What a fantastic job! Crystal Carpet Care was referred to me by a colleague who had used them in the past. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff that visited our home was top-notch. The carpets throughout our entire house have not looked better than the first day we had them. Stains are all gone and it looks new! Thanks, Crystal!
They did a good job cleaning my sofa took about 15 minutes. Price a litttle more than expected but that is ok. What really is shocking to me is the fact that they must not be paying their help enough because I was handed a credit card receipt with a space for a 23% tip. I was told I could leave that amount or what ever I like or nothing. I was in so much shock and i was a little embarrassed to not leave that tip. I always though that a tip was to help cover the low wages of a low paid worker. i wont use or recommend again.
These guys have helped out with flooding and carpet care at our rental several times in the last year and are always extremely professional and helpful. Couldnt recommend them enough!
Excellent experience. I needed a drop-in appointment to meet a deadline and they did what it took to make it happen. Quality, detailed report and excellent follow up. I would use them again in a heart beat.

2021-11-10I just had my carpets cleaned, and I was so impressed with the quality of the service. Mike and his helper were a few minutes early. They were very friendly while they got stains out I wasnt even counting on. I am so impressed and pleased.

2017-11-09Crystal just cleaned our carpet and we are thrilled with the result. They got here quickly and the communication was excellent. We have a large dog in the house and carpets had not been cleaned for 3 years. The results are good as new looking carpet through out the house. Highly recommend this company!

2019-05-28Loved the recent service and overall outcome we received from this business. We have an off-white, sensitive carpet that had a few pet stains and these guys worked their hearts out making sure that we ended up with carpet that looks brand new. If you want the job done right, go no further. We tried the one you see on TV and they werent able to clean the carpets as well and left black marks behind to boot. This team will give you your moneys worth and finding someone who can do the job well is worth every penny. Well be back!

2015-11-30For years I have been using a well known company. I was confident that they were doing a great job at a good price. I was under the assumption that all companies were comparable by price and qualifications. I am mistaken. I am forever changed by going to a local company.I had a couple of toddlers make quite a mess. I needed help to clean it up. Issac was very helpful and understanding. He was able to find a same day appointment at no extra charge.Alex called me on his way over. Prompt, polite, solid worker. He did a fabulous job! There was no harsh chemical smell. In fact, the spot cleaner used smells like real oranges! Fresh, and clean the natural way. The carpets were not as moist as the other company. With in three hours of my call, I had fresh carpets, and no more mess. I will be using Crystal Carpet Care from now on! Thanks guys! Highly recommended to all family and friends. Yes, I would use them again in the future!

2015-01-12I manage a 152 unit apartment community in Grand Rapids. We have used Crystal Carpet for years. The customer service is excellent. Whenever I have emergency they are very quick to respond. Brad and Chad in the office are always very nice and understanding when I need something right away. The guys that actually come out to the property do a great job, always professional.
