Horrible quality bands. Even worse customer service. Kevin, or employee137, get a new job if you hate this one so much. The attitude and incompetence were shocking. After reading all these 1 star reviews and you still decide to shop here, put the band on before you leave the kiosk so. Amazon has better quality for a fraction of the price.

Great watch stopThis guy took links out if my Bulova precionist in no time and at a fair price.Further more got a ten dollar off my next purchase there.There all wooden watches are awesome as well

Brought in 2 of my watches to get the battery replaced. When I first came here, I was charged 12 bucks, this time they quoted me 28 for each watch! Just to replace the batteries! I grabbed my watches and walked away. Went online, ordered the proper batteries, looked on youtube and changed the batteries myself. Total cost = $3. Avoid the rip-off and do it yourself, youd be surprised how easy it is....

Staff here was very patient while I tried to find the perfect watch for my grandmother, they even had a great deal going and I found a watch for myself!Definitely will be coming back for my battery changes!

Had some batteries replaced on watches I already owned. Employee was super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable with watches. They also have a battery reward type program. Very happy with my experience.

Let me give you a quick break down of what happened. Dakota Watch service center broke the latch on my watch and attempted to charge me extra $20 to get it fixed while the main reason why I sent the watch in was to fix the movement. They argued with my after that broken latch was not one of the issues I listed on the initial check in. This company has a flawed check in process. They never give you a copy of the service ticket which gives them an opportunity to just falsify information when the unit comes back from the service center. I would highly recommend to stay clear of this company.

Dakota watch company put a new battery inMy waterproof watch. Said they water and pressure tested it. Went swimming in the pool,Water got in my watch, they want me to pay 45.00 dollars to send it in to get it fixed. WhatKind of business are they running. Will neverGo there again. Will never recommend to anyone to purchase anything at that crookedPlace.

Left my watch there for a battery replacement and was told they would call me when finished in about 15-20 minutes. They never called and when I came by 45 minutes later, they said they couldnt change the battery. So thanks for making me wait here for 45 minutes for nothing.

Very professional, not only did they change my battery they also cleaned it. I had my watch for over 15 years so it definitely needed it. Thank you!
