Crystal Marie Events are by far the best! I was honored in having her as my wedding planner and four years later as my husband’s 50th party planner. Both events were mouth dropping! Although we did not decide to use her services for our wedding, Crystal Marie Events is very professional and personable. My fiancé and I did a general consultation with her to go over her services and ideas for our big day. She was very insightful and honest/straightforward. She was able to answer all of our questions from her own experiences. Crystal even provided us with a thank you gift bag upon the conclusion of our consultation. We did not move forward because our budget was not conducive to her minimum packages but we would recommend her otherwise.
As a Entertainment Company, The Todd Everett Experience works with a variety of event planners. With that being said, its not always a smooth situation. Working with Crystal Marie Events has been a pleasure! Crystal is very easy to communicate with, always on top of everything and she puts the interest of her clients before everything. She makes the process so easy and makes it very enjoyable to work with an event planner. Every wedding that we have done with her has been a success! One thing that you typically see when putting an event together is the stress build up. Crystal is always smiling and keeps a yes before no type of attitude. We hope to work with her again in the near future!
Crystal Marie Events is awesome and amazing. I am a travel agent and I have worked with Crystal on a couple of destination weddings in the past 2 years, as well as with one of her clients on a honeymoon. Crystal Marie did an absolute superb job with the managing and creation of our school, Bradford Academy, Prom in Paradise event. She totally transformed the venue and was able to have the theme come to life. She is very professional and I cant wait to work with her for future events. I recommend everyone to read Crystal Marie event planning books. I found the books to be very refreshing, easy to read and very motivated. The book gave me an extra push to work hard at pursuing excellence.When I purchase the book I was currently in the middle of planning a Christian Sip and Paint Party. When my father passed away, my family and I soon realized, arranging a funeral in times of Covid was UNREAL, OVERWHELMING, and STRESSFUL. We had the details, we thought we knew who to call about what, but still it soon became too much. I made one phone call to Crystal and she could hear in my voice, I was losing it. I asked her what it would take for her to fly down and just handle it and she said, I already booked my flight! I literally started crying. That is not only professionalism, that is love. That is someone that knows what you need and is ready to help at every turn. She immediately (from Detroit) starting getting on the phone with event places in Charleston, SC to ensure we had what we need for the Celebration of life for my father (stage, chairs, etc). This was a different type of event but she knew exactly how to step in and handle it all with grace and poise. On the day of, she showed up on the site (super early) and immediately took control (in a city in which it was her first time visiting). My family and I just had to show up on the day and we all felt at ease and confident in whatever decisions were made to organize the ceremony. Crystal was a life saver for my family and I. Who knew you would need a Crystal for a funeral service. She is not just a planner... she is... she is a gift! Her passion for what she does shines through in every space she enters.
I love planning themed parties but sometimes you just need to leave it to the professionals. I gave Crystal my theme and she ran with it, going above and beyond what I expected with the decor. She even recommended ideas I would’ve never thought of to make my 40th birthday party unlike any other. Crystal’s direct and gives it to you straight, the perfect skill set for keeping everything on track. It’s evident her passion is to make sure your event is everything it’s supposed to be.
Crystal planned my 70th birthday celebration. I chose the theme of a magical life with an elegant decor. She delivered in detail. From the draped entry to the plate settings, from the light projected birthday greeting to white royalty thrones, from the beautiful delicious birthday cake to the gormet decorated cookies with wording of a magical life, from the elaborate glass centerpieces to the red engraved pens for guests, from the DJ to the mistress of ceremony, the amazing violinist, and from the skilled magician to the friendly and helpful staff, Crystal delivered! 2022-05-11I loved working with Crystal Marie! She and her team made the planning of my father’s 80th birthday celebration easy and stress free. I live out of state and worked with Crystal Marie remotely, but I was always able to contact her at any time. The decor of the event was based on the discussions during of our initial conversations, and when I saw the final results I was blown away! The entire event was flawless and fun! I’m so happy that you and your team were able to help me give my father a fabulous celebration of “Living His Dash”☺️

2022-06-01I called Crystal Marie to get a inquiry on a event. Budget wise I was ready to proceed however she gave me ALL the information I needed to still have a wonderful event. She was informative and kind. She did not have to take the time out and bless me with knowledge but she did. I know for a fact when I have my big fairytale wedding she us who I’m going to. I’m sure whoever books her would not be disappointed.

2019-12-01If you are planning to have an event and you want it to be stress free, Crystal Marie Events, LLC is who you want.I celebrated my 70th birthday on November 23rd and I hired Crystal Marie Events, LLC as my event planner. At our first meeting, I told Crystal that I wanted an elegant gala affair of purple, silver and black and what my budget was. Crystal truly took my vision expanded it to a even higher level and created an event that I will treasure for the rest of my life. The Detroit Southfield Marriott ballroom was transformed into an absolutely gorgeous, purple, silver and black oasis. When I walked into the ballroom, it was like walking into an enchanted paradise. 2021-07-28Crystal Marie Events! Is it possible to give you 10 stars?!? I worked with Crystal to plan my graduation celebration. When I say her attention to detail is EVERYTHING! She thought of things I would have never imagined like including copies of my dissertation in the party decor. The decorations were absolutely gorgeous and all of my guests raved about the venue/food/dj/photographer. Crystal made this process seamless with minimal stress. I plan to use her again and again in the future. Crystal and her staff were personable, attentive, and creative. I didnt have to lift a finger and all of the vendors she recommended were professional and on point. 2019-05-04Turning 50 is a special event. I like planning events myself but I didnt want to do it for my own 50th, was about to have surgery and my birthday was less than 30 days out. A friend referred me to Crystal Marie Events. I admit I was a little concerned going into this because I didnt have a warm and fuzzy. Crystal talked to me about what my desires were and she brought them to life. When I walked into the clubhouse I could not believe that it was the same place. The room was brought to life with such vibrant decorations, (balloons, table cloths, etc.). She engaged the guests and the timing of the special moments like I remember when and the cake toast were perfect. Even her assisting staff member was wonderful. She closed out the evening and it was a 50th to remember. I highly recommend Crystal Marie Events for your special occasion when you dont want it to be like all the rest.

2021-01-27Crystal Marie was such a delight to work with. She was very professional and on point with all questions and ideas. Although my mom’s 70th Birthday party got canceled due to COVID and Crystal did not get to showcase all of her decorating skills I would absolutely use her again In the future. After the party was canceled she continued to work with vendors to get my deposits back. Thanks Crystal Marie for meeting all of my expectation and beyond.
