This place is hiding in plain sight. Unlike a general car wash, Crystal Clean provides a thorough cleaning, inside and out, of the vehicle. This includes waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and any extras your vehicle might need to look almost like new again. People are friendly and since I’m a US Navy veteran, they gave a discount. Thanks Crystal Clean.
We had our car detailed through the Fly-n-Shine service from the airport. Pickup/drop off was easy and they kept us updated on the status while we were gone. Car looks great!

They did a thorough interior cleaning leaving my car looking and smelling clean. Their customer service staff are friendly and let me know all of my options. The key box was a relief as I was not going to be able to pick up my car during open business hours!

They offered to redo the service free-of-charge and provided complementary pick-up and drop-off service. When my car was returned, it was as clean as I had hoped it would be the first time. They even added some exterior detailing services. I was incredibly impressed with their level of customer service and felt they went above-and-beyond to meet my expectations and provide the quality of service expected for a similarly priced detailing service.Original review: I took my car in for interior detailing services only, which cost $220 not including tip. The website describes the service as Experiencing our interior detailing packages is like hitting the reset button on the inside of your vehicle. Our technicians start at the headliner and work their way down to the carpets, detailing every crack, crevice, and compartment on the way down. When I got my vehicle back, it did smell clean and I could tell the carpet was cleaned well, but the dashboard looked untouched, with dirt and dust still on it. My car is 14 years old, so I knew it wouldnt look brand new, but I did expect it to be fully cleaned for the price of$220. I am not impressed with the quality of service given the amount I paid.
Crystal Clean has always been the best in town, but recently I had a chance to use the “fly n shine” program for the first time and they leveled up my praise 10x! The communication was as thorough as theirs detail service. The ease of dropping the keys and picking them up was so smooth. I was worry free while traveling for business and came home and to a clean, fresh truck.I couldn’t be happier with the service and the process.

I have a 2005 Town & Country used for pickup and deliveries. I have multiple Drivers and they were complaining about how messy/dirty the inside was getting. I brought it to Crystal Clean and had them do an Interior cleaning/detailing. I picked it up at the end of the day and it looked like a new vehicle inside. Amazing. Everyones happy again. I use this company every time I fly out of town. They are very professional and courteous. If there’s ever any questions about any thing used on the vehicle or what was done they will give you all the answers and they follow up with any issues as well. I would highly recommend them above anybody else that I have used.
I have an older vehicle that desperately needed some TLC for its original paint. Not only were they reasonably priced, but their paint restoration work was above and beyond. They took the extra care and attention needed for an older, more fragile vehicle. Best in West Michigan!
Very easy to drop off and pick. Car looks great! They even neatly organized and labeled every little thing that was left in the vehicle that wasn’t trash.
Completely happy with every aspect of the work they did. We had the exterior of our F150 detailed this week. This was our first visit to Crystal Clean and we were highly satisfied with the work. Kyle explained what services would be completed, walked our vehicle with us upon drop-off and kept us updated throughout the process. Most importantly our truck has a showroom shine and looks great.
I have taken 2 of my vehicles to Crystal Clean for interior detailing and am very impressed with the work. But there are several companies who know how to detail a car. What has me coming back to Crystal Clean is that AND their outstanding customer service! Good service is more difficult to find and they have it in abundance! They were as accommodating as they could be in scheduling, prompt communications, friendly, and patient with me as I was running late in picking my car up at the end of the day. Overall, very impressed with this company!

The deal they have worked out with the airport is fabulous. It was so great parking our car, leaving for vacation, and returning to an immaculate vehicle. They did an excellent job. From the start very professional! Bought a car from my friend and she included a gift certificate for interior detailing. After getting the car in my possession. the certificate expired in late 2020 during COVID. The team honored the gift certificate, without making me jump thru hoops and I was able to drop it off. My Dad picked up my car since I was tied up and he called me and said WOW! Your 2008 Subaru looks like it had been driven off the lot! I’ll use them to have mine detailed! My dad doesn’t just say that, he meant it!
I brought my 2019 Nissan Armada in for a interior/exterior detail. They also removed a door ding and touched up the paint that had chipped off from the ding. My car looks amazing; I couldn’t be happier! I’ll definitely be back and have them work on our other vehicles as well!
I recently used Crystal Clean Auto Detailings Fly n Shines service while away on vacation for several days. Crystal Clean picks up your vehicle from the GRR airport soon after you arrive for departure, performs the services you requested and returns the vehicle shortly before your return flight arrives. Instead of spending money for my dirty car to sit at the airport that money was used, in my mind, to offset the already reasonable costs of detailing services from Crystal Clean.The result is returning from vacation to a vehicle that looks amazing both inside and out! My vehicle looks like new on the interior and better than new on the exterior! The paint is smooth and shiny and all the cracks and crevices are nice and clean. Even though my vehicle was only a couple years old and washed regularly at car washes there was a noticeable gunk on the paint and glass that normal washes just dont get clean. That is all gone now and looking great along with some actual wax protection.The Fly n Shine from GRR airport is really easy to use and very convenient. I highly recommend this if youre traveling and wish to return to a Crystal Clean vehicle.Great job to everyone and much appreciated!
My kids gave me a gift card for an interior detailing job. I was amazed with the results! My 2011 Ford Edge looks like new again. I dont know how they did it, but my car is now spotless. Crystal Clean was great to work with and did a great job on our Navigator. We recently purchased it and it was very very dirty and sticky inside. It came out dealer fresh. They even offered windshield replacement at a very good price. There are 1 or 2 places they overlooked, but given the size of the vehicle and all the major problem spots they got perfectly clean, we are not too concerned. I would use this company again in a heart beat. Professional, friendly, thorough, fast and on time. Great operation.
I brought my 4-year old/71K mile Escape in for full interior & exterior detailing, just before taking it to the Ford dealer to see what I would get on trade-in. The used-car manager checked it out and said wow! you really take great care of your vehicle! Its like new, except for the odometer... Crystal Clean did a great job, dropped-off at 8am and ready by 5pm. Very courteous and friendly staff, too.

Nice bumper repair service which saved me from replacement costs. I can only barely tell it was repaired (looks 99% new) and it was repainted to match and cannot see any difference in color. Costs less than a third of replacement and less than my insurance deductible. Perfect solution for my 4 year old car. Personable service, convenient key drop box, would highly recommend.
I read many of the reviews here and they were overwhelmingly positive. Maybe too positive. I had very high expectations for the service. My main concern was the previous owners perfume smell in the truck which was permeating everything. When we got it back, the perfume smell was still there, especially in the seatbelts which seemed like they had not been cleaned at all, especially in the part that retracted into the seat. Crystal offered to clean those again at no charge as expected. But I had to drive it back from 40 minutes away to get that done. Hoping this would cut the odor some, but it did not. In the end, I will be buying my own product to wash my own seat belts. I guess I am just disappointed that really all I got was a car wash, wax and vacuum for a few hundred bucks that I could have done at home. The results were OK, except for the lingering odor, but if you are not close by, I would think about something local and not expect too much. They were nice people, they just didnt seem to try very hard to help with my core problem and I didnt care for the Ala Carte pricing. Drop off was convenient even though the parking can be rough in the junk yard of delivery vans out front. Just a number of things that made the overall experience not something I was proud of doing and wont be excitedly telling my friends about trying.

Kevin and his team at Crystal Clean truly puts service first. I used their airport service and due to the virus, we had to change our travel plans three times. Each time they ensured I could still get my car detailed while we were gone (because who doesnt like to arrive home from vacation to a clean car). The airport service is really a game changer. It made traveling that much more enjoyable, knowing I didnt have to pay for parking, and that I got my car detailed in the process!Not only was my car clean, it was spotless. Kyle kept me posted about an exhaust engine oil that sprayed on our escape as we were passing a semi.They tried everything they could to remove it but with no success. Carvlooks brand new unbelievable job..beat detail I have ever gotten
This is the third year that Ive taken my car to Crystal Clean after the winter for an interior detail (albeit a bit delayed this year due to COVID-19). As always, they do an amazing job ensuring that the interior is spotless, like it just rolled off the lot! This time, they even waxed my cars exterior even though I only purchased an interior detail package. Truly great service! They also offer discounts for Spectrum Health employees, which is another bonus. Theyll have my business for years to come.
Kyle was super polite and professional, as well as the rest of the staff. I had my wife’s Jeep done here back at the end of November and they honored her gift card that technically should of been expired, but due to Covid, they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend!
Did a little researching over the weekend for a nice detail. Ending up find a place to remove an old dent as well. They got to me right away in the morning on Monday and were very professional over the phone. Brought the truck in and had the dent out in an hour. Cant even tell the dent was there before. Cant beat $125 per dent! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone who cares a lot about their vehicles.
Besides the fact that they did an incredible job detailing the interior of my SUV, they were also extremely helpful. The after hours drop off/pick up process was seamless, I was able to pay over the phone, get updates and a detailed quote (with infographics included) for other repairs that they could do but they never pushed or tried to upsell me, just simply let me know what else could be done if I so chose. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️
I have a 2006 Toyota Highlander, the did a full detait and it looked like new, the interior was fantastic, there some stains on the seats I couldn’t get out and the did. The white pearl finish, shined like it did when it was new.🙂

These guys provided a unique service by not only doing a great detailing job, but then they took our vehicle to to airport short term parking so when our plane landed our vehicle was right across from baggage claim. Would definitely highly recommend their services.

We have used their airport detailing service multiple times. What a genius idea. They pick up your car from the airport, detail it, and return it to the airport the day you return. As a result the money saved on parking helps offset some of the detail cost. Detail work was phenomenal inside and out. Also had them touch up a two rock chips on my hood. Results look great and because it was only a couple of chips and didn’t take more than 20 minutes they sent me on my way free of charge.First class organization with great results. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Came here to get my headlights restored/polished. Was done within an hour and my headlights were like brand new! They did an awesome job and will definitely be going back for a full exterior wash!

Fabulous customer service!! We had a trip to the Bahamas and used the Fly-n-Shine service at the airport. We had a miscommunication with the airport and somehow managed to just valet our vehicle rather than getting it detailed. Long story - but Crystal Clean was totally on top of the issue, contacted the manager at the airport valet and when we returned, our van was sparkling! It was wonderful that they handled the issue and made it seamless for us while we were on vacation. Weve used this service a couple times, and will most definitely continue to do so. I recently bought a 15-year-old Lincoln Navigator and I wanted to get it cleaned and detailed. Crystal Clean picked up my car, cleaned the inside and out, and dropped off the car to me very quickly. I was so excited my son won the Mothers Day contest. When I dropped my car off and picked it up they were very professional and my car looked like it was brand new off the lot inside and out! Highly recommend their services!
I opted for the Fly and Shine service which was awesome...You drop your car off at short-term parking at the Ford Airport and return to a clean and detailed car and no charge for the parking. Unfortunately (and keep reading), upon my return to the short-term parking after my trip to Californa and inspection of the work on my Jeep Wrangler, I was completely dissatisfied. The work fell far-short of my expectations. I stopped into the Crystal Clean shop the next morning to talk to Ross (owner). Now, I wasnt expecting much in taking care of my concerns as it seems that most companies dont care about their service and customers like the good ole days... However, Ross took an immediate interest in my concerns, listened 100%, and affirmed my concerns as legitimate. He was clearly not happy in the outcome of the detail job completed at his shop. He brought out one of his techs who took detailed notes of my concerns and then took my Jeep back on the spot to redo the work. Ross gave me a ride to work and then delivered my Jeep to my work a few hours later well before I was done with my shift. I returned to a glowing beautiful Jeep Wrangler. Their attitude and high concern for meeting and exceeding my expectations was super awesome and for that, I will use them again, as well as, recommend their service to everyone. No one is perfect and as much as I would have loved to have had the work done right the first time, the awesome job they did in making it right was proof that they actually take pride in their work and care about the results. They treated me with great respect and made it so easy for me to express my dissatisfaction and then make it real easy to get it done right and back to me so quickly. Ross followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure that I was happy. WOW! Great service! They have earned my trust!

Dropped it off at our leisure the night before and later, at our leisure, retrieved a car that was almost unrecognisable because it had been cleaned, prepped, treated and shined as if it was ready for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Crystal Clean when we fly out of the Ford Airport in Grand Rapids. You park in short term parking & they pick up your car and take it to their facility. Youll get a text and photos after they inspect your vehicle. You select the services you want done. If the inspection show things that need attention you can choose to have things done or not.I usually text them when we start our return trip home, you give them your travel time ahead of time as well. You will get a text giving you the location of your vehicle, data to open a lock box at the short term parking entrance. Grab your keys and enjoy a sparkling clean car and head home. The detailing they do is excellent. The cost othe whole package is around what it may cost to park in long term parking at the airport. All my experiences with Crystal Clean have been excellent!

Ive been using Crystal Clean since their inception. I find it quite impressive that they continue to grow their business exponentially and while taking on new clients, are somehow able to facilitate their lifelong customers and keep us happy! Even with recent changes in key personnel, the owner takes the time to make sure everything is operating smoothly and my vehicle is done to my satisfaction. Theyll even come pick up my car if Im too busy to drop it off. The one time I had a minor complaint was in their early years and the owner himself came and grabbed my car, took it back to their shop & addressed the issue, then personally returned it the very same day. Talk about stellar customer service... Its obvious that they focus a lot on building and maintaining strong relations with their customers and I find that extremely refreshing in todays society!

From beginning to end, this was an amazing service. Steve at Crystal was prompt at getting me an estimate for the detailing services on my car. I was able to schedule my detailing immediately! I took advantage of the deluxe detailing, paint restoration and touch up, as well as a steering wheel and head light restoration. WOW! is all I can say! They turned my 13 year old Toyota into a brand new car! Absolutely amazing transformation, incredible service, and great value for the price. I will absolutely be returning to have my car detailed every year. The guys/gals at Crystal have extended the life of my car several years! My carpets, headlights, and steering wheel look brand new. The service and quality were great! I did the airport drop off and the motor on one of my windows broke while Crystal Clean had my car. They told me about the problem, paid for my taxi home from the airport, brought my car to the dealer and paid to have the window fixed. I was happy with their communication about the problem and their service in getting it fixed. I was also extremely happy with the detail.
I got interior detailing done at Crystal Clean. Staff was very friendly, and upon initial inspection my car looked fantastic. Upon further inspection I realized they didn’t clean the middle console of the backseat at all. Additionally, they lost my insurance and registration. In fact, they gave me someone else’s. They consistently stated they would call me with an update, even if they couldn’t find it. I never heard back.
Great service and attention to detail! I bought a used car that unfortunately turned out to have a strong smoke odor. I did some research trying to find something to remove the smell and did several cleanings of my own without improvement. This seemed like a disaster, but I found Crystal Clean and they really turned a bad situation around. The car smells so much better, they were very helpful and friendly. Their office staff was extremely accommodating and even remembered my name when I called about picking up my car. I usually dont write reviews, but I was so impressed by their work--I highly recommend them!
The day I bought my used car, I brought it to Crystal Clean to get everything cleaned and detailed. They were very attentive to what I wanted done and helpful with answering all the questions I had for them. Theyre not on the cheap side but its totally worth the money spent. They did an excellent job at making my car look good as new and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work!
Crystal Clean did a great job on my car! I went in for a detail, paint touch up and to get a dent removed from my roof. Car looks 10x better and very clean. Everyone was easy to work with and they have solid prices. They also drove me to/from work while the car was getting worked on which was very convenient. Ill be going back again for my next detail. Highly recommended.

I had an urgent situation that needed prompt service - Heather took ownership of my issue by personally cleaning/detailing my vehicle and resolved it in a timely, professional manner. Even after I noticed an unforeseen issue that was out of her control, she dropped what she was doing and took an additional 30 minutes out of her busy day to make sure everything was taken care of inside the car. I had to go out of town and decided to get my car detailed. I called Crystal Clean Auto Detailing as I heard they would pick my car up at the airport. Sure enough they were happy to help me out. I gave them the time that I would have the car there and dropped my keys and parking ticket into a drop box just inside the parking garage lobby. I told them when I would be returning and they said they would have the car there about an hour before I arrived. I was supposed to come back on Friday but was able to change flights and arrive on Wednesday. I called Crystal Clean Tuesday evening and although they had not yet started my car they promised it would get done. Sure enough my keys were waiting in a lock box and my car was amazingly clean inside and out. It was $2.00 for parking!! I highly recommend Crystal Clean anytime you need your car detailed.
A friend recommended Crystal Clean Auto Detailing to us. We have three small children and our Subaru Outback was literally destroyed inside and out. I have cleaned the interior myself many times recently, but it was caked with food and drinks spilled by our kids. Steve and his staff at Crystal Clean did an AMAZING job. The car looks brand new inside and out. It is truly unbelievable. Not only that, but they picked the car up and dropped it off at our home. Overall, I give them an A+.
Had good experiences in the past. But my most recent visit they neglected to do clay bar or wax the roof of my truck. This actually happened once before and they picked it up from work and made it right. This time they wanted me to drop it off myself, even though i had previously paid extra for pick up, strike one. I had a work trip so they had the truck for 5 days while I was gone. I return from the trip with the car dropped at the airport which was nice but they had neglected to do the one thing they were supposed to do, strike two. I drove there and waited while they finally did what they were supposed to do after a long trip where I just wanted to go home. The owner said he would “take care of me” with my next detail. I decided to take him up on it with my wife’s car. Apparently taking care of me is 25% off, strike three. That would have been acceptable with one mistake, but messing up the same thing twice in a row and wasting so much of my valuable time warrants something better than that to me. Like I mentioned they do pretty good work, but I think their focus now is cranking out half a$$ jobs for dealerships in volume and don’t care as much about individuals anymore. It’s disappointing as I would have liked to continue to use them but I’m not sure I will.
I just had my exterior detailed. They did an awesome job, finished it before the quoted time, and were very professional. However, a stench was left in my car. Im not sure what it is from, but airing it out on the car ride home did not get rid of it. So hopefully over a couple days it will dissipate.
Come here if you want to waste your time.They refused to look at or clean my car even though my insurance agent recommended them for my specific issue and I called the day before to make sure theyd be able to work on it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting an appointment set up for me. I had the interior cleaned and some paint touched up. My car looks factory new! I am super impressed and glad I spent a little more money to go to this place. I will definitely use them in the future if I need more detailing work done.

Sometimes when I deal with a service provider, I feel like I just witnessed professionals...but only rarely do I feel this way. Id put Crystal Clean in this professional category. They are just good at what they do. New to me this time around was that they can take some very nice photos of the car once clean. Perfect if one is looking to sell (which I am).
I had two vehicles just recently detailed. My wife’s car a 2007 Honda Odyssey, I had some body work done and an interior and exterior clean. The first words out of my wifes mouth was it looks like a new car. We have four kids so you can imagine what it looked like.Mine I had the interior done and it also looked amazing. Great service from Kevin and his crew. Would highly recommend them.
The customer service that I received from Tyler and Heather was great- I have only good things to say about them. However, I was surprised when I picked up my 2007 Porsche Boxster given Crystal Clean’s reputation for good work. There were marks on the exterior of the vehicle from what looked like dirty hands that touched the car after the exterior buff/wax was completed. When Tyler asked me how it looked I told him I noticed 2 spots around the door handles where the wax was not completely wiped away- there were 2 wax haze spots about the size of my palm where wax was left on the car. He told me he had to send it back because it wouldn’t have been up to my standards when they completed it… thankfully I didn’t see it at that point.I was told silver is especially hard to get scratches out of so I didn’t have that high of expectations but I only noticed 1 spot on the rear quarter panel that seemed improved. The rest of the car didn’t look that much different other than having a coat of wax on it. I brought them touch up paint for a few paint chips. Some were taken care of but there was a spot on the back bumper I specifically pointed out when I brought the car for a consultation that was not touched up.I thought I would try going to a detailer to see how it would turn out and picked Crystal Clean since they had such high reviews. I was not impressed by their work. I detail my own cars and could have saved myself the money and purchased more detailing supplies and used my own power wheel on the exterior. If you wax your own cars, are a car enthusiast or detailer, I would not recommend Crystal Clean as you will probably be disappointed with the outcome.When I dropped the car off I took a picture of mileage on my car including the mileage in the trip recorder which happened to be at 341.0 miles. When I got the car back the mileage was 342.1. I asked how far away the detail center was from customer drop off and pickup and was told it is next door. I found it odd that it took over a mile to bring it next door.
I thought $220 was a little steep for a car detail but Crystal Clean came highly recommended by my husband who is fanatical about keeping his car spic and span. The guys did a great job and were able to remove all of the sap on the exterior of my car which I had unsuccessfully tried several home remedies on. I dropped my car off the night prior and it was ready by noon the next day. I would recommend Crystal Clean to anyone who wants to get their car professionally cleaned inside and out.
I had a friend throw up in the backseat of my car and after cleaning it the best that I could I still felt like I hadnt gotten everything, not to mention the smell was absolutely horrible. Crystal Clean did an amazing job cleaning my car and getting rid of the smell. My car has never looked better! Heather was also really helpful making sure I could get my car back in a timely manner.
My very dirty 2017 Chevy Traverse looked impeccable after less than a day at Crystal Clean! I still cant believe how amazing the interior looked - my kids play soccer and ride horses, and yet it looked like it just came off the lot. They worked with me on what I wanted to have done to ready my car to sell and helped me determine what services would yield the greatest benefit. They also went over the car with me when I picked up to make sure it met my expectations. I would definitely use Crystal again in the future. The photo booth was an added perk since I was looking to ready my car for sale.
I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service that Crystal Clean Automotive Detailing provided for my wife and I. We sent in our 2004 Kia Spectra to get cleaned up before we went to sell it and I couldnt have come away more impressed with the amazing job they did. It honestly looks as though its brand new on the inside. They even went as far as cleaning out our headlights which had been collecting dirt since she drove it off the dealers lot. The guys at Crystal Clean are far and beyond worth the price they command and I would have to recommend them to anybody looking to spruce up their car before they look to sell it. Crystal Clean makes my Lexus 450H look new each time I use their services! Haves used all detailing services including fixing up scratches etc. The staff is. Dry professional and friendly. I will not consider using any other detailing vendor.
The guys at Crystal Clean did a great job on my black Audi A6. I opted for the exterior only this time, and it hasnt looked better. I have also used Crystal Clean for my Tahoe(interior and exterior) and boat and both of those looked great as well. I am obviously already a repeat customer and will be back again. I would recommend them to anyone. They are fast too. Granted, it was the off season a little bit (early Dec.) but I dropped off in the morning and picked up after work. Great service!
I went in for a quick job. I just needed to have my headlights restored, and I was out of there in 20 minutes. And even though it was a quick job, it was done right and my headlights looked like new. I cannot speak for the full detail service...but if your headlights are fogged up and you have $50 you can spare...save yourself the trouble of doing it yourself and be in and out un no time.
I took my 2012 F250 here to get detailed (interior) and have a big door dent fixed, I also had some surface rust on the chrome on the front of the truck. We have a 1 year old springer that spends a lot of time in the truck if you can imagine the hair! The truck looks amazing but the most impressive part to me is that I did not pay for the detailing for the outside but when I picked it up is was clean and even the tires were done and the chrome looked brand new. They went above and beyond what I feel was expected. This day and age that seems rare to me.
I have used Crystal Cleans services multiple times. Not only do they do a great job bringing my car back to life when it needs it. They also are convenient when it comes to my business schedule. The airport service allowed me to simply drive to the airport where I met a Crystal Clean driver at the curb. I returned 5 days later to my vehicle looking like new and I have no parking fees to pay!!! I would recommend them to anyone that is living in the Grand Rapids area or traveling out of Grand Rapids.
I have my first appointment tomorrow and I cant wait!! I had first scheduled my car to be detailed at my dealership. I had called to reschedule my appointment and I had gotten the manager of the dealership service department on the phone. She said you know, you really should not come here for your detailing! I said - excuse me? She said - we dont do that good of a job- She said you need to go to Crystal Clean- she said that Crystal Clean does all of their cars and they would be the best place to go!!! Wish I would have taken before pictures of my car seats. They looked horrible and now they look TERRIFIC! Money well spent. Previously, I had taken my car to an auto wash place to detail the inside and clean the upholstery, that was a big waste of money. Very happy with Crystal Clean.
It was so great that they could pick up my vehicle at my home and drop it back off. They were easy to work with and nice. My vehicle looks great! They even put the few items I left in the vehicle in a nice little bag as to not loose anything. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

I recently, just had my Mercedes Benz E63 done here. It is very hard to find a place you can trust with an orbaital wheel, and highly abrasive compounds/polishes. Being that my vehicle, is black & has had previous paint work, I experessed my concerns with the clear coat thickness & what, has been done to the vehicle previously. It was somewhat difficult finding the appropriate person, to explain what my expectations were & anxieties were, then I finally had the opportunity to meet who was in charge of the paint restoration department , & expressed what I was looking for.To keep this simple, overall the quality of the paint restoration buff/wax, is above fly by night or what can be achieved spending numerous months or even a couple years (*2-5*) behind a orbital wheel/buffer *in a learning environment or a developmental pace over many years*. In the detailing world you get graded by the mistakes made.Overall, highly skilled paint restoration of my car! Well worth the money & I personally/professionally recommend crystal clean paint restoration IF you are struggling with trust issues, or finding that super talented place or individual, to have a quality detail and paint restoration done.
I dropped off my 2018 Silverado at 8:30 AM, picked up at 4 PM, which is 6.5 hours work that they put on my truck, paid $270 bucks for deluxe package.before I made appointment they asked me what is my big concern about my truck, I told them dog hairs and dog smell, so I thought they will do a really good job but when I picked up and did final walk around, Im very very disappointed because I still find dog hairs on the back and front seatsI would not recommend this place at all
Difficult for them to answer the phone. They will return your calls, but it just becomes a game of tag your it. Questions never answered and did not use the service.
This place is nothing short of Awesome.Heather explained everything in detail, & even took me in the back to see how they work.She is the reason I went w/ Crystal Clean.They did my Jaguar, & since did my daughters vehicle, which helped sell her car...They will be doing my newer Jaguar real soon.Rating them out of 5 stars...I give them a 7.
I have had 3 personal vehicles detailed with the complete auto detailing package and have been blown away. The attention to detail is incredible and no surface is untouched. After a full winter of abuse they come back looking right off the showroom floor. These guys are the best in the business and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to just keep their car impeccable or get it ready to sell.
Very sad that your company would not honor your work. My front bumper was painted by your team in sept 2018. I dont drive my truck in the summer.. The bumper looks terrible from the paint you put on that is now pealing off.. And you tell me I can have you redo it at a discounted cost. Very sad your willing to lose my detail business over A $200 paint job that you guys messed up in the first place,.. Great job at cleaning.. but your paint job is very bad and i would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a small scratch in my new vehicle. Ada Body Shop highly recommended them so I went over there to have them take care of it. At the end, they said because it was such a small scratch, they did it on the house. I’m so thankful and definitely recommend the staff and the good work they do. If you fly out of GRR - youve got to try their Fly & Shine program - Drop your car off at the best possible parking space in short term parking, drop your keys in the drop box, just let them know when your coming back and within a couple hours of your landing they TEXT you to let you know which key lock box to pick your keys up from. What a great service - and the best part is getting into your spectacularly clean car in the closest parking spot in short term parking!Keep up the good work our first experience was excellent!
Anyone who uses the Grand Rapids Airport should know about this company. Crystal Clean Auto Detailing offers a really nice airport pickup and drop off service where they take your car while you are gone, Detail and store it. It works like a valet service, they meet you at the curbside and take your car and then meet you again on the curbside when you fly back in. This means you dont have to pay for parking at the airport and it makes flying out and returning so much easier.On my recent trip to LA I used them and paid $200 for a complete and amazing detail and saved around $130 in parking cost meaning that I saved a lot of time and bother and received an incredible detail for $70. What a deal.
Used the fly and shine service. Car was like new on trip return. This is a great option for getting a car detailed at no inconvenience! Would do it again.
We have used Crystal Clean for interior detailing of our Silverado as well as buffing out a parking lot scrape on our Highlander, both with incredible results, friendly, professional customer service and very reasonable cost. Today Kevin took a look at some tiny but unsightly little rust spots on the back tailgate of the Highlander and was able to buff out and touch up in less than 15 minutes--all at no charge. We highly recommend Crystal Clean Auto Detailing!

Incredible service...I had a disastrous smoothie incident in my brand new Outback. After frantically cleaning up what I could, Crystal Clean squeezed me in with 30 minutes notice. My car was ready at the end of the day and I’m not sure how this is possible but it looks better than when I first drove it home from the dealership. My wife and I are already planning to use the airport service someday and will be repeat customers for sure.

This company does a fantastic job. There are many options you can choose, given your cleaning needs. The will also email recommendations to you after they get in and see what your car needs, but they in NO way pressure you to purchase the additional services. I will happily take my vehicle here again.
I recently submitted a review of my experience with Crystal Clean. Unfortunately the review was not a positive experience. I have since moved my review from 1 to 5 stars.I have gone back and forth about removing the fact that I had a less than ideal experience during my first visit. I think that not mentioning it would actually be a disservice to Crystal Clean.Heres why.. Was I disappointed with my first visit? yes.. However, I can truly say that this company has won me back as a client.To be honest, I am not typically one to give businesses second chances. Why bother? ... Theres always somewhere else to go, right?My experience with Crystal Clean (after the original visit) has been nothing short of world class. It started with the owner Ross reaching out to me directly and was extremely humble and willing to take responsibility for my poor experience. I know that can be hard to do sometimes as an owner its easy to be defensive. This was not the case AT ALL! There was a very on purpose apology and he has even gone above and beyond to make the situation right.**I want to be clear here, the poor experience was a miscommunication between CC and myself. I think its important that is known. My vehicle was never mistreated, nor damaged. They have shown the up most respect towards my vehicle and myself through every interaction.**When I brought My vehicle in for the second time, WOW... Its no surprise why they have so many positive reviews and loyal clients.I had to wait there as It was easier for my schedule. (They did offer the pick up/ drop off service which is awesome at the very low cost they charge to do so.)I brought my laptop as I had some work to get done. Almost everyone greeted me by name. They offered me just about anything they could to make my time there as enjoyable as possible. At one point I even realized a chair I was given belonged to one of the employees who was kneeling at her desk.. I felt terrible once I realized this of course lol, but that alone speaks volumes to the way they treat their clients.After my car was finished, I was escorted through their amazing facility. (honestly if you havent seen it, ask to.. its incredible. Thats coming from someone who oversees 14 garages across two states.Kris, whom I believe was the lead detailer that was working on my car was awesome. You could tell how passionate he is about his work, and how much he takes pride in what he does. Theres a quote from a movie, Respect a mans car, The man respects you. Thats all I could think of while Kris was walking me through what they did on my vehicle. They treated it like $200,000 exotic.. (its not unfortunately..lol)It came out fantastic! I was blown away. With no exaggeration, it was one of the best detail jobs Ive seen, and Ive seen a few, spending a majority of my summer weekends at car shows.Later that evening Ross reached out to me again after my appointment to make sure that my experience was as good as I expected it to be, and, it wasnt.. it was better!I have never changed a review to 5 stars after having a poor experience. Even if the company does there best to make it right, a 4 is probably the best they can hope for. In this case I wish I could give CC a 6.Since I left CC at lunch time yesterday, I have had 3 strangers go out of their way to compliment my car. I have told each of them where I got it detailed and gave my 100% recommendation to take their own vehicles in.I will definitely be a returning customer at Crystal Clean!A word to the wise... IF (and thats a big if) by some fluke, you happen to not have an amazing experience with crystal Clean. Give them a chance to make it right, you wont regret it.A+
I had my automobile interior detailed today By crystal clean auto detailing. I couldn’t be more happy. My car smells like new, looks like new and I have no idea how they vacuumed all those little crevices. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!!
Took my F150 in for an exterior detail and dropped it off the night before. Picked it up the next day only to find bugs, tar and road debris still present on the front of my rear view mirrors and bumpers, something they supposedly clean. Also found NONE of the door jams had been cleaned, again something they were supposed to do per the exterior detail. Next find was a nice thick black coating of some type of undercarriage tar was caked not only in all four wheel wells including suspension but over sprayed on my tires and exhaust! There is no me mention of this in their exterior detail package and I certainly did not want it. Add to all of this wax was still left on my truck and a nice greasy/dirty smear inside my truck. Lastly, they tore the vinyl decal I had just put on my truck. This is how they treated my $45K truck!After reporting my disgust with the service and problem with the decal (with next to no apology offered) I received a full refund (took about a week) and while they agreed to replace my decal it is now OVER one month since the service and I have yet to receive my replacement decal.Stay away!
I had very high hopes after all of the google reviews but unfortunately my experience was not good. I did the overnight drop off and dropped my keys in the drop box believing my car would be ready by 8 am as promised. I arrived at 10 and was told they didnt see any keys last night so they just got started. I drive for a living so this was pretty inconvenient. After waiting for about 45 mins they finished it but not without water spots on the car. they did get all the salt out of my mats and they looked great but after the experience I will not be returning.
Ive used other detailing services and none, I repeat none, demonstrated the same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and speed of service. They took my 15 year old Toyota 4Runner and made it look like the day I bought it!! I cannot possibly describe the elation I feel regarding the quality of work, level of service, and communication of Michael. Fabulous! 5 stars!!

That is the one time you should cry over spilled milk!But the next day Crystal Clean Automotive Detailing picked up my car from my work, and did an amazing job! I hadnt given my car a good clean in over a decade, so it wasnt in great condition to say the least. I got an interior detailing, and it turned out beautiful. The staff were also very friendly. Its a bit pricey, but completely worth it.
It had been a couple years since I had my LR4 detailed. This time it was covered with rail dust and the inside was the victim of a season of travel hockey. The work of Crystal Clean was outstanding. Last time I just had the exterior cleaned and this time I thought I was stepping into a new car inside and out. I cannot believe they removed all of the rail dust. They even found my missing key fob for my wifes Escalade, which will be next!

I just had my winter beater detailed inside. Its a 2006 ford taurus and i just bought it. It was a wreck inside and they brought it back to almost what it was when it was brand new. The customer service and communication was outstanding. They are super easy to talk to and i actually needed my car earlier than expected and they were able to get it done not missing a single detail. The last amazing thing is i knew my alternator was going out and it unfortunatly went out after it got pulled in for the detail. They let me change my alternator inside the shop and even offered to help me if needed. I will absolutely be brining my summer car in for a full detail.

Brought my Yukon Denali here just after I bought it and when I picked it up it looked brand new! They did an exterior detail, paint restoration, and paint touch up. There were some pretty significant swirl marks that were non existent afterwards. Kevin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me within my budget and did an amazing job!
They made my 10-year old car that has never been cleaned look like it did brand new. I never expected them to get some of my years of stains out of my seats. I highly recommend. It is well worth it.

Last week I suffered an unfortunate accident in my backseat. I was also scheduled to fly out of town the next morning. I left my Jeep in my driveway and called Crystal Clean from the airport. Even though they were closed for the holiday, they still contacted me via text messages and set up the whole cleaning. When I got my back home my Jeep was right where I left it. Only it was perfectly clean and looking just they way it did when I drove it off the lot. I will DEFINITELY use Crystal Clean again and also recommend it to all of my friends!

I just stopped in to get a quote on the interior of my already clean BMW 325xi. Was quoted $180, which is literally about double the going rate. Then l was lied to about how the interior is the more complicated part of the process. Ive been detailing for over 30yrs, and thats just ridiculous. So yeah, if you want to pay waaay more than you should, while dealing with people that dont know what theyre talking about, crystal clean is the place.

2022-07-11I have used Crystal Clean detailing service for yrs. I send anybody that asks me about have a car detailed. They do a good job, they are fast. And rates are still reasonable for a full car detail. I cannot comment on the other services they offer, as I choose not to use them.The car pictured is my Stepdads 2008 Volvo S80 V8 AWD, with 178,5xx miles on it, which you would never know by the appearance. He used to be a snowbird between Holt, MI. and Harlingen, TX. and make the trip twice a year for several yrs. He has since moved to TX. full time, and this year was his first trip back to W. MI. in several years. And one of the trip items on the list was to have the car detailed by Crystal Clean Auto Detail before he went back to TX.Todd BrowerGrand Rapids, MI.

2022-07-15We used the Fly n Shine airport service that Crystal Clean offers and it was amazing - I highly recommend this seamless service if you have an upcoming trip, are in need of a good cleaning and you want to avoid airport parking fees. They picked my car up out of the short term parking lot at 5am on a Sunday - I was so impressed they would work with our flight schedule like this. When we returned, the car was back in short term parking looking brand new. Fantastic detailing job and zero hassle. We will absolutely be using them again!

2022-02-12Great service and fantastic results! Used the airport drop off and pick up service to have the cleaning done. Kyle had our car delivered back to the airport parking garage at 11 pm, just a few minutes before our flight came in. Super nice to park so close to the airport terminal. My wife loved the short walk to the car with our luggage. Our car was immaculate and the parking bill was only $4. Very happy with their service and quality of work.

2022-03-08Great job. Great service. Took 2 cars there in the past week to have interior detailed. Have a Golden Retriever so there was lots of dog hair. Every inch of both vehicles was spotless. They both look brand new. Will use Crystal Clean Auto Detailing again in the future. Highly recommend!

2022-05-20Our SUV is the go to vehicle for our family (2 kids + dog). The detailing was above and beyond, I questioned if it was my car during pick up. I only opted for an interior clean but they gave a complimentary hand and wheel wash which amplified the clean feel. The customer service was great, and expectations of the entire process were well communicated. Will be back and consider gifting the service to others.

2022-04-07I used Crystal Clean’s Fly n Shine service during a recent flight out of GR. The service was excellent and the interior detailing was impeccable. It’s a great value compared to the cost of long-term parking alone, and I really appreciated how simple everything was. Communication was timely and professional, both before leaving and upon my return… I really have no complaints and I plan to use this service again in the future.

2022-05-28Overall, I really wasnt impressed with the amount of money spent for the services I received. I scheduled my vehicle to have a complete interior and exterior detailing along with a paint correction procedure... Which means the car got wheeled out. The customer service was great. I spoke with Kyle and he was very friendly and professional. When you first get in to the shop, the whole operation seems very professional and organized. However, you can clearly see that there are quite a few customers scheduled for the same day. At first I didnt think anything of it because this is the first time I have used this business before. I dont know the size of the crew that is used for the cleaning services.I dropped off my car the previous evening because of the amount of work I was paying for required the vehicle to be worked on from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. . When I came back the next day to pick up my vehicle, I wasnt very impressed. The work was okay. However, there were three other customers picking up their vehicles at the same time and all three customers seem to very disgruntled about services that they had received as well. All three customers requested that the cars be brought back into the bay and worked for various reasons. My biggest complaint is that after all that time was spent, there were still minor details that should have been taken care of. Not just a few minor details... At least a dozen. And being that its at the end of the day, and there were three other customers complaining about the services rendered, I just decided to leave. I have white wall tires on my car that were extremely filthy still. The outside of the car still had compound caked into certain crevices around the tail lights and headlights. The interior dash had not been touched. I was able to wipe dust off of the interior dash. The instrument cluster had only been wiped off on one side. And there were various other issues that I had discovered.It seems as though their intentions are good, but they are cramming too many customers into one day and the work shows. I have several vehicles that I was considering to get work done at this business, but after the performance on one vehicle, I think I will pass and search for another business in Grand Rapids.
