Comment: Ive never had a better autobody shop experience than I had here at Crash Champions. I had Jose P. As my service rep who would keep me updated very frequently and even included photos when asked. The front desk personnel, particularly (I forgot their name, will update once I find out), who recognized me during my visits and made it a great service experience. She answered all my questions to the best of her ability and would always follow up with any concerns I mightve had.In addition to the great people here at Crash Champions, their work was phenomenal. I dropped my car off, covered in dirt and bugs, and a dusty interior, then when I picked it up, they had detailed both the inside and outside as well as polished the entire exterior of the car. They had also shined the tires. They made my car look as if it was brand new coming right off a dealers lot. They clearly care about their work and will go the extra mile.Lastly, I wanted to mention that the repairs took about a week less than the initial estimate which was great, it saved me a lot of money for dealing with a rental car. Id also like to point out that these guys have a great partnership with the local Enterprise rental agency and you can drop off your rental at the shop. The shop can also provide you discounts at Enterprise.All around, I had a great experience here at Crash Champions, I highly recommend this location!

My service advisor, Jose, carefully inspected my car before and after the repairs and explained what was done after the repairs were done within the time frame I was told my car would be ready to be picked up. Jessie, the receptionist, was friendly and very attentive to keeping me informed while I was in the waiting room, dropping off and picking up my car. Having an accident is not an experience anyone wants to encounter. Still, Crash Champions made this process seamless and painless, and I recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired after an accident. Excellent work and service!

Comment: I dont know where to start. Im highly satisfied with this specific Collision Center since Ive had bad experiences in the past trying to fix my cars. Not only was Jose attentive and detail, but he kept us on the loop on a daily basis in regards to the process of our managed vehicle. From the very beginning of dropping off my car at the office and filling out the paperwork with my insurance to getting updates from Jose throughout the week, and finally getting our vehicle like brand new 🥳Not only did they provide above customer service but how quick and efficient they were at fixing my vehicle took me by surprise. Within less than a week our vehicle was beautifully fixed!!!! Ive heard stories from friends and acquaintances that usually their vehicle is at the Collision centers for weeks or two months, but this Collision center works magic. I was in dismay since it wasnt just a scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle, we couldnt open the door since it was a hit and run type of situation. So far, weve been driving the car, and it feels smooth as well as the aesthetic part of it looks like brand new. They fixed the dents and painted it just as the original pain in such a short span of time. Im so blessed to have been referred to this Collision center by my friend who have been taking his cars here. They check every single box in my book for great work, efficiency, and customer service. I will definitely come back if I get into an accident or need a certain job done on my car. They have earned my trust. Thank you Jose, Luis, and the rest of the office staff for assisting us with such diligence and patience. Were greatly grateful.

I thought to myself, Ill get an estimate and go somewhere else to get the repair. However, as we checked out the place and met with the estimator, Jose changed my mind and decided to leave our car there to get repaired. The whole experience and the entire process were smooth. Paint job runny and smeared not smooth, dents still visible on the vehicle. Failed to replace and repair broken parts until complained and still some arent fixed, scratched up my tint on the vehicle. Would no longer recommend to anyone. Very disappointed with their workmanship.

David is the manager of this facility. He will cover for his employees even if they lied. He will lie for them too.He never put gas back in my tank. Someone was driving my car 13 miles each day and I called and they changed the mileage. LIED about it. Its hard to lie when my car has GPS, access app that locate and shows gas and miles driven. My gas tank showed 80% the day i dropped it off... When I picked it up my car showed 37%... They said they didnt drive much.Its difficult dealing with liars. I had a lot of damaged parts and I had to bring my car back for them to fix it correctly.Why???? Its just not fair. What if I didnt have coverage for my rental...They did good work AFTER... I MEAN AFTER.... I told them what they messed up. That is ridiculous. Why give me a car that was half done and expected me to be ok with it.Lord Jesus Please Help Us And Saved Us All...Jesus please forgive us for all our sins.Thank you Jesus for another day.

But after checking on the status of my vehicle I was told it would be ready on Wednesday, July 19th.Luckily, a friend was available to take me down to their shop and inspect the work. Good thing he was with me! Upon starting my vehicle it made nearly the same loud, rough sound. And, it had a wire hanging down underneath just like when it was brought in!A gentleman by the name of, Gilbert drove my vehicle back into the garage and upon further inspection found that the mechanics forgot to install a part!!!

Comment: This place deserves less than a star. They should change their name to something less ostentatious, like Crash Non-Contenders. Here is my experience with this so called auto body shop: I took my Jeep in to them to have minor repair done to the rear of the Jeep. Someone had bumped into it while it was parked resulting in the rear spare tire being pushed into the rear door causing minor metal damage and a broken rear window. I took it in to their shop and they looked at the damage. They stated that they could not replace the rear window. So, I found replacement glass online, traveled over to pick it up, and installed it myself. I returned to show that I had replaced the glass for them and all I needed was the metalwork to be fixed. They looked at it and said okay. I left the Jeep there and rented a car for the duration of the repair. Only, there was no repair. I received a call at the end of their day and they told me that they were unable to do the repairs again. This amazed me because I figured that an auto body repair place could actually do auto body repairs. So, I returned on the following day to retrieve my jeep only to be told that they couldn’t find my keys. They told me to come back on Monday. I mentioned that because of this, I have to pay for a rental car for an additional 3 days because they are too incompetent to not lose my keys. So, I returned on Monday to retrieve my Jeep once again. This time, same as the last, they haven’t been able to find my keys. Finally, after a long time, one of their employees tossed me my key without a mere apology of any kind. They could not have cared less. So I get into the Jeep and drive off only to notice that they had broken my back up camera on the Jeep. See photos. I don’t usually write reviews, but this place provoked me to do so. To warn others of their incompetency, lack of care, and in professionalism. If you choose to rake your car there, I wish you good luck. You are going to need it. Please choose a more reputable and professional shop to do your repairs. I did.

The repairs took 5 months due to backordered parts, and I had a different service coordinator assigned to my case every time I contacted them because these gentlemen kept leaving the business. Ultimately they did a decent job, but when I went to pick up my car, they had replaced my damaged tire with a different make and model tire that didnt match the others! They claimed that was the one on the wheel and only admitted to the mistake after I showed a photo of my crashed car. It took 1 month and multiple phone calls for them to finally replace the tire to match the other 3. I picked up the car after the tire was swapped, and after driving 5 minutes, the tire pressure warning came on. When I stopped I found that it had only been filled to 25psi. Honestly laughable at this point, but I wont be going there again. Mario was the only competent person there who helped me.

It took about 30 minutes of wait time after I checked in to get someone to look at my car. A month passed and I still have not received anything so I called to follow up. The receptionist told me that she would follow up and give me a call. I never received the follow up call either.

My catalytic converter‘s were stolen on August 9 the insurance moved pretty quickly to get the adjuster out and Jose said that kemper insurance was not good with getting payments to them on time. Ends up every time I call Crash champions I am not treated respectfully because I am not the person on the insurance however, I am the one In possession of the vehicle.Jose never returns my calls and I have to do a follow up call myself to speak with him. the payment was finally received by the crash champions and Jose said he ordered the parts he told me that they couldn’t overnight it because the insurance wouldn’t pay for it. That was a week and a half ago I’ve been following up at least every other day and as of Tuesday Jose told me that he had ordered another part to come second day delivery (when the original was ordered a week and a half ago?!) I highly doubt the company is going to pay out for two sets of catalytic converter‘s something is not right here!!!! There’s something called a tracking number I’m sure they didn’t ship out catalytic converter‘s USPS and there’s someway for him to find out where they are in transit ! What is really going on there!? I will not leave my car there for 2 to 3 days (when the parts come in) to be fixed. I was told by the receptionist that I may have to leave my car for three days!! I will go to the local news and report this and I will be calling who is a supervisor in the morning and that would be Friday 17th of September!

Comment: Someone attempted to steal the wheels off our car but must have been spooked because they left with the lug nuts and the car leaning on two of the wheels. We called our insurance (Geico) and they said they partner with this place to express client repairs, so we went with that. However, this place was very unprofessional and definitely try to rip you off. First they told us they needed authorization to look at our car on the lift. Ok great. They send over the authorization, but the only thing the authorization had on it was for us to pay 987 dollars (mind you, they know our deductible is 1000 dollars) for a bunch of stuff that didnt seem critical to the function of the car (which is all we were worried about) - the biggest charge was for some paint (literally a little chip on the wheel hub). I tried to call to get an explanation and told them we would not sign anything that said we owed money, and just wanted them to look at the car. Stephanie, the estimator, was very rude and acted like I was crazy! They finally looked at the car (without needing an authorization, which they originally claimed they needed) and said nothing was wrong with it. SO after several days going back and forth (not EXPRESS at all!), they finally did what we wanted - just a wheel alignment and replaced the lug nuts missing. they also charged us 35 dolllars for covid measures... not sure what they did that they needed 35 dollars for covid. When my husband went to pick up the car, the guy at the counter claimed we owed 260 dollars (when we authorized 150 dollars). My husband asked him to talk to Stephanie but the guy refused and kept saying we owed 260. Finally Stephanie came and corrected him so we paid the agreed amount. So yeah Id avoid this place. And Im super disappointed with Geico partnering with them and was very uncomfortable that our estimate just happened to be 13 dollars less than our deductible... so Ill be reevaluating my insurance as well!

Comment: I was treated so well; I was so impressed. I almost cried, they took so much care in repairing my car and going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Im never treated with such kindness and I typically walk away feeling as though I was taken advantage of because Im a woman. I didnt feel that way at all with Pacific Elite. I had been dealing with so much, the last thing I needed was to fight over an issue that arose with my car and it was a non-issue for Pete. Hes the best, and the treatment I received meant so much to me, more than anyone will likely come to understand. Thank you.

Comment: Unfortunately from time to time you need to bring cars in for body shop repair if you live in Southern California, those number of times can add up. We had been taking cars to a local AAA approved shop with okay results. Decided maybe it was time to try another recommended repair shop. Very happy with results of repair to new car, less than 3000 miles. Text updates helpful without having to call or wait for someone to get back us with information. Comment: Used this place twice. Unsatisfied both times. I will not ever use this place again. Very unprofessional. Cheap work was done. Always complain things are not related to accident and ended up having to pay for over 500 dollars of damage myself after going back and forth with them and paying a 500 deductable. Very unpleasant experience. To each its own.

But that was a lie, since I called them in the parking lot before I left. Receptionist was nice on the phone but doesnt hear very well or doesnt repeat the info so she knows if what she heard was correct.

Comment: This place never got the opportunity to get my business because of their disorganization. I will be towing my vehicle to a different facility because of their lack of commitment to the customer and follow-through. I called twice and got different information each time. After 24 hours, my vehicle is still not with them and they blame it on my insurance. There needs to better follow-through with the customer and better follow-through with scheduled tows. They also cancelled my tow and sent a text message saying it was canceled for some odd reason. When I called they were completely disorganized. I would not recommend. Please do not waste your time.

And my tail light was out after they supposedly replaced it. Ive called repeatedly to get the issue resolved with no luck!! Wow... Never again

Comment: These guys worked on my truck for over a month. They missed a some major damage to my transmission, and I ended up having to take the truck to the dealer to get it fixed right. I payed out of pocket for a rental car because pacific elite wouldnt reimburse me even though it was due to their incompetence. Just recently, I had to take my car back to the dealer because pacific elite screwed up my suspension that they repaired. The dealer told me on both occasions that I could have been killed....think about your safety before you go to pacific elite

Comment: I stopped by their shop & tried to get a simple estimate for them to repaint my hood. No body work, just a simple repaint. Unfortunately they made several excuses to not give me an estimate and couldnt give me the final price on the spot (even after they reviewed the car). They said they would call me back with the final amount, but never did. I guess they dont need any more business.
