Over the last year Ive spent a large amount of money at csc and josh and juan treated me like a valued customer. Both of them took the time to talk with me personally and really get and understanding of what Im trying to do with my truck. These guys are experts and took great care of my truck

Comment: We’ve read so many great reviews for CSC that we just had to take our truck here. Brought our truck in last year. We literally brought our truck in hoping for it to be fixed the first time being there and it didn’t. Our truck was in and out of their shop for a good 6 months. We would take the truck home once it was “fixed”, would make a stop before getting home and it wouldn’t start back up. CSC couldn’t diagnose the exact problem and pretty much played the guessing game on our truck. My husband and I dealt with the front desk ‘Juan’ majority of the time. He was nice the first time around until they couldn’t fix our trucks problem. CSC broke the Orpheus filter in our AC system, told us they would fix it once they received the part, and never did. We bought the parts to fix the heater core hoses, CSC never fixed it that either. They told us they would call us back to fix the Opheus and the heater core- Never received a call. When we called they didn’t have time or Juan never replied. We’ve spent about 10K at CSC and they never fixed our truck. Don’t waste your time and money at this company. They just rob you and leave you with a broken truck.

Comment: This shop rocks!! They got me in on short notice with a funky brake problem that other shops couldnt fix. These guys figured it out and fixed it first go around!, I then had some issues with my electric system. All my cables where for lack of a better term poopy. My obs f250 was hurting to do anything. I call CSC and they hooked me up!!!! Excellent work fantastic turn around time and extremely knowledgeable. One of the only shops Ive known to keep constant communication and give real honest answer/help with whatever problem you have. I cant say enough good things! I hate taking my trucks to shops but theses guys I actually trust!

Comment: Traveling alone w/ family (CA.) when unexpected and serious coolant leak brought trip to a halt. In a near panic I searched for diesel service centers near me. Im particular about who works on my truck so I needed a good diesel repair center. CSC popped up at top of list but was 40 min. away from Mission Beach. Leaking coolant as I drove I put my trust in past “reviewers” and went for it. Spoke to Juan who calmly assured me they could handle any problem I had and gave an estimate of $500.I arrived and Josh / Owner diagnosed the problem as a worn water pump. Josh told me they could get the parts and finish and the job completed the same day while I waited in the shop which they did. A few days later and I am headed back to SLC, UT. Stopped for snacks in Baker, CA. and I noticed new water pump was now leaking. Fearing the worst but hoping for the best I continued onward with my wife and children. Stopped in Victorville, CA. and the coolant puddle is much larger now and dripping more intensly. Accepted a ride from a stranger to a nearby Auto Parts store and back for several gallons of cooland hoping to nurse the leak all the way home when just before the Virgin River Gorge (AZ.) the pump completely blew out pegging the temperature gauge and setting off audible alarms in the cab stranding me and my family on the open highway. Towed to St. George, UT. for repairs and then finally on to SLC.Spoke to Josh two days later after the dust settled. He and his team apologized profusely and sent me a check refunding the cost of the repair and the required towing. Shop is very attentive to issues and takes reposnsibility by holding the business and its employees accaountable for the work that comes out of their shop.

Comment: I was having a hard start/no start issue on my 2006 6.0 Powerstroke (no surprise) and had taken my truck to a different repair shop. They had it for 4 months and nothing. I had to keep calling and finally had enough. I called CSC and they had me in the next day. Two days later they had my truck running like new. Absolutely phenomenal work and great service!! If you own a diesel...JUST BRING IT HERE! Dont waste your time taking it anywhere else. They have a customer here for as long as I own a diesel.

Comment: I recently took my Toyota Avalon to Josh at Certified Service Center in Escondido to diagnose an unusual noise coming from the front end of my vehicle. Josh and his team quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a cost effective solution. Within 24 hours I had my car back and it’s handling better than ever. Josh had to source parts from several different places including a wrecking yard in order to complete the repair. He even arranged for an alignment with a neighboring shop. I would recommend CSC to anyone for all general automotive repair needs. Great job guys!

Comment: Since purchasing my 2002 7.3 about 2 years ago these guys have been a lifeline. I live and work close by and Ive been well aware of how busy they can get but even though they are one of the most busy shops in town they never act stressed or like they have no time to help. Ive had to call CSC multiple times over the last couple years to get insight and help with my truck. Juan has been very kind and helpful even when the shop has nonstop major jobs coming and going. To this day I have had them replace injectors, replace hpop, resealed fuel pump and 2 oil changes too. I will use this shop as long as I have this truck.They also take note of other discovery items that need should be fixed but dont pressure you at all to repair. Respectful and some of the hardest workers you find these days. Cant recommend them any higher.

Comment: Had a check engine light on my 2011 6.7 Powerstoke F350. I knew it was something to do with the DPF filter or EGR system. Called another shop and couldn’t get in for 3 weeks. CSC offered to have me in the same day. They found the issue as a faulty sensor and saved me considerably on that repair. They also spotted a leak from the valve cover (which I had seen and planned to address) they got that gasket replaced and fixed another issue they spotted while in there. All while getting my transportation back to me within a week, lifesaver!The manager that I talked to when I called, Juan, was very friendly and knowledgeable, not just some customer service rep who takes notes and can operate a schedule. I highly recommend these guys! I just hope they don’t get too busy to fit me in next time, but they seem to have plenty of business, so I’m confident they’ll keep up the good work.

If I could give them 10 stars Id do it in a heartbeat!We found them on Google 1st and then decided to go with them based on the reviews on Yelp.Every positive thing you read about these guys is absolutely true! Here are the highlights:1. They are honest mechanics And business people - in my book, the most important quality in any human - let alone business people!2. They are great diagnosticians3. I asked them to check the air on one of the tires - they went above and beyond and investigated why we had low air. Turns out our tire sensors were cracked. THREE other mechanics and tire guys filled the tires, but none of them went beyond that. It was a cheap fix and keeps us safe on the road.4. Lightening fast repair! They diagnosed the actual issue on a part that was failing and repaired it on the same day (turns out is was failing for a while AND was missed by another center that diagnosed the check engine light).5. Before taking your vehicle to ANY other place, check them out.5. I was out of town on vacation when my Ford 7.3 started leaking oil (a lot of oil), I called several San Diego area shops and nobody would give me the time of day, fortunately, or I wouldn’t have found Josh, Juan and team at CSC. They took my call and had my truck in the shop within 30 minutes. They helped me get a rental car at a discounted rate so I didn’t have to put my vacation on hold. I was 800 miles from my house and needed my truck fixed. They could have easily taken advantage of that. They did NOT! They called within two hours telling me the issue was an easy fix! While the truck was at the shop I had them do so general maintenance items and the truck is running awesome! They are also probably the nicest guys I have ever met. Great shop, great group of professionals and I highly recommend them, especially for Ford Powerstroke diesels (although they work on all vehicles)!! Thanks Juan! Thanks Josh!

The after market temp gauge was broken! What a bunch of crooks! Just drove the truck pulling my 12k trailer in 110 deg heat 300 miles . No problem at all! THEY HAVE NO SHAME!!!

Comment: The good book says that on the 7th day the Lord rested, that’s cause His truck was at Josh and his teams shop, so he didn’t have to worry about a thing.I had bought my first diesel from a family friend and brought in to CSC all my records to talk through and see all what we needed. They took the time and walked me through the different issues that my year truck encounters and helped figure out some service needs. Friendly is an understatement. Going into CSC you feel like they work on your truck not cause it’s their job, but because they love it.Really thankful for their communication and how informative they are. I was on a time crunch before going out of town and they accommodated my schedule.It’s hard to find good mechanics, ones you trust and one that’s you feel aren’t shaking you down. CSC is on a whole new level of quality when it comes to shops. Comment: Wow! Certified Service Center is one of the best automotive repair facilities in San Diego County. The owner Josh is so caring and attentive. He never tries to up sale which a lot of repair shops like to do. Juan the service advisor is amazing.I purchased my 2005 F350 DRW a few years back and bought a third party extended warranty from the dealer. Each time I brought my truck to other repair facilities I was constantly have to pay out-of-pocket for majority of the work. In short, those repair shops werent very persistent in getting the warranty claim covered. However, every time Ive brought my truck to CSC Juan has worked with my warranty company, often having to call several times throughout the day, and made it to where Im not having to pay out-of-pocket as much.As far as mechanical work goes the staff is excellent. I always feel confident bringing my truck to CSC knowing the problem will be fixed correctly the first time.

They provide service with a smile and are some of the most professional people I know in the automotive repair industry. Id recommend them to anyone. Theyve been able to repair the air conditioning on my car twice now, an item that even dealership mechanics were incapable of finding and repairing, much less other shops. Theyve kept my car in top notch shape. Yes, its cost a bit, but it sure was cheaper than buying another car. Well worth every penny Ive spent for them to maintain and repair my car.

Comment: Took my Subaru Outback to Josh and he was able to diagnose an issue that 2 other mechanics couldnt identify. His front office staff has excellent communication and kept me in the loop of the status of my car. He also replaced brake pads and rear rotors. But my front rotors were in good enough condition to reuse after getting machined flat. His pricing is excellent and so is his customer care. I figured out why he was able to diagnose my car and the other mechanics couldnt. He drove my car! The other 2 mechanics were too lazy to recreate the problems I was having.
