They was nice and well mannered at first when they got that first payment but then things changed they had me on hold for 15 minutes then never came back on the phone just hung up and I called around 17:20pm military time, the customer service was just off to me but I have faith that they would get it together I just won’t recommend them to any one but God is still good and is working on all of us as humans
Awesome place to store your belongings. Friendly informative personnel, big discounts available. Everything you need available on site from locks to boxes, got a climate controlled unit big discounts! Clean and tidy units very secure feel. Conveniently located off 131. WILL USE AGAIN!!
Awesome place!!! Chris took amazing care of me. She was honest, upfront and friendly. I really appreciated that she listened to me and helped me pick the best unit for my needs, rather than try to sell me something way bigger. My unit is a great size, easy to access and clean! What a great experience- I highly recommend Simply Self Storage!
Excellent self storage facility! They have a great variety of different storage units to meet anyones needs and are very conveniently located. Chris was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful in finding me just the right unit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit!
We just recent got a unit from here and the first time around we acciedently got the wrong size. The manager Kris was so nice and gave the best customer service in showing us new and bigger units to help us find the right one. She did it all with a smile. I did some research and the prices here are good compared to some other places.
I would use this if I moved and not even thinl twice my Ex Siter in Law had used used you and said nothing but Great things she has passed now but I beleive I had Talk to a Lisa and asked Questions and she seem to know my answers and that made me fill even more Comfortable Thank you to the Owners of these Storages!
No one is ever there during business hours posted on the building. I have tried on three occasions this past week to go in and pay my storage fee and no one was there. three different days I went at three different times. I also called during business hours and no answer. i called main office and same thing. A recorded message says hold for a customer rep. and it plays music for what feels like forever and then it went to voicemail which it said was full!!!! It is such a hastle just trying to pay them!! I went on there web site to set up an account and pay that way. It asks for gate code number and unit number, i put in all the correct info and it repeatedly told me to check my info. and would not allow me to create an account! Terrible horrible customer service!!! Oh and they raised my storage fees twice in the one year Ive been there. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!!!
Amazing! The Manager Chris Smith is the best manger around. I emailed and she immediately called me as requested. She was patient but quick because I was on a time limit. She listened and found me exactly what I was looking for. AND FYI she is prob the funniest person alive. Thank you!!!
I had a unit for about two years. It was everything youd expect from a storage facility, until it came time to clean out and the one and only dumpster they have was locked because they use it to clean out everything people leave behind. I suggested that if they had public dumpsters, people would probably clean up themselves. Other than that, cant complain much, though I did have a molding issue. (They do offer moisture-control units, if I recall correctly, but I couldnt imagine how any water would get in the unit.) They also dont salt the lots or doorways at ALL in the winter, and I nearly broke my neck everytime I stopped at the unit, as I had to walk over an inch or two of solid ice.
This is not the place you should rent from. The incompetence of the staff is only exceeded by their poor customer treatment. This company moved me out of my unit in error. When they went to check on the unit, they discovered that surprisingly it still had a lock on the unit, and then called to ask why I hadnt removed the lock. When I told them that I had not moved out, it was only then that they realized that they had chosen the wrong unit. They then told me they would figure out what had happened and get back to me. They never did. I then started getting automated phone calls to pay my bill. Turns out that they deleted all my payment information when they moved me out. When I called them to complain about the harassing phone calls, they told me that I had to come in to complete a new lease because that had been also deleted. I told them that it was not convenient for me to do that right away. Then the automated phone calls started again harassing me about payment. When I asked what was owed they indicated that the rental cost was $104/ month. I had been getting charged $130/month. I told them that and asked why I was being charged a higher rate. The person on the phone said she did not know and would investigate and get back to me. She never did. I then went today to remove some items from the unit only to discover that they had locked me because the rent had not been paid. Of course I did not pay it ,because I wasnt going to pay until they cleared up the reason why I was being charged the higher rate. Finally after filling out a new lease, I discovered that they wanted to charge me a late fee and an unlock fee for getting into my unit, even though it was their incompetence and poor customer service that resulted in me not paying the bill. Finally they explained that new customers get a lower rate, but then continuing customers get progressive increases. ( kind of reminds you of another service industry like cable companies and their creative pricing structures)Once I took care of my bill, they got me into my unit, but then the counter person took off and when I wanted to leave I could not exit the storage facility because they had not reset the exit code. She kept me waiting 20 minutes until she returned from her errand.So my recommendation, is look elsewhere for storing things.
Me and my girlfriend Rochelle came in on Tuesday to rent a storage unit and Jenn and Chris were both amazing.and helpful. I would recommend Simply Storage to anyone. They are ready and very efficient. They are also very polite and make the choice so easy to make the choice to store my most precious belongings with Simply Storage. Thanks for being great place with great people and an even better. Atmosphere. . Im glad we decided to check it out
Decent prices.Expect to provide your own mouse traps (Ive caught one in my unit) When confronting the management on the mice in the building the reaponse was that they deal with the exterior and hallways but inside the units is your onw deal and they cant stop the mice from coming if people keep breaking the rules and bring food into their units (i dont have any)In the winter, if you have an outside unit, expect to bring a shovel to get to your unit.
The property manager Adam gouges the prices, tells people they have to buy a lock from them even though you really dont, is selective with who he gives promotional discounts, neglects to mention the $9 insurance fee until the last minute (which btw is NOT mandatory even though he says it is), and never waives late fees even if it is your first one and it was out of your control! He is a two-faced, deceitful slick Rick much like a used car salesman. I know all these things because I used to work with him, and now that I quit Im just trying to look out for the good-people of Wyoming who might fall victim to his lies. If youre going to store with Simply Self Storage, use either the Kentwood or Ball Ave locations...the customer service is much better. Adam is a tool!

2022-05-23The young lady worked with me and found a cube that I though was big enough and when I found out it was not. She was will to rewrite a new contract with no trouble. Very friendly to talk with.

2020-09-01Lots of price increases. No help for businesses destroyed by corona virus. Manager was not kind. Never offered any help or empathy to the situation. The previous manager was great. If I had either good service or a fair price I would have stayed. Two stars for location.

2020-09-08Its was a fantastic experience, I was having a hard time in life and the young women named Chae was amazing, she was informed thoughtful and patient with me. Sometimes situations that bring a person to need a storage unit arent all happy times in life. Im glad that Chae was there. She made this experience give me hope.

2020-09-18I had rented for 10 years from another storage facility in the area but chose to try CubeSmart because of the close proximity to my new apartment. When I first went to inspect the unit that I was offered it had no floor just gravel, Patchwork walls of prep particle board with gaps and spaces and water marks off the wall.When I refused to this unit and asked to see another the only thing they had available was of course more expensive.In my few months of renting from them there were several times when the rain was very heavy and water entered my unit and damaged several hundred dollars of my property which the forced Insurance refuse to cover because the water came from the floor and not the ceiling according to the assessment made through photographs.Upon speaking with the regional manager, it was discovered that a leak was actually repaired in the roof above my unit which was submitted to the insurance company who then told me since I did not keep any photos after being denied my claim that she probably couldnt honor the contract for that reason this time.During all of this, as I waited to see if I would be reimbursed for my personal property that was damaged and lost, I spent several weeks going back and forth with emails and phone calls which painted me into a corner with an auction fee because I was more than 30 days past due with still no resolution of the problem.The management team on site is very customer service oriented but their hands are tied by company policies that are absolutely ridiculous and not to mention predatory in my opinion.So not only have I lost hundreds of dollars of my personal property, I now owe hundreds of dollars in back rent with an additional hundred and $10 auction fee while waiting for a resolution from upper management.I feel at the very least, ripped off, but will no longer take for granted companies that have given me good customer service and fair pricing and practices. Moving forward I will continue to support the businesses that have supported me as a customer.

The general manager Amy and the manager Chae are always polite and helpful anytime I need help or have a question in regards to my unit or upgrading or concerns of any kind. This is the type of customer service that keeps customers coming back to the same place.😁😊Thank you 👍
