The Kiosk USB cord didnt work. The cashier was kind but didnt know how to work it. I was very frustrated, but, I figured out how to work the Kiosk then the process went smoothly. The pics came out nice, however, I wanted them cut and they couldnt provide the service when there was a cutting board in plain sight behind the counter. CVS need to train the employees how to work the photo Kiosk.
