Great ice cream, what else is there to really say
I love dairy queen but I bought a banana split the other day and my bananas were literally black in the center and was old bananas. I believe I should receive a free banana split with fresh bananas. Thank you

Man, oh man! When I tell you the ice cream here was the bomb....I literally mean it was the 💣 💥. Yesterday was my first time going and, I got to say, the atmosphere is pretty amazing! I had ordered my food through the drive thru process and I ordered the cookie dough blizzard... one of the best decisions of my life! The employees were also really nice and I mean I couldnt stop talking about the blizzard all the way until I got home. My family had also bought other flavors that were, not my favorite like the reeses flavor or the red velvet, but hey.. thats only my opinion 🤷🏾♂️. Although I would definitely recommend this ice cream on any day of the week!
This place can handle a line in the drive thru. Ice cream is always good and the service is top notch! Management must be taking care of their employees!
They never put anything in my blizzard. Theres always like two pieces of whatever candy in it. Even when I go through and ask for extra there is nothing there. Literally just ice cream. Like people are paying you money and paying your wages and you cant just put a decent amount of candy in blizzards??? I hate this DQ.

Got the pumpkins pie milkshake and omg. Tasted like a frozen pumpkin pie and whipped cream put into a blender then into my cup. It was absolutely amazing. The staff was quick to get the order ready.
Perfect day for ice cream for the kids. The staff is really nice. They had me try the triple berry smoothie to see if I liked it. I didnt and they were kind and let me switch it to a strawberry banana smoothie which is more my boring speed. Thanks ladies.
Dont allow anyone to order inside so the drive thru was very crowded and took almost a half hour to get through, order, and leave. But on the other hand, the ice cream is very good.

Good place for ice cream. Always packed during the warm season. Drive thru gets a bit cramped at times; its a tight turn off the road.Note that this is not a GRILL and Chill, but last I checked you could get a hot dog if you wanted to. I usually just stick to the ice cream.
This dairy queen is the best one in the area. Biggest portions and the most well made desserts. A Moolatte here is superior, NEVER icy like some DQs. They have a special on many days of the week so check those out. Specials are on their billboard and right side of drive thru menu.

Best Dairy Queen around. NEW building old business. Theyre super clean, fast, friendly with great cakes. Wonderful places to sit in the sun or under shade. Even a special place for dogs. Quick drive through. Stop there after shopping@ Great Lake Crossing.

We frequent this establishment, and the staff are consistently friendly and courteous. The food is generally good, though the menu could perhaps be expanded a little. Concededly, most people arent coming to this DQ location for the food. The pulled pork is great, though, and their Coneys are better than many of the local Coney Island style restaurants. Its nice to see a place where the culture of the establishment is clearly about the customer experience. Would definitely recommend.
Love it the only thing that I would change would be the fact that You made all the parking space and took away the outside dining area where we can joy being outdoors while eating ice cream in the summer other than that love the way your store looks other than some couple snotty workers like the girl with the long hair who’s been there for a long time which I don’t know how because she’s kind a rude it’s a good place to come and enjoy the food and the ice cream and the shakes and everything in between

My favorite spot ....😆I wish they were open year-round I love ice cream but I also love a clean need friendly and family atmosphere and this is all the wonderful things that this Dairy Queen offer and the service is great also they have great customer service always friendly in their customer service is always with that wonderful smile and I love a business that puts into their company they have definitely upgraded it looks very very nice 😆😆😆😆
I like the dairy Queen You can get ice cream cakes or hot dogs or just a simple coated ice cream cone dipped on a nice summer day. And theyre open when its cold outside.
The best dairy Queen in all of Oakland county.Thee BEST! Orange Julius smoothies in town. Try it with whip cream ask upon request. 😊 Itll keep you smiling. At every sip.
They are always sooo nice and kind. They’re fast and just a wonderful place when you just want some ice cream.
All the ice cream is as good as any Dairy Queen. Usually when I go here though, it is to get the barbecue sandwich. However, the last two times I have ordered it it has been half meat and half wads of fat. I wont be going to this Dairy Queen anymore because of that

This is the second time I have been to this location. This is the second time Ive had a blizzard and theres been PAPER AND PLASTIC IN MY ICECREAM. I am unbelievably disgusted that this seems to be a consistent practice. It is DISGUSTING to have had this experience twice in the last 3 weeks ! Pieces of what appears to be a plastic straw and the paper wrapper have been so sickening. I will not be back
Nice place. I plenty of parking and friendly service. Hot eats and cool treats plus a drive thru. Win for me. Ill give six stars if DQ had a lower calorie blizzard...
I love how its right next door to Baldwin laundromat. I took my daughter here a couple of times when I had to do laundry next door and the prices are good. On a hot humid day it is a must!
It doesnt matter what kind of Blizzard I order, this dairy Queen goes over and beyond on making sure their customers are satisfied. I always order a blizzard (medium size and I order extra (whatever Blizzard Im getting) and from top to bottom of cup I taste the pieces! Ive been to 3 dairy Queens my whole life and 2 of the 3 only mix about half way thru, however like I said this dairy Queen always ALWAYS ALWAYS MIXES TOP TO BOTTOM!!!!!! MY PECAN cluster Blizzard was the best I have ever had 💖💖💖💖 thumbs up to the ladies working hard making sure every bite is satisfying !!!
Theres Dairy Queen and then theres your hometown Dairy Queen where you feel like youre family. Thats this DQ. Every time I come the staff is friendly, honor my coupons and never tell me I cant have something or act like its a hassle for them. Extra peanut butter sauce? Done. Two or three toppings? No problem. The up charges are fair and worth it for some of my crazy comobs but I never have to beg or get a nasty look, just great service and treats.This is the first DQ I ever been to that I get bites of stuff in spoonful from beginning to the end. Its amazing. Its delicious. Its my hometown DQ and I love it.
But wish it was a little faster paying & receiving my Lg. chocolate shake & 2 small Heath Blizzards w xtra heath... but people are always polite which makes up for DQs always high prices... 🤣 #dairyispricey

Only DQ around that actually serves the really DQ ice cream and not that synthetic ice cream. Ryan and his crew are great people. Foot long and shake day are a must lunch try.
I wish they offed the lunch and dinner menu like some of the other Dairy Queen restaurants. I would like the chicken tenders basket or the cheeseburgers. Other than that great service and clean establishment!

Love my dairy Queen for cool and Frozen treats and cakes but that footlong which cost $3.00 and some change was skinny skinny with lots of bread. We need plumper hotdogs for the price.
They so many pre-made ice cream cakes to choose from. I wasnt happy about the dry cookie like cake in the center though.
Very elegant location with very comfy and large outdoor seating good for large family outings. You can actually kick back and enjoy the treats and friends as well.

I am not faulting this store however a hot fudge sundae usually has warm fudge or hopefully hot but I never get it hot its always cold quote have fudge so I am sad that I can never get a hot fudge sundae its always a cold fudge sundae and I called and they said that they have the temperature to 100 but when I pull away from the drive thru its still cold. There is a difference between a cold hot fudge sundae and a hot hot fudge sundae huge difference to me

It went from magical to okay after the owner cut down our beautiful mystical trees and took away the oudoor eating area by remodeling the DQ building into a larger indoor facility! All the quaint small town aura was taken away. People would come in a winter snowfall to get their ice cream and just sit in their cars and eat and watch the snow fall. It was just that magical but no more😧 I n the spring, summer and fall seasons the willow trees would make you feel like you were on a beach somewhere because you could feel that type of energy from the trees. People would get out of their cars and sit under the trees! But no more. Many customers were saddened! Still are but we love the ice cream!

2022-04-10Bought two blizzards paid for extra candy pieces in both and got less than what should normally be in a blizzard. Paid $13 for two cups of basically plain vanilla ice cream. From all the Dairy Queen’s to chose from in the area. Avoid this one. Ps this is supposed to be a cotton candy blizzard with extra candy pieces 😂

2022-06-10Absolutely love the D.Q. Especially their Cherry Chip Blizzard. I am allergic to chocolate, so I get Extra Cherries and skip the Chocolate Chip. But I also love their Hot Dogs and Kielbasa. What isnt there to love. They have absolutely what anyone could want. Love love love the D.Q.

2022-04-06They need to open the lobby. The drive through situation is horrible with the two lines . It’s always people cutting in front of you , and that makes the perfect storm for a fight.

2022-03-17Its so crowded all the time its kinda not worth the wait but thats just me ! We bought 2 boxes of orange vanilla bars and we only live about 3 blocks away and opened one box and it had definitely melted and been refroze some of them you couldnt find the stick and they tasted freezer burned !! Why am i so upset because we paid $19.00 for them and we cant even eat them !!😡
