My dads friend who worked there had climbed pretty high up the hierarchy there, but still took me on. He handled my insurance for years, for my entire adult life, until he finally passed away. I moved to another state about that same time. I tried sticking with that same insurance company out here but all I got were problems and disappointments. After speaking with friends I decided to give State Farm a try, and contacted Angela Green. If there were a higher rating than five stars I would give it. From our first conversation I felt like I was speaking with a trusted friend who is also a professional in their field. Every experience Ive had since I chose Angela at State Farm has been absolutely perfect. Ive found a new home.

But if we do, Im confident that Nancy will help us get through it.(To note: The claims dept deserves zero of five stars: for their rude agents, long waits, bullying tactics to try and have us use one of their body shops, and ridiculously slow adjusters reviews. The claim took well over a month primarily due to adjusters taking over a week to review and approve.)

Their response is that the main office did it, and it is not their fault and they wouldnt do anything to adjust it. What a waste of time and money... I would not recommend to anyone. They were disrespectful over the phone and lacking professionalism. Plus that the promised call back within the hour to come up with a solution never came.
