Culvers in other cities:
Burgers are some of the best fast food has to offer. The cheese curds are the #1 fast food appetiser, but their concrete mixer is the best! I havent had one in a few years. We met after a HS lacrosse game and had a Peanut Butter cup/peanut butter sauce and it was the single greatest dessert I have had in quite some time!!The two guys at the drive-thru were funny and very helpful in helping me pick out my CM options.. 5-star for sure
Worst experience at a Culver’s location ever. Ordered a cashew chicken salad which by the way tool forever to come. This is the worst salad ever, mostly lettuce which seemed old and mushy, literally 3 tiny pieces or chicken and about 5 cashews. I brought it up to the assistant manager Brittani, she said she was going to redo it, came back and told me this is how it is and she won’t do anything about it. I asked for a full refund she just threw it right on the garbage in front of my face. Worst location ever if you’re around drive a little further to the Lake Orion - Auburn Hills location where they actually take customers as a priority and you can get a real salad. Won’t come back here again.
The Rochester Hills Culvers has perfected drive thru service - its almost unbelievable to see such a line of cars move so smoothly. And its worth the 10-15 minute wait for this deliciousness. I recommend the buffalo tenders with bbq and/or Wisconsin cheese dipping sauce for the win!
Christiana is very disrespectful. It was around 9pm. My friend and myself wanted to see if the inside was still open. I didn’t get a chance to open the door and she slammed the door our faces and shake her head. She did not say anything or nothing about the inside being closed. She just had a attention basically. The door literally says open until 10pm. They should be more clear with there closing times of the inside.
This location seems on a downward spiral. Todays cod sandwich came with brown liquifying lettuce shreds. Worse yet, I did not see the disgusting rotted vegetable until mid-way through it. The line @ 12:20 was slow at the drive through. There were 9 vehicles and moved very slowly. No friendliness as the 2 at the window were conversing an uninterest in the transaction. Please note, the franchise owner contacted me & provided a certificate for a new sandwich. It was the best Ive ever enjoyed! Buttery toasted bun, hot filet & great toppings. Ill hope this, or somewhere in between will be the norm. Appreciate the care.
Food is good, service is blah. I think more staff training is a must. They dont seem very knowledgeable about the menu which makes the ordering process longer. They are nice when taking your order and bringing your food.My original review was when this place was new. They have since hired more staff and has become a staple during the pandemic. Prices didnt seem to change, nor did the menu. With the exception of the buffalo tenders being off the menu, its a pretty solid place that I frequent.
My mom and I were looking for something that was open and we drove through to Culver’s thinking they were open. We just wanted a hamburger and we got to the menu at the drive through and instead of saying how can we help you we were greeted with hi we are closed we changed our hours so goodnight. Like ok thanks for letting us know when we were literally in line!! So disappointed in this because the communication of hours wasn’t clear and to just be so dismissive made us mad. Great place but the communication needs to be clearer about hours so someone doesn’t end up like how we did mad and hungry ☹️☹️☹️
Worst experience ever. Went there on 12/20/18 around 2pm. Place our order, she reads it back to us and its wrong, we correct it and she reads it back to us and its still wrong. We finally have it correct (or so we thought). We were wondering why it took so long to take our order and where our food was and one of cooks comes out with a question on our order. IT STILL WAS NOT CORRECT!!! I have him correct it and write it down on the receipt. Our food finally comes out and my order is still NOT correct!!! I ended up choking down what I did NOT order. I am so disgusted by the slowness and ineptness of this staff. This is the worst Culvers I have ever been to. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
My family and I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and the staff are always super friendly. One Friday, I placed an order online and picked it up (I love that they now have online ordering!). When I got home, I realized my gluten-free bun burger was missing. I was tired and hungry after teaching karate classes all day, so I called in hopes they would make it right. Since I didnt want to drive back, the employee offered to send a coupon in the mail. I was heavily disappointed, so the owner got on, and said she would have her daughter drop off my order. I was so pleased that she would do this! I appreciate a business that is willing to go out of the way to make a mistake right.
When I went our group sat inside. The food was good. Some people may think its pricey for a fast food place, but this is better than a McDonalds experience. The employees work really hard. Of youre dining in they bring your food to the table. There werent many indoor guests, but the line for the drive thru was unending. Since they make all their food it takes a little time and the counter workers were bringing out orders one after another.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This location is amazing. Makenzie is an amazing worker a deserves a raise. My order got lost and she was more than accommodating and came out in the cold/rain to ask if they could give me a complimentary hot fudge Sunday for my order being lost. She apologized on their behalf and was such a nice person. She truly made my day better just how nice and kind she was I really appreciated her! I wish I could give a 100 star review for her. The rest of the staff is also always kind and nice as well! Love this location
Curdside was a disaster. Despite ordering ahead and scheduling a pick up time, countless drive thru customers were helped before us. We ended up getting our food over 20 minutes after our pick up time and had to call as they had ignored our check-in. During that time probably 10-15 cars came and went through the drive through and a huge order that came through curdside someone got their order ten minutes before us... after arriving ten minutes after us. The employee lied and blamed it on short staffing (not the way they were prioritizing as customers were obviously moving). Awful experience, wont be going to this location again.... terrible, terrible management. Employees outside vaping, high school kids going out with super soakers, and abysmally long wait times.
Bumped up to 5 stars. The food is always high quality fast food. Love the Reuben, Butter Burger, Onion Rings, Cheese Curds, and of course Custard. BUT...5 stars for not shutting down the drive thru at closing time, but serving all cars in line for another 15 minutes past close. That blessed us tonight. Thank you!
This Culvers location is terrible! When we got food here a few weeks ago, they completely messed up our order. Our burgers were burnt, my husbands burger had no toppings (no indication we didnt want any), and they forgot our cheese curds. When we came into the store to get a refund, the general manager didnt even acknowledge us even though she was standing right in front of us. If you want Culvers, I would suggest going to another location.***EDIT*** I already did contact Culvers customer support. The response from the store general manager was a joke. She was not very professional in the emails, and then didnt say a word to my husband or I when we came in to get the refund. Im just glad I got my money back. Honestly, she should have offered to remake our meal right there when we came in to get a refund, but she didnt. There were numerous ways to handle this situation to show that guest retention is key. However, that was not done at all.
Im a loyal customer of this Culvers in Rochester since opening. Lately Ive been real disappointed in the quality if the food, and the professionalism and friendliness of the crew. My recent visit was horrible! I was given shakes with lids that didnt have holes for the straw to drink through and that were also filled so much they were leaking from underneath the top. And ice cream cones that was handed to me dripping down the sides onto the floor. I was disappointed that I would be given that! I hope they get it together! Really loved going but since this is the third issue Ive had, I believe its time for a break!
I went through the drive thru and ordered a pop and hot fudge Sunday with extra hot fudge. They gave it to my. I drove to Borden Park and wanted to sit there and eat it. There wasn’t a spoon in my bag. Also there wasn’t hardly any hot fudge. I called to complain. The gild that answered talked to me like I’m stupid. All she kept saying is they can’t give me a refund because I got my Sunday. I know I paid for extra hot fudge and didn’t get it. Also I asked her how was I supposed to eat it with out a spoon. She never answered! I will never go back there again!!! I would do 0 stars if I could!!!
The li e to place order went quickly, however the order taker was preoccupied and gave us the wrong order number, thus the wrong order. I had to go in to get it resolved. The woman who help to resolve km ve the pool problem and every thing was fine in the end. The food was good and the place was very clean. Its a very busy place.
Very disappointed with my experience on 3/15 around 8 at night. First off the staff was just goofing around and laughing while I was paying for my order. The cashier asked for something and the person responded with I cant right now I need a second , she needed the second to stop laughing. Then I waited for 23 minutes while cars that ordered after me drove off. When my food finally arrived the person who brought it out to me had my concrete mixers in between her arm and chest and the fabric from her coat was practically in our desserts. She assured me that everything was there so I regretfully didnt check because when I returned home my order was missing an item that was paid for. My wifes burger was cold to the touch. The the burger patty itself looked like it had been laying around for a while and the cheese and bun were ice cold. My burger was mediocre at best far from what I expect from Culvers at least the cheese was melted on my burger. If I could give this experience zero stars I would.
Waited 30 mins for one sandwich after the people on both sides of us got their food, asked a worker who said ours was coming next, and then after that 30 minutes called and was told they couldnt find our number on the car. Three workers looked at our number to give the other people their food! We just left because we couldnt wait another 30 mins for one sandwich, so gave them money for nothing. Lady at the window was nice but this place is trash.
Finally made our first and now second visits to a Culvers- Rochester... we decided on drive through both days at 4:00 and enjoyed on 3 meals 10 piece shrimp and 2 cod ,dinners. Walleye must be popular OUT both visits [Walleye sold out] same taped sign?Lets stock up on Walleye! We had to wait both times and the wait after ordering, was okay not even 5 minutes. The staff taking and then bringing our meals out to parking lot were all very very nice. All seemed [masks] to have a smile and enjoyed the job.Note: the long lines at drive-thru move quick and food worth waiting for!Enjoy
It was really good!! It was my 1st time ordering a burger from there, but it wasnt what I expected, then I realized it was because I ordered the wrong thing lol. The only problem I had, being the germaphobe that I am, is the same person that was handling the money, was handling the food, bags, napkins, and that should never happen. The cashier shouldnt be touching anything other than the money, unless theyre going to be changing gloves in between....especially now.
It was my first time going there. I had a burger snack pack. Fries: crinkle cut not too thick or thin, could have been a little crispier. Salt was just enough. Bonus: they were hot! 😁 Burger: yum! Juicy with a hint of char. Veggies were crisp, the pickles were awesome! Price was good, service was also good. Actual score is 4 1/2 stars.
Culver’s is Culver’s you know? What made this place stand out, at least the night we were there (Thursday 8-13-20), was the crew of excellent young workers, all young women I believe, who who were working the outdoor seating area. They were so nice! Energetic, helpful and sweet. Makes me think they have a good boss, or they just like working there...or both. Thanks!
This place is the best. Especially during the pointless Michigan lockdowns. They perfected the drive-thru experience and maintained the great quality their food has always been. And now, with the lockdown lifted (for who knows how long), I’m glad to be back inside their clean dining rooms with their friendly staff!
Good but high! I ordered the 6 piece butterfly shrimp with fries. Instead of a coke I got a vanilla shake, 11 bucks...and that was the basket, not the meal. Granted I made a change but yikes! The shrimp was good, just fried, nice size. Fries were alright, just fried. The shake which was what I wanted was good...not better than McDonalds but good. The service was great, theyre really nice and theres a lot of food options. But honestly, I could have got a smothered pork chop dinner with two sides AND been able to share for that price ( Southern Smokehouse 6 mile Detroit). Overall good, but too much money for one person at a fast food joint.
Customer service has gone down hill. My elederly mother waited for over half an hour to get her food because they forgot to print the ticket . Everyone else behind her got their food and she had to wait , and wait .... the general manager somehow thinks giving a coupon for one free meal is good customer service when me & my 80 yr old dad were at home waiting for dinnner ? Too bad , This used to be one of our favorite places to eat . Not anymore , we will spend our money elsewhere .
Didnt get half my order so I had to go inside and tell them. The man behind the counter grabbed the bag of food and looked for himself as if I would fricken lie about $10 in food... Then he tried to tell me it wasnt on the ticket yet the person taking our order read it back with it on it.... so annoyed! He wanted me to pay for it again to get my food. Definitely didnt do that, ill take my business somewhere else and not come back!
My family and I eat here more than we should, but the food is good and the employees are pleasant. My normal order is the original chicken tenders, its fast food but the quality of the chicken is pretty high in my opinion, and everything is made fresh every single time. The custard is worth the money, and a great way to end a meal, the prices are a touch higher than most fast food places but the quality and service is better, you get what you pay for stands true here.
One of my favorite places. Always super busy. Stood inline today and seemed like they were short staffed which who isnt but watched the staff they did have work like they were machines trying to properly get every order right. For someone who loves a fast-paced environment I enjoyed just watching.
Seems like everyone in michigan at least loves culvers! Every town Im in has one and there always busy. Cheaper than mcdonalds and 100 percent better. Lots of choices and as busy as it is the food is always fast & fresh which are both important to me when going to a fast food restaurant.
Inconsistent pricing? Money hungry owners? For years, my husband and I have both been ordering the same meal at Culver’s; a beef pot roast dinner, extra meat ($1.00) with cheese curds instead of greens. with that being said, for years, the extra meat option was always only $1.00. However recently, their pricing has been wildly inconsistent. We decided to start keeping track of how much they charge us for extra beef, and when they charge a difference, etc. So from what we have compared with each other, it seems that when my husband goes to the drive-through ordering the extra meat option, they are only charging him the additional dollar. But when i go through the drive through ordering the SAME MEAL, they charge me $3 instead of $1 for extra beef? I have always ordered the extra beef after my spin class for the addition protein boost. It’s always been worth the additional $1. However, the new cost of $3 additional dollars simply isn’t worth it, because there is MAYBE another 1/4 cup of beef than the regular sized portion. I know how Culver’s works, each location is allowed to charge what they want, And they’re all under independent owners... but, after how rude the drive through woman was to me when i questioned her about the inconsistent pricing, i decided that i/we will happily stop giving business to this location and support another independent store owner who chooses to remain honest and fair about what they charge their customers. This store just lost about $200 a month in sales. We LOVE Culver’s, just not this location!
Good foodIt was different than anywhere else Ive been. Fast food type ordering but good food. Its not ready made or anything like that. Bit you get a number and they bring the food to you. My friends and I had different orders. I had the jumbo butterfly shrimp. Very good. Nice big shrimp. My friend had the fish. Batter dipt and deep fried. She and my husband ordered it and enjoyed it very much. You can order any amount of pieces of fish you want. I give it a 4 1/2 stars. I will try the fish next time tho. They also have Butter Burgers and chicken too. Try it out.
Their burgers are fresh and cooked perfectly with slightly crispy edges. Dare I say that their crispy chicken sandwich is better than the the eat more chicken place? Well it is! Also, if you havent had their frozen custard, you are missing out! So creamy and delicious 😋.
I have had the pleasure of visiting the Rochester Culver’s Restaurant on Auburn Rd. ( 5 Star Rating) on Food Quality,Cleanliness,Great& Friendly Service From BurgersCod Sandwiches all top Notch. Way Better than Fast Food. Keep up the Good Work. Sincerely Thomas Devich. Sterling Heights Mi.
I just went there yesterday and a few of the staff members that were around the food were not wearing their Masks correctly. One staff member didnt have one on all together. Aside from that I have usually always had a good meal. If your not worried about that kind of stuff then continue to go here. As for me I have older family members and this has happened too many times. I might be back after COVID.
Let me start by saying that my Cod Fish Sandwich Combo was completely DELISH!!! Upon arriving the drive thru line was very discouraging. However, they executed serving all patrons with precision. They took everyones orders swiftly and took advantage of the modernized door handles on each vehicle by hanging a number on the drivers door on each vehicle so they could quickly identify you in the parking lot out back. I thought it was a bummer that they had all entrances blocked, but one. Then I realized that it truly cut down on congestion and it was in the best interest of everyone. GOOD JOB, CULVERS!!!
Come here every day. They have NEVER gotten an order wrong and sometimes I can be quite picky. To say that they have never gotten order wrong really is something because every other fast food restaurant in Rochester gets my order wrong at least 20% of the time. Place is amazing, I really do come here every day and if I wasnt on a diet I would love all of their ice cream flavors. Very fast and friendly service and great hours.
Great tasting burgers. The cheese is actually melted and the bacon is crispy on the bacon cheese burger. Love the concrete mixer because the chocolate ice-cream tastes like chocolate not the chocolate-light at other fast food places. Enjoy that your order is brought to your table: dont have to stand at counter and wait. Also employees removed our garbage when we were finished. Both are great when youre disabled. Lastly employees walk around looking for ways to serve you.
Sweet potato fries were the better part of my meal. The hamburgers have decreased in size and I cant even tell why they are called Butter Burgers anymore. It was dry and small. I used to get filled up on one butterburger. This has nothing to do with this location but more to do with what Culvers has done to its portions and its quality
Culvers is a great place, the food is always hot and fresh and the staff is always friendly! Culvers is more than just a burger joint, they have dinners available too. You cant see the dinner menu from the drive through (they only show the dinner menu on the inside). The dinner options are just as good and portioned just right too! Its sort of like fast comfort food, not just the fast food burger or chicken sandwich from the other guys. This is not a fast burger joint, because your food is made fresh, it can take 5-10 min for your food to come out, even though the drive through.
These burgers are hot off the press! Yummy buttered buns, the right amount of condiments. Fries were fresh and hot. I had their frozen custard for the first time. Nothing could be better. I had chocolate and vanilla. I enjoyed the chocolate much more so then the vanilla though both equally yummocious!
Im here at least twice a month but this time everyone working seemed incredibly rushed with the crowd building in the drive thru. The young man taking my order cut me off. The Pretzel Haus burger (my first time trying) was incredibly disappointing. Only a hint of the signature bistro sauce and cheese. The bun was a little charred on the top but not overtly. It was the driest and blandest sandwich Ive ever had there. Fries werent salted well. The positives are the onion rings were superb and they were hanging Christmas lights which were cool. I love this location, but Thursday they missed the mark.
This culvers is pretty good it’s fast and depending on what you order it’ll be piping hot so if you want something really hot get something uncommon on the menu like the crispy chicken sandwiches they are really good also if you get them with mayo it’s delicious a bit messy tho also the concrete mixers are tasty I got three types of chocolate in mine it was great
My family and I always love going here, its like a classic for us since we grew up going to Wisconsin a lot (where it originated). They always have great service and they let you go sit down and bring the food to you. If they ever mess up your order, they let you keep the mess up and also give you the correct item. The cheese curds are great and you can go wrong with their ice cream!
Great fresh food at a great price. Burgers smell and taste of freshly ground and grilled beef. Buns and other toppings like lettuce and tomato are freshly harvested and sliced to order. everything on the menu is at decent price you could get a good sized meal for about $10-$12 and a smaller snack sized burger, fries and drink for under $5.
Bad location. I will not be back. Slow and argumentative staff including the morning shift manager on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 around 11am. This location wasted my time. By the time the staff figured out my order my food was cold, the manager snatched something off my bag and the flavor of the day ice cream was nasty and not well prepared. SMH first and last time at this location. Do better or close down.
Revising review (from 4 to 2 stars), I like Culvers, but as typical of fast food joints, no one paying attention. Lined up to entry door, and only one counter person (even though there are workers littered all over, behind the counter). Not cool, during lunch.Old review: Culver is always good. I enjoy the butter burgers the most.
Ice cream is good. Otherwise, the food is meh at best but has prices like its a nice out down restaurant. We went here three times, and all three times they forgot part of our order, and all three times I had to interrupt their chatting because they kept ignoring customers not only to gossip but to talk smack about customers....in front if customers. Maybe if they focused more on doing their job and not messing everything up, they wouldnt have disgruntled customers to gossip about.
If youve never tried Culvers you need to go. Youll be impressed with the large menu selection for a fast food restaurant. Their specialty is the Butter Burger but you can also get soups, salads, sandwiches and many sides such as mashed potatoes, green beans, etc. The food is delicious and they offer many frozen custard treats for dessert.
I have been visiting this place quite a bit, but after tonight 10/9/19, i wont come back . My burger was not as fresh tasting as it usually it is, it seems it was hurriedly made to rid themselves of the long slow line, and the cole slaw was not fresh and whilty. Also, the dark haired brunette woman in the drive-thru was a bit rude, i dont know if she is a supervisor or what, but nasty attitude, when the new worker asked about how to give me my military discount. needless to say, she got real nasty about not giving it to me, and did not give it to me, I have never had a problem before. In hind sight i am regretting not canceling the order, i should have left the drive thru and told them to forget the entire order, could have save my hard earned money on something else. Do not see myself returning to this location. There are others to go to.
We absolutely love the staff at this location. They are considered family as far as we are concerned. You wont be able to find a more consistent collection of positive and upbeat personalities gathered in one place servicing the public. They are all equally proud of their respective assignments and it shows. Customer service classes should be held here to show other restaurants how it should be done. A huge thank you goes out to Kurt, Tina, Kathy, Delano, Rachel, Emmi, Madison and everyone else weve missed. You guys are fantastic!!!!!
This Culvers location is consistently good: they give prompt and courteous service and orders that are always correct. I usually frequent the drive-thru so I cant speak for the interior of the restaurant but the drive-thru runs efficiently and quickly. All foods, beverages, and desserts Ive had are always prepared the way I have specified and delicious. This is THE Culvers to go to in the area.
I don’t know what’s going on but customer service has really taken a hit. Last night around 8pm (01/04/21) I went through the drive through to place an order. Asked for extra Oreos in my concrete mixer. I pulled up to the window and was provided the concrete mixer. However, it did not have the extra Oreos in it. I asked if she could remake it. she paused then took the mixer, shorty after gave me the same mixer with nothing added.I then went inside and asked to speak with manager, Emmal assuming she would be helpful. I informed Emmal of the issue I was having. Instead of Emmal just adding extra Oreos and apologizing for the inconvenience. Emmal( appeared annoyed) told me that the concrete mixer only comes with one or two scroops of Oreos. I informed Emmal that I was a regular and was willing to pay for the extra Oreos that I requested. Emmal informed me that there was no extra charge. Emmal remade the mixer, returned then stated, “see two scoopes”. Emmal refused to make the mixer like I asked and just added the standard amount of Oreos.
Stopped in for lunch didnt have long so I wanted it to go order. To-go orders here tend to take a little while of a wait but are cook to suit every order. You have great shakes ice cream and food problem is Im always too full from the meal to get to Desert. Will have to make a trip for dessert only one day.
Absolutely fantastic, I used to work at a seperate location and make my own food, and they made it exactly like I remembered it. (The gut busta as I call it, triple patty, quad if youre really hungry, cheddar bacon butter burger, double pickle, double mayo, double bacon, and if they have it in season, on a pub style bun with the garlic mayo, with a double malt double chocolate custard shake on the side, basically enough cholesterol to kill a small hippo, but delicious as can be). Even if you arent a burger fan, its well worth stopping in for the custard, cant wait for the frozen lemonade shakes in the summer.
I’m a big fan of Culver’s. Their food is most always fresh and good, except the one in Taylor. The Westland & Rochester Hills locations are my favorite. I normally get the Scoopie snack meal. The burger is big enough to feed a grown man sized appetite. They fries are always crispy. It comes with a drink and you can a small cup of custard including the ice cream of the day for only $5 and some change!
Best butterburgers around, and the burger tastes way fresher than any of the fast food chains, and better than a number of the hamburger specialty restaurants. The location is perfect....inside the corner of the Meijer parking lot. The cheese Kurds are a great side dish....just make sure you get their special dipping sauce. We also took home a pint of their chocolate decadence frozen custard that they make on-site. Awesome!
Where DOES Culvers management find the people they hire? It seems like from another planet. Ive been to 3 different Culvers, I get the same treatment; friendly, courteous, engaging staff. This is a welcome change, from what you regularly get from other establishments. I could honestly say that if ANY group of fast food workers deserve a minimum of $15/hr, Its the employees of Culvers. Now onto to the food.... fantastic burgers and fries! If you love a fresh, tasty burger, look no further! Culvers burgers are absolutely fantastic. I havent tried every selection on the menu, but what I have had has been top notch. Thats all I got to say about that- Forrest Gump.
I had never been to nor heard of Culvers before until they built one right by my house. I never really thought about going but one day after i got out of a drilling day in my nursing program i went to get my daughter from my mother, who was soooo hungry. She kept saying to my mom gammi can we take mama to to Calvins!!! Hahaha i had no clue what she was talking about but my mom did. So we pulled up and i was of course aware of where we were and didnt mind trying it out. I was AMAZED!!!!!! it was clean, servers were polite, THEY GOT OUR ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!, and the food was better then iv had at most more expensive restraunts. Im not a huge fish fan but my mom got the Cod basket and i tried it.. That will be the next thing i get if i have an opportunity to go again. And i would never say that. They have the best cod around.. There chicken sandwich was awesome and juicy. There soft serve is the kind that u will crabe if your a person with a Ice cream craving. If i could give it a 10 star rating i would with ease.
The Vanilla Custard Was Very Tasty! It Was My 1st Visit Ever To A Culvers With My 6Yr Old Daughter. We Only Came Because My Daughter Had Received A Coupon From Her Elementary School To Receive A Free Scoop Of Custard With Free Toppings Of Her Choice. I Was EXTREMELY SURPRISED Of How Inexpensive Their Custard and Milkshakes Were Compared To Anywhere Around Here. Along With Great Pricing for A Pint Of It To Take Home ALSO!! Quality Was Super! I Now Know Where To Go For A Very Tasty Milkshake Next Time I Have A Craving For One! Thank You For The Experience! :)
Our first ever visit to Culvers was last week on 3rd. Today is 8th and im writing this review after our 2nd visit. This Culvers is the cleanest place i have ever seen and every employee has a smile on their face. The food quality from every aspect is no short of excellent. The owners are very caring and part of the team helping each other out.Would definitely go back many more times.Special thanks to the owners.

2021-07-07This is a 4.5⭐This is a multi post from two Wednesdays. Arrived the first Wednesday and had to wait for a few cars to order. Very polite person at the speaker. Ordered the one patty burger and made it a basket. They said six dollars and some change. I immediately though ah man this burger is going to be small. Got to the window and they put a sticker on your mirror and tell you to either pull up or pull around and park. Wasnt expecting that but I guess they make orders to order.Pulled around and waited for about 10-15 minutes. It wasnt bad but I was on a lunch break so that was a drag. Anyways...got my order and was really surprised. It was really good and even the pop tasted good. Some places has very weak tasting pop...not here. The second Wednesday was today...same deal but just shorter wait time and I got the double burger...way better in my opinion.Definitely be back to this location, well done.

2021-09-20This was a good experience. It was very busy when we arrived but we were able to receive our food in about 5 to 8 minutes. Everything was hot and the malts were cold. I would recommend the butter burger and chocolate malt.

2021-09-04This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I never have felt so compelled to write a review the same day before. The employee on the drive-thru register at 9:15PM had no idea how to control herself and projected HER problems onto the customer. I can imagine how demotivating she is to work around and how that would translate to making the food. We are from an area that doesnt have Culvers close by, so we are not knowledgeable on the menu. We asked her to point us to the value baskets on the menu and after she told us, we let her know we needed a little bit to decide what we wanted. She didnt like this and pressured us to order right then. She said to keep in mind that SHE has a line to the street and that they close at 10 and SHE doesnt want to be there until 11 in the rudest voice possible. She then kept asking if we were ready leaving us no time to think. The confidence she had to treat my family this way made it sound like she was a manager and if so, she has no business working with customers. This woman needs to be put into her place (which is not working here) because talking to anyone like this is not okay regardless of the situation. If they cant handle the heat, they need to GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN.

2022-03-13Just a single bad experience. Was served a chicken tender that was rock solid frozen in the middle. They brag about from farm to table guess the poor chicken gets cooked then frozen somewhere in the middle of that. The rest of my basket was cooked correctly. Just dont want others to have the same negative experience.

2022-05-03I have enjoyed many years of awesome food and customer service at Culvers. Then today it happened. I ordered two basket meals at the drive thru. When I got home I realized that they forgot to put the second order of fries in the bag. So I called to let them know, and they offered to send me a coupon for a free small fry. I then said everytime I order I get the value basket. What good is a free fry, when it comes with the meal? I really think a whole value meal should have been offered. You lost this customer 😒

2022-03-19Very fast and professional.Wife has dietary restrictions and we were able to communicate that easily via the drive thru speaker.Burgers were fantastic and fresh. Shakes had real strawberry chucks. A perfect lunch outing after a very rough and painful morning. They not only got us a yummy lunch but turned the whole day around.
