Comment: This could have been a horrible experience given my car was pretty banged up, but it was the absolute opposite. The day I dropped off my car the women at the front desk were helpful and friendly. They even pumped me up for my walk home to get some exercise!Gabby is an incredible asset to the team. She was so helpful on drop off. I left feeling fully informed on what was to come. She kept me informed with regular updates on my car as it was repaired, and she made the pick up process seamless.As for the repairs themselves, my car looks absolutely fantastic. Like new. I am so happy with the results. My car was also done in only 11 days, almost half of what both Crash Champions and I estimated. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service and the repairs were both exemplary.

Comment: This is a mixed review. If you choose this place LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR VEHICLE. Brought my vehicle here for an insurance inspection for a repair quote. Front office staff were welcoming and informative. Drop off process was easy and they even had the rental car pick me up.I was not in formed of the completion of inspection or quote amount and had to call for it. When I went to inspect my vehicle for final release to the insurance company it was evident that someone had gone through all the cubbies and storage in the front of my vehicle. *The damage was in the rear*. Fortunately I had removed actual valuable items. The rep looked very embarrassed that I noticed this.

Comment: See the pictures. The more I look at the worst it gets. When I first got my car back, the first thing I noticed parts were not reinstalled properly. I know my car well so I reinstall them myself. Then I also notice overspray on my window, windshield and rear bumper. I took the car back to get that fixed.Its been raining recently and I finally got a good look at my car in the sun. The first thing noticed is the color match looks worst in the sun. It is not an exact color match. I also noticed the lower half of the door wasnt fully covered with the paint. I can still see the sealer/primer through the clearcoat. I also found more overspray on the window.The Service Advisor is great, however the body shop team needs improvement. I no longer trust them with my car. I understand my car is older, but it is well maintained. I dont expect perfection, but there is a certain expectation of a descent car repair.

One was that I wasnt kept informed about my vehicle being completed later than I was originally told. The other was that after repairs were completed, they returned my vehicle with the headlights out of adjustment. An oversight by them. Other than that, I would recommend them.

Comment: Horrible experience working with this company. Multiple inconsistencies here at this shop deeming them untrustworthy and unreliable. My vehicles miles were rolled back from 91,543 to a lower mileage ( they blamed this on it being an old vehicle), on the day my vehicle was “ready for pick up” the windshield was not glued properly (told me they were doing me a favor for taking in my car given they don’t make OEM parts anymore) and wasn’t turning on along with a leak. The second time it was “ready” air was seeping into the vehicle from the windshield (they didn’t check if it was on properly TWICE), headlights weren’t working, and my roof rack was missing buttons ??. From my experience this business does not conduct honorable work. The workmanship is poor, the windshield work is poor and seems like they just went glue crazy. Juan, the person in charge of my vehicle, only made excuses to every inconsistency to the vehicle and blamed it on vehicle age. 98 Jeep 91k miles. The manager was more helpful however called these issues minor. No. Do your job correctly.Don’t do favors, do your job right especially if it’s not going to look anything like the original.I do not recommend this business.Also oil stains on the outside of the vehicle, dried glue on parts that shouldn’t have any like the dash? Unreliable!!Car was finished once more. They “found” my button in someone’s ziplock bag and put it back on, however they didn’t even properly put it on, they glued it into the socket! Couldn’t even use the roof rack anymore. Broken button!!! Stay away!

Going through that is not easy, I work hard to own my vehicle and my properties, the team made it very easy for me through the process. Comment: At first I was hesitant. Had a no fault accident in 2016 and the auto body shop I chose was TAG in San Marcos. They didn’t do a great job as a matter of fact they stole parts from my car. This time I had an accident with my 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid AWD Touring. Insurance recommended Crash Champions. The rep that helped me was Mike, a complete professional, honest, and explained everything honestly and was very thorough. He explained they needed to estimate the issues get insurance involved get the approval and will contact me with the timeline of repair. He was accurate within one day. Excellent. When all was complete he explained one chrome trim was on National Backorder I verified the backorder with the wholesale department of the dealership where it was ordered. Again, Mike was honest thorough and a true professional in his field. A true class act. And I wish there was more people like Mike in a profession where most companies are dishonest. Crash Champions are honest and their representatives are equal with integrity. I highly recommend Crash Champions in Oceanside CA as your Go To Auto Body. They represent what the industry should be. Comment: If a negative star rating was an option I’d select negative 5 stars for the lack of professionalism, customer service, communication, ownership, meeting deadlines and most importantly for trying to release my car when parts weren’t properly installed, windows weren’t working and rims were powdered coated a completely different color from my original rims. Not any of the staff that handled and worked on my vehicle are equipped to properly and diligently perform their duties. Most upsetting is their lack of taking ownership and responsibility that they dropped the ball on the repairs and the service they provided to me. I advice that Leslie take into consideration what customer service is and that includes communicating with your clients not awaiting for their call.

I was very satisfied with the quote of the cost and they kept a little under the quote for the final cost. The staff was pleasant on the phone and they didnt put me on hold. When picking the car up, after repairs were done, the receptionist made an error in explaining the repairs but the technician explained it. They had to realign the car and I am grateful for the excellent care of my car. I would highly recommend this shop.

They required a claims number before they could help me. I was hoping they would take pictures and I could call them back with the claims number. Anyhow, I drove home and returned with the claims number. They then took pictures and said they would get back to me. I waited 5 days and they never contacted me. I called my insurance company and we decided to go with another repair shop. The new repair shop called my insurance company and then asked me to leave my car so they can start the repairs. I was there maybe 10 minutes. Crash Champions was not helpful at all.

Comment: Poor communication. Every interaction, if able to reach them, was peppered with evasiveness or excuses. They twice neglected to send estimate information to my insurance. Accidents are already stressful; this company made it worse. Ill wouldnt even remotely consider using them again.

Comment: I was in an accident and super freaked out because I had a bad experience with the insurance recommended collision center years ago with my last accident. I have since changed insurance carriers and am SO THANKFUL that my insurance recommended Pacific Elite (Crash Champions). They are the best! I was cared for and readily helped from beginning to end. My questions were answered and everything was handled in a professional yet personal manner. David and Mario are excellent! David was my first contact, being the front desk, and he really is an asset to the company. I felt completely safe and confident with him at the helm of managing the bureaucracy of the repair. I highly recommend this shop! The work looks good, no issues, my car was returned cleaner than it was prior and the work was done earlier than quoted. AWESOME!

They even buffed out some scratches and dings. Christian helped me through all of this, kept me informed twice a week of any changes or how they process was coming along. Pacific elite yall have my business when ever I need repairs. Im totally spreading yalls name out their. Good job and the workers who actually worked on my car, outstanding work guys. Upon my arrival I mistakenly entered through the work area and the entire place was immaculate. The lobby was maintained in the same way where I was greeted with a smile and addressed by name. Liz introduced me to Armando who displayed excellent skills, as well. Although the repairs were relatively minor its amazing that in less than two days the job was finished. Thank you!

Comment: Do not have your car worries on here. I brought them a brand new car only weeks old, with one minor door damage to fix. In return they have scratched my entire car misaligned all my fenders. I now have had them try to fix there mess ups on 4 separate occasions and every time I get my car back something else is damaged or destroyed . There was dirt all in the paint work they did. And overspray on the entire vehicle .the manager Cole doesnt care about anything besides production so he can keep his numbers up. He personally handed me my car back with multiple problems and never once cared please take your car anywhere but here

Comment: After a very minor collision State Farm recommended Cone Collision Center for a quotation and repair. The car was in perfect driving condition, so we drove it to their Fullerton Commonwealth Ave site for inspection. During their analysis they removed the hood and apparently disassembled some portion of the front end. We decided not to have it repaired, but when we returned to pick up the car yesterday they refused to reassemble it for liability reasons, they said. We were told that it would have to be towed away!!! Mind you, it was brought to them in perfect roadworthy condition, and now it must be towed away! In addition to this, their customer service during the time they possessed the automobile was very poor!

Comment: Kept my car for 3 weeks. Took them 4 days just to get the quote cause they didnt have access to a lift. The work they did do was okay. Hector kept telling me it would be ready soon and ended up being 3 weeks. It wasnt until I called the insurance company to complain that the manager stepped in and got me the car back. My gps was stolen as well as a ear piece for my cell phone. Who steals a used ear piece? I dont recommend them and wont use them ever again.

These guys are an authorized repair shop for a number of insurance companies which means they get clients handed to them left and right and it shows in their poor customer service and lackadaisical attitude.Bottom line - they dont need your business and it shows.
