5/21/2021 ~ 4 p.m.: 2 smoothies served warm, foamy, and liquid like water. My refund is hopefully on the way.
I love this place. I go here with my best friend all the time. We ordered our icecream and got it right away. The staff is very nice.
ATTENTION! Please be advised that they have a new delicious Blizzard called Zero Gravity! It’s delicious and good-BUT like all good things, it comes at a cost. I went to the restroom later in the evening and my poop floated away! It was bliz-zard!
The guy working was very rude and had an attitude. They were out of Vanilla Ice cream. When he gave us our blizzards to go he threw them on the counter. Definitely will not be going back.
Quick in and out. Small lobby so if 8 people walk in at the same time not the best place to feel really safe in that time but otherwise great!
I asked for lids on my blizzards and a cup carrier and the employee just placed them on the counter and walked away. Now usually I wouldnt care and just go with it but as I was placing my order I asked for lids and he was not showing good customer service.
Would give it zero stars if it was an option. EXTREMELY limited menu - not worth the drive up there. Their google profile claims they serve burgers, etc. too - not true at all. And the guy with the glasses behind the counter has a i hate my minimum wage job attitude that doesnt help their overall customer service. Dont waste your time going to this place.

Working there did an excellent job he was busy in the back but he was always up there for me man when I want order something I worry about three different items and very very good service bathroom with extra clean the whole store was clean except for the freezers upfront making a noise from the compressor I had a good time in the at the Dairy Queen on Ford Road in Westland and well go back
Orded a blizzard, not even to the car yet and its completely melted, barely in the parking lot. Ridiculous, cant even offer a lid? Lack of common sense, dont even live 2mins from this place and its a bowl of soup by the time im home.
Been here a few times, clean, nice staff, nice place to stop with my kid and hang out with our ice cream. Got an ice cream cake here once too and it was great.
Just not the special feeling of fun when going to a Dairy queen...the help is not the friendliest. Ordered a plain vanilla cone and the machine wasnt ready, but the kid waiting on me served it to me without notifying me. After I complained and asked for a new one, he admitted that the machine wasnt working. Poor customer service.
Blizzard was good to go.
Dining area was clean, ice cream is the same as any DQ, staff needs to be more friendly, maybe smile and say hello when you walk through the door.
No drive-thru and the have a limited food selection. The full menu is not available. There are many better choices for ice cream and food available locally.

Customer service sucks....my order was given to someone else and the staff continued to watch me sit and wait for at least 20 minutes before I had to say something to them...I received no apology or anything else all they was make my bilzzards and sent me on my way
I have minimal problems with the actual ice cream, and more with the workers who can be disrespectful or very sloppy with what you pay for where they seem not to care and lack effort into what they are doing.

Took my kids there a few days ago. They all got sick, but everything tasted alright.

2022-06-03When I say my daughter and I had some of freshest ! Juiciest! Rotisserie bites , I also ordered a chicken sandwich , that I would’ve paid $15 easy healthy quick options and the CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the MANAGER! I had to do this review yall , I dined in and It WAS WORTH IT 🥰😋

2022-04-24I love this place. It is my favorite location. I love the fact that the staff is so friendly and when I give them the option to be creative with whatever they want to give me (ex: surprise blizzard) it is always amazing. Great quality and great service.

2022-06-19Got our order completely wrong, the boss was completely disrespectful to my kids and giving them attitude, rolling his eyes at them, getting loud with them, he was completely rude in general. I do not recommend going there or them honestly find a new boss for that store

2020-01-17From the first moment you arrive in this place the waiters give you an agreeable feeling. Very courteous hosts, it is a friendly restaurant to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great food, creative chief cook and stuff, comfortable pay and excellent service. Highly recommended.

2017-07-23You can tell the staff hate their jobs or want nothing to do with you. My best experience with a cashier here was some forced, scripted courtesy at best. Dessert always comes out fine though!

2019-03-26The staff was inexperienced, it took 10 minutes to have our order taken with only 1 group of 4 in front of us. While we were waiting to place our order the customer in front of me was double charged. He politely brought this to the attention of the shift lead who responded...Sorry they never taught me how to do a refund, I cant help you. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! How can you be a shift lead and not know a simple process of customer service? She then walked away. Another girl came and took our order, we ordered 2 cones...it took another 5 minutes to receive our cones. I will not be back, the tables were a mess and with that type of service I would rather stand out in the cold and get a cone from an outside Dairy Queen.

2018-07-10Refused to accept their own gift cards because their machine was malfunctioning. Made me pay full price in cash for the ice cream anyway knowing there was a balance on the gift card. Embarrassing lack of customer service.

2019-07-30Ordered Reeses Peanut Butter Cups Blizzard. The attendant forgot to turn my Blizzard upside down (presentation). It was very good. A short wait but its okay. Gave them a 4 and a half stars.

2019-03-27I thought of getting a milk shake here for the first time since I had bad experience at the Canton location. To my surprise, the milk shake was the best I ever gotten from DQ. The cashier who took the order was friendly and shes also the one who prepared the drink.
