up to makeup for my driving back and forth and but they never followed through on that either. I DONT RECOMMEND!

The representative said that they damaged the bumper and had to take it off of my vehicle to re-paint it, the second day I went to go pick up my vehicle. Nobody reached out I called in then they told me my vehicle was ready and out front 20 minutes later I got another phone call stating that the vehicle would be ready an hour and 30 minutes later when I finally was able to pick up my vehicle they claim they had washed and clean my vehicle and when I opened my car in the driver side there was rappers and trash in my cup holders and dirt on both of my floor mats absolutely horrible. They have horrible communication I had to call to get updates, because not only were they not reaching out to me they weren’t reaching out to my insurance company.

The morning I brought my car in, I already felt like I was inconveniencing the blonde lady behind the desk. My car was quoted at 3 weeks, and it took 4 weeks to get it back. I was very understanding at first but every time I would call them to get updates (mind you, they were not calling me, I had to call them) they would tell me it would be just another day, which went on for a week. I finally got my car back a month later and it was making a noise it did not make prior to the accident. I notified Jeanne I would be taking it in for a second opinion and then I would drop it off. I dropped it off on a Thursday and was told it would be ready Monday at the latest. Again I don’t hear from them, so I call Monday morning. I’m told the parts have arrived and that it should be ready by the end of the day. At 4:30 I call them again and Jeanne says it should be ready by tomorrow morning. At this point when I speak with Jeanne I discuss my frustrations and she told me i shouldn’t be upset with them because it’s not their fault the car wasn’t making the noise when I picked it up (which it was). She then told me I am able to come pick up my car and have it repaired by someone else. I think it goes without saying that is awful customer service. There was no apologies, no sympathy. At this point she finally offers me a rental car but then back tracks and says she has to see if one is available. I asked why she didn’t offer that in the first place, apparently it isn’t something they typically offer. So they wait for you to be extremely frustrated before trying to make things right. I was more than understanding in the beginning of this, I told them it was fine it was taking more time, but having to bring it in a second time, and it’s taking them 3 days to fix a wheel baring is absurd. Do not take your car here.

The days are passing and I get some communication during the two weeks. The day of completion comes around and I reach out early in the morning, but Kelly speaks to me telling me she’ll text me when my car is ready saying they had to reassemble it, clear codes, & detail it. I say okay cool I guess, but the day is passing and i’m at work. I get a text around 4 saying it’s ready, next day I go pick it up. I should’ve paid closer attention when I was there, but I was so excited having my car back. I later realize the front bumper and hood are not sitting flush, the bumper on both left and right side were poking out a bit and kept popping out. I notice a rough spot of paint on the left side bottom of my passenger door, I notice polisher marks on my hood and doors, I notice a really big scratch on my roof. I know things happen, but if you’re fixing people’s car don’t you think you should be a bit more careful? I get ahold of them, but since this is my only form of transportation and my work week was just starting, I had to wait a week to take it back. I got it back today and they fixed the front bumper and hood not sitting flush, they got somewhat rid of the rough spot on my door, and rid of the scratch, and also put on my aftermarket emblem even tho I forgot to bring it up. but ugh I don’t know man.. Why can’t you just be a bit more careful? Lol the bumper that was just freshly painted already has scuff marks after taking it back to YOU GUYS 😔 bruh i’m not going back at this point i’ll have to get the scuffs out by someone who actually cares what they’re doing with people’s cars. I’m happy and grateful I have my car back, but maybe just pay closer attention to detail! If you’re thinking of using Len’s just be careful and think twice about your options. This seemed like a good option for me because it’s 15 minutes from my house & Progressive suggested them 😔

Comment: Consumer Beware!! I am very disappointed with Lens Auto body. My wife took our Minivan to Lens after her accident to have it repaired. We got the Minivan back and took it for a test drive and the vehicle jerks to the left hard and is unsafe to drive. This is very unsafe for my wife driving our four children around town. Lens stated they can only align our vehicle on one side and they will not do a full alignment. I am going to have to sue them & file compliant with the BAR to get the repairs done.

Comment: I agree with Dans statements...I took my car in, a very well kept sportscar...they should have taken it as an honor to do work to my car..but that wench behind the desk walked around my car and kept saying Not interested Were too busy to do these minor repairs she was a real b$%^! I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars...just jerks..on my way home everyday I look to my right and I give them the finger as I drive by...

Comment: I have had to use Lens Autobody on two (2) separate occasions and both were great! Good communications skills by the whole team, and great work also.
