I have MUCH BETTER coverage which now includes Roadside Assistance as well as Rental Car coverage and a superior Property Damage amount far exceeding what I had. Comment: Worse customer service ever. First of all, they increase the insurance of one of my cars by $50 out of nowhere; a car that is cheaper than my second car. After talking to them, they couldnt do anything for me; therefore, I got quotes at other places and got a better price with AAA. Then, AAA told me that they contacted State Farm the next day after I got the insurance with them, and just to be safe, I called too. Well, that was on March 3rd, and is March 19th and this State Farm office hasnt cancel my insurance with them. Luckily, I removed all my payment information from the website because knowing how bad they were at doing their job, I knew they were going to try to charge me another month. I told all my friends and family members about this and they are switching to AAA also.
