Cameron was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the stresses of dress shopping (especially under a time crunch) minimal. Super positive and comforting. She also gave honest feedback with so much respect and care! I even scheduled an appointment to come back for a different wedding with her!
Abby was excellent!!! She assisted my maid of honor with finding her dress. We did not have an appointment to shop, but even in that, she never rushed us. She was very patient and willing to help. She also answered every question we had. You can tell she really enjoys what she does! Awesome customer service!!!
I’ll be honest, I initially was in a sour mood when I came here to look for a bridesmaid dress because I just don’t enjoy dress shopping. But after meeting, Trish my entire demeanor and experience changed. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had an amazing attention to detail. She made my entire experience wonderful and took away all the stress for picking out the perfect dress! Thank you so much, Trish! You made the daunting experience fun and easy! Hannah was very amazing. I went in looking for a mermaid look. The one dress that I said was plain was the one that I ended up picking. She had me try on many dresses but I loved the one that I picked. She also accessorized the dress to show me up to dress everything up and everything was beautiful just like her. Such a sweet a girl 😊
Tricia was so helpful and the whole crew hyped me up. I found the dress, and it was unique and so me. The team knew just what I was looking for and made sure I got a good deal with the loyalty program as well. I can’t believe how fun the experience was! I cannot thank Whitney at Davids Bridal in Taylor enough for the amazing experience today. I took my sister to try on dresses for her upcoming wedding. She has terrible anxiety and has been wrapping herself up into the horror stories around dress shopping. I have to admit...I was on my toes as well. She had me feeling like it was going to be a mess. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiling faces and kindness. My sister is plus size and was highly concerned about comments or availability because of it. Whitney did not make her feel like there was nothing available to her and was bringing every option to the table. She was uplifting and you could tell she loves what she does. She wanted to my make sure my sister was comfortable, felt beautiful, and had every option she could ever want. You change the wedding dress game, Whitney. This is an experience we will never forget. The service was great. But they intentionally ordered my dress too large, because the one I tried on was probably stretched out but it was my normal dress size and fit me so much better. Probably because they knew itd cost me more than the dress cost in alterations. Even after alterations the dress still looked too big on top. I wish I had noticed before seeing it in my wedding pictures.
I went in a couple weeks ago with some of my bridesmaids to pick dresses and Kristen helped us so much we all don’t have enough good things to say about her. We found the perfect dresses for $99 and you can’t beat that price! All the girls here are so friendly and inviting and I’m so happy I decided to come here for my wedding accessories. Thank you guys again so much and a big thank you again to Kristen for answering all of our questions and helping us find the perfect dresses
Myself and my bridal party had a fitting today. I was having some issues finding a dress with my post mom body and within my price range. Jamie helped us and gave excellent service! She was helpful, kind and PATIENT! She allowed me to try on as many dresses as needed. She helped find my bridesmaid and matron of honors dress. I couldn’t thank her enough. I was having the hardest time through this process and she made this effortless. I couldn’t thank her enough. She helped find dresses for all my ladies with all very different body types. I recommend anyone looking for affordable and quality service go to this location! I had a hard time at the novi location, wish I came to Taylor’s location first
My whole experience with David’s Bridal has been amazing. From bridemaids dresses to my beautiful gown, myself and my party has been greeted with such amazing stylists and upbeat staff. Whitney was such a great help and finds you exactly what you’re looking for. Hannah is such a friendly and outgoing person, and was the one who found my gown for me. She went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. I will always come to David’s bridal for any wedding needs.
I found a beautiful wedding dress. Friendly staff. Giving three stars because the alteration department I think needs some guidance. They had to fix my dress THREE different times. They missed things, ignored other things, even though I specifically said what I wanted done, it some how was missed.. I’m very thankful for Page and Jamie. Jamie quickly fixed what she could on the dress and I reallly really appreciate that. They were amazing
I had such a wonderful time today shopping at David’s Bridal. I went in looking for a prom shoe and at first I just couldn’t find what I wanted. So I went to the front counter and a lovely woman named Natasha helped me out. She help me find a beautiful Champagne shoe that was just my size. So thank you to everyone there that made the experience great overall.

I visited Davids Bridal in Taylor, MI and had a very pleasant experience! Ashley C. assisted me with several dresses and did an outstanding job. Unfortunately the dress I chose had to be ordered. One of the store managers, Hannah, and a sales associate, Andrea, helped me place my order. These are two outstanding ladies who answered all my questions as the order was placed. This is a very nice store to shop at if you are need of a dress for a formal event! I highly recommend this store.
I Love Davids BridalIt was two weeks for my wedding and My Moms original dress did not fit!! They got us right in and rushed alterations less than 20 minutes. The manager helped us her self!! Thank you all so much.. Three weeks prior they did alterations on my Wedding dress and two of my bridesmaids!! The service was lovely and they did a wonderful job.. After seeing a seamstress and being told her original dress was too big and would cost more than the dress to alter, we started our search all over again. At Davids Bridal, we were met at the door by Ashley C. She had the patience of an angel and happily brought dress after dress until my daughter found the perfect one. Thank you so much, Ashley C. 💝
Seriously had the best experience!! My stylist was Abby and she was so patient with me being incredibly indecisive. She brought me so many dresses that were in my “must haves” and when none of them were “the dress”, she brought me something I didn’t think I would look good in and it was AMAZING. I had been to multiple shops and tried on at least 50 dresses prior to this and Abby helped me find my dream dress!! This girl has an amazing personality. Made me laugh through my whole experience! OMG, Michelle (alterations) and Hunter (shoes) were amazing! They helped us find the right fit for the length of the dress and (bonus) we were able to avoid alterations! This dress is for a concerto and prom and my daughter is going to look and feel spectacular! I cant say enough about our experience! Thank you for making this milestone perfect for her. 5 stars.

Hannah at the Taylor David’s Bridal deserves her own review. I had to buy a new bridesmaid dress last minute because the one I previously bought was too small for my growing pregnant belly. She was so calm and helpful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find a new dress quickly that I felt good in. She’s very good at her job!!!
Trisha and Jordan at the Taylor store were fabulous to work with. I showed Trisha a few pictures of dresses I have selected in the past and she truly found the perfect dress for me. Very grateful for the care and service I received.
D’el made a very last minute shopping trip an absolute delight. She had great recommendations based on a few questions she asked about my style and the wedding I was attending. She assisted in picking out bra options and even getting into a corset. Her personality and customer service was top notch!!!
My friend ordered our bridesmaids dresses from here. They are very unprofessional. Everyone is chasing their tail. No one knows whats going on so its hard to get any answers. To have the dresses ultered is almost as much as the dress. Way too expensive. Waited til the last minute to let her know that the dresses she ordered wouldnt be ready by the wedding date so she had to change her whole color scheme. I wouldnt trust my special day to this place. Way too stressful
My sister and I had a wonderful experience at this location. We worked with Andrea S. and she exceeded all of our expectations with the bridal shopping process. We didn’t have a great experience at another store and when we came here we felt so welcomed. We had such a great experience. I would highly recommend Andrea if you come here in the future!!
I purchased my wedding gown last year because I thought it was my dream wedding dresses until I tries another dress on and I knew that was the one. Only to be disappointed as a bride that I couldnt exchange the first dress. Wasnt trying to get any money back actually I was going to be spending almost another $400-$600 dollars more. I have never been so disappointed. I thought this was supposed to be a good experience as a bride. I was going to get my bridesmaids dresses from here but not have this experience. And Im not recommending my groom to visit the the black tux. Davids Bridal was the first place I went to and now it will be the last. And I know the real reason they wont exchange it.
I had the consultant Abby she was very friendly and helpful. She listened to everything I was asking for and she helped me locate my perfect dress. Thank you so much for everything Abby. I would recommend going to Davids Bridal to get the one on one experience.

Went on a Saturday, I highly recommend making an appointment, or you probably wont get a fitting room.The customer service is great, the stylist (A.H.) helped me look for my dress and was very sweet when I couldnt make up my mind. I also booked my bridesmaids shopping trip same day, A.H. was very helpful and found dresses for each bridesmaid.I shopped here in January, this tends to be when new styles come out, so a few dresses I liked were sold out. Bummer, but I found my wedding dress regardless.Overall good experience.Alterations experience with Jamie was just as wonderful; she explained everything she was doing. Jamie made sure that you understand what you were paying for as well as that you left happy!
Desiree was an absolute genius helping my daughter find the dress! She was a pleasure to work with and the process easy for all of us. We will definitely be back for her help chosing dresses for the wedding party and MOB!
Had a Bridesmaid/MOG,B fitting today with Andrea, 9 people total!! She did a fabulous job took time with us, made each of them feel important and assisted with ensuring everyone was happy with size and fit!! You also hear people say its cheaper on line from another site, but pricing was amazing and you could see it in person and ensure its 1000% on you!! Had a great time today thank you Andrea and staff at Eureka rd, Taylor Mi!!
Ashley helped us twice at this store for my flower girl and my mom for their dresses. She was great in giving us feedback and very friendly. Would highly recommend coming to this location as all the staff are very personable

Our bridal consultant, Kristyn, had the best personality to provide the utmost in my daughters’ dress shopping experience.She allowed my daughter, Andrea Apel, the time in each dress to weigh the pros and (very few) cons of the dress and the design. My fiancée and I came here to find wedding outfits. We are a lesbian couple and weren’t treated the way we would have liked at other places, so we were a bit hesitant. It turns out we had no need to be! Our stylist Abby was incredible to work with. She made us feel welcome and beautiful and we had a blast picking out what we would each wear for our wedding. I highly recommend this place and Abby especially for all couples, especially LGBTQ couples. 😊

The ladies here are AMAZING!!!! I came in at 9:30am on July 23rd in a frenzy looking for my bridesmaids dress for my BFF wedding at 4:30 that day, I traveled to Michigan from Alabama, my online order never showed up from another site, I looked in my city for the wedding color and found nothing. I got to Michigan desperate and the ladies at this location not only did they step up to the job, they went above and beyond to give stellar service. I left within 10 minutes with the perfect dress to make my BFF wedding perfect 😍

I went in on a whim. I needed a formal dress for 3 weddings this year and 1 dress to wear for all 3 that did not clash with bridal colors. DEl Rapp was super nice and helped me pick dresses that styles I may not have chosen without her help. I tried on the second dress and I was in tears. I knew this was the one and best part... the dress had pockets. The dress was the perfect size and compliment my body so perfect. Not alterations needed and I felt soo pretty in it. I got my wedding dress alteration appointment at this location with Jamie. She was very kind and helpful. It only took about 30-40 minutes after checkout and she was thorough and the prices were fair. Overall, a pleasant and painless experience!

Hanna sat on the phone with at least 6 other stores trying to get me the dress that I feel in love with for prom untill we could finally find a store that had it. We were in there for at least 2 hours and it was extremely busy but Hanna pulled through.

Hannah was great! Me an my mom came in looking for a Mother of the groom dress an a dress for myself and she did a great job helping my mom pick a dress and ordering it for her.
(For Ann Arbor location) Hustler’s is what they are…not a good or fun experience at all. No coming in a looking around at your leisure you will be brought a dress to try on. They are very pushy and have you order a size up so they can make $$$ on alterations and the dress in the end looks bad. Go somewhere else 👎👎👎Felt like I was dealing with a dirty car dealer.

DEl was absolutely a delight to work with as a Dress Specialist 👗! I definitely gave an almost impossible mission and she stepped up to the plate and worked a miracle 😀. Having gone dress hunting earlier with my Mother and Mother in Law I was nearly decided on one of two dresses. I was given my size (10)and was ready to order when I went back to make my final decision. With Covid restrictions I definitely did not have the same experience on my decision day. Once decided I was told that I definitely didnt need a dress that big and was told I was a size 4 On pick up day I asked if I could try it on before I left, it was WAY TOO SMALL I couldnt even zip it all the way. I had to go find some to help me to find out if I could get a bigger size. The manager said she could order a size up if I thought I needed it (6). I had to ask to try on another dress to make sure it would fit. After trying on a 6 I felt that it would be too small also. Again there was no one available to help me, when I found the manager and told her THAT size was too small she suggested I order an 8 because I was not a 10. When I got the call the new dress was available and could be shipped directly to me I was more than excited! 2 days later I got my wedding dress tossed on the porch wadded up in a small plastic bag. Guess what. It was too small! My hips are wide and the dress was taught all the way across. I decided to go to another location for alterations. The Taylor location is a joke. The dress was beautiful and great quality the employees were less than impressive.

I had such a great experience and a lot of help from Andrea! She is the best and really helped me pick out the dresses I wanted and she picked out a couple that I ended up loving. I ended up going with a dress that she picked out for me! Andrea pays attention to detail and is so sweet and made dress shopping a great experience! I CANNOT being to explain how WONDERFUL ASHLEY S. was during my sister-in-laws bridal apt along with all of her bridesmaids! She made our entire experience seamless and had my sister-in-law in HAPPY tears from her feeling SO BEAUTIFUL! !!She also was brilliant at finding dresses for everyone in the bridal party as there were a wide range of styles, personalities, and ages. If you are second guessing going to Davids, dont think twice about, but be sure to ask for Ashley S. to help you! She truly is a hidden gem!

Ashley was our stylist for my bridesmaids dresses. My wedding is on April 1st and we have less than 30 days but Ashley was able to help is find dresses everyone loved that would arrive on time before the wedding. She was very patient and helpful and we would recommend Ashley and Davids Bridal Taylor to other brides and wedding parties.

I had purchased a dress from a David’s Bridal in Connecticut and didn’t feel that the dress was really meant for me, so Jamie and her manager helped me through the exchange process and the entire process of finding a new dress and returning my initial purchases were just so stress free and easy. I am so glad that I decided to give David’s Bridal another chance to find my dress. I originally went to a different location and I left my appointment in tears, not good tears either. I felt very discouraged and almost as if I would never find that perfect dress for me. When walking into my appointment today I was very honest and told Alexis(the nice lady who greeted us) that I had a very bad experience at a different David’s bridal and that I was hoping that this time went smoother. From that point further I felt nothing but welcomed and felt as though I was actually being listened to. When Jamie walked over to introduce herself I let her know that I was not here to find my dress today I just want to get a start on what looks fitting for me and what is going to accent my body. I tried on three dresses all of which were beautiful but were all missing SOMETHING about them. Then I tried on the fourth dress and as soon as I put it on I felt the chills overcome me and felt deep in my heart that this was going to be the one. When I walked out of the room and looked in the mirror it then was confirmed that this WAS my dress💜 I could not have asked for a better consultant for finding my dress. Jamie was beyond amazing and was a very big part in finding my dress today! You ladies are awesome and I will definitely be sending my girls and my fiancé in for their dresses💜🥰

Nic in alterations was phenomenal. I had a bridal appointment at 3pm at this Davids Bridal location. We walked in and they were VERY busy. It took a little bit to figure out who would be working with us, but when we did everything was great. Kim was AMAZING! She was so upbeat and kind; she made the entire experience so much fun and helped me find THE dress. This was my first time trying on dresses and I cant express how great she made this experience.

I was extremely disappointed with the consultant my bridesmaids were given to help find their dresses!! I was already nervous about coming to a Davids Bridal and Whitney proved why I will never recommend this shop. She was rude, loud, and almost rolled her eyes at my girls every time they had a question. The dresses offered were limited and nothing like I had asked for or described. I understand everyone has bad days, but next time, please do not take it out on your customers and ruin what is supposed to be an exciting time. We will be going elsewhere due to the sour impression Whitney left on me, the bride, and my bridesmaids!!

I found my wedding dress while shopping at Davids Bridal for a bridesmaid dress. When everything was said and done, I asked if I could take a minute to try on the dress we saw hanging on a mannequin. The employees were not happy about it and told me that I really should schedule a bridal appointment to do so.I scheduled a Bridal appointment and tried on multiple dresses. They were very accommodating and I ended up leaving with the dress I first fell in love with.Fast forward to choosing bridesmaid dresses... This was a less than pleasant experience. When my bridesmaids called up to Davids Bridal to make an appointment they said the Bride would need to schedule the appointment for the bridal party.... Being a bride I did not have time for this. I have 7 girls standing up and I was not able to make it to each individual appointment. They did not have my name paired with the dress I had chosen for my girls when they arrived to order their dresses.Now it is time for my final fittings... The seamstress I worked with was very nice however, she did not know what she was doing. She had to call over another seamstress multiple times during the fitting to help and that employee appeared very frustrated.The bustle ended up being absolutely awful and when we asked them to change it (because there are multiple says to bustle a dress) she needed the other employee to again come over, remove the old bustle, and create a different style bustle. The dress was the perfect size and fit like a glove, however it was very long and needed to be taken up as well as bustled. These alterations ran me $650 dollars. That it absolutely insane.When I arrived 2 weeks later to try on the dress for the absolute final fitting the dress had not been steamed and the slip had not been steamed either meaning I would have to do it myself or leave it there and make an additional trip up to the store to pick up the dress after they had steamed it.I do not recommend Davids bridal for a stress-free experience.
I would recommend this place to anyone and when you go, Kim is the best! She was amazing while helping me find a dress for my sisters wedding! For someone that hates shopping, she knew all the right things to say, not only to make me feel comfortable but beautiful and I wasnt self conscious at all! I cannot wait for my dress to come in now and see how everything comes together. I cannot thank Kim enough!!! I didnt even have an appointment but her and her crew were still nothing but smiles and happy to help! They definitely made this experience easy and the start of many great memories to share!
Michelle was wonderful!. From the moment I walked through the doors. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and everyone worked together and made for an enjoyable appointment.
I had an appointment at a different bridal boutique and just didn’t really feel special while I was there. I had the appointment booked for about 4 weeks in advance and was left alone several times during my appointment time and not sure what to do. At the absolute last minute, we called over to David’s to see if we could try some gowns on. They informed me they were able to make an appointment within the hour. I was so excited. When I got there, everyone was extremely friendly and we almost immediately started to try on gowns. One of the things I was most excited about was their sizing. They actually had larger sized gowns so I was able to get an idea of what the dresses really felt like without having to squeeze into them. Lauren was there to greet me and take care of me and was so friendly! I ultimately found my dress and it just made everything so much more real and magical. Thank you again girls!

Michelle in alterations was amazing. I purchased a bridesmaid dress picked it up on Thursday thought everything was okay tried it on at home hated everything about the dress a nd fit. Went back today and Michelle went over and beyond to address everything I hated about the dress and fixed it right then and there. She even added straps while I waited. She was amazing. Was very patient with me. She made me feel like I was the only person there and promised me that everything would be ok and she was not going to let me leave upset.
Davids bridal is not what it use to be; however, the sales girl was very helpful, she went above and beyond to help me find a wedding dress; although I didnt say yes to the dress.
Had my bridal appointment with Juli and could not be happier! She was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable. She helped me and my family find the perfect dress and I had my moment. Perfect day, thank you Juli! EDIT: My bridal appointment was perfect, all props go to Juli. But every experience I had thereafter was terrible. My suggestion is if you find a dress you love, buy it and run (or better yet find it somewhere else). Take it to get altered elsewhere, or really just avoid them all together. I really did love my dress but I would have rather not gone through all the horrible experiences I did dealing with staff there. If I could go back, I would have never bought my dress there. The only reason this still has 2 stars is because Juli was wonderful and she would get 5 stars from me.

With my group of bridesmaids and a few special guests I’ve visited the shop at least 12 times in the past two months. I have always had an exceptional experience. Both Kim and Juli have been amazing in my bridal journey. Kim has been at the store with me and a few of my most difficult girls and made it such a positive time, which I can’t be more grateful for. Juli even went above and beyond and made faces and laughed with my baby girl when she wasn’t the happiest camper in her stroller. Juli has such a positive and helpful attitude, I was blessed to have her as a consultant. The staff here is so wonderful, wouldn’t have changed my shopping experiences at all.
We went in to get bridesmaids dresses (as a pretty large group) and were extremely well taken care of! Desi was great with helping us out in any way that we needed. She was extremely helpful and was super nice and easy going the whole way through. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience!
I stopped in at David’s Bridal not knowing what to expect because I didn’t have an appointment, but I was greeted by Kim with such great enthusiasm and willingness to help me find the perfect dress for me to wear to my daughter’s wedding. There were a lot of styles to choose from and Kim knew exactly what type of dress would look beautiful on my body type. I bought the very first dress she picked out for me to try on. . We went to the Taylor, Mi location and everyone was super nice. Jalyssa was especially helpful and friendly with my daughters wedding gown fitting and alterations. The regional manager happened to be in the store and she was very welcoming and offered assistance with trying on mother of the bride dresses to at least see what styles I liked. Definitely would recommend this location.

I went here to get my wedding gown, and the employees were so welcoming and kind. They made me feel like family and took good care of me while finding my dress. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left - I felt welcomed and at ease. I went during covid and every thing was clean and appeared to run smoothly, even for being pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. Andrea was the woman who helped me with my appointment. She was very sweet and knowledgeable! The woman (who I’m guessing is a manager or owner) was just as awesome as Andrea! She had very kind words of wisdom to provide and wished me well on my wedding day. I was almost embarrassed to admit I had chosen a dress I hated (my first visit; reason being I was so nervous with so many people with me that I just chose to get it over with) - but Andrea was so understanding and just wanted to help me find the dress that I loved! And she did just that!
Today I had a appointment with Julie to try on dresses for my upcoming wedding and she was great, Also Kim helped us out and made me feel so comfortable and was so wonderful. They really made me feel beautiful in the dresses I tried on and also was able to find the dress I really wanted today thank you again for being so wonderful and making me feel beautiful!

I wear hijab and the ladies were so kind and accommodating to my needs, especially Kim and Juli (: they made my dress hunting easy and were so helpful in choosing dresses that were my style, along with helping my mom with her dress and what she liked. Jamie and Hannah were great. I honestly dislike shopping due to being a curvy, mid size girl. Its emotionally draining and uncomfortable on a good day. They made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted, liked, and disliked. I walked in there just wanting an idea of what I liked and left with the feeling that Ive found THE ONE and that I was leaving it behind. The only reason I didnt walk out that day with the dress was because of the possibility of another at a different shop. However, I did make an appointment for later to pick it up if the other dress didnt pan out. So far it the shops that hold the designer dont have the dress and it makes me extremely happy I scheduled a second appointment with Jamie. I couldnt have asked for a better experience than I got from her.

I had the pleasure of having my first dress fitting today with Andrea. As a soon to be bride there is a lot of anxiety that comes along with choosing one of the most important dresses you’ll ever wear. She helped to ease all of that and it was actually more like playing dress-up. Jamie, the seamstress, assured me that the changes I wanted could easily be taken care of and I’ll be able to make my dream dress a reality. The prices were AMAZING! Came here for my wedding last year, and Trish was amazing. Showed me so many styles, and help me find my wedding dress. Came back for my bridesmaid dress, and everything was perfect. Had Trish again, and found my bridesmaid dress in one go (again!)

Went in with an absolute disaster situation. My dress came back from alternations the DAY before my wedding and was absolutely horrible. I got to David’s bridal 40 minutes before close in panic.Desire & Heather jumped through hoops, found every dress in my size and started having me try them on in hopes that I’d fine one I loved.I ended up finding my dream dress, and they made sure even tho it was a few minutes after close that I got the ring the bell and make a wish. They made sure I got a great experience.I could not recommend this store or staff more. I’m so thankful to desire and heather I can’t begin to explain.

I got two gorgeous bridal pieces from here. One is a slip, the other is a mesh cover. The mesh cover came with 7 holes in it. I took it in for alterations and they only fixed 2 of them. They scheduled a second appointment with me after the silk slip came in and it fit really well. I had the alterations lady Mariah, and it was a great experience. She also said she’d fix the holes no charge.
I first went to the dress shop not wanting to try on any dresses just wanting to look. Then I spotted this gorgeous dress and they squeezed me at 4:30 so I could try dresses on , which was amazing since I didn’t realize originally plan on doing so. Juli helped me go through and pick some amazing dresses and try them on and this one particular dress I knew was “THE ONE” once I saw it. I didn’t have any of my bridal party or my mom so she said we will set you up for the 31st and make sure no one knows you came, and that’s what we did. I found the dress on my dreams that day and I got to try it on with my mom and bridal party present they all agreed it was the one! Juli really stepped up and went above and beyond for me! Thank you for making my experience great!!!

She is truly the kindest person I think I’ve ever dealt with in a retail setting!Jamie, the seamstress, is so thorough. 2022-06-19We had a very good experience shopping for bridesmaid dresses. We returned a few weeks later to find a mother of the bride dress. Whitney was wonderful. We went over our appointment time, but she never even hesitated our request to try the same dress on again. She looked up shipping dates. Offered color suggestions. Super helpful and genuinely kind. We decided to continue our search at a couple of other shops. Whitney continued to be super nice and helpful. She made note of our selections, color, size, even took measurements. We ended up coming back to order the dress 2 weeks later. Whitney and the manager, Summer, went all out to order the perfect dress in the perfect color, along with extra chiffon fabric needed for alterations. Summer made several phone calls to make sure our order was received and insure that the dress would be here on time. She even called late that evening, it may have even been after hours, to assure us that the dress would be here even earlier than expected. 2022-07-25I had seriously the BEST experience ever! So, I had originally came in one day just to browse around and get ideas of what I liked. I was given Abby as my stylist who is absolutely amazing! She didn’t want me to feel rushed and wanted me to have the ultimate experience, so the girls were able to book me a bridal appointment fairly quickly! The second time I came in (for my scheduled appointment), I browsed around for a few minutes and found some dresses that I liked. Abby, again was my stylist. She brought me the dress that I got to say yes to and was just so upfront with costs of alterations, accessories etc.I had an absolute horrific nightmare that night about the dress and I came up with one of my bridesmaids just to ease my mind. Abby then went above and beyond and made sure that I was comfortable with my dress and my thoughts. She is one of the most remarkable people I’ve ever met. So kind, friendly and absolutely hilarious! I didn’t even feel like I was at an appointment, it felt like I was just trying on dresses with friends. Thank you Abby for all of your hard work and dedication you provide to not only your clients but the business as a whole!

2022-02-06I had such a great experience with my stylist, Allie! As a plus sized woman, I was very worried and nervous about trying on wedding dresses and Allie was very understanding and there for me the entire way! She helped me pick out some beautiful dresses that were flattering to my figure and hyped me up so much. I ended up finding the perfect dress with her so quickly! I really couldnt believe it. I thought I would definitely have to shop around some more. Anyway, 10/10 would recommend Allie! She was the best :)

2022-02-24My daughter found the perfect wedding dress. It was The One. She looked beautiful and was so very excited. They measured her so they could get it in her size. Then they ordered her a HUGE dress that was nowhere near her size. When she tried it on and came out of the dressing room I expected to cry because my baby looked so beautiful. Instead SHE was the on crying because the dress was literally sagging and falling off of her. So of course they tried to remedy the situation. They grabbed a fist full of the material from the back at the top over the zipper and explained they could try to fix it. It would cost her another $$$$600 for the alterations for the dress that THEY ordered. My daughter was so upset. So of course I was upset too. She WILL NOT pay for their mistake. I started yelling at them, asking if this is how they make more money by ordering huge dresses that make them more money for alterations. They then said they would try to find that dress in her size. Isnt that what they were supposed to do in the first place? They should be ashamed to be upsetting brides and charging extra $ for their mistakes. Now she will be getting a damaged dress from another store. What an awful experience. I dont think the bridesmaids dresses will be coming for there, and I am posting on Facebook and Twitter asking for people to share this story. Shame on you Davids Bridal. Shame on you. NO STARS...is my choice!!!!!

2022-06-18I walked in as a first time fitting made an appointment and it was such a breeze. Seeing all of the beautiful dresses and excited new bridesEveryone at the welcome desk was so welcoming and I absolutely adored their manager!Andrea was super friendly, helpful, and really cared about her bride she was helping. She gave me great tips and tricks things she’s seen, things she likes which I really appreciate as I’ve never planned a wedding lolI loved working with her so much she even helped me find my dress to help me look like the Disney princess transforming into a queen!!Thank you so much David’s Bridal Staff!! 2022-08-18I had such a great experience at this Davids Bridal location! And it was all because of Abby! She was great! She helped me pick out the perfect bridesmaids dress for my best friends upcoming wedding! The bride picked the color and wanted us to choose our own dress. I have a hard time because Im so self conscious about how dresses look on me. Abby made me feel good about myself, was so patient and helped me find a great dress! She was very helpful and so nice! I will tell anyone who goes here to ask for Abby when they are looking for the perfect dress! She has excellent customer service skills! Thank you for everything Abby!

Trish was my stylist & was very helpful in finding what I was looking for & then what I also needed to polish the look & bring it all together. 2022-09-06I had the most wonderful experience today! I purchased a bridesmaid dress that ended up being just a bit too tight for comfort. The salespeople helped me exchange the dress and order a size bigger in time for the big day, with weeks to spare! I’m so thankful for the great service I always get here. This is my 5th dress purchased from David’s Bridal and I look forward to coming back for future events! Top notch service and a great return / exchange policy.

2022-02-26Andrea was wonderful! She helped me at more than one appointment while I changed my mind, shifted my budget, and tried on SO MANY dresses! She was professional, patient, positive, and really understood how important this decision was for me. I didnt realize how many off-the-rack choices there were at Davids bridal once you start looking!
