Blew a tire on the way to a yth baseball game. Service was amazing! GREAT communication as far as getting me ETA of help, and Roadkill was pretty well done fixing my tire before I even made it back to my car from across the parking lot!
My husband and I were traveling north on sage lake rd near Prescott when something went wrong with our transmission in our Jeep and had to pull over. We were unable to drive any further. Our roadside service call D and N garage and they sent a tow truck driver out almost immediately! Roadkill was the driver and he called me to confirm when he had delivered the vehicle to the dealership in Standish. He was very polite and friendly and I really appreciated the quick and friendly service during a stressful situation. Thank you Roadkill and D & G!

Our 32 foot trailer went into the ditch to avoid a accident. It was tipping, close to going in its side. Road kill showed up and pulled it out as smooth as can be. Thanks so much. I was afraid the entire side would be ruined also.
My driver, Roadkill was very nice. We got on the subject of motorcycles. It got my mind off my car. Even made sure my ride was there before taking off. He got my car loaded and unloaded fast.
The dispatcher was friendly. Reid reap was very friendly and had a good positive attitude and was informative and helpful. It was a bit pricy for a jump start though I felt.

I was locked out of my car on a wooded trail, Jake made it to my car and got it unlocked for me! He was very speedy in getting to me from when I first put my request in. He is very personable and professional, and seemed genuinely happy to help.

Kudos to your man, Cameron. A very professional young man who came to my rescue this past weekend; towed my Toyota Tundra, which had thrown a ball joint. He loaded it safely onto the tow truck and delivered it to Labadie Toyota in Bay City, MI, a 50 mile hike. Very good experience all around; thanks to both D & N Towing and Cameron.

THERES NEVER A TRAFFIC JAM ON THE EXTRA MILE! Trista at D & N was so accommodating and friendly! I was a basket case after hitting a deer! She opened her gates for me, after hours, so I could collect my belongings from my damaged car! I live an hour away and needed to come there on a Sunday. I forgot my license plate and she graciously said will mail them to me. D & N takes care of their customers! These are the folks you need to call for roadside emergencies! Definitely EXTRA MILE people!
My car broke down on the side of a dark road. When I called, the lady I talked to was very nice. Roadkill quickly rescued us. He was very friendly and made our unfortunate circumstances much better and got us home safe.

Highly recommend!After running over a piece of metal in the road I found myself with two flat tires, northbound on I75 the day before Thanksgiving, when RJ came to my rescue. Over the phone he helped me figure out where I was on the highway in the dark and then promptly found me on the side of the road. RJ brought me and my car to Walmart, and upon discovering that they did not have the tires my car needed he helped me find a place that did.
We called AAA for a tow when our rear brake caliper locked up. The AAA representative gave us a long estimate of when to expect the tow truck to arrive but D&N arrived very quickly way ahead of what we were told which was great. We were still trying to figure out where to get the car towed to when the tow truck arrived and our driver, RJ, was extremely helpful by coming up with a plan and making a few phone calls to find a shop that could get us back on the road right away. Also worth the noting is that D&N’s trucks are very spacious and able to hold a whole family if needed.
Had to have vehicle towed today as had brake down undrivable, Roadkill was drivers nick name and he was very friendly, curtis and vary funny.
D & N was a vacation saver for us! I had a tire blow out on my boat trailer south of the Zilwaukee bridge, fixed it with my spare tire and went on my way. Sure enough, just south of West Branch my other tire decided to blow out! Now I have no spare and it is 5pm on a Saturday. Trista from D&N was very kind and dispatched the driver, Randy to my location. Randy was very professional and honest, he ended up towing my boat to the impound lot and storing it there as there were no tire places open until Monday morning. They even took my tires off and dropped them at the local tire store in West Branch! Thank you so much, you guys are the best!
We are from West Branch and our new truck quit running while hauling our 5th wheel home. We were on our way home from Petoskey. Our truck just completely shut of a mile before the Vanderbilt/ I-75 exit. I called D&N and they asked where we were and came immediately to help us tow our camper and truck back to west branch. They were there way before we expected them to be and had our truck on the flat bed and a truck hooked up to our 5th wheel in no more than 10 minutes! They were very kind, helpful and prompt! We were back in west branch in no time! Hands down D&N Towing of Alger gets the job done fast, friendly and right! Highly recommend them every time!!
RJ from D&N was absolutely the best I’ve seen at this! I was stuck in snow and ice, sliding nearly into a home.His knowledge and service was impeccable!Nothing less than excellent!
D&N Towing Is an amazing company. They have great people working for them, everytime I have needed them they have been there quickly whether its a lock out or stranded on the side of the road. When I was stranded they were their in 10 minutes, in the process of loading my vehicle the driver got another call finished loading and let me and my family get in the truck and took us home. I recommend D&N to anyone that asks for a tow company :)

Gosh where do I start? First of all the owners are amazing people along with the crew they have. Always professional and on time. The mechanic Bobby is one of a kind. Trista and Cameron were so helpful. USAA left me in the middle of the night with no clear information about dispatching a tow with full car insurance coverage in place, and have offered no proof of paying for the tow. D & N is personally helping me sort the situation out so I can get refunded my out of pocket payment. Would recommend them, they have the hearts people need when they deal with car struggles mid pandemic.
D&N to the rescue. I went from the broken down girl on the side of 33 to hauling A down 75 in less than 2 hours all due to the guys’ prompt response and accurate diagnosis of my Ol granny Camry. I would drive here from Texas to get my car worked on again. Will always recommend D & N!
I was blessed to have Cameron as my driver, my car sits a little lower than most, but he knew exactly what to do to get my car moved to a shop without even a scratch. Kudos to the company as a whole for employing awesome people like Cameron.

Exceptional service that exceeds all expectations. With Michigan winters being unpredictable, the inevitability of getting stuck in drifting snow will happen sooner or later... but to have TWO vehicles stuck at once, its a blessing to have these guys come around and say Hey, no problem .. Weve got you covered.

Not only did jake come out and put my tire on for me but when that spare went flat they found a tire for me! So two flats in less then 3 miles but D&N was there to save the day! Thanks a million!

I was stranded on I-75 at 8:00 on a Thursday night. My trailer had its second flat tire of the day. I had already used my spare for the first flat tire. Every tire service business in West Branch was closed. My roadside assistance through my insurance company was worthless. The trailer wasnt covered. I saw the good reviews for D&N and called them thinking I would need to get the trailer flat-bed towed off the interstate. D&N suggested they could provide a used tire and mount it to get me moving again. I took my flats to their garage and met Reaper who was called in to work after hours. Reaper replaced the tire quickly and efficiently. I was back at my trailer in 15 minutes, mounted the fixed tire and was able to get off the interstate and finish my trip. This is the place to call if you need help in northern Michigan. Thanks D&N!!!

2022-07-07My alternator died in Standish, AAA road service contacted D&N towing...D&N towing is an excellent business, they put the customer first...their driver Roadkill went above and beyond by calling a different garage after the first one could not help...long story short , I ended up being towed home (135 miles) pricing was very reasonable. Roadkill made the drive and situation a lot less stressful...also thanks to dispatcher/owner for taking care of the road service part....THANK YOU

2022-05-31Big shout out to the friendly couple that came and got me and my family when our tire shredded and took out the gas filler tube. They took our family of four to the closest hotel and repair shop on Memorial Day when no one else would. You guys rock, prices were reasonable, and you were so nice! Cant say I look forward to doing business with you again, but should the need arise, youll be the first I call. A++++

2021-11-08We had a tire blowout near Standish and Jake came to our rescue. He competently hooked up our minivan and graciously allowed our family to ride in the cab until we could meet our ride. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt perfectly safe.While we were waiting for the truck - which came in less time than quoted- two state troopers came by to check on us. When they heard we were being picked up by D and N they said we were in good hands.Overall, great service and experience. Would highly recommend!

2021-12-20Wow. I am so thankful for this company. My girlfriend and I were stuck on the side of the road waiting for another tow truck to come and after about 2 hours of waiting for even an eta estimation from a towing company, Roadkill, from D&N stopped for us. The catch was he stopped out of the kindness of his heart to help us out. He wasn’t the company called by our insurance company but was the first and only car to stop for us after hours of being passed up on I-75. He took us to where we needed and even helped us in communicating what we needed from the tire shop. The tow was affordable and his service was outstanding. We are so happy to have met Roadkill and D&N towing that day.

2022-05-27D&N Showed up quickly and on-time as promised. We broke down in a very rural area and they came to the rescue! They delivered the vehicle to the shop we needed 45 miles away. The driver was super courteous and even supplied us with texts of the vehicle in-transit as well as being delivered to the shop. They were fantastic with all the communications along the way!!!

2021-12-13Roadkill of D & N Garage and his grandson were our “knights in shining armor”” during a stressful evening this holiday season! We had a flat tire on I-75 an hour from home. As we were waiting for a towing company, Roadkill stopped to help us. He was not even on duty! He helped repair the tire so we could drive safely off the expressway. He even followed us to a car dealership to make sure his repair would hold. In this day and age, we were so amazed that a gentleman was willing to help strangers out of the kindness of his own heart! When I asked his name, he handed me a business card and introduced himself as Roadkill :) He went the extra mile, and my family was very grateful! Thank you so much, Roadkill and Wesley! 2022-01-15Seriously the BEST people I’ve ever come across.We were on our way back to Southern Michigan from Boyne mountain and got stranded in this little town. It was after dark, 4 degrees out andD&N was the ONLY company we called that showed any sense of caring and service.Starting with Trista (I hope I spelled that correctly) she answered the phone and was very helpful, then the tow driver, Roadkill was amazing and very personable, helpful and even offered to stop to get us food on the way to the hotel. The mechanic, Bobby was GREAT! Clearly knows what he’s doing and didn’t let us leave until he knew everything was good and ready to go. This company and everyone who works here is amazing and if I lived anywhere close to here (I’m from Florida), I would come to them for all of my needs! This company is a blessing and truly understands what HELPING and being KIND is all about!!!

2022-05-15I want to give a huge shout out to D & Ns Roadkill. My alternator decided to die on 75 S just as I got to the Alger rest area. I live about 180 miles south of there. I got a call from Roadkill to let me know he would be picking up my car and taking it to the garage for the night and would bring it to my local repair shop the next day. When Roadkill was on his way he called to let me know. Once he arrived at my local repair shop he sent me pictures of where she spent the night and where he left her at my local repair shop. How hed know I was so stressed? Thanks again Roadkill! You are the best!

2022-05-31Had some severe car trouble on the side of the highway, and though understandably took a while for them to get there, we had a smooth ride after that. Complete lifesavers.Kudos to Mr. Roadkill, our tow truck driver who made the trip a lot more enjoyable than it would have otherwise been.
