Pretty cool place for sure with everything you may need for adventures... Lots of clothing items, as well as kayaks and tons of other camping stuff. For some reason when I went to leave a review the first time it said this place was permanently closed. Glad after I requested it they have the hours and stuff back up.

Great place to rent bikes In Downtown Beulah. Loved my blue Sun Boardwalk bike with huge seat. BF upgraded to Mtn bike with hard seat. Had to rent for 4 hours. Took us three hours for the Betsy trail with A little time spent in Frankfort . Then we had dinner on the patio across the street at the Cold Creek Inn, and the stayed at their hotel.

This store has great products and wonderful customer service. I had a medical emergency in this store on 7/4/21 in the presence of my 3 year old daughter. Store employees controlled the situation; quickly got EMTs on site and kept my child occupied and reassured her.I returned a few days later to buy a new hiking backback. While in the store I inquired about several products and the staff was very helpful. This is a business that truly cares about their customers; and sells high quality items. Anytime Im anywhere near northern Michigan Ill be sure to stop in and make a purchase.

We reserved 2 stand up paddle boards (SUPs) for a day. When we arrived in town on the day of our reservation, there was a high wind advisory = whitecaps on Crystal Lake = no fun for a first time paddle board outing. The employees at the shop were very flexible. They gave us several different options to use our deposit either for a kayak rental that day or to postpone our reservation to the next day. At their recommendation we decided to come back the next day in the morning. Ended up with a lake that was like glass and spent hours on the SUPs. Great experience with this shop.

Memorial Day weekend CLAS provided us with A GREAT experience along with 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board. The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgable and fast. They delivered our boats with an in-person, concise, and effective paddle board tutorial. They even went the extra steps to provide an oar that accommodated our smallest to tallest paddle boarders ( 5 to 6.5 tall) . All combined to give us a great time! They will be my first and only choice when I return to Beulah Beach. Thank You Crystal Lake Adventure Sports!
