Twenty minutes after their scheduled arrival time they called to say their drivers car broke down and didnt know if he could arrive on time if at all. My husband googled jumpers and Cucamonga jumpers was the first. He called and spoke to Jesse who was extremely helpful checked his inventory and said he could be with the jumper within an a hour. 45 minutes later he showed up, set up the jumper and we were set. They saved our first kids party and next time we will call Cucamonga jumpers first!

Our first experience we had busted a pipe and thought it was the jumper, it wasn’t just unlucky coincidence, but the owner Jesse spent hours digging up where the stakes were just to be sure. This time there were scheduling conflicts and once again Jesse was very gracious and dropped off the jumper a whole day early and my kids got to use it for two whole days which they loved. We will definitely continue to use this company for our future jumper needs and recommend them to all our family.

Comment: Ok…this review is long overdue! so someone cancelled on us last minute because of a permit issue, We got a hold of Jesse 1 day before the event and he was absolutely wonderful. So freaking helpful and friendly. It was 3pm on a friday and he was able to call the city and get a permit before they closed at 5pm. Lifesaver. So he shows us 10 mins before setup time and helps me usher along the party that has started over their time limit for the shelter we rented. They left it pretty untidy and so Jesse takes out his blower and starts helping clean up the area as we start getting situated. Like seriously just super kind, which was sooooo appreciated. Besides a bouncer we also rented a snow cone machine and a cotton candy machine which J thought which would be fine on the floor- but I guess not. So even lent us a table on a whim. We sincerely appreciated his kindness and generosity and friendliness. It meant a lot to us and i’ll only be renting from Jesse moving forward because of how wonderful he was. Thank you sooooo much for making it such a special day for us Jesse!!!

Comment: Jesse helped me out of a huge bind! I had reserved an inflatable waterslide rental from a different company, and on the morning of the event, they cancelled on us. So I called all the bouncer rentals I could-- Jesse picked up right away and immediately jumped into action to help. He was easy to talk via phone and text, and helped me right away. Over the course of about an hour, he had found a slide that would fit our space, coordinated all the details, delivered, AND set up!! He totally saved the day. I am so grateful!! I know it cant be easy for a business to drop everything like he did to help us. Cannot say enough about the excellent and kind service. Ive never rented one of these before, but we had so much fun that Im sure we will do it again. Look no further, Jesse will take care of you!

Comment: The biggest hit of my daughter’s outdoor birthday party! Kids couldn’t get enough of it. We rented the 6-in-1 Rocky Palm combo that was both a large bounce house and dual slide. Jesse and his crew lugged this 500lb beast down to our backyard along with foldable tables and chairs the day before my daughter’s birthday. Jesse was in and out in about 20 minutes with the bounce house staked and inflated. Everything was spotless including the tables and chairs. Personally witnessed him disinfecting the whole structure before he left. They had tremendous respect for the property and left it cleaner than it was before they arrived. Pick up was just as fast. Cant say enough about the business and its owner, Jesse. Jesse is a true self-starter, honest, and takes obvious pride in his company. We will definitely use him again. My daughter even started counting the coins in her piggy bank to see how much more she has to save to rent the jumper again on her own! Would highly recommend this for any kids party, school event, church event, etc. Great product and outstanding service.

It was lit.. literally lol almost Like a club for children there was lights inside and music I’ve never seen anything like it! Comment: We have used Jesse (RCJ) for the last 3 years and rented the obstacle jumper course (lived by all the kids and adults too), tables and chairs for our sons’ past 3 birthdays. Their customer service is great which they provide an early drop off/set up time and late pick up time allowing for extra play time in the jumper for the kids. Whichever the occasion and time of year, they always have availability. They also have a new user friendly renting portal which makes it easy to reserve the items you need.

After reading lots of reviews and getting price quotes I chose to go with Cucamonga Jumpers. The owners were friendly, communicative, and professional. The chairs were clean and in good condition.
