Ive had many opportunities to try other insurance companies but, its hard to leave an insurance agency whose customer service is so family oriented and delightful. I enjoy when I call that they know me by name and all my accounts personally. Yes, life insurance, rental property, car & home insurance all under the allstate umbrella. If Im a little late with my payment- I appreciate getting a call letting me know that my bill is due. Like I said, Great customer service. Customer service is high on my list when spending my money and David Sikes office offers me that 100%. They were there the next day to assess the damage and help to clean up. Produced the check immediately to cover the costs. It was pretty amazing. I dont think anyone I know that has had a situation like this that has ever told me about a positive experience like we had with our agent. Truly blew us away. We have Allstate fir life!
