I have shopped here a couple times, first time reviewing though. We love our new bikes and the service we received. Everyone there has always been helpful and friendly. Well be shopping here for all our cycling needs and supporting a local business. Thank you for the great experience.

I was on a short little tour, and broke some spokes. Looked them, walked over with my bike. They were able to help me out, get me fixed up and rolling again. But they were also really nice and friendly. Good conversation with the fix, and they went out of their way to be helpful. Awesome shop!
From your kids first, second, or third bike to a $3,000+ road or mountain bike Cyclefit does a wonderful job! They are worth the drive if you are not in the area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have product in stock and with my experience after buying almost 10 bikes from them they will never push for a sale. You will get a quality product that meets your needs.
We just purchased a bike for our young granddaughter at Cyclefit Sports. It was her first bike with handbrakes and gear shift. Heather, the sales associate, was amazing. She took the bike and our granddaughter outside and gave her step by step instructions about the bike. Heather help her better understand the gears and the brakes in the exact instructions style our granddaughter needed. Heather then walk next to our granddaughter as she road through the parking lot giving additional instructions.Our granddaughter was so excited and her fears gone by the time we left Cyclefit. Our granddaughter has not been off her new bike in two full days. Thank you Heather!
I only stopped in because I had a bent tire but they had some availability and were able to work on it right away. They tech was good and quick. The tire is perfectly straight. As I was paying he asked if I had watched him at all and then he told me some tricks if it happens again so I can straighten it out on the trail since Im a novice. They have a decent selection of bikes, all hardtail that I could see but thats usually more the price range people walk into a bike shop looking at, I did. All in all a good place with good customer service. Would recommend.
I had a great experience at Cyclefit. Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable. The first thing I noticed is that they are very vigilant when people come in the door and they do their best to acknowledge you even when it is super busy. I had brought in my wifes bike for a tuneup a few weeks ago (I assume this time is very busy for them) and they fixed it up within a week for under $100. Ron was super friendly and took time to explain the work that would be done and made some recommendations for regular maintenance. Just like their website says, there is no snobbery. Even if you are a beginner or havent ridden a bike in years, they will be more than accommodating. Cyclefit is the type of place that will put your faith in local businesses!
Great group of people, been biking for well over 20 years in the Michigan area and this is one of the best shops in Michigan. Just bought a new bike and the prices are very competitive. The service is second to none.
Staff was truly amazing, great customer service. They told me that someone would have to look into my request and get back with me. I received a call back 1st thing the following morning. Super friendly staff who goes out of their way to help.
I had a unique tricycle and wasn’t sure what the problem was. I was able to communicate via Facebook messenger with pictures and answer questions to make sure my trip to the store would be worthwhile. I appreciate their prompt reply and help to fix it. Ultimately, I just needed air, which they provided for free! That’s great customer service!
Best service ever! I went to buy a used road bike that they were selling on Facebook marketplace on consignment for a customer. They probably didnt make much on the sale but they were so accommodating. They checked out the bike for me, fitted me for it properly, made bike adjustments, and answered tons of questions. I couldnt recommend them more. I will make the extra drive to go there for service and equipment in the future. I also bought some bike shoes and the prices were extremely fair. Thank you.
They were extremely helpful in finding us used bikes. All of the used bikes are inspected and in excellent working order. They didnt try to upsell us and even gave us further discounts on the bikes and helmets. I will definitely be going back for my future cycling needs.

Went in for a tube for my wifes bike. The gentleman behind the counter went back and said that he didnt have any and called the store at another location and will have it for us tomorrow morning! He was super nice and friendly. Love supporting local shops like this.
My bike tire went flat on a camping trip yesterday. I took it to this place and they had it repaired in 10 minutes! Very friendly and speedy service. They also have a nice selection of bikes and accessories. I highly recommend this bike shop.

I am giving them a 1/2 star review for their service and attitude. Bought my wifes townie there and had a bike built. Go here for all my bicycle needs until now. After my bike build I began to have issues with a loud creak in the cranks/bottom bracket area. Took my bike in multiple times along with phone calls and recived an unwelcoming attitude and basically was told there is no problem. Rode my bike 50 yards and problem was worse than ever, and then was told two techs rode it and that I must be wrong....Come on paid about $400 for the build and a few parts, $4,000 in total. Now I have it at Home Town in Brighton paying for work that should be warrantied because they listen to their customers. I will always go to a place that treats their customers with respect, and will not go to cyclefit for even a tube.
Tom did and AMAZING job on tuning up my daughters snow board. Wax, Sharpen and fixed a gouge in the bottom for $25. Best part was the 24 hr turn around time. Will highly recommend and will be using them again.Thank you,Derek

Cycle-Fit in Fenton offered an awesome selection, with even more impressive customer service. I was immediately greeted and assisted at the door. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I left with the perfect bike that best suited my needs and budget. If I could add an extra star, I would. These people answered my questions using their cycling experience as references. You can tell that they know what they are doing and enioy doing it. I would definitely return there when I need to purchase a new bike. Nice people.

My son got new skis and we wanted to transfer his bindings but the breaks werent wide enough. Matt took the time to investigate and educate us with our options. He special ordered wider breaks which was the most conservative approach. I appreciate his knowledge and integrity and the excellent service. CycleFit is now my go to shop for ski and bike equipment.
Ive bought 3 bikes from Cyclefit and Ill never go anywhere else again, Matt and Ryan are helpful and rad dudes. Theyve helped me learn quite a bit about my bikes and the things they are capable of, much better selection than Assenmachers as well.

They special ordered my bike and then when I went to pick it up they upped my entire delivery experience by completely Wowing me with unexpected customer service! Fantastic staff right up to and including the owner himself.
Overpriced on a lot of bikes however they have a great service department. Very reasonable prices on any service needs. Very quick turnaround too even at peak riding months.
Hey Cyclefit, thanks for fixing the crazy suspension problem on by 2003 Gary Fisher Cake 1. It road great and the shifting was crisp. The 2.95 Schwable tires were awesome.

2022-06-21Ive been using Cyclefit for a long time and shame on me for finally getting to write a review.Ive had service work done in the past, on my older Gary Fisher carbon, and they worked wonders! I built this bike in 1997 and it had been ridden allot, I had a child and was off the bike for about 10 years. So when I wanted to get back out riding I dropped it off at Cyclefit and they brought her back to life! Great service.Beyond the service, fall of 2021 I bought a Mondraker carbon from Cyclefit. The team there is AWESOME! Very helpful with helping me find the right bike for my needs. I love this bike! Ive been back several times to get accessories / gear and am always pleased to visit Cyclefit!! This team is very customer focused, great work at being a great business!!

2020-11-01VERY BEST SERVICE IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN! After visits to most of the bike shops in SEM over the past months, I can unequivocally state this is the BEST place for top notch bicycle parts and service! I bought a Salsa Beargrease Fat Bike recently from a bike shop in Metro Detroit. I went back to have the tires changed out to heavier duty greater traction tires for snow and also to make them tubeless. Every bike shop I went to gave me the run around about how they werent sure they could do it! And these other places told me it would be 5 -7 days if they were to try! I visited Cyclefit in Fenton and the manager Matt and the mechanic Dave were pure professionals! Contrary to what I experienced at most of these bike shops... that the employees often have very little experience or knowledge of bikes. Mike and Dave said they absolutely could change out these tires and make them tubeless while I waited!!!. In less than an hour I was on my way. I ended up buying some other items as well just because these guys are great! I know where I will go for advice on my bikes, equipment, accessories and service! I am also recommending these great guys and business to all my friends. This business treats their customers like everyone is a good friend. Thanks for running such a great business and service for the biking community!

2022-01-14What a life saver! After completing physical therapy for a stiff knee I purchased a stationary bike on line. When it arrived it was in pieces and There were very little directions in the box. I panicked and called around to find someone who could get it put together but they wanted it to be brought in and I couldn’t lift the box! Here’s the life saving- They came to the house and had the bike together in about 20 minutes!! The extra service is so appreciated!! Highly recommend Cyclefit for your biking needs!

2021-07-31Needed a proper tube for my bike tire. Walked in explained situation within 10 minutes I had new tube installed and was out the door. Very polite and humorous workers, I forgot to ask for their names but incredibly helpful and fast service. Would Recommend 10/10.

2021-02-03Ill start by saying if youre looking at this shop, then yes, its where you want to go. Every single employee I talked to was beyond kind and willing to help me before I even asked questions. I called in to inquire about snowboard sharpening and waxing and they informed me it was $30 which is under the industry standard. I dropped off my board and had it back same day and the workmanship is better then the day I got it from factory. Im not a huge bike person but they were very nice and we talked bikes and they showed me around. I cant speak to bike prices but from what little I saw they are at least in line with industry standard. I see no price gouging from this store and they are local! What more could you ask for? I cant recommend them enough.

2020-11-17I bought a nice Cannondale road bike from them. It was a new bike but the model was about five years old and they acted like they were giving me the deal of the century when it was in fact just a fair price. I was happy with the purchase however on my first outing a pedal, which they attached, came off in the middle of the ride and stripped out the crank arm. I took the bike back in and they first tried to just pan me off with just tapping the stripped part which is a $150 carbon fiber crank. I made it clear that I wanted a new part and they indicated they would order one. I thought it odd that they would order just one as it seemed like the kind of thing that comes in sets however as long as they got me the new part I did not care. After about four days they tell me that they cannot get the part anywhere and that it is not production and they try to offer me an $80 store credit. I ask for the part number and find a pair for $300 in less than a minute on line. I bring this to their attention and they indicate they are unwilling to replace the part and they will either give me the $80 credit or take the bike back. I returned the bike for a full refund however I really liked the bike and it was very disappointing.To sum up they sold me a bike for a fair price which was damaged because their mechanic did not properly attach a part and then they tried to get away with budget repairs and credits for a fraction of what the part was worth instead of honoring our agreement. I know a lot of people like these guys but I feel like they tried to take advantage of me because I am new to cycling. Regardless, I will never go here again.

2020-06-25Absolutely a pleasant experience. They took care of me, got me exactly what I wanted and didnt try to push anything on me that I didnt want. Extremely polite, professional and pretty fair pricing. Coupled with the 1 year service, and serial number tracking in case the bike is stolen, I will gladly come back for repeat business. Great place to shop!!

2021-08-28Took my tire in to be repaired four times before they finally got it right. Tried to show me a tire that was not even mine to show me that that was the cause of the damage. I do not recommend this tire shop.
