Extremely friendly front desk staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Units are very clean well lit and secure. Very convenient rolling carts and elevator.
The manager Alyssa was very nice explained everything to me answered all my questions very polite etc the facility is brand new very clean and good Quality stuff ceilings on first floor are super high very happy to be a customer there thank you

2022-03-28Alyssa in the office is so very nice and helpful. The location has easy access to our unit and we love the fact that its climate controlled. Excellent facility off 16 Mile Rd near Mound.

2022-06-02For some reason companies like this always trade honesty and transparency for cash and simple monetary gains. The first month is NOT free. Not a deal breaker for me but I can see people being fooled by the false advertising. Companies like this also dont face and consequences for dishonest advertising which is crazy to me but thats the USA. $25 for admin fee, $20 for a lock that cant be used anywhere but with their units, and of course $20 for insurance if you dont have rental/HO insurance of your own but I dont recalls seeing that as a option at all. Since they are not transparent I thought I might as well be. Youre likely to pay at least a third of the monthly rent for move-in/first month.

2021-04-21Brand New! Easy - I mean easy access into the facility. I have rented a 10x30, with DRIVE through access! Temperature control, site management is amazing. Went above and beyond with helping me choose the right size storage and EXTREMELY friendly. I just moved from TX and went to several different storage locations and this one is SUPER CLEAN. Rates are great and STRONGLY recommended this place for storage of your goods.

2021-01-30This place was SO helpful. My girl Alyssa hooked me up with a beautiful unit in a prime location. They provide the lock and key and are extremely willing to work with you to make it the most convenient experience. Highly highly recommend!!
