Comment: I was lucky enough to stumble upon Definition Films when they were hied by Sonoma County Tourism to film a sustainability piece at Ridge Lytton Springs. I have hired them for a few jobs since then, this year, and continue to be very impressed by their work. Simply put, Justin and his team get it. They bring ideas to the table and I can tell they have a vision for the finished product while we are filming. I can speak for everyone at Ridge in saying that they are a pleasure to work with. They bring a level of excitement and confidence to each job and I can tell they are actually having fun at the job site. I recommend them 100%.

Comment: Our agency contracted with the Definition Films team to produce a short informational video to share highlights of a relatively large improvement project that our sanitary district had recently completed. I was quite impressed with the professionalism and passion for storytelling that the DF staff had shown throughout entire process. The resulting finished product was amazing. They took a relatively dull topic and turned it into a charming and enjoyable short film that can be used for years to come. Comment: My company hired Definition Films to produce a short customer case study video and it turned out beautifully. Justin and his team were so helpful and professional throughout the process. My work with Justin was entirely remote, as I live across the country, but I trusted him completely to create our vision with our customer, even though I was not onsite whatsoever. I attribute that comfort to the pre-production planning and care Definition Films took with this project. During production they got every shot we asked for and more. And post-production they were quick to edit and responsive. My company already has plans to hire Definition Films again.

Comment: Outstanding film maker! Justin of Definition Films has excellent skills as a cinematographer, but his real talent lies in his editing ability. When he puts together a piece, he understands the pacing just right to make the project effectively communicate. His sound edits are right on queue, he shoots in hi speed and hi def allowing him to capture incredibly crisp slow motion shots, and he knows exactly where it should all go and when. I have referred him to several clients and he is always professional, on time and on budget. Highly recommended!
