Good food . Friendly staff..
I have shopped at this particular store for years, and enjoyed the dollar buying, however, now that it has raised the price to 1.25 for everything, I can no longer afford the purchasing I used to be able to do. That is a shame. Many people I have spoken to feel the same way. Please do what you can to get back where you had the 1.00 prices. Thank You.

I usually have really good experiences with Culver’s. Especially as a bus driver for athletic events since many offer free meals for the bus driver. This one did not. They then expressed their frustration at us for not calling ahead, even though it wasn’t busy at all. Again, something we’ve never had to do at other Culver’s restaurants. Disappointed :(
Havent had a bad menu item to date. Kids love the included ice cream that comes with kids meals.

Since I stopped eating meat unless I know which exact cow it came from about a year ago. It isnt easy to find fast food that has many meatless options, and even though it wasnt on the menu the attendant said they had a garden burger. Possibly it was so good because I havent had one in so long, but it was fantastic! (Both of them, LOL)
Frozen Custard was yummy. Only Complaint they should have dual lane ordering like Micky DSouza took us FOREVER in the Drive Thru!!!
Great shakes and good food. Wouldnt call this a fast food restaurant. Always have to pull forward and wait for a food order. They have ample parking for your wait. I assume their business plan is to cook when ordered unlike other fast food drive thru joints.
Culvers is such an all American place. Always busy but friendly and clean. The food is fresh and hot and the people that work there seem to really like their jobs. The price point is a bit higher than McDonalds but no where near what 5 guys charges. Whenever I ask my wife what carryout food she wants, the answer is Culvers.

Food took forever. Got ignored by the manager when I went to see if they lost the order. Food had been sitting on a tray outside of the warmer. The manager was more interested in pulling the food out of the warmer than making sure it got delivered. Needless to say, the food was cold. I wouldnt recommend this Culvers due to poor shift management.
Food was great! Dont know what everyone else is complaining about. This is and was my childhood favorite, and even though it is eight hours away from where I live, my family still goes every year. Highly recommend the cheese curds!

It was pretty good..except my fish sandwich looked thrown together..I asked for extra tartar. Onion and tomato. I received lots of large red onions and the tartar sauce was on the outside and inside.of the bun. Very wet to pick up. Other than that my other 3 meals were made good

Ordered from the drive thru about 30-40 minutes before closing. Seemed like they were more concerned with moving people through so they could go home then getting orders right. Got home and discovered they didn’t follow any of my instructions regarding condiments on the butter burger I ordered. I expect better from Culver’s.

Always great service.. Especially, that of a fast food restaurant! And always gotta hand it to them for making quick and quality meals without bringing it home and opening it up to find slob, or mess of a sandwich. Everythings hot,crisp and delicious. I have gone to this location twice now and I can say the service has been exceptional both times. The second time when I discovered my bacon burger only had a speck of bacon they had me sit and delivered fresh hot bacon right to my table. Everyone makes mistakes its the quality of the reparations that stand out. Amazing ice cream, hot fresh food, and great service mean I will be returning again!
Came in for dinner with my kids while waiting for my car at discount tire. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Loved that they had steamed broccoli as a side for the kiddos. Restaurant was super clean. The staff were great, they even cleared our tray.
The employees are nice, but they have messed up my order the last two times. The first time I was given someone else’s order, and the last time my simple burger wasn’t even close to being right.
This is a good Culvers, but one guy is way too persistent about asking people to fill out the survey on the receipt and its kind of weird. Besides that, no big complaints.
All food was delicious. It was delivered very fast, and brought directly to our table. The custard is very overpriced, so I do not recommend buying the pints of custard. Also, there were some very obnoxious people playing audio in the middle of the restaurant with no headphones, and the employees did nothing about it, so we had to sit somewhere else. Very annoying. Overall, my eating experience at Culvers was phenomenal, and I definitely recommend eating there.

We spent over 20 minutes waiting after we ordered our food. Finally they came out, apologetic, and coupon in-hand. Unfortunately, nothing was right. To start, NO condiments - that by the way were ordered - the sandwhiches were not prepared as requested (no pickles). Finally, the “spicy chicken” sandwich that you served us was nothing like the sandwich on Culver’s menu. It was LITERALLY paper thin ...the meat was MAYBE 1/8” thick!!!! I took 2 bites, hopeing the first was just an anomoly....NOPE. Now I realize these are challenging times for everyone, especially the restaurant industry. That said, you need to do better. Your attention to detail and quality assurance both need vast improvement. I hope you’ll take this as intended, otherwise you’ll risk becoming a flash-in-the-pan, here-today-gone-tomorrow eatery in our town.
Delicious as always. The new restaurant smell has yet to wear off this location. Ordering was easy and delivered accurately and fast. Culvers does the little things right. The ketchup, of all things, tastes a bit better than its competitors. Might just be me, however. Also, their house blend of root beer cant be missed, if you are into that sort of flavor. Overall a great location and experience. Well done Culvers!
So glad to have delicious veggie burgers at Culvers! We have few fast food options as vegetarians and enjoy the veggie burgers here. They have friendly staff and the food is always hot and fresh. Our favorite fast food!
Good food nice people friendly
The malts are great. My husband ordered fish and shrimp. It was pathetic, 1 small piece of fish, 3 shrimp and crinkle cut fries. Ive had better from the freezer to the oven to the table at home. At least they were not drowned in butter.
Our burgers were a bit charred, but other than that, the food was good. All the tables were clean, and the employees were very nice. Unfortunately, we were informed, and so it seemed, that many employees didnt show up, so our food took longer to arrive than expected.
Burger was cooked to perfection. I loved how it was crispy around the edges. Got the mushroom-swiss burger. Not nearly enough mushrooms or mushroom sauce. You could barely tell it was supposed to feature mushrooms.Fries crispy and delicious. Fountain drinks were excellent (despite being Pepsi and not Coke). The brownie concrete mixer I had for dessert was really good. The bathroom was super clean. Service was fast and friendly.Excellent signage regarding COVID-19 and what they expected from customers at this time.
This place is fantastic!If youre looking for a minute-meal, this isnt the place. Which is one reason I come back weekly. The food is made-to-order, fresh, hot, and delicious!Staff is always friendly and helpful. Not once in my 12+ times going have I encountered a cranky, rude, or even indifferent employee.Yea... The food might take a few minutes. But its SO worth it!
My fish sandwich was good, my husbands burger was over done, even though we told the cashier to make sure they didnt over cook his burger. Everyone that worked there that we spoke to was very nice and accommodating. The facility was clean and inviting. I will certainly go back.
Be prepared to sit in line for literally 35 to 40 minutes… I counted eight cars behind me that got their food and drove away before anybody even asked about my order...I had two burgers and two fries with drinks… Can’t be that tough
Always stop at Culvers for their frozen chocolate custard! Its the best! At this particular location, while covid-19 is rampant, there was no one washing tables, there were no arrows on the floor directing customers to walk in one direction through the restaurant, and I was able to get my own drink & napkins. Some tables were not available to sit at due to social distancing however, and they did provide outside seating, but the trashcan outside was extremely full!
We had great food great service I would thought that if you brought a bus in with a group of people that the driver was taken care of apparently not at this location
Food is great. Staff is friendly. My only issue with this location is sometimes the food takes a super long time (longer than normal) and sometimes is incorrect. However they will fix anything with a smile, and I believe its just growing pains in a new location. The pints of ice cream are an amazing deal, 4 for 10.99.
I personally love the milkshakes here, however the last two times Ive been to this particular location it is taken literally 7 minutes for them to bring one chicken sandwich and two mugs out to the car. What made it more ridiculous was that we watched three of the cars behind us to get their orders and leave. Pretty sure they forgot about us.
The food is delicious!! Burgers,chicken sandwiches. entrees like, fish & chips,chopped steak mashed potatoes and gravy. All at a reasonable price.They even have Chili with beans, better then any other fast food places. Talk about tasty treats.. they have the Concrete mixer frozen custard.. we really enjoy eating in, or taking it home.
Needed to stop here off the highway. Would have taken photos of the food but it was too good to not eat immediately!Only complaint is its a little hard to get to if youre not use to the layout of the area.
They were super helpful while ordering my food, I was going to order 3 large onion rings instead he suggested the family size its 3 onion rings for a cheaper price. Food was excellent even after a 15 minute drive home! Will definitely be returning!
Food was good but the attitude of the staff is horrible. Two employees and the manager on 6/15/2020 @1:10 PM were extremely rude. The male manager appeared to be trying to impress a female employee with his tough guy attitude. No excuse for that in a place of business. Maybe hes too young and immature for the position he has been given.

The Culvers in Brighton is great! Clean, fast service and everyone that worked there is SO friendly! We had the pleasure of having Matt wait on us and he was very, very nice! We made sure to tell the manager what a great experience we had. Thank you!
Best fast food chain! No better place to get fries and a burger. They have not only the standard fare but also have patty melts and other great fast favorites. The kids meal is a great deal and comes not only with the food but tickets to submit for prizes and a scoop of ice cream. Save them up and get your own scoopie stuffed animal. if youre in the mood for ice cream this is also a great place to just stop and get some malts or scoops of ice cream.
Food was excellent and fast. Eddie, the GM, is a character- his welcoming and warm attitude set our fast food stop apart from the rest. This was our first time at Culver’s- because of Eddie, we’ll be back.
This was my second visit to this location, via the drive thru, and our order wasnt correct. Of course I didnt discover this until I got home. We were missing fries, received plain chicken strips instead of buffalo and our cheese curds only has 5 pieces. In the past, the food has always been good. Im hoping this is just a hiccup from their recent launch.
Really nice and clean, super friendly staff that really seemed to care about our experience and great food. Cant be beat. They even solved a problem with the bathroom doors being a blind spot by installing frosted glass. Great job!
Wow what an unbelievable experience we just had at 8:40pm on Sunday 4-26-20. We came to get food and started to order and the girl April was absolutely rude beyond belief. We asked for a 2pcs kids chicken tender meal and April says in her exact word Um NO very rudely not im sorry were currently out of those. Unbelievable and very unprofessional. Then she proceeds to tell us they also have no shrimp, onion rings, and vanilla custard because they ran out of everything today. No its because you close at 9pm and are to lazy to do your job. This is the second problem we have had here. The last problem was because there was literally a chunk of someones hair in my childrens french fries.
This Culvers location started out strong upon opening but quickly went downhill. A 30 minute wait for 2 scoops of custard and a banana split. The banana split was ordered with all chocolate custard, no caramel, and no whipped topping. However, it was made with vanilla custard, caramel, and whipped topping. The second try just looked sloppy...only 3 strawberries, no nuts, and no cherry. A total disappointment for almost $6.00.

Food was not the issue. Food was good and prepared correctly. But the line for the drive thru was far out of the parking lot so we went inside to take our food to go. Ordered, paid and waited over a 1/2 hour to get our food! Poorly managed, poorly staffed, wont be back.

Love Culvers and this location is as good as the others. Flavor of the day (FOD) custard, good flavors for food and desserts. Similar cost to wendys. Staff has always been friendly. Only reason not a 5 is because theres another Culvers in Howell and they usually have better FODs and thats where we take people.

The best fast-food/drive-thru burger in Brighton by a long shot.If we were talking about drive-thru burgers on a national level, Culvers is about the level of In-N-Out. Plus the frozen custard is delicious.Its popular, so you might have to wait a bit longer for your food just like any other great burger joint. Stay in line, its worth it!
Food was very good as always but stood at the counter for awhile waiting for someone to take my order. Then I went back to the counter to ask for malt vinegar and stood there again for several minutes. Workers kept looking at me but kept walking by without asking me anything or acknowledging me. Thats my only complaint about brighton culvers.

Fries fine burger overdone not so good. Wish they go back to giving cups of mayo and or mustard those little packets remind why I dont go to McDonalds . I might visit less here for the same reasons . Its messy and tedious to deal with the packets .
The food there is SO good and their service is pretty fast. I have no complaints. And I am really glad there is one in Brighton, I would have to go to Howell. I am happy!

Went drive thru. TROUBLE given 1 of 2 drinks at window after I paid; given a # pull forward. SLOW wait wait wait. A older gentleman brings me my food- - no ice cream. No second drink. MORE WAITING !! After quite some time he comes back. Its obvious my mixers were made and set aside VERY melted ! Now, frys are cold : ( Get home. AND. The green beans are awful!! Too salty and too much onion . It was soo disappointing . I realize its a new location and you need to get the bugs out . This was AWFUL

Its quick service takes a little longer than say Wendys or McDonalds but it served hot fresh and theres always a great choice of milkshake. If you ever in doubt try to butter burger its great.

Im a Culvers fan, but this location has the laziest staff of any location Ive been to. This isnt every employee, but the vast majority Ive dealt with are not very customer service oriented, and let you know how disinterested they are to be there.
Culberson is always good. Only problem is that its strictly drive thru as the governor hasnt allowed inside dining yet.

2022-02-26Maybe my favorite fast food. The burgers and onion rings are great, I love that you can get grilled onions. The custard is very tasty, especially some of the flavors of the day. The concrete mixers, especially mint Oreo, and the chocolate malts are very good and they use plenty of malt.

2022-06-21We usually have a good experience when coming here. Usually we go through drive thru. Even when theres a lot of people in line, they are still very quick. Also rarely ever do they need up or order. I like the Brighton Culvers and would definitely suggest it!

2022-07-02Great fast food style burgers, exactly what I hoped it would be. Crinkle cut fries are incredibly hot and crispy. Homemade root beer a huge plus. Wish they had these in the northeast.

2019-12-30Food was hot and fresh and the Custard was delicious as well. Just passing through Brighton location doing a little shopping and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of staff. Lighting at this particular location is much better than previous stores.

2022-02-07This Culvers location usually give us extremely good service. Logan is always very attentive to us and ensures our order is always right. Unfortunately, today we witnessed an employee getting gained up on by other employees while Logan was assisting us with our order. The hypocritical kitchen staff, who were not wearing any masks, were getting after another employee for not wearing a mask. Im surprised Logan was able to keep his focus because the kitchen staffs behavior was deplorable at best. As I have stated this store generally gives us good service, but I would hope that the hypocritical kitchen staff would be delt with.

2019-07-10Great Culvers with friendly staff. Restaurant was clean and food was delivered to the table. The seasonal salad was delicious and fresh.

2022-06-24I was charged over $14 for a double deluxe value basket. The price on the menu shows $6.49 for the sandwich and $3.90 to make it a value basket. I asked why I was charged in excess of the listed price and the 1st assistant manager said thats just the way it is. Poor customer service and gouging prices; not ok.
