I called D. Cole and Son yesterday to schedule an appointment to have my septic tank pumped which hadnt been done since we moved into the house 4 years ago. They were able to get me on the schedule next day! Bob came out and was earlier than I originally scheduled (but called first to confirm that was okay with my schedule) and he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and he patiently answered all of my silly questions. After he was done, he gave me an honest report on the condition of my system and recommended a time frame at which I should consider having it pumped again. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be calling this company again in the future when I need my tank pumped or system serviced and I will strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs septic system maintenance!!! Thank you, D. Cole and Son for the outstanding service!!!

We called about having our septic tank pumped and rather than just charging us to come out, they told us how to check our pump to see if it was working. It ended up being a bad pump after all. Thanks so much for the help! We will definitely recommend you!
