Comment: After having this company for 5+ years and never had a claim. Now they are requesting a laundry list of documents to renew. Example invoices of roof, electrical, and plumbing to have been updated. Keep in mind I only been living here 5 years. Pictures of outside of home, electric panel, boiler, kitchen, under sinks, a list of occupancy and employment. I have asked some family members who have owned a home much longer then I and their home owners insurance have never asked for any information to this extent. Comment: If the rating could go negative these guys would win the prize.The insurance is mediocre and the service is trash. They have no diplomacy for customers and lack professional ediquite from staff.Beware if youre not an English speaker and dont have much understanding of insurance lingo. They will take advantage of this and additional fees will accumulated. As a third-party insurance they have no obligation in assisting the customer. They will simply cash in the sale and turn their head the other way when things get complicated.They lack backbone as a company and the leadership is weak, beware.
