Ordered chesse curds as an upcharge to my meal like I always do and usually they give you a choice of marinara or ranch for the dipping sauce this time they did not ask me so figured it would ne on my tray when beought to my table but no nothing to dip them in went to the counter and was told I would have to pay .50 cents to get a dipping sauce and was told the chesse curds do not come with the sauce it has to ne purchased separately. I have never been charged before. I guess I wont be going to cedar springs culvers ever again.
Overall the staff is friendly, and theyre usually quick. Only once in 4 years did I have less than good service here.
Nice, location in Cedar Springs, MI, just off 17-mile road and M131.Restaurant is VERY clean and well-maintained. Staff is courteous and professional. Since meals are cooked to order, you know you are getting your food fast and fresh.The grilled chicken is good and the fried cod is especially meaty and flavorful. The chili was also very good with a good amount of beef and beans without being overly spicy.The chocolate ice cream is particularly rich and creamy - worth a stand-alone visit.
I love Culver’s, I go multiple times a week. Stopped at this location, this location could use more kind/professional staff taking orders. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this location.

Culvers is my craving place whether a cheeseburger, a fish sandwich, or a fish dinner its got everything like cooking at home. This time I tried the shrimp basket, it was delicious. Meals may cost a little more, but the quality of the meal is worth it 👌.

The food here is always good. When they get really busy it takes a while. Cant wait until the Culvers in Rockford is open. Its our go to fast food place and when its walleye season we eat there a few times per week or more.

Culvers is a pretty classic fast-food restaurant that is a little more upscale to typical fast food places. There is a fairly extensive menu and dont forget to get your ice cream fix with one of their concretes if youre in the mood. I overall recommend going here for something to eat. The only negative is that the chili they use for their chili cheese fries has beans in it.

I am very unsatisfied i go to culvers 2-3 times a week. The cedar springs location has messed up my extremely easy burger order up 4 times now. I am done never will go back service is terrible.

Cheese curds , cheese sauce .We eat at many locations and have never experienced the quality of food as we did at this location !This should be a training store if it’s not already one !Not only was our food delicious and fresh & hot , the team was polite and friendly and order accurate !We finished each of our meals with dessert, two concrete mixers with the perfect amount of added mix ins.I can not wait to visit this location again. We will be back ! I wish I could write a more thorough review, but due to whatever circumstances I cant. The food was hot and fresh. Our order was correct and the service was super friendly. However, we were disappointed it was only open for drive through services. One of my passengers had the cod dinner, one wanted chicken noodle soup, so we succumbed to eating in my vehicle in the parking lot. Some restaurants are open for indoor dining, but this location is not. Heads up if youre traveling with little kids, you wont be able to stop, stretch your legs, and be able to dine in here.
Wide selection of food items, they even did a special order that was NOT on their menu before for me! Talk about rock star customer service! Just call ahead if you need something special, Im certain they will be as accommodating to all customers with food allergies! The custard is to die for as well!

Had a single mushroom and swiss burger that came with literally 3 mushrooms on it. Kinda disappointing, but I did ask for more, which I hate doing that at resturants cause I always feel so bad... they did give me more so that made it right. Pretzel bites and cheese curds are really good here.
Culvers made a minor error in our order, (which never happens), and we didnt notice until we arrived home. After a quick phone call, everything was taken care of. Two weeks later, we received a letter personally apologizing for the mix-up from the Shift Leader, (plus some coupons for free food!) Class act for sure. Support your local Culvers!
I stop often on my way south after a long day of work. It is usually busy, but it goes really quickly. The staff is always very polite.

I was in the mood for some chicken fingers so I stopped by Culvers for theirs as they say they use nothing but the finest all white meat tenderloins for their tenders. I ordered the 4 piece with BBQ sauce for dipping. When I got back to my office I opened the bag to find no BBQ sauce but Ranch and Im lactose intolerant. They werent even busy and nobody was in front of me. Strike 1. Then when I bit into the first tender it was about 90% batter and the other 3 werent much better. Definitely not like they show in their commercial. Strike 2. When I called to inform them of the wrong sauce and the lack of actual chicken in the tenders all they said was, Ok...thanks for letting us know. No apology or anything. Strike 3. I will not be back and its sad as they are right here in our town only 5 mins from me. If you want chicken flavored breading this is your place.

This location is amazing. They do not offer dine in at this time but their drive through service is top notch. I have yet to come across any restaurant that offers faster and more accurate service.

Culver’s in Cedar Springs Michigan is top notch in every way. Frontline workers are friendly, service is quick and the food is delicious. My wife and I love “good food, fast, not fast food.”Even during the partial shutdown - no dining in - the line of cars at the drive through moves along quickly. The staff hustles, so our food arrives piping hot.

Stopped by for dinner on the road. Place was busy, no problem. Plenty of staff, service was good. Food was the normal good for Culvers. They do honor veterans with a discount, just ask. Ice cream is the normal good as well. I will return.
Cant say how much we love it. This location and 54th street are the ones we visit. Great food everything without a question. People are always nice. We love that the experience is great no matter which location were at.
Beautiful location/clean and orderly; very good customer service. Kitchen prep needs work, orders were messed up: order 3 cheese curds and received 2 cheese curds and 2 french fries. Young cree so with time they will get better. Would have given 5 stars, just that mess up. Continue to do good work!

Nothing like Sheridan’s out further west. They also skimp on the toppings — I got 4-5 little pieces of brownie in my concrete, which were pretty stale.
Great place to stop with kids. Menu has a good varity of sweets, burgers, fries, and the cheese curds and carmel cashew Sunday are to die for and are must tries ! Customer service is on par and friendly staff. The food has a longer wait time than other fast food places but the quality of food is much better than the others.

This location is great for cedar springs. Food is fresh the service level justifies the price. I will eat here again. The building is beautiful, inside is nice. Me and my wife enjoy the food. The only thing that really needs to change is the fact the food can have consistency issues. Maybe a little more time will fix that. Overall people should give this place a try. Ill come back for sure.
Basically a fast food restaurant. You place your order at the counter but they deliver it to your table. The food was good. I had the Cod. my wife had a pot roast . mostly burgers and Fries type of food. The place was clean. service was good. the meal was served quickly.

Very near 131.Nice to have one in the area.A notch or two above a typical fast food restaurant both in quality and price. The price is the primary reason we dont dine here (or at any other Culvers) more frequently.The employees are friendly and helpful.It does have a drive thru.

Culvers is generally known for their quality food and stellar customer service and this location is no exception. Dining in, the place was spotless and twice we were asked how our food was and offered to take our trays by polite employees. Another employee even held the door. Culvers seems to hire and train good people and they should be recognized. Dinner hit the spot!
I love Culvers. At this particular Culvers the employees greet everyone warmly as they enter the door and bids a good day as you leave.

This is a new Culvers to Cedar Springs. The inside was very nice. I also had the Cod dinner. It was very good. I didnt much care for the onions in the green beans but the mashed potatoes were good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Friendly staff and clean eating area. The food has always been hot and fresh when Ive ordered. The best fast food experience Ive had in Cedar Springs. They also send out regular coupons through their email club so I almost never pay full price for a meal or ice cream.

Good stop for fast food. It is very convenient to I-75 and they have parking for RVs in their lot. The restaurant looks new and was fully staffed. Order came quickly and everything was hot but the frozen custard. Restrooms were clean and well stocked.
The burgers were very greasy. We couldnt eat them. The fries had a weird taste. I was avoiding MCDONALDS but I thought Culvers was worse. My grandkids ate one of the tenders but again the grease was weird.On top of that you have to save the kids bags to get a token? Why not just give the token out with the meal. Not impressed. So I showed two employees all the food we were throwing away. They sent me to the manager for a fullrefund but since SHE didnt see what we thru away she gave us one third refund. July 16th at noon.

I always have got a great meal at Culvers but this was my first time visiting this location. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and fries. Usually my favorite once I started eating after we got back on the road the fries tasted like fish from the oil being dirty Im guessing and my burger was very greasy and the mushrooms were kinda packed into the bun on one side .So i will pass on this location next time Im in Cedar Springs .

Very nice location and clean but they suck. Employees are rude to other employees and customers. They throw food at each other and do not wash there hands after using things with germs on them. They are always late on bringing my order even if its custard only. They pay at a very low rate for such aabusy fast food an wayy to many young girls. Food is way to greacy and not enough condiments on our burgers I do not recommend going here.

From the moment we stepped up to the counter, everything started to be enjoyable! The counter staff were very friendly, the manager is always friendly and wanting to help you any way possible. Then the food arrived and l lived up to every expectation! Reasonably priced too!
I usually never leave a bad review for Culvers. But really! I ordered a double deluxe with bacon and extra pickle. I got burnt bun no ketchup, mustard, mayo, onion, pickle or lettuce. This is nothing less than laziness and poor customer service!!!!

Culvers is my favorite restaurant but for some reason this location messes up my order more than half the time. If I go in the eveing, when its not busy, they seem to mess my order up more. It makes no sense. My fridge is full of free meal receipts, which we dont care to use. This has been happening since it opened. We have decided not to go back.
Normally ok. Tonight was horrible. My fries were forgotten and when I went back to get them the ones I received were cold and disgusting.However the most disturbing part was when the girl put the trash bag on the counter that they makes drinks and shakes on.Will not be back.

We ordered a sandwich twice and still didnt get what he wanted. Al ordered a double meat butterburger and when food came it wasnt there. No problem they must not have heard him. He went back up and order the sandwich again and got a single instead of the double. Al said it was so noisey up there they have hard time hearing.
Wrong orders, kids digging through your food behind the counter without gloves on. Make a complaint to corporate and the owner calls you back a day later, did refund my money. But gives me a line on how new they are and just has no caring in his voice, didnt even ask me to come back or offer anything for me leaving with no food and a charge the first time. Go to the Greenville one if you want Culvers. This one is ran by an ownership that doesnt care.

Crazy fast service considering it was 6pm on a Friday night. Had the cranberry, bacon, blue cheese salad with chicken and sesame ginger dressing, the beef pot roast sandwich & onion rings - rings were a tad over cooked and salted but otherwise very good.

Great place to go, my food is always hot and the people there are super friendly. Only real complaint is that there is no changing table for a baby in the restroom and that sometimes its a long wait in the drive thru.

New Years eve I got a peanut butter concrete mixer. (made me ill after less than 1/4 drank. )my girlfriend brought remaining drink home and refrigerated it. when she dumped it out on Jam 2 in morning, there was a plastic part from a dispenser in bottom of cup. I took it to the store shortly after discovery. I was told a manager would contact me. it is now Jan 7 and not a word.

This culvers has been open only 10 days but the manager visited our table to assure everything was to our liking,this franchise has been outstanding everywhere we visit.

2022-04-15Great when my order is correct. Getting fed up with the minimum of one mistake per order, at this location, these several past times. Dont get wrong, Im very fond of Culvers but this is too annoying for the price. Latest order was two burgers with only bacon. Who... lemme stress this one, WHO orders a burger no bun???

2022-07-01Holiday weekend-Friday! The restaurant and drive through were super busy. I ordered a kids cheeseburger with everything but onion and extra crispy fries.They delivered and it was delicious and my fries were hot and crispy!! 2022-03-25Just finished a satisfying and delicious lunch! We all know the amazing burgers they have. However, want something different? Enjoy a cod fish sandwich! Oh my word! Delicious! You may want to even ask for a fork...not a little piece..lol!Nice people...and they are hopping! No slackers here! Everyone pitched in and food delivered quickly!! 2022-04-03We ordered through the drive up and this being a special treat for us for us we ordered 2 piece fish dinner with baked potatoes, and my husband said duplicate that order for me. It was explained to us that that they didnt have baked potatoes that they have mashed or French fries ,OK I said well take mashed. now she said do you want to replace the mashed with coleslaw or French fries, No we said we want mashed so then we ordered 2 diet drinks. She gives us our total it was quite a shock because it was kinda high. When we get to the drive up window she then tells us that our sodas were not added to the amount of our bills so now we would have to pay more, little upset I hand more money and then she says oh wait a minute well give you the senior discount and now youre at $29.96. Wait so then we get our food we now also have one mashed potato not 2 we have French fries and Coleslaw which we didnt order we just wanted fish and mashed potatoes so is that why our price was so high. Well I guess we being new to Culvers, we will be better prepared to understand this menu. So confused.

2022-04-13Normally we get very good service here and we always come here but tonight was different in that we just ordered 2 concrete mixers and a banana split with NO NUTS. All 3 of us in the truck heard my girlfriend say she doesn’t want nuts because of her allergy. They took about 10 minutes to make the ice cream then it came out with all of them and the banana split had nuts on it as well all said and heard no to the nuts. The girl that brought it out gave us an attitude and said “well for next time you need to say that”

2022-06-17Normally a great visit, but I hate missing things when I get home. Very frustrating when I realized the condiment for chicken tenders was not in bag. Its on the receipt.
