Nice clean and safe place! The owner Al and the manager i cant recall her name. Was so nice and helpful. If u pay extra u can have a in house DJ. With the baddest. Clearest sound system! All high end equipment. And if u need T shirts made, Security, or food! This is your one stop hall. For it all. Dj- Dizzy, Shrimps R us shrimp hut. Mobile food truck. Gavins Private Security Co. Charm Custom Apparel Printing. This is the only hall we will book for rentals. And once u book it u2 will always book here!
My sons wedding reception was recently here. It was just stunning! The hall was breathtaking! The owners and staff all professional. Everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend!
They didnt have a stove, oven, grill or microwave to heat up the food my family had catered. 👎🏾
Had a party here couple weeks ago, the staff were amazing. The owner helped me out with so much and was super reasonable! Just booked another party for 2019, and referred multiple friends and family.
Crown Banquet hall has the best service ive ever encountered. Al has been nothing but generous in offering great service to me and my family, the tireman location is very elegant and clean. I absolutely love Crown Banquet and cannot wait to book my next event. Theres even a Westland location!! Thumbs UP!!!!!
The owner are very nice and will work with u. Offer plenty help with your occasion no matter small or large. The place is clean and beautiful. Will have every event at crown hall.

Roof leaking air did not work lame excuses even blamed lack of air on us drinking just ridiculous

2022-08-08Horrible! Let’s start with Nets we’re everywhere, No Papertowel in bathrooms, No tissue, No hand soap, the White Chair covers were filthy Just dirty, the ceiling in the back was leaking on my food area, The lady didn’t turn the air on enough to cool it down she said the bill would be to high. I was told I had to go get my own toilet paper and paper towels and garbage bags. But yet I had to pay a deposit of 150.00 plus a 42.00 tax. She said I would not get the 150.00 back until we put the garbage around back in the dumpster. I had to leave and get some chair covers cause the blue bag she gave me were dirty too. My guess left early because it was way too hot in there last night. Now the owner won’t even respond to my complaints. Never again!! They were so nice to me when I gave them my money but oh now it’s a different story. Sad because it not a bad looking place but no water wAs working behind the bar and the kitchen was closed aswell she said get water from the men’s bathroom. Terrible!

2022-06-19Nice place and pretty place but -1 star.... no AC it was hot while party.... -1 broken chair. Broken through the chair when I sit... it was cheap and old seat... I dont know why they put cover and place around table to risk for customer broken it and injuries?

2019-12-08Hosted a group Christmas Party at this facility. Entire process was spectacular, from the preview, booking and final festivities. The hall is nicely appointed and arranged. The bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. Everyone involved in the party went out of their way to insure that the evening was a success. Al and the entire team were a pleasure to work with. We elected to have them cater, and the buffet was scrumptious, particularly the roast beef! Will be coming back to book future events.

2021-08-30Air conditioning didnt work on a 90° day. The back room with the ice machine was flooded. We still were able to enjoy my uncle birthday despite, but will not be going back or referring them👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

2020-02-17We selected Crown Banquet Hall to host my mother’s 60th Birthday party and it was an AMAZING experience. Al, the owner, was very nice and courteous. I mostly worked with the manager, Wanna. Wanna was awesome! She is very professional and great with communication. She went over and beyond to help ensure our time at the hall was comfortable. The facility was clean and the hall is beautiful. I will definitely host another event at the Crown Banquet Hall!

2018-12-27Absolutely loved everything about the hall!! Very clean great size hall with an amazing staff to help you! Ive had a party at this location along with the one on Tireman and they have both been great I cant wait for the next event there!! The owner was so great and easy to work with, not to mention the prices are totally affordable! 10/10 would recommend for any event you are planning!
