Honest quality service for fair prices :) Not afraid of my foreign car!
Despite being so busy during the re-opening of businesses, they managed to squeeze in fixing my brake lines (and ball & joints) between other orders (waiting for car parts, etc). My car was fixed in less than two days and i was able to get back to work as delivery driver right away. It was even less expensive than Bell Tire! They were very professional and the people at the counter were nice as can be. I can not be more thankful for their fast service and wonderful costumer service! Thank you guys and gals!!
A Great Mom & Pop Shop To Support Locally. This Business is Family Owned & Has More Than 20 Years Experience The Employees Are Friendly & Experts In Their Trade. They Live By Good Morals & Are Honest People. I Recommend Them To Anyone Who Needs To Take Their Vehicle To Work On. Doug One Of The Employees Here Is A Great People Person, Kind, Friendly, Honest, Keeps A Person Up To Date On Whats Going On With Their Vehicle. And Doug Is Very Knowledgeable As A Mechanic. George is a very Good Person too. And Garrett . The only thing is since COVID 19 started & Everything that has gone on. Davison Automotive has been very swamped with Work. And it may & can & will take extra days & time for the Guys the Mechanics to get to your Transportation.. They Automatically do a Diagnostic Testing from the Begining to see whats going on. Even though a Customer may have an Idea or know Something or nothing . But, Davison Automotive does that Testing for each & every Vehicle that goes to & through their Garage with Problems. And I believe the Cost was $98.20 for the Diagnostic Test. Either way . If a Person has troubles with their Truck or Car, etcetera. And if it is major & Minor. It could takes some time. For things to get checked & done. Patience may definitely be needed here. But, these Guys are alright. These are the Good Guys.
When I found out they were Christian owned, I wanted to show my support as a Christian customer. A few years back they got my Fiero straightened out, so when I moved up here and needed some repairs done, I came here first.They corrected the ride height in my camaro, replaced the struts, fixed the oil plug and replaced the axle. They are good people and good mechanics.The only reason I didnt give a five star rating, is because the facia panel in the front had a big scuff across it. I was so disappointed, as Id worked all last summer to get the car repainted.Ill still bring the Blazer in because I said I would. Just didnt see the damage until I got home.
These guys are great! They saved us a ton of money helping fix the bearing on our drive shaft among other things. They improvised for us as well which we really appreciated it. Had a loner car for us, and even gave me a free coffee mug! These guys are about a half hr drive from my place but I dont care I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.
The last time I went in to have winter tires installed on my vehicle, the mechanic also went ahead and buffed out a sizable dent in my front fender for no extra cost to me. I had not mentioned the dent and was going to wait to have it fixed so it was truly a nice surprise to pick up my car with newly installed winter tires, minus the dent. Thank you to the folks at Davison Auto for continued great service and for the act of kindness.
Brought my truck here for an alignment took no time at all. great group of guys! Always very friendly, honest and pricing is great, always trying to help you out and give 110% everytime. The techs are awesome also the one always walking around with these chocolate chip cookies raving about them hes hilarious and the one Tim? Hes very easy on the eyes!
I just got transferred for work out to Davison area just recently and had to look for a new shop to do work on my work vehicle. After asking a few coworkers where they go I tried here. And I and so pleased they have a customer for life.I called and ask about 1 main thing I was looking at getting work done on and I briefly mentioned something else that I had a question about and they went above and beyond to get my other issue resolved as well.And with a great central location it makes it nice and easy to get here to get work done. You will enjoy their friendly and knowledgeable staff that has been a step above other shops Ive been to in the past.
The best shop in town! They always give me an honest opinion on my cars, and I trust them more than any other auto shop around to do the job right.
Great service. My car was overheating so I pulled in and they stopped what they were doing to check my car. Nothing seriously wrong. Just a lose cap and low on coolant. They filled it up and sent me on my way with no charge. Integrity is hard to come by in mechanics and they seem to have it.
I had a connectivity issue with a recently replaced battery for my 2013 Focus (replaced elsewhere), so I stopped in to see what could be done. I was in a hurry, as I was on my way up north for the weekend. Not only did they pull my car back immediately, fix the issue in minutes, with a smile on their face all the while—but they also did it for free. When is the last time you brought your car to a shop and it cost you only a simple handshake? Was the issue minor? Yes. But the way Davison Automotive took care of my issue was beyond professional—it was truly friendly. Should anything need attention down the road on my Focus, I will bring it to them.
I bring my vehicle in regularly and every single time it’s a positive experience. The work is always done in a timely manner and the team at Davison auto always makes sure they get you taken care of and satisfied with the job they do. Would definitely recommend.
Great service. They are honest and take the time to explain what needs fixed, why, and what general steps they need to do to get to the part. They will also let you know what is urgent and what can wait. Rates are better than most chain stores and they are a local family business.
If you don’t know how to do something then turn down the work. I got aftermarket coil-overs put on my car and they did not set anything that needed to be set. I was told afterwards that they did not have an alignment machine at the time and couldn’t do my alignment. I paid over 400 dollars for them to do absolutely nothing to my car even after having it for 3 whole days.... terrible place
This is where you need to take your vehicle. My vehicle was repaired quicker than l expected and returned to me in better shape than when l left it, fixed and washed. The staff was nice and professional. I didnt know something and wasnt afraid to ask a question. The staff explained it to me and never belittled me. Davison Automotive is far the best place in town and my new garage.
George and his crew were amazing every step of the way in the process of dealing with the vehicles issues and the warranty company, kept me well informed every step of the way. They will continue to have my service.

Fantastic Company is all I can say, I will be a loyal customer for life! They worked on my 2014 Ford Focus a few months ago and actually fixed the problem instead of changing parts and billing me for them. Long story short the part they installed actually failed, I brought the car back to them and they were right on it. They kept the car for a few days to make sure thats all that was wrong with it, no problem. I received a phone call telling me the car is all set and good to go, to my surprise when I got there the bill came to $0.00. I was shocked not too many companies stand behind their work. This place is one of the better car shops that I’ve been to. My car broke down on my way to work and I showed up to Davison Automotive without any notice. I was taken care of and even got a loaner car for the day with no extra charge. These guys are friendly and great workers. I needed my trail blazer fixed quickly. My fuel pump went out on a sunday night. I called and George said go ahead and tow it in. He offered me a lender car to go home. My vehicle was done the next day. There was a few rust issues with straps under the car they dealt with for me. And my door needed to be welded and they didnt let me leave without welding it for me as a freabie. Davison Automotive is the BEST! Theyll be my future choice for auto repair again.

Davison Automotive is a great place to have any of your automotive needs met. They did a great job servicing our Ford Transit 350 XLT 15 passenger church van. Whether it be George or Doug who meet you at the counter and write up the job orders or the highly qualified team of mechanics and technicians that service your maintenance and repair needs, they are very personal and profession in every way.

We take our company vehicles up to this auto shop, so I thought that I would get some good service, that was NOT the case! I took my personal vehicle up to them as it was running very rough! After TWO days without a vehicle, I get a call and the tell me it’s a mass air flow sensor! The charge was going to total at 300+$ for the fix, which is two screws, and the part is 100$ and the labor may take 5-8 minutes. Not only do I feel lied too, but they also charged me 98$ to diagnose my vehicles issue! This place is very unprofessional and in my opinion, crooks! I will NOT be back, nor do I want my company to further their business with them! Very very very horrible experience!

You pay all this money to have your truck fixed and you get it back to it doing the same things they say they fixed. Rip off!!! And out a lot of money!!!! They must have gotten new owners or something because i always have gone here and they’ve always done such a good job. Not this time. They’re money hungry and as long as they get paid, they don’t care!!!! They act all nice when you first talk to them then after you pay, and your car is still missing up, they have so sympathy. They got their money that’s all that matters in their eyes.

Completely dissatisfied! ! Customer service is great BEFORE work is done but afterwards they dont care who they shaft or how the customer feels about them or their work. All they care is they have their money. Job done. You take a car in to be fixed? DONT EXPECT IT TO BE ABLE TO BE DRIVEN OFF THELOT! Even AFTER it costs you $400 😠😠 No solution was offered, no attempt to make this situation right or satisfy the customer at all! Word of mouth spreads like wildfire. ....

2022-01-29Honest, friendly, and professional staff and service. Explained needed maintenance in detail, gave me options to resolve all at once, or do as afforded and where we should begin. Which were safty issues first. Very reasonable priced compared to previous quote.All repairs are currently working and my vehicle performance has definitely improved.They also resolved a few small issues reasonably priced at my request.NEVER tried to SELL me anything extra or improved.I am a firm believer in supporting local and I will continue supporting this business.Thank you!

2022-05-27This crew put new wheel bearings in for me, that I bought off Amazon! Not all companies will work with customer bought parts so I’m very grateful for that. And the day after they installed those for me, my car started making a screeching noise, so I brought my car back asap and even with a shop full of cars they checked it out AND got it fixed within the hour! If not quicker! Thank you Davison Automotive.

2022-01-10I had my oil changed and tires rotated a few months ago. They treated me like family! While sitting in the waiting area the gentleman at the counter made sure I had everything I needed (coffee). We talked until my car was done! Last week when the temperature got really cold I needed air in my tires and windshield wiper fluid. I stopped there and they took care of it all for free! As I sat in my car while they did it any employee that walked by waved and smiled! I will definitely take my vehicle there for everything!

The guys who worked on my 2006 Jeep Liberty Diesel were thorough, creative, fast, and very professional.Ive lived in this area for 28 years and have used several other repair shops in the area. Some good, some ok, some terrible.Davison Automotive is the most reliable, thorough, and professional...hands downNobody else Ive tried even comes close.Their prices are very competitive and ya get a lot of bang for your buck.I highly recommend giving Doug a call. Hes straightforward and tells you exactly what they are going to do to repair your vehicle, when it will be complete, and how much it will cost.I had my oil pan plug repaired when other shops on the M15 strip said they couldnt do it wothout replacing the very expensive oil pan!They replaced my transmission lines after another shop screwed around for months with my transmission, and never bothered to tell me about the aging, rusty lines. Frankly, the transmission lines leaked like a siv when the other shop finally got it back together and gave me my Jeep back.Davison also replaced my broken 4WD Shifter & Cable, which was perfectly fine before I took it to the other shop on M15.Davison replaced my starter as well...after the other shop on M15 couldnt even properly diagnose the starting issue.Thank You Davison Automotive.Note: I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I gave you guys a fair review. The other shops have jacked me around so bad, broke stuff, and did incomplete or inferior repar, so I was very skeptical.I am 67 years old and physically handicapped. 2020-10-03They have handled almost every single car we have owned. The staff is very knowledgeable about every vehicle need and maintenance schedule. Very good service and turn around time on even the most extensive of jobs. Such as changing our entire engines and transmissions. I trust them to do the best work possible and keep you on the road safely. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
