Comment: Hello,I recently bought my quad from Del Amo not too long ago and brought it in for repairs back in April. I brought in a complete bike that was partially taken apart already. I left the service representative the quad, signed some papers and walked away. 2 months later I finally get my quad back and it’s missing a seat. I’m told that I didn’t bring it in with a seat. We go back and forth and I get told they will look into it. Few days go by and I don’t get a call or any follow up so I reach out and get told that they will check security cameras to see if I did or did not bring the seat in. It’s been about a week now and I haven’t heard anything back still. Tried calling a few days ago and sent an email. Got a call back and was told my message would be passed along but I still haven’t received a call. I even let them know I don’t care what seat I get back I just need a seat for my quad. Would not recommend this shop.

Comment: Those guys don’t care about their customers once they get the sale. All customer service is gone . Ricardo and Jonathan in sales don’t help you once they get money. Had damage to Talon on showroom floor and they were going to take care of it under warranty but never did so we had to go to Honda to get it taken care of. Won’t recommend them. Friend had the same problem but didn’t think they would do it twice. He never got his warranty part ameven after 2 years.

Also comes to show no signs of buyers remorse as I am extremely happy with the way Jonathan helped me narrow it down to what I would need, want and above all else like. I came in with an idea of what to look for but with his assistance and experience, helped me find a way to take a bike home. Then Ricardo helped me cross the Ts and dot the I’s… and about two weeks later, I am still a happy customer. Comment: Took a long time, about 2 months and I took 2 bikes to have services that included tires and basic service. One bike had a plastic fairing improperly installed which I fixed. The other bike front tire was not mounted properly and leaked. The big issue is that I was told the bike was ready weeks before I picked it up but chose to leave it as I had another bike being serviced and I lived 2 hours away. In that time the tire would have been fully flat and would have needed inflation when we picked it up. So either they lied about when it was done or aired it up when I came to pick it up and chose to not tell me. My son and I rode the bikes home on paved hwy and I couldnt see driving on the highway could pop a tire off the bead. It looks like it just wasnt mounted right or it was cut in installation. The other part that suck is that we were in the process of relocating and I didnt ride the bike in the week and a half in the meantime so I had no idea that the tire was flat. I noticed when I was loading it in the truck to leave. It wasnt cheap and both bikes had issues after service. I now live 1500 miles away and I guess I dont have to worry about going back. The service guys seem to be nice but the service was not

Dont fall for their take the rebate and then just refinance. No one knows what interest rates will be when you decide to do that refinance. They made sure to explained all my financing options and available add-ons and let me choose the best deal for me. I ended up really wanting a unit that wasnt in their store, and they went up to the LA area store and had it on their floor in 1 day. If youre looking to make a Power-sports purchase its definitely worth it to go in and see what they can do for you.

When I got there, I was greeted by Michelle at front desk, and the rest of my matter were handled by Rafael in sales, Jose the floor manager, and Gerardo in finance. I also picked up some gear from Antonio, and received some guidance on caring for the scooter from Gus and another gentleman I didn’t catch the name of. Comment: I bought a KTM 1290 with 10k milesIt had a MTC error pop up when I turned it on to leave the Del Amo motors parking lot I informed the Mechanic and he said its an update that needs to be downloaded come back for your bike tomorrow. When I picked up the bike the next day I hoped off the curb & to test out the off road option & the front suspension exploded these guys sell lemon used bikes I will not return to this shop and encourage all to stay away from their used bikes. KTM 1290 adventure bikes are trash as well

Would get 0 stars if possible.I recieved a text, as well as thousands of other people, during a tent event to come down and see the half off prices, with the thought of.. ok, this could be cool. I arrive shortly after the text (shortly after store opening) to an OK crowd, definitely not as busy as the Associates claimed to be, as they were all acting frantic and had no system in place on how to properly assist customers during an event. It was literally employee caused chaos. My wife and I find a Ducati Supersport that we were both intrigued by and decided to give it a shot. Unfortunately, the wrong Sales Associate approached us, who turned out to be a Ducati fan himself who made some remarks to me that the red tag price was incorrect and that it was marked down too much in price from what they were originally asking for it, and that he actually wanted this bike and didnt know it was going to sell for this price. Immediate red flag. But ok, he seemed decent enough to continue with attempting this purchase.. we waited all day.. while he claimed the banks are too busy and the will process the application the next morning.. hmm ok. Go back the next day and he claims that the banks are too busy again. What? How do you guys expect to do business with banks that take days for approval?? Ok. So after that next day and being told the application would be processed, I decided to trust him and wait a full week to call and check back on the application status. When I called the Finance Manager says Hmmm, Thats funny, I never received and paperwork to do on this Ducati, I will get it done for you right now and call you back. This was two months ago and they duck my calls and never return them. Very unprofessional and unkind as I wasted time and gas going down to south bay. This associate even claimed that the tag price was wrong and that they probably couldnt sell it... thats false advertising, i even got the picture to prove it. Whats upsetting the most is that the sales associate was having a baby fit because he wanted this bike a didnt know it was gonna be priced the way it was. These Associates hold these bikes for themselves or for friends but this is not a trustworthy dealership. I highly recommend going elsewhere In San Diego. I sure did, I took my money and bought my ducati through another dealship.

Comment: I used to deal exclusively with Tommy at the service department for years because he was knowledgeable, honest, always looked out for my yamaha and ducati as if they were his own, and didn’t avoid me like the plague like some of the other guys because I was a spanish speaker. No BS just good old fashioned service and good advice and tips that have helped me as a rider and helped me get the most out of my bikes. Now I have recently learned he no longer works here which I was bummed but not is all lost. HUGE shoutout to Ivan! I have been working with him since Tommy left and he cannot be more of a pleasure to work with. Same excellent service and advice from a fellow track enthusiast I was used to with Tommy as a motocross racer and fast and efficient also! Come see Ivan for all your service needs he will be my go to guy from now on and request Johnathan Sotos as your tech. I appreciate good quality work and attention to detail which is what is always provided when my bikes are in for service, they will really deliver the goods! Comment: I used to big a real big customer of this place, between buying 5 different motorcycles, to having services done here. I have given Del Amo several chances to correct issues with my new bike. After my last service fairing bolts were missing, a new check engine light and the oil filter being completely wrenched down. I brought them a new bike with less than 6k miles on it and it was not treated the right way. They just directed me to buy the bolts myself at the sales counter and then told me there would be another 190 diagnoses fee. The service department has not been the same since Mike has left. At the price they are charging per hour you would expect better service and care for your bike.

Comment: Very Disappointed in the Service Department! I have always had good experiences with the rest of the place but one day i broke down on the freeway near their facility... I had a repair that required removing the gas tank, when they did the repair they knocked the air box loose, on the ride home it ran horribly so I called Andrew when i got home and told him what happened. He said to bring it in, but after they looked at it, he said the mechanic denied there was any problem whatsoever and that i needed to pay for a diagnostic service, so i showed them the disconnected air box from the intake. He said that he had to get the manager involved. After about 2 hours they said I would have to pay again for them to fix their mistake. They originally said that the repair took 1 hour labor ($180) because they had to remove the tank which sits directly above the air box, i said that was a bit much for the repair since it was only a kill switch on the handle bar. They said that they would not charge for a full hour if it did not take that long. Today they must have forgotten that they told me that because they said that they did not even remove the tank for the repair, which is what they said the extra labor is for. After filing a comaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, The B.A.R. investigated and suggested I file a small claims suit against them because i have a very well documented case

Today was definitely a highlight due to the the service department’s and Ivan’s quick thinking and disposition to get the job done. Had a bad blowout yesterday on my vstar which is my daily form of transportation and dropped it off this morning to get the tire changed and needed my bike back today. The twist is that they did not have my size in stock. Ivan not only have great customer service but managed to get the job done and was able to get a tire same day and the quality of the work was once again top notch. I noticed a while ago skimming through my invoices that whenever I get Jonathan Sotos as the tech working on my bike is when I get the best work possible. My sales person neglected to provide me with the paper work that I needed to sign before the bike could be relased for shipment to Texas. Long story short, two pick-up attempts were called off by Del Amo when the carrier arrived. This cost me and additional $200. I didnt receive the bike until 4 weeks after making payment. I have yet to receive the title and cant get an update as the entire staff ignores my voicemails, emails, and texts. Ive asked for the general manager but they wont even tell me his/her name. This is no way to do business.

He told me to “hold on” multiple times when other customers would walk through the door so that he could also start their application process. He left me waiting for 40 minutes while they “talked to the bank” then he came back and told me that my rental lease wasn’t a valid proof of address. I offered another form for proof of address and waited another 40 minutes for them to offer me financing for over DOUBLE the advertising price of the bike! When I asked why the price was so high they told me that the bank was charging me a fee in order to approve me for financing. However, in all fairness, I can tell you based on what Ive seen, if you are a newer rider or inexperienced purchasing bikes, stay far away from this place. I saw a used bike on their showroom floor that is 3 years old with several thousand miles on it and they were asking what a brand new one would cost plus an additional markup fee. On top of this, the left handlebar ends were scraped, the left mirror was scuffed. Both of these are likely indicators the previous owner may have dropped or slid this bike. And they are willing to resell that same machine for the MSRP of a brand new one plus additional fees. Im going to give the benefit of the doubt and assume those discrepancies would be fixed before they actually sold the bike but thats what I saw on the showroom floor with a price tag clearly hanging.

While checking out the Raptor, Tim Schell (who was already helping out another customer) offered to call someone else if I wanted help right away but I told him we would wait for him. After he was through with his customer, Tim answered all our Questions. Went over all our options And told us we could run the numbers to get an idea but wasnt pushy like most salespeople are. Comment: Worst experience EVER. First of all I filled out a request for a quote and was contacted by an online sales representative. I was PROMISED that there would be a 2020 Suzuki SV650 there so I put a deposit down to hold it. I have a reciept stating such. When I arrived I was told there were none available and that they were NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION. The whole deal went south from there but I tried to work with them on a similar bike. I needed a week to come up with a few dollars to make the deal happen and when I returned the sales rep that spent almost 4 hours with me didnt know who I was. I didnt feel like spending another 4 hours there as I was told when I returned it would be a lot smoother. It wasnt. It was worse. I left and purchased a bike a little further north with a much better price and a way better experience. My advice is look elsewhere.

I didn’t mind the first 2 hours that it took to get the approval for the bank because that is to be expected. What I did mind was the 2 hours it took for the to get the contract together. There was no explanation as to why it took so long, I was just waiting around aimlessly. I will not be buying anything from here again.

Comment: On March 30, 2021 my wife and I visited Del Amo Motor Sports located at 1890 Auto Park Place in Chula Vista. The purpose of the visit was to purchase a utility vehicle to help us with the chores around our ranch. I’m sixty-eight years old and scheduled to have surgery to replace both hips, my mobility is becoming very limited but I still need to get around to take care of our animals.I saw the utility vehicle I wanted at Del Amo Motorsports on their Website. It was advertised for $24,299 and I expected to pay dealer markup and fees. I did not expect to be lied to and cheated. I received a coupon from Polaris Incorporated for a $1,000 AG discount which I qualified for because I own a goat ranch. I also have a partial state sales tax exemption for my goat business.After several hours of negotiations and being shuffled from table to table, we agreed on an out the door price of $27,000. I made it perfectly clear to both the salesman and sales manager that I did not want a service contract, commonly known as an extended warranty.They finally moved us to a small room to sign documents. I asked several times if the out the door price was still $27,000. The salesman said yes and that a service contract was being included at no cost in the out the door price of $27,000. I signed documents including a service contract and again told it was included in the out the door price of $27,000.We were given the service contract but not the other documents that I signed. The salesman said I would get all the documents when they delivered the vehicle, which was about a week later.When the vehicle was delivered, the driver handed me the documents tightly folded and stapled together with numerous staples. Later I opened the documents and was shocked to see they added $3,000 to the loan for a service contract. After learning what they did I tried to cancel the service contract with a certified letter on April 15, 2021 addressed to AEGIS Powersports the holder of the service contract. They received the letter on April 19, 2021 but I have not been successful in getting a refund.To make matters worse, the vehicle was not serviced as promised, had a damaged muffler heat shield and was very low on fluids when it was delivered. The main gear case would have certainly been damaged if I had not checked and adjusted the fluid level. It’s hard to say if any damage to the gear case had already occurred since there were 5 miles already on the vehicle when delivered. The tool set that comes in a plastic bag with the vehicle was ripped opened and the pair of Polaris pliers was missing from the set.Before using the vehicle, I replaced the damaged heat shield because I didn’t want to take the chance of starting a fire in the dry grass and brush at our ranch.I’m requesting that I be given a $3,000 refund for the service contract that I tried to cancel and a new pair of Polaris pliers.

Spoke to Tania on the phone at the Santa Ana location about a bike they had there, she told me to swing by the South Bay location since I lived closer and told me to talk to Pablo.I did just that, popped in as a first time rider looking to just run my credit and see what I could leave with and what the payments would be. Not only did they hit my target for the monthly payments but they did it with $0 down!I came in to do some recon work and ended up leaving with a brand new 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400ABS.Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from helping me pick out a helmet to offering me quick lessons on the bike being that it was my first time riding. Pablo was excellent and extremely helpful, I forget who else helped me but from financing all the way to doing the paperwork with Ryan, the crew over there took good care of me.They went over the bike in extreme detail with me also, giving me a rundown of everything from how to break it in to where all the controls are and what services I would be needing.There is no doubt in my mind that I will be coming back, probably in a month or two to secure my second bike! We were very pleased with our 2 prior purchases and hoped to get the same service with the new company.We purchased a 2020 TurboS Velocity RZR from salesperson Nahim, and he was very straightforward with the pricing. There was no haggling back and forth which was SO nice. There was one mix up with the cost of the warranty once we went to the finance office, but they fixed it for us so they could honor the payment they quoted us. The process was quick and simple, and once our RZR was built in their warehouse they would deliver it.We received our new RZR, but as soon as we went for a test drive, the engine went into limp mode. We were so disappointed with all the scratches, fading, and rust spots all around what was supposed to be a new vehicle from a crate.We immediately called and spoke to the general manager, Ricardo. He was quick to resolve the situation AND EVEN OFFERED TO SWITCH OUT OUR VEHICLE WITH ANOTHER ONE!!! Who does that after you’ve already financed something??? Ricardo was so professional, took complete ownership of the problems, and was more then accommodating. He provides the best customer service EVER!Customer service still exists at this place. They ended up fixing everything (just a sensor unplugged), replaced the defective plastics, and gave it a full detail. They even gave us a gift card and discounted parts!We’re pretty happy with our RZR, but will definitely be returning if we buy something else!

Comment: Price gouging and false advertising:· You want to think that most people are honest and straight forward especially when it comes to larger business. That is not the case with Del Amo motor sports! Being a business owner myself I understand the need to have a profitable business. During times when the economy is down you have sales to try and bring in more business, when things are good you don’t have sales and people pay full retail. But, when you advertise a certain discount or special as a business owner you honor that pricing. Well, that wasn’t the case with Del Amo. Below is a outline of my resent experience with Del Amo. I will do my best to stick with the facts and be unbiases.· I have been scrolling through advertisements/doing research for a few months now and finally decided to pull the trigger on a Polaris xp4 S for me and my family. I found one on the Del Amo motor sports website for the typical MSRP price but, if I am a member of one of there 1600 affiliates I would receive a $2000 discount. I called Del Amo, made an apt and meet with a young man to get the process started. He was already aware of the buggy I wanted, they had it in stock and we started to talk about numbers. I told him about the special I saw online, he took it back to his manager and came back with “Don’t shot the messenger” response because his manager was unwilling to honor the advertise pricing. I asked to speak with the manager and after about 15 minutes he came back and said “Sorry, they are not discounting these right now”. I said “he wont even come talk to me”? after a few minutes the manager came and sat down. He asked what I needed, I explained the issue and he said “I’m sorry, we are selling so many of these we decided to stop honoring all advertised discounts”. I said “really! that seems like bad business to me”. He asked where I saw the advertisement, I showed him and he said “That’s not our web site” to which I showed the Name and banner Del Amo Motor sports on their website. He said “its not their web site its an advertising agency they hire to advertise for them”. I said one last time to confirm “so you are not going to honor the advertised price” He said “absolutely not! We are selling so many and cant keep them in stock so we are jacking up the pricing on all our units”. Not to mention the $4K Added Dealer Markup (ADM) which is 2-3 times any other dealing I contacted. Seems like greed to me!· I know this is not an essential item but it saddens me to think that a company like this would intentionally gouge their customers to make a few extra dollars. You, me and other people are their customers and Customers are the life’s blood of any business. I understand this with my business and instead of gouging my customers I just get booked out a little further. The only way to teach the greedy a lesson is the hit them where it counts most… Their wallet…· I intend to contact the BBB, channel 9 and 10 news, the attorney general and post this review online to do everything I can so people know exactly who they are doing business with in hopes they avoid criminals like this and give their business elsewhere. Unfortunately for Del Amo this will cost them far more than the $2000 discount they chose not to honor. Seems very short sighted to me…

It was a nice bike, until the dealer wanted to talk numbers. I told him I dont currently have a motorcycle license, but in the process of getting one and he told me I didnt need a license or insurance to ride or buy the bike. I then told him I had to talk to my spouse about it before making a big decision like that, and he responded with its better to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission. Im not the only one who has had experiences like this, some of my friends have had negative experiences here as well. Im probably never going to go here again or recommend it ever.

And prices are pretty much in sync as far as I can see, but there is a concern for me that follows.The only thing that really bugs me is the price on the website. It shows the price and maybe a discount. But be aware there is a price disclosure button that you better tap so you dont get a big surprise. For instance, you might see a bike for $6000 after a $2500 discount. But the disclosure button may disclose there is another line item charge of $2300 with just a different acronym, so the price is really $8300 plus tax and registration. I dont know about you, but I find this rather deceptive. Will it stop me from doing business, not sure yet, but this is a pretty funky way to do business. Misleading at best.I dont know if this is standard, but I never saw it at the Harley dealers Ive been to. It doesnt sound legal, but again, the price is there. It just takes an extra step to see it. When it comes time for me to buy my next cycle, if Del Amo has the one I want, Im pretty sure I would do business, albeit a careful business.At least now I will be more careful when drooling over a nice bike I like and make sure I know the real price with no surprises.Please understand me. Im not saying they are doing anything wrong. But (yes, theres that but again), I think that whole pricing reveal is dodgy and shouldnt be done that way.

Comment: This was my first motor cycle buying experience. I was very impressed with our salesman Issac because he made us feel comfortable and had great customer service. The store was well organized and there was a great selection of motorcycles. We got there during a sales event. Marcela helped us navigate financing and registration and she was great as well.We did run into an issue with the wrong VIN on our registration, but they were able to make the correction the next business day after I signed some new paperwork. The only thing that I was not completely satisfied was the application of freight fees to the out the door price. However, I cant completely blame anyone at Del Amo. I should have been more diligent about asking about the added fees to the sales price. I believe that almost all motorcycle dealerships add some sort of Fee. Just be aware what those fees are and calculate it into your budget. I wish I had.

Comment: The first motorcycle dealer I ran into who had transparent markups. Additionally their out the door price beat the lowest quote I received by 700 off the bat. Everyone was very helpful and they were able to get my desired bike to their location nearest me.Id recommend this place and will be getting my next bike here as well.

Comment: No pressure and super friendly. Isaac and Ryan Rivers were awesome with the sales process. An issue came up that was totally beyond anyone’s control, and the Manager Chris was on it! He made sure I was taken care of. Even the guys in the maintenance bay are great. This place went above and beyond, and I will not hesitate to come back. This place Rocks!

Comment: I bought my current motorcycle from them. They are always friendly and quick to get my serviced bike back to me. Prices are equal to or better than their competitors. My only complaint is that it seems they dont want you to use the coupons they send in the mail. They sent one to discount my bikes first servicing, but it was a few months after I had already gotten the work done (by them). Other coupons expire way too quickly before I can get a chance to use them. Overall, I would recommend them if you want your bike fixed quickly without hassles.

Comment: Customer service is not a priority for them, I have called numerous times to get a price on a bike and no answers besides the front desk. I sat on the phone listening to the same recording over and over before front desk decides to pick up and ask if I’m still waiting for sales. I don’t recommend wasting your time with this company they are a corporation that doesn’t care about building long term relationships with their customers to keep them coming back.

Comment: Would absolutely give negative stars if I could. Awful experience from the beginning to the end. I went to them to get my wheels disassembled so I could get them powder coated. I was quoted a price of $225 for the labor and new bearings and they also said that they wouldnt be charging me for storage. I dropped my bike off on a Thursday and was told that they put in an order for new bearings the next day. The following week, I was told only two bearings came in and that two more would be on back order up to a month. They said that they would find an alternate vendor. I called the next day to ask whether they were able to find one and they simply said that they will try for aftermarket versions. I was confused as to why they couldnt find an alternate vendor after they had several days that week to call around. When I brought this point up with them, they just said that theyll speak to their vendor again and see if there were any changes. I finally got a call back saying that they found an alternate vendor and that the bearings would arrive the following week. At this point, this was pretty much approaching the two week mark.When I finally went to pick up my bike, they tried to charge me $377 and when I questioned them as to why they were not honoring their original price, they just shrugged and said that due to miscommunication they would lower it to $300. There was no miscommunication, there was a lack of communication as to what the extra charges would be. They claimed that the extra charge came from the bearings, but I was told initially when I spoke to someone that the ENTIRE job including the new bearings and disassembly/reassembly would cost $225 total. So basically, they extended the work on my bike and they also ripped me off with the final price. Also, throughout the entire time my bike was there, their communication was awful and I was always told different things whenever I spoke to someone on the phone. A complete nightmare working with them as well as the final upcharge. Please DO NOT take your bike here. Youre much better off doing as much of the work you can yourself.

Comment: First and foremost, I have to say that I NEVER write a review about anything period. However, the service department over at Southbay Motorsports have been nothing short of phenomenal so they deserve a review!Specifically, I cant say enough good things about Justin and Michael in the service department. They have always taken care of me and have always been patient with my every request. They have never told me no and have always been honest and hardworking guys. I have taken my CBR500R to them for the last 4 years. I have been in 3 accidents and they have always been there for me and have listened to me even when I have been frustrated. They have been completely empathetic and understanding over the last 4 years. They have never been impatient with me and have always been fair. Justin and Michael thank you so much for everything I wish you and all the staff at Southbay Motorsports the best and wish you all extreme success! Thank you!!!

Comment: At first I felt ignored when I walked in the place is huge and no employee were around. After I got to the helmets someone came right over to help me. He walked the entire store to ensure I found all the stuff I was looking for. Special order took a couple days longer than promised but they kept me updated on the shipping. Really nice place to shop they take their time with you to make sure you leave happy.

Comment: Ive been going to South Bay Motorsports since I was a kid. I never actually delt with the service center, but now that I have, I WILL NEVER GO BACK! They lied to me everyday for a week about when they were actually going to inspect my bike. When they finally got to it, they never actually took the time to INSPECT it. All they did was write down the damages that I told them about and wrote up an estimate based off that. When I brought my bike home, I did my own inspection and found damages to the frame. I paid $90 for a job that they never actually did. It took me no more than 10 minutes to do the inspection myself. My life depends on a good, safe and reliable bike. I will never trust these guys with my life ever again.

Comment: Super friendly and great selection of bikes, just too busy at times. I tested out two triumphs, which was super cool of them to do. Then I was ready to buy a bike, then sat there waiting for about thirty minutes or more. By the time we got to the numbers, I had been there over two hours, unfortunately, I had to go. Nothing negative to say about staff, just try to go at an off time if thinking to purchase.Update- I ended up going back on a Monday night to get the bike, took about an hour and a half. Pretty much choose them because they let me ride their own personal bike.

Comment: Ive been to several moto shops in SD and Southbay is the one I keep coming back to. The sales, service, and parts guys are all great. I never felt rushed during the sales process and the salesman took his time with me to pick the right bike at the right price (Yamaha R3.) Paper work and insurance was made very easy to understand as well.Every time I bring my bike into service the techs always seem to go above and beyond to make sure my bikes needs are met and the parts guys always get me set with what I need.Special shout out to Rudy & Oscar!

Comment: Great place to walk around. With a decent collection of bikes and gear. I get my motorcycle serviced here regularly and the work is good. My one concern is that while waiting for the service and browsing the certificates hanging on the wall, the mechanic certificates are old and the awards are dated. Makes me wonder if the employees still work there and if they are keeping up their training.

Comment: Love the service here! Had recall work done and asked them to check the brakes which werent confidence inspiring to say the least. $30 fix and they gained a passionate customer by not overcharging for a simple fix. I think they even washed it too!

Comment: I was really excited about looking at the bike I want, however I roamed around the showroom and no one came to see if I wanted anything. So I had to find someone to sell me the bike I wanted. The great news is that the service department is great, and filled with knowledgeable people who helped me find new helmets.

Comment: Strolled in just to see the bikes especially the rocket 3. Salesman was nice and moved a heavy table with brochures around so I could check it out and walk around one better. No pressure to buy anything and ready to help. Great place to see and shop for a new bike they have stock in wide variety of styles all sitting on the floor.

Comment: Out of all the dealers I went to, SouthBay was actually my second choice. Only reason I came to these guys was because they had the bike READY TO GO, and they will beat other dealers prices. Sales Reps and Sales Manager was awesome, both very easy going. It did not take very long for me to haggle with the price, they just said DO IT. BUT, your offer has to be reasonable. Great place, will come here again for my next bike. Will also tell others to buy a bike from here! They have a wide selection of bikes, so just check them out even if you arent planning to buy!
