My first time there my lemon ice was great an grill chicken everything was on point the young lady at register was very pleasant and nice it was very clean and very quick and busy yes I will go back and try other things on the menu good job Calverts
The food is something tastier than other times. However, there needs to be a revamp of staff. Too many staff working in one spot. One female staff member (young) needs to be removed immediately.

Ive enjoyed everything Ive ordered here. Not super fast food but tastes a lot better. The burgers and onion rings are especially good. A pint of custard from the cooler is cheaper than a single scoop, and there is more variety.
Paid 15.00 for 3 signature sundaes 2 turtle sundae and 1 caramel cashew the turtle sundaes were just okay. The Carmel had just a few pieces of cashew barley a spoonful of ice cream and no carmel

Beautiful.. It was Soooooooo great. I must have been there when it was just made. Got a double cheese burger and a mushroom and Swiss. It was perfect. Havent had an enjoyable fast food visit ever. And I mean it. I had take out. Very busy but thats our way of life now.ENJOY..
My experience here at the Livonia Culvers was okay, it wasnt fantastic like other experiences at Wixom. I had made a decision for myself to stay away from their burgers for a bit because of the butter, for health reasons, and got a pulled pork sandwich, and the meat was so dry this time which was strange because its usually rather good at the other location. I got a large fry and a large lemonade. It wasnt a great meal this time, but it was still a good place to eat which leaves me conflicted. Ill probably be back there for something else to eat (which they have). Id eat here, not saying anything negative, just the pot roast sandwich was a bit dry and tough. Normally the food is great though.

The food was delicious but curdside to go was a fail and the customer service was horrible. I ordered curdside online and received a notice that my order would be ready in 6 minutes at 3:31 pm. I rushed to the car with the kids and raced to be there on time. I arrived at 3:33 and checked in via email. By 3:40, my order still was not out. I called twice. The first time an associate answered the phone and after she greeted me, it sounded like a fax machine. I called back twice and received a busy signal. The fourth time the phone rang and rang and rang unanswered. I had to unpack my kids and go inside. They were still putting the order together. Then they tried to tell me that an automated system assigns the time, not them, as if Im supposed to know what time the order will ACTUALLY be ready if its other than what was communicated to me. Then they acknowledged the phone was off the hook and one team member asked another if she had received my call, to which the girl seemed to reply that she intentionally didnt answer because she was getting the order together. Then they had some excuse as to why I couldnt get a token for the kids meal custard although online it said to redeem in store because it couldnt be redeemed online. Apparently every store does things differently, so again I apparently shouldve known not to rely on the information I saw online during the order process. They gave me nothing but excuses and acted like I was the problem. I will not return.
The staff is always nice, theyre usually very fast and efficient. Im not crazy about the food nor the prices, but ... my granddaughter loves Culvers. Thats all that matters
Whoever Emerson Patterson needs to calm down because whoever Miley Lewis is is definitely telling the truth and I feel like you work there because that is just ridiculous. I was just about to come here and say almost the same thing. When I come to an establishment I expect that the employees have actually done their job and gave me all of my food. I shouldn’t have to check. They forgot my kids meal one time and then the last several of times I’ve came I will admit no issues. Until the other day I came to get my 2 pc cod dinner and never got my coleslaw nor any utensils or tarter sauce. I also got a Pepsi for my son with his kids meal and it ended up being root beer. Some of my fries were cold and I will admit that my order was kind of big but that’s not an excuse. The person taking my order sounded a bit rude and the chili was awful. Even though the last times I have been there it hasn’t been bad this just made me want to never come there ever again. Maybe I will try Westland or Canton. It is so sad that I already made one bad review before and can’t make another one so I have to use my daughter’s account just to hope something changes.
Heres what I can say. We came in. We bought concretes. My kids were confused about what a concrete was. One protested, thinking I was purchasing him a plot of road. Upon reorientation, my kiddos ordered in accordance with their preferences. All the mixes. All the mixes! Finally, we left, and the kiddos were amazed we had found a local concrete-auteur to bring them joy. Said another way: this place = yum.
Awful service. I came through the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes for my order. I finally got it and even tipped just to come home and find out that they forgot 2 fries and one of my Butterburgers. I have been to this Culvers 3 times and they have always forgotten something. I have started going to the Culvers in Westland and they have much better service. 1star for Livonia, and 4 star for Westland.It was so bad i want to give a 0, but that’s not possible so I give you a 1 star.
The food was great, the customer service was lacking. The manager cleared up the issue and made sure my wife and I were fully taken care of

Sloooooooow. My wife and I were car #197 today - ordered our food at 1:31 PM and didn’t get our food until 1:54 PM. Food was great. Service is absolutely unacceptable.
Best fast food around Adrian. Fresh fries. Good ketchup. Every sandwich is in order and not sloppy. I would eat there any time.

The food was great as always, I went in through the drive-thru. Rep was nice, patient, and very face. After ordering I noticed they had a very good setup, once you pay they place a number on your door handle and you move up so they can take care of the next person. Once I moved up it didnt take long to get my food although they where a bet busy. Good job guys, keep up the excellent work
Livonia location..Customers are required to wear a mask at the register(understandable) but I guess the employee its ok to deliver food to the table without the mask on correctly( more or less not on at all) posted photo

I had one small complaint the condiments that were supposed to come with my meal Works applied I didnt think the check and when I got to the location where I was going to eat it they werent there was too far away to go back so you know small minor the food is excellent at least what I ate but yeah its still disappointing to be out working on a job and want to eat your lunch and having an order not quite correct
If you are looking for fast food, Culver’s is yummy. Mint Oreo shake tastes like toothpaste, though.
I have eaten here with a friend a couple of times and both times we were able to share a good time of fellowship here. The service has always been courteous, a good speed/wait time (Culvers is clearly above quality than your McDonalds and those places) and the food has always tasted great. I would come back for sure.
Been waiting for our curbside order for over 30 minutes, phone number doesn’t work and they don’t answer. Watched people in other curbside spots come and go while I continue to sit here.

Online ordering was easy. I did have to wait 20 minutes beyond what was promised before I received my food at the Curdside pickup.

Went to the Culver’s in Westland Mi/ Warren road and not one person working there handling our food or otherwise we’re wearing masks! Apparently Culvers isn’t in a pandemic only the rest of the world! Why did you stop caring or trying to protect your employees or your customers! Don’t with this place!

I love Culver’s Best Tasting fast food perrrrriod…I am in love with the Cod fish dinner. Love their burgers and fries. You must try their frozen custard, it’s magically delicious. Try it. You will be back.
Pumpkin Spice is BACK, and its YUMMIER than I remembered. Burger not so much. The cook must have been in a bad mood that day because the butter burger was subpar. Ive been to several different Culvers and the food was way better!.

I was at this location the other day, and while the food was great, as usual... that is not what made my experience worth taking time to post a remark. It was Steven, a young man cleaning up after people. He was polite, and helpful, and he worked non stop the whole time I ate my meal. I thought his boss should know his pleasant attitude was appreciated by me.
I ordered curb side pickup. I had to wait 30 minutes before I was frustrated enough to go inside and tell them I was waiting ( I checked in when I arrived) the cashier was very nice and apologetic, but I heard her tell the manager who didnt care at all. He brushed her off. I was stuck with cold food and I didnt want to make a scene so I just tried to warm the food up when I got home. I understand staff is limited but the manager was the issue not the rest of the workers.
Vanilla frozen custard loaded with fresh tasting strawberries was smooth and delicious!
Ordered drive thru, the food was delicious but I was missing several items. Had to wait in a very long line to get the items that should have already been in my order and my other food got cold by the time I got them. Came back a second time around and no problems with my order and the food was just as good, giving them three stars because of the bad experience but will change it if future experiences are better.

I was served a running soaked dripping greasy hamburger and had to use tons of napkins to blot it up. The Shake was fine. I have been trying to make it there for two years and was finally taken at my request for my Birthday celebration. Very very worse hamburger Ive ever had. McDonalds. Burger King or Wendys never served hamburger like that.

I LOVE this location!!You must try the new veggie burger!! It is the best Ive tasted! I had it with all its toppings and added grilled onions and mushrooms! Sooo good! Good customer service and great food, everything Ive tried is delish and always consistent!! My food is always Hot and the custard turtle sundaes are awesome! The young workers here are very helpful and polite! Please keep up the good customer service, its very hard to find these days! 🤗
Taking a break from the burgers, I decided to step out of my comfort zone on a recent trip to Culvers. I have never been a fan of chicken tenders even when my kids were little, but Culvers chicken tenders have made me a fan! The tenders are seasoned perfectly, crispy, but not too crispy, golden brown and juicy and tender on the inside from the first bite to the last. Paired with Honey Mustard you cannot go wrong. Top that off with Culvers Root Beer and a cement mixer to end a perfect and satisfying meal! Cant wait for my next Chicken Tender meal from Culvers!
Very enjoyable, placing Your order was very easy with a wide selection of items by a friendly waitress. Food was hot and served promptly to your table. Wait staff and servers were all very friendly a d helpful.

I asked what was on the Mushroom and Swiss Burger. I was not told mayonnaise, and since this was my first time at Culver’s that was a need to know item. I called them a half dozen times before getting through and I was told I could come back which I did and was given another burger with mayonnaise again. Third try was a charm.
This time it was just ok.I asked for my sourdough bread to be toasted well and it was barely toasted at all.
Just visited this location 6/6/2022, Odered for their Curdside pickup time was 7:15, we check in, by 7:30 after checking in, nobody came out, we called the number and it was as if you were calling a fax number, tried to go inside, the doors were locked (inside diners couldnt even get out) finally by 7:40 they brought out our food, the young lady who delivered it had to go back in for our drinks (no problem) When she arrived back with our drinks (5 of them) you could tell the drink carrier was wobbly, she proceeded to hand it to me through the window and 3/4 drinks fell into my truck, lid side up and pouring all onto the floor, seats, runner and door of my Platinum Explorer!!! Nonapologetic, she doesnt even offer to bring out a towel, napkins, nothing! We pulled to another parking spot as my truck was puddled with root beer, now sticky and smells like soda. No number to a customer service or even a receipt attached for us to see if they had a number, because you definitely cannot get through to the store, they either shut them off or who knows what. I understand being busy, but you should be able to contact someone in regards to a mishap like this. I never leave a bad review, working in customer service myself, but this seems to be the only way to reach out.Concrete mixers...ummmm!
First Culvers experience ever...My butterburger and curds were fresh and delicious. Wait time was reasonable (like 10-15 minutes during a busy period) Afterwards I had to add in a vanilla custard, which I got in a few minutes. It was great and they were generous with the mix-ins.I dined in and the staff was friendly and attentive. To me, that elevates a restaurant to the next level. Its not like most Wendys or McDonalds where nobody cares and the service is awful. I also dont think Ive ever seen a fast food restaurant with that many employees working at once. To me, that shows a commitment to quality service instead of trying to cut corners by understaffing.Will definitely eat here again! This was a great fast casual experience and worth the $15 or so spent on the meal.
Usually, this Culvers is just as good as the Westland location. More recently(2 times), Ive gotten cold food. Even though everything is prepared fresh. This time is was because of the cashier. She obviously was new. She mixed up my order with the person ahead of me. I believe that the high employee turn over rate affects the quality of the food and the service.
My family and I went inside to eat. They got our order a little messed up, when I came up to get some ranch, these two girls didnt pay attention at all to me. Was about 3 feet from each other and they just kept talking. My sister had ordered a sundae and she waited 20 mins then went up there to get it. They handed her, her melted ice cream! Not cool at all...
I always receive friendly service. Not as fast as other fast food places, however the food is cooked as ordered so I understand and its worth the wait. Very organized

The service here recently has been nothing short of putrid. Weve waited over 30 minutes each time weve been here for the last 2 times with only 3-4 cars ahead of us in line. Couple that with cold food when its brought out and melted concrete mixers and its not even worth going here. Ill drive you the Westland location if anything. Yes, I know were in a pandemic but these kinks should be worked out, especially when I count over 6 employees inside while Im waiting at the window.

The Culvers in livonia was not a good experience for me and my wife. That is usually not the case but today was subpar. We walked into Culvers and the lady at the register seemed very uninviting. She just said welcome to Culvers in a very unwelcoming tone. My wife proceeded to order a turtle concrete mixer and the cashier looks puzzled as if she did not know how to put the order in and was looking for help only to follow up with profanity after the person she was looking for was gone. She rung up what was supposed to be a turtle concrete mixer only to add cherries to the order and my told her that she didnt ask for cherries. After receiving the mixer my wife and I go to the car with our order and she lifted her spoon in the mixer only to notice that it looked like the ice cream was melted. After returning into the restaurant the cashier immediately calls the manager without even asking if she could help me. I went on to talk to the manager about the mixer and she told me that the hot caramel and fudge is what melted the ice cream and if she made another one it would do the same thing and proceeded to give me the money back. My wife was very disappointed so I took her to the Westland Culvers and they made it exactly how my wife has always gotten her concrete mixer. Bad review Livonia great review Westland
My visit was pleasant, I had to park over to the side to wait for my food. It did not take a long time to come out, and was hot.During the pandemic a lot of things have changed, but Culver’s in Livonia is still good and friendly!
Service was fast and polite order was 100% accurate food was delicious! What more could we ask for?The staff seems to be practicing appropriate precautions as far as social distancing and masking. I feel like the staff is well trained and well supervised.

One of the best fast food restaurants anywhere -- top quality food, top notch service, menu different enough to make a visit special, reasonably priced. Took my mother there for the first time a month ago and she is now officially addicted to the shrimp dinner. Their lemon cooler mixed with strawberries is my official go to drink dessert for summer. I am an unabashed fan!!
Thought I ordered at one restaurant 2minutes from me but they have no on line ordering or curb side pickup(Westland Michigan). Tried to call restaurant 15 minutes from me (Livonia Michigan) no answer? So I dont know if they are closed? After sitting at one place for so long food is no longer any good and I cant even cancel order as they dont answer their phone. Manager can only give me a refund on computer no on cash register and maybe tomorrow? So now I have to call corporate as they dont answer their phone I just want my money back at least theyll be able to roll their cameras back and see I didnt get any food. Im never going back to Culvers not any of them thats two of them that are just bad. I am surprised not all of their restaurants take on line orders and have curbside pickup cuz who wants to wait in line for an hour.

This location was very clean and the food was great as usual. I highly recommend the fish and I loved the fact I could order broccoli instead of a potatoe or french fries.

The best double cheese burger I’ve had in a while but I must say I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restroom. I didn’t expect “eat of the floor” clean but it wasn’t clean at all. All sorts of disgustingness visibly on the seats.
I havent been here in a long time, I really wanted it to be my guilty pleasure treat.My double Cheeseburger was dry and the lettuce and pickles and a large piece of red onion was not appetizing. My family and really enjoy our meals from Culvers and today was a bad experience that ended well. We received burgers thats were not fully cook. We I called back the young lady asked me which meals were under cooked and she would replace them tonight or send a coupon. I have 5 kids so I needed the food tonight. My wife went back and they remade the entire order and asked did we want anything else. Good service is hard to find these days but it still here.Thank you

Not sure why but it took forever to get my food. Three or four groups that ordered after me got their food first and ordered the same thing. Atlantic fish sandwich, which was also terrible. Tasted like old fryer oil. Stick with the burger and chicky sandwich. Cheese kurds were great as always
First timer and I will be back. I enjoyed a mushroom swiss burger with fries and a chocolate shake. It was a really good meal.The mushroom burger was juicy and extremely flavorful. The fries were lightly salted and didnt need ketchup. The shake was thick and tasted really good.Again, I enjoy my first visit and will definitely be back.
Always reliable. Clean and well managed. Butter burgers are great. French fries are yummy, plump and crispy crinkle cut. Frozen custards are wonderful. So many to choose from.
They omitted the condiments on my burger and never gave me my kids milk. I called to rectify the situation and they said they would mail me a coupon for the milk... it has been about a month and i have not recieved the coupon, i guess im not that important and they have better things to do.

All i order there is the oreo concrete mixer. Seems that it gets forgotten about and I wait a unusually a long time. Very weird. Once in drive thru I had to circle back through the drive thru because they forgot about it completely. Twice inside it is sitting in the ready section and they just leave it there. I really dont get it.

Drive through window worker did not have his mask on while filling drinks and doing payments. Had to decline my order unfortunate since the food is decently good. But with the pandemic I wont change my health for it
Food was a little overcooked, seemed business was overwhelmed.
I always have a wonderful experience here. The only thing is that they should run their drive-thru along the far right last lane in the parking lot, that way it doesnt interfere with traffic. Just a thought.

Always consistent at this location. Had a quick dinner with my wife here, and have had lunch here many times. The wait may be longer than other fast food, but its a tier above as far as quality. Orders are always (emphasis on always) accurate, never a complaint from me.

Food and service is on par with other locations; maybe a little better. Portion sizes are decent. Its not your standard fast food in that all orders are cooked to order. You might have to wait a little longer for your food.Try to avoid at peak times. Its in the middle of a busy shopping area and its surrounded by offices and industrial areas. You could be waiting for a while. I made that mistake a few times and found myself sitting longer than Id like.If you want a meal and custard, but dont want to feel bloated, order the kids meal. Its pretty much a snack pack with a coupon for a free scoop of custard on the bag.

This place was always one of my Moms favorite burger joints. This was my first time at a Culvers, and I see why she liked it so much. Fresh burgers that defy the label of fast food!
This is a great place when you want fast food but also a nice dining experience. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, bringing food to your table. And the food is great! They have more than just burgers, too, including one of my favorites: the pot roast sandwich. Oh, and of course, they have really good frozen custard... Great place for a family. My kids love it.

Ordered a concrete mixer with salted Carmel sauce and brownie bites. Very good. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because my cup was slit and ice cream was leaking out. Since it was delivered to me in my car I didnt notice until I got home and had a mess.
This place is great service and all. I had the chicken sandwich combo everything was fresh. Prices are not bad either. Wished they were open later for late night ice cream runs that would be cool. But over all I must say food, atmosphere, people, prices, and most of all service was great.
I usually go to the culvers in Westland. The service is fast and friendly. At this location in Livonia they got my order wrong twice. No one ever apologized they just took the wrong order and gave me another wrong order. After the second time I asked for a Manger. They made it again. The burger was so slopped together, I just threw it away. The livonia culvers location is not on my list of places to stop for a quick delicious meal.
Love their food. Once I got hip to the cod that is my go to. Only the last time in it was dry not much tarter. I will order extra next time

I ordered the fish sandwich. It was great as always. But for some reason when I ordered the Oreo shake, it did not taste right. It tastes chalky. I was too far to return it.. That particular day, I was not given a receipt, so I could not reference my receipt when I called back. I hope that I just got a bad batch. Will try again in Livonia on Middlebelt.
Culvers had a wining streak with my family it was always a go to stop when my mom wanted a break, that begin to change, on about 3 to 4 different occasions our order was made incorrectly, my father would ask for the specific food items to be replaced, on every occasion this happened the ‘clamming’ to be owner would come out to our car and ask for the food back and would throw it away in the trash in front of my entire families face to suggest that we were conspiring to get extra food, it is insulting To suggest something like that being that our food order would be incorrect, my mother buys organic and shops at whole foods and plum and they are young entrepreneurs and understands the value of good customer service, I am 16 and I have 3 brothers 1, 3 and 6 years of age. The way we have been treated is beyond gross! And its one of those days when my mom wants a break and is allowing us to eat out we all thought of Culvers but the one that’s near us is the Livonia Mi location and we refuse to do business with that particular location moving forward, and the Bellville Mi location is 25 minutes out which would have our food cold making the trip back home, its been Months since our visit but this came up today and its still bothersome that business can operate with such gross owners!
We visit here often as I have celiacs and it one place my entire family can eat together, and my kids love it!
Love the cheese curds. I use to go to this place in MO and was so hoot to see one here! Only complaint is their always so busy that we have to park and wait. Once waited for 20 minutes and we ordered from drive through. Our curds were cool by then but still good.
I went today saturday june 19th l normally order same thing each time but my husband wanted another piece of cod fish so l asked how much it was and cashier said 5.00 l said 5.00 for one piece of fish cod l said no thank you no so we just splitting the 3 pieces cause we werent going to pay 5.00 for one (1)piece of fish no way and 3 piece dinner was very good hot too oh well
Horrible! We waited over twenty minutes for one kids meal with chicken tenders! The cashier argued with our server on whether we were given bbq sauce and ketchup. I had a concerte mixer a large one I was given no spoon or straw it took the server to make another trip back in to get me one of each. I asked for my receipt five times they told me they gave it to me, they never ever did! It took the server to go back inside yet again to get us a receipt. Other patrons waiting in the long line were equally as upset.Terrible. Terrible. Terrible!
Came through the drive thru during a decent dinner rush to grab a scoop of custard. After waiting a bit I figured my order got skipped. After stating I believed my order was lost to an employee she immediately jumped to making it, upgraded the size, and provided a voucher foe my next visit all without me even asking for anything extra.Turns out this employee was, Vicky, the Owner of the store. She was very generous and apologized for the inconvenience multiple times. As a former Team Leader of Culvers during high school, she handled the problem extremely well and beyond my expectations. This is a great Culvers. I will be back and appreciated all that was done for me.
PLEASE READ! I CAME TO THIS CULVERS AND I LIVE ABOUT 24 MINUTES AWAY THINKING THIS ONE WAS BETTER THAN THE ONE THAT WAS CLOSER TO ME. I ORDERED A BURGER WITH NO ONIONS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND THEY STILL PUT ONIONS ON THE BURGER, NO BIGGIE I TOOK IT BACK IN FOR A FRESH BURGER AND THE MANAGER ASKED ME CANT YOU JUST PICK THE ONIONS OFF ? I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED, I USED TO WORK AT CULVERS AS A TEEN AND I KNOW FOR FACT THAT THEY DONT USUALLY TALK TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT. BUT THAT MANAGER NEEDS TO BE CHECKED. THEYVE DONE THIS MULTIPLE TIMES BUT TODAY I DIDNT WANT MY BURGER TO SMELL OF ONIONS SO I WENT BACK. White lady was talking to the wrong black girl with that nasty attitude. #ImCallingCorporate! I saw her go tell the guy on the grill to pull the onions off too. I woke up sick today hopefully it wasnt because of the food.

I would like to update my experience. After a call to the corporate office, I received a call from the owner at this location, she was very apologetic and offered to send coupons for two burgers and dessert to resolve the order issues from before, which I received in the mail today. She kept her word and if it happens again, she asked that I please call the day of and she will he happy to remedy the situation. So, if you have had a bad experience and would like resolution, I suggest you call and speak to the owner. She was much nicer and understanding on the call, than at the drive-thru window. I will give them another chance. In a time of covid and many other things, the last thing I want to do is send my order back. I think I expect better from Culver’s, because they claim to be more than a burger joint. It’s really not hard to get it right the first time. I work in the legal field and in banking, where there is zero margin for error.“The WORST customer service I have ever experienced! They forget items from your order or give the order is wrong and they won’t fix it! The Owner is a snobby smug condescending and down right insulting in her response when they are the ones who screwed up! When I asked for the corporate number, she told me to “google it”. I will never go back and I did find the corporate number!”
I put a online order in to have my food ready at 11:30, had to wait 10 min for them to have it ready. I work and have timed lunches. Food is always great though. Thanks guys 👎🏼

Very organized! Taking orders in the drive thru as well as limited people on the inside. Food was great! Love that they have steamed broccoli for th kids meal.
Amazing! The food was delicious and the fries were fresh right out of the fryer. The chicken was also amazing. The service was great. They bring your food as soon as its done 5 stars well deserved!
This place is always busy--which is a good thing. The wait to order isnt that bad, getting your order takes a little bit longer than Id like, but theres not really a way to fix that. The food is very tasty, never had a complaint from here.
Burgers were good - had char-broiled flavor. Im not usually a crinkle cut fry fan, but theirs were cooked just right and tasty that day. I really enjoyed their root beer, as well. All in all, it was good quick hamburger lunch.
The Food is Great!! My Neighbors & I used to eat there a lot before that Darn Virus Chimed in. Their leary of going through the Drive Thru, but Im not. Between all of us, weve had everything on the Menu! Everyone always enjoys their Food! CULVERS ROCKS!!! 10-STARS FOR ME!!
I had the fish dinner, fish & chip. It was pretty good. The food was hot, freshly cooked and I do not have to wait for my food for a long time.
Love this place and my family does too! Food is always good and fresh. Service and staff is always polite and fast even on the days when the line is wrapped around the parking lot.
It was super busy and we ordered 2 combos, a kids meal and an order of cheese curds every thing was good but we did not get the cheese curds and the drive thru and inside lines were just way to long to go back and get them !!!

No stars very disappointed. They had one regular lane and one for credit cards. The guy directed us to the credit card lane and came over and took our order...2 slushies and an order of cheese curds...other people pulled in after us and got their orders first.. when we finally got our order the cheese curds were cold. No napkins and no straws in the slushes. When I told the guy I was disappointed with the service he said well its been crazy with covid...I told him I understand that only the drive thru is open however 6 cars that were after me should not have gotten their orders first..he said once things are back to normal it will get better...not going back anytime soon.

Culvers has really good frozen custard... its the best chain for frozen custard around. I took my daughter for ice cream kinda late on a Sunday night and Culvers was the only place around that was open. Im glad they were. We both had cement mixers and they were both delicious. Once we got our order right we were both happy campers. I look forward to coming back on hot Summer days for more.
It’s sucks that you can’t go to your favorite burger joint. I’ve had way to many bad experiences at this Culver’s that my family won’t be going to here anymore. The service is horrible at the drive thru. Today they make You wait 12 minutes for your order. When you only have a 30 minute break. This ticket times aren’t acceptable. Then when you go in for a refund the women employee badgers you like they are outside with your order with a bad attitude. No thank you lady. I have to go back to work and not be able to eat my food so I must get a refund. I sorry no nothing. Just bad looks.Last month My kids called me to bring home Culver’s. I went inside as the drive was very busy as always. I ordered my food and Tried to pay with my debt card. Well I forgot my I’d at home and they refused my order. Now I totally get it as security to the establishment and make sure the card and customers match but I just left Home Depot and bought 500 worth of lawn equipment with out any id needed.
Waited a half hour for curbside pickup. Went inside to see if the order was done and the food was sitting there ready. Then they told me the drinks weren’t done. Took another ten minutes to get the drinks. Poor customer service overall
Service inside is terrific; the drive thru is 70/30. The 70 being positive. Food is good. Wish they would remember to ask about toppings/condiments because I forget & when other locations do so, it is very helpful. Nice in-house dining experience
Fast and tasty food. The corned beef grilled sandwich, fries and thick strawberry milk shake is great. The drive through system works very well. $ - $$
The best place for fast food burgers hands down. The prices are pretty comparable to McDonalds and Wendys but way better food. They do not have a dollar menu though they do have snack packs which are cheaper than the regular meals.
The cheese curds are so good! Ive only been to Culvers a couple of times but Im never disappointed. The way they bring the food to you and the combos where you can choose your sides and sizes is really refreshing when living in a world full of McDonalds and Burger King. Its just a clean and relaxing atmosphere with good food. It is a little on the greasy side though. It cant escape its roots. I highly recommend Culvers as a different place than normal if you usually only go elsewhere for fast food.
Delicious food and great service. Ive never had an issue. I also appreciate that all the employees seem to be enjoying them themselves and happy to be there. That says a lot about an establishment.
Nice American style food, wide variety of choices. Most importantly, they have gluten free options! The gluten free buns are great paired with custard. Highly recommend especially if youre gluten free.
Have been going downhill the past month or so. Food not hot enough, hamburgers gross looking and fries not fresh. Drive through backs up for no apparent reason (they were faster before). Constantly forget to give you things like ketchup - why bother to ask if youre not going to put it in the bag. Culvers is usually good, butt his one is off the list. :(
I had the Ruben, although small in size it was large in flavor! A lot of menu choices for discerning tastes. I will try their fish in the future. Great onion ring come with a combo for an up charge. Fresh tasting, made to order food, brought to your table.
Love their food! Its always hot and delicious. Staff is very courteous and friendly. We go here at least once a week.
Greasy. Everyone in there is fat, makes me feel fat. Theres a manager there who looks homeless and has an attitude. My family enjoys it, but I loathe having to go. Nothing on the menu for me. For the most part its clean and staff is very attentive. Rootbeer is 4 out of 5.
Great Burger, just be careful that there is not to much butter, not a good burger with too much butter. This only happened once. But UT is a great burger. Love the ice cream and toppongs. They are Veteran friendly. Staff is good, place is clean. I recommend this place.

Always good food. Our son loves their corn dogs and getting an ice cream with his meal. Burgers are good. Hubby has been liking the buffalo tenders lately. And the cheese curds. Oh the cheese curds. That alone is enough to come back over and over again.

Today was my first time visiting Culvers. We went to the one in Livonia. I ordered a vanilla custard with peanut butter, salted caramel and bananas. Ummmm...Ummmm....Good! I also order a grilled chicken salad with bacon, cranberries blue cheese. The staff was very friendly. I will patronize them again.
One of the worst experiences i have ever had at a fast food chain in my entire life. The degree of incompetence is unparallel to any other business establishment i have ever been to. Not only did we not receive the food we ordered, we could not get an exchange nor refund for their mistake... companies with vastly less marketing power understand that their is a standard when it comes to handling other peoples food.The lack of appreciation for the common customer goes unquestioned with this company. I hope that the lack of quality in customer service had nothing to do with race. I understand people make mistakes, but its not the mistakes that bother me. It is the lack of willingness to correct it... thankfully this isnt an establishment i regularly eat at, and Wwont be one i plan to eat it in the future.FYI: one of the employees stated it is company policy that they do not do refunds or exchanges in the event that your food is wrong. Lol, Conducting business like this they can keep the money, and save me the misfortune of a more severe event in the future.
Food is always very good especially for fast food. The wait is appropriate for the fresh food you are getting. The employees here have always been very friendly.
One of the best fish or chicken fast food places out there. Oddly enough I dont care for their hamburgers. But then there are their shakes and ice creams which are superb.
Culvers has the best Cod fish dinner around. Now you can get it with 1, 2, or 3 pieces of Cod - your choice. The fish and fries are always hot and fresh. Their Cole Slaw is very good also. Next time you are in the mood for some Cod Fish, give them a try.
We usually just get ice cream here, but the food is quite good too, especially the deluxe burger, cheese curds and onion rings. Every flavor of Frozen Custard Ive tried has been delicious. The lemon ice is very good too, as is the turtle Sundae. Definitely will visit again.
Went through the drive through at 8:10 Sunday night for two cashew salads. Waited an unusual amount of time. When we got home with our salads we had basic garden salads the Female manager told us we could bring them back and get a free custard. Really?! We wanted salads and we didn’t want to bring them back at 9pm. The salads we wanted on a different day would have been nice and saved a family of customers. You did not make it right. Customers lost.
Great American food, burgers are very tasty and the chili is pretty good.
Culver’s is one of my go to spots for good fast food. Their spicy chicken sandwich is one of my favorites and you can’t go wrong with the custard. Food always fresh and you have plenty of food choices.
Great food and their frozen custard is a great treat! Their burgers are really good. Warning though, this restaurant is a mix of a casual sit down restaurant and a traditional fast food restaurant. Wait times are longer than McDonalds.
I wasnt given or charged for what I ordered. When I pointed the error out to the cashier, he had an attitude. I was then given the wrong size, which I didnt notice initially. As i started to eat i realized the concrete mixer was made poorly and essentially wrong. There was no carmel and all the cashews were at the top. When i brought this to the managers attention, she refused to refund it replace. Culvers does not stand by their product. Three strikes on one visit. I will not be returning.

The food was great and the service when I first arrived was great. I had a two year old with me at this visit. When we were done eating our meals I took the kids ice cream coupon to the register and asked if I needed to get in the line againThe lady at the register said she would help me right away since my child was waiting at the table. Immediately the man in line told her no he was next and I could take my a** to the end of the line. I wasnt waiting in line while my child sat at the table so I took my coupon and we went to leave. The manager came to talk to me and told me it was practice to get in line for your free scoop not once apologizing for the rudeness directed at me. There needs to be an effort to help those with children or stop giving out the coupon that you cant seem to use safely on the same visit. I will think twice before I come back with a child. 😔

The frozen custard is the best around. Service was great. The kids meal is the best value item and is the perfect portion size for kids and adults alike. Never have experienced any problems with service or the meal.

Culvers is a treat for us. Their burgers are literally finger sucking good!. The busy taste, fresh meat, ooey cheese.. Im drooling! And the custard, dont get me started. We brought home 4 pints!
Went here with a couple guys from work. We waited 25 minutes to get our order. My sandwich was supposed to be crispy chicken but they gave me grilled instead. I took it back up to the counter and they gave me another number saying they would bring it out. So I go back to our table. While my friends eat their lunches, I munch on my fries. After another 30 minutes, I go back to the counter. The girl says oh you didnt get your sandwich? No still waiting and my friends are done. So I have them make the sandwich because they had not made it in the first place. They offered a gift certificate. But seriously I just waited a hour for a sandwich. Do you honestly think I will ever come back? Not a chance. Keep your certificate. Ill spend my money else where.

Where we go when cant go to Vickys. Custard is okay. Still feels kind of faddish. Food is not so great. Staff does not typically get our order right the first time-maybe because there are four of us and we each order a custard? Last time we ordered 1 small vanilla custard with sprinkles, and 3 small chocolate custards with sprinkles and we got (drumroll) ONE chocolate custard with 3x the sprinkles (yuck! too much). So we had them fix it. This time they brought out one missing chocolate and the vanilla. So we had them fix it again and got the remaining ice cream. Yep. 3 corrections for 4 ice creams ($14). And this is normal. Save those receipts when you go so you get what you ordered. Maybe the jokes on us for going more than once.
Great food as always at Culvers. Though it is a fast food restaurant everything is made to order and though made to order makes me think Ill probably be waiting a little while, this place is not a long wait. Maybe a couple min but its well worth the short wait. Delicious food that is always hot when you get it
Food made fresh is the reason I drive over 20 miles to get here. Also my strawberry cheesecake concrete mixer is amazing. This will always be my familys favorite.

2022-04-221st time here in God knows when. My partner had The Roast Beef Sandwich Combo & I had The Culver Deluxe Butter Burger. The roast beef sandwich was good except it needed a sauce or something. My butter Burger was out of this world.

2022-02-12Cashier was friendly and accurate with my order.I understand they were busy, but it took 18 minutes to receive my order, nothing fancy regular butter burger basket and mini concrete mixer. I watched as several people ordered after me at the counter and leave with their food before me, a couple had multiple bags too. I even had to remind them I was missing the concrete mixer when I finally received my order.I know this is not typical of a Culvers visit, so hoping it was just bad timing on both parts.

2022-02-11Culvers has a secret weapon that other fast food places lack, friendly staffing. Doesnt matter what location Ive been to but they all hold the customer in value. Quality food compared to the average offerings with stuff you dont see, pot roast, pork tenderloin, cheese curds. Burgers are great in any configuration.

2022-04-07I frequent this restaurant often and its usually a long wait to receive my food but because my food is hot most of the time I never complain.... My last experience at this store in March 2022 was not good at all I waited 45 minutes due to the cashier mixing me and the car behind me numbers up. After waiting I finally received my food and a free milk shake to make up for their mistake, however when I got home I realized my burger was raw and I was missing a fry 😅...I called to report the issue to a manager I was told all managers were busy and my info would be logged and I would get a call back I never received a call back and once I made a second attempt to speak with a manager I was told my information was never wrote in the complaint book

This is always a great choice for a quick bite when youre on the road.Butter Burgers are always great for a fast food hamburger.Im not a fan of the fries. My last order of sweet potato fries were extremely greasy. All of the fries here are crinkle fries, which Im just not a fan of.I love the ice cream here and almost always take some home.Since McDonalds has chosen to close all of their indoor facilities. This is the only location that serves well for a quick bite and a restroom break while on the road during these times.Thank you Culvers, for staying open and allowing us to use your bathroom!

2022-05-10I love Culvers but we were a little disappointed at the one on middlebelt and the expressway. Last year my 90-year-old mom and I had a banana split in Westland from Culvers and it was nice sized. This time it was small and my mom ate hers easily and she cant eat that much. But it was still really good.

2022-03-24Customer service was great but, they botched the order. My husband asked for no tartar on his fish sandwich, got some anyway. I ordered cheesecake and graham crackers in my concrete mixer, I got strawberries and granola clusters. Also the clusters tasted stale.
