Comment: This place is amazing! Its very clean the beds are pretty comfortable. The service was great! quick and efficient! I also loved the fact theres a shuttle stop right at the entrance for easy access to the Disney Parks. Would totally stay again! :)

Comment: There was an extremely loud (Vegas club level loud) wedding being held at the hotel, I could hear the music from several floors up. When I called the front desk and asked how long it would last, they said midnight and informed me there was nothing they could do about the noise. This would have been great to know prior to booking and having and early flight the next day. They did move my room which was appreciated.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. However parts of the carpet were dirty and the AC was a bit dated.

Comment: Great looking property, friendly and helpful staff, proximity is close to Disney/groceries/food so whatever your needs, its all there.For us, the 12pm check out was perfect!Heated pool and relaxing hot tub were amazing on a brisk night.Bring your compact car though, this property has tight fitting car stalls, either way, hubbs and I enjoyed this hotel

Comment: An absolute nightmare of an experience. Booked with points, needed to merge a reservation and change the night. Same rate, same room. Points were returned but a one night charge occurred because they were not able to merge a reservation. I still stayed the two nights. Nothing on my cancellation says I’ll be charged the one night. Araceli Falcon was no help. She kept asking for the emails I received, and then the screenshots. After a few days of back and forth she simply says there is nothing I can do. It’s greed. If I didn’t stay two nights and cancelled all together I could see the charge, but because they wouldn’t modify the stay they charged me.

Comment: My husband and I stayed here for our trip to Disney. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, room was clean, and had a mini refrigerator and a comfy couch and big flat screen TV. Starbucks and another restaurant was available downstairs, and I saw a pool and fitness center as part of the amenities. Overall very nice stay, and I would stay here again. Sometimes you may need to park a little further from the hotel but there is ample parking available.

Comment: This hotel is clean & employees are very helpful & friendly. They have a big swimming pool & hot tub. The hot tub is actually warmer than usual. It is so clean & employees are constantly restocking towels & picking up trash left by guests.They have a grill, Starbucks & full bar. Good can be ordered until 10:30 pm. I had the most delicious hamburger with a good amount of lettuce tomato onions pickles & cheese it was nothing like fast food burgers. The fries & onion rings were delicious & plentiful.Parking is a whooping $25 a day & they have signs posted that they are not responsible for your car. What the heck are they charging for if the lot is on their property?They put bottles of water & do full room service daily. I thought this was a thing of the past & was happy they still do this service for guests. Thank you

Comment: So I arrived on Saturday, late afternoon, to find the parking spaces reserved for registering all blocked with caution tape. Turns out they were having an event that evening, and were reserving those spaces for the attendees of that function. Apparently the attendees of functions of the hotel take precedence over the staying, paying guests. Along with several other guests, I was forced to park in the fire lane to go in and register. After that, parking was nearly impossible to find. I found a space quite a distance away behind the hotel. Later, I drove off to visit with relatives. When I returned about 9 pm, there was absolutely no parking in the front, nor in the back. This hotel had the nerve -- the absolute nerve -- to charge $25 per night for parking, even when they dont have any. The first night I finally parked at another hotel, hoping I wouldnt be towed. I asked the front desk to please reimburse me for one nights parking, as I paid for it and wasnt able to park. They said no. Pretty bad service. The next morning I was all ready to take a shower, and saw the bathtub had about 5 inches of standing water in it, with lots of black gunk in it (see photo). Now when I checked in, the tub was empty and I didnt use it the first night, so there was no way I caused the back up. I called for maintenance. They came up and snaked the drain, and pulled out the biggest, nastiest clump of hair and slime. Nauseating. The guy gave the tub a quick rinse, but no way was I getting into it with my bare feet. I called and requested a different room, which they accomodated. The second room was much better, but you can be sure they didnt offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. My lasting impression is that this hotel is very interested in taking your money, but has no regard for the inconviences for which they are responsible. The location is great, but the customer service is far below expectations.

They have known of the issue with holding events and trying to fit hotel guests and nothing has changed. It will not change because they do not care. Food restaurants are across the parking lot and a huge target across the street in case you forget to bring something during your stay. Overall a great location and hotel experience. Comment: We stayed here for a week and would not recommend it to anyone. They charge $25 a day for parking, but they block off the front parking spots for special parties in the ballroom. We had to park behind the hotel and walk so far around to even get to the front. Our hotel room had a broken toilet paper holder which is an inconvenience. Don’t even get me started on the attitudes of certain staff here. We will never stay here again.

From what I can say about her room, which was a king size bedroom on I believe like the fourth floor is that it was absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. It was a small room with a fridge and a lounge like couch. I dont remember if she had a view or not. I would definitely stay here

Comment: I love this hotel so much, this was my second stay and the service is immaculate. I work in hospitality and I am so grateful when I receive good service when I travel. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Gina, who made this trip very special for my friend, who came with me for her baby moon. We had a small issue with our room being a bit noisy, and the next day we were accommodated without question. Thank you again x 100! We will definitely be back! We also got a free firework show from our room. No hassle for parking or even leaving the comfort of our room. Simply amazing!

Comment: The room was clean, you have to request to have your room cleaned. Nice Lobby and good security to access floors. They charge too much for parking to have a resort fee; of $25.00 in comparison to other hotels only charging $10.00 or nothing.The wi-fi is spotty so what are you getting for fees? The bed is firm, but the pillows are soft and do not support your head and neck for a good nights sleep.Ask for one of the renovated rooms.

Comment: Rooms are nice, with the exception of the carpet in the rooms. Should be taken out and replaced with hardwood. Do NOT take a room with a connecting door - you will hear your neighbour’s conversations WORD FOR WORD. Other than that, friendly service, clean rooms, Starbucks downstairs was nice. Elevators are key card access only so an excellent safety feature. Transportation to the parks is the horrible ART system and not within walking distance. Target across the street is a nice convenience. Plenty of restaurants around.

Comment: Upon check in… our room was filled with a wet dry vac and tools everywhere… we waited…and were given a key to the room next door. It smelled like sewer..probably from what seemed to be a clogged overflowing toilet from our first room next door. We waited again…were told they were upgrading us.. moved us to the 9th floor… our upgrade was a 9th floor room..that looked exactly the same lol…We were determined not to let this first day ruin our vacation with our grown kids…. The next few days were fine..bed was comfy..internet worked..had hot water. Tons of company parties on property..loud music and zero parking EVERYDAY we were there.Then came our Disney day..we left at 7am…. Their policy is..if you want your room cleaned you have to request it be cleaned… we DID NOT request for our room or our kids room. But upon arrival late that night after a day at Disney..our kids called and said their room had been cleaned and we needed to come down.My son in law had forgotten to put his wedding ring on that morning in the hustle and bustle of going to Disney early. He left it in a black zipped up jewelry keeper on the nightstand.You guessed it..it was gone. Not just his ring..the entire box! We tore the room apart.. nothing. Called the mgr and were told they would investigate in the morning. So we cancelled our morning plans to deal with this.After about 10am..I finally had to get firm about the lack of progress..they sent 3 managers to the room (my husband and I walked down) thinking they were needing to go through the room and the kids belongings. Nope..they stood in the doorway..talked to each other in Spanish… said nothing to us… and started to leave. I stopped them..told them they could look through anything they needed to..pointed to the kids luggage…. She smiled and they left.We called down about 30 min later and were told that they were done with the investigation bc we were not cooperating. I about lost my mind..not gonna lie. I was not nice at that point.Needless to say..we called the police..they showed up. The manager admitted they know who went in the room but they were not saying she took anything but that she did not have a request or authorization to clean the kids room. It was a mistake. And proceeded to tell us the ring was lost. Again I about lost my mind. Listen lady.. the ring was not sitting on the table and knocked off…it was in a box and the whole damn box was gone.. you were given access to search our things..even my husband’s and my things on the 9th floor… didn’t..and then said we weren’t cooperating!!! No we were not leaving you or your staff ALONE with our things after a 1k ring had been stolen!My advice…stay somewhere else. My adult kids learned a valuable life lesson on our Christmas trip.. people are shady and can’t be trusted. Use the safe in the room…always..even if they tell you they will not be cleaning your room. I hope the little girl that took it was atleast able to buy Christmas for her family with what she took from my newly married kids.Integrity is lost on this hotel…they watched my kids be devastated on our vacation and could have cared less…We will stay in contact with the police…they were amazing… doubt we will ever get it back but I hope it frightens the one who took it..fearing they might figure it out.Tons of resorts in the area..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Proceeded to say how do I know you didn’t break it. Then refuses to return or answer my calls as I try to dispute this. Still ongoing dispute since July. Not only did they charge me $400 for this then they proceeded to charge my card a second time. Now I’m resorting to calling them out in as many review message boards as possible.

Comment: *We stayed in March 2022, so this may be outdatedWe originally planned to go to this hotel for a Disneyland Vacation in March 2020, but due to COVID, we had to keep moving the trip along again and again. Through this process, the staff working the front desk were nothing but professional and went above and beyond to assist us with changing our reservation.The hotel itself is quite close to Disneyland, about a 10 minute drive. There is a shuttle, but Uber and Lyft are cheaper, especially with more than two people, so I suggest that. Prices also seemed to spike right at park open, so go earlier, or just after open.We had two rooms booked and there were no issues, and keep in mind this was right as things were opening up, so obviously they kept the hotel well-maintained. We had breakfast a couple of times and it was great, no complaints there. There is also a pool which was decent size, and didnt seem to get too busy, though to be fair we were frequently out and about.Overall this is a great option for people hoping to visit Disneyland as it is quite close to the resort but not so close that its too expensive. The hotel is not luxurious, but is great and has everything you need inside and nearby.*We were four adults and one 10 year old child

Comment: Hotel is wonderful, except when we arrived there were ZERO parking spots anywhere on the property. Both lots were totally full, with many cars illegally parked. Front desk told us to kick rocks. Had to park in the shopping area across the street (ignoring like 30 signs telling us not to), stay up late and set an alarm to move the car every 2 hours. Eventually the banquet/wedding/whatever the hotel was hosting had ended, and I could park the car in the lot legally.Such a shame because I really liked it otherwise. But thats unacceptable for charging $25/day for parking.

Comment: My family and I stayed here recently and thought it was decently priced, however we quickly realized there was many hidden fees. Parking was an additional 25, and the parking is far from the entrance. Next morning what was supposed to be breakfast with a fee ended up being 22 dollars per person. I couldn’t believe how many hidden fees there were we were better off at a hotel that included everything rather than finding out at every turn more fees were included. Last time staying here.

The overall stay was delightful, making me consider it as my go-to for future Disney trips due to its convenience and comfort.However, hours before checkout, I received a receipt with a cost different from my third-party booking. Despite the front office acknowledging the error, resolving it became a prolonged process. A promised new folio receipt never arrived, and even after a follow-up email, the issue persisted. The team member, despite evidence, denied fixing the cost discrepancy.Frustrated, I reached out to the third-party website, and their intervention involved contacting the hotel. Now, I anxiously await a resolution from the manager, scheduled to be in on Monday. This experience has left me disheartened, and Ive decided not to stay at this Marriott or any affiliated hotel again. Its disconcerting to encounter such a lack of care, creating an impression that they may take advantage of inattentive customers regarding receipts.

Comment: Pros, location was good there’s a few restaurants in walking distance as well as a target, breakfast and parking were included when booking through get away today. Breakfast was decent but I wouldn’t pay the $21 per person for it, if you don’t book through get away today do breakfast elsewhere.Cons, room was worn and felt dirty, especially the carpet (stains everywhere).House keeping staff was inconsistent our in room water was only re stocked on the first day. we had to go to the front desk each night to get extra bottles of water. We had a few energy drinks stashed in the fridge all of which were taken by the house keeping staff, I really don’t care about the $4 I had to spend on extra energy drinks it’s just annoying to have something so small stolen out of your fridge, I’m surprised nothing else was stolen.All in all we wouldn’t let the sub par service ruin our vacation as we didn’t spend much time in the room, however we will not be staying here for our next trip to Disney.

Comment: First off let me say that this was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I was here for 5 days and 4 night. There was no hot water 3 night I was there. There was hair in the bathroom from the previous guest. DIGUSTING!!!. There was red stuff embedded in the floor. Possible blood. There were tears in the wall and yellow substance above the bed on the wall. The room was hot. Not sure if the A/C works or if it was intentionally turned off. The fridge in the room was all scratched up. The ceiling has cracks in the ceiling. Being on the highest floor is a bit scary to see the ceiling like that. The table in the room has black stains or some type of substance on it.Just a completely horrible stay.

We went for our wedding anniversary and I told the front desk that it was our anniversary and though I expected nothing, Edgar still did what he could and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers. He did say we dont do anything for anniversaries, but here is what I can do and I appreciate that.3. We were on the 9th floor and it was decent. We used our AAA membership rewards and only paid $418 for 2 nights. The shower water was hot. The TV had the option of signing into your streaming services (but reset each night for security).4. There was a Starbucks on the lobby levelThe negatives.1. This one really made the experience sour and made me feel absolutely violated. On the voucher when we checked in it said in big, bold, capital letters *ROOM SERVICE IS UPON REQUEST*. We didnt request it so we left the room as is while we left to go to Disneyland and we came back, 12+ hours later, to a clean room. Now I hate complaining having our room cleaned however we DID NOT request room service and we left our medication out, air pods, chargers, dirty clothes, money, etc out. I realize now we shouldnt have but being as we were told we would not get room service unless specifically requested, I didnt think to hide personal belongings. So that alone really left me irritated.2. The toliet kept running all night (thank goodness for white noise app on our phones)We had no issues with the parking but I think it was luck we got front row both nights. There is no microwave in the room, but we didnt need one. Jorge at the bar was great! We asked if we could get a few limes and he gave us that and then some. He really went over and beyond. The breakfast was good for what it had. A omelet loaded with veggies before spending a day at disneyland really is a great way to start the day.Would we return? Probably. But if youre going to say that room service is upon request please stand by that.

Comment: The Delta Hotel by Marriott is by far the worst place we have stayed.The parking here is so limited so left having to circle so many rounds and even then it’s difficult to find a space. When you’re lucky to find a space, the slot is so small to you’re hesitant to park.The lobby is clean and nice. The rooms on the other than is something much different from the cleanliness of the lobby. We stayed in room 233 and 234. I had requested a room on the 1st floor as we are traveling with a senior not a handicap person.The rooms has this old moldy smell to it. Maybe from how the shower is set up. Every time we use the shower water leaks all over the floor and at times it leaks into the carpet. The carpet is so dirty and very run down. The bed is so soft which is too soft for anyone in my family to be comfortable sleeping in it.This is a place I won’t be coming back and we had such an uncomfortable and frustrating stay.

Comment: Definitely not a family friendly hotel. When checking in I requested for a digital key which I got access to the next day but didn’t work for the elevator or back entrance only the room. The elevator completely shut off while we were in it and we had to press the emergency button (You need a key to make the elevator work and you only have access to the level your room is in and the main floor). We requested linen for the sofa bed which we never got, the bath tub was rusty, the comforter was ripped, no microwave. I was charged $20/day for parking when there was not enough parking, or you had to park far away and walk in a not so well lit area, also watch out for the raccoons. There’s also zero privacy with the paper thin walls and this is why I say it’s not child friendly hotel because you can hear everyone’s business. This hotel also has a patio/venue right across from the pool and the the back entrance, for you to be able to access the back entrance you have to walk through someone’s event.

The lobby is mid and as we walked off the elevator we were greeted by trash on the floor and thick nasty carpet. I’m not sure why Marriott purchased this brand but it does not live up to the Marriott standard. It’s rated/priced as if it’s a portfolio collection and it’s far from it, I highly suggest updating the images across all advertising platforms as they do not match what you get when you arrive.Before booking the hotel I called to ask about parking and was informed there was free handicap parking only to be told at check-in that isn’t correct and will have to pay $20 per night. Also, when checking in I went to pay in cash as I always do at Marriott hotels and was told I was unable to do so and must put all fees on my card.Do not stay here if you are expecting the true Marriott feel! Rooms are a little dated, carpets can use a cleaning, and the thermostat was hit and miss on working. Several of the rooms, including ours, were missing room numbers.Also, I attended a platted dinner provided by their in-house catering in one of their banquet rooms, and the food was subpar. Over sauced proteins, overcooked rice, and plates were coming to the table with sauces on the rims. Portion sizes were inconsistent guest to guest. The meal alone seemed to be dated. Servers were nowhere to be seen during service to refill water glasses.

At first i thought hotel is a winner, however when I was going to take a shower, the hand held shower wand was left on the on position and facing towards sink and when I turned on shower it wet me along with the rest of bathroom sink, toilet, floor. I immediately turned it off and had to use all our towels to lay on floor. Simple fix would be for housekeeping to make sure device is not left on position from previous guest..2. I was going to make coffee and before adding any water I noticed that the reservoir that holds the water was filthy. I called the front desk and spoke to Trisha (not sure on spelling) about the situation and she said if I wanted housekeeping to replace it or clean it and i said replace it. That was at 9:15 AM and housekeeping never arrived. Will be speaking to the general manager as soon as I have a chance just you make sure this disconnect doesn’t continue further for other guests.

Comment: We came back from Disneyland 11/ 1130 pm, we used the bathroom and flushed it, minutes later water came out of the bathtub. It smelled bad. We closed the bathroom door and my husband went to the lobby to tell them about the issue, and the person there told him that they would send someone, i was preparing our bags in order to leave early. No one came to our room, probably and hour later my husband went back to the lobby and they told them they had already been there and no one answered. Which was a lie, since we were waiting and awake.They told him thee could change us the room cause there was none available, and that we should called them in the morning.At night the water went away and we had to clean ourselves the tub in order to be able to bathe in the morning. That was an awful experience.It certainly overshadows the rest of the experience.

Comment: This is good value hotel in Garden Grove. The rooms are large with the essentials (coffee maker, flat screen tv with streaming options and a little refrigerator). The bathroom was also recently renovated with a nice shower. There is room noise and the carpeting has stains. Really the only true negative was the parking situation. $20 a night is fine, but the parking lot is shared by other hotels. They have a very small parking area in front of the hotel. The overflow lot is located behind the hotel in a very dark parking lot. Once youve parked in the dark, you have to walk along a well lit path that borders a residential neighborhood to enter through the rear of the hotel lobby. It does not exactly feel safe for a family returning late after a day at Disneyland.Overall, for a quick Disneyland trip this hotel is adequate. They also offer early check in for about $53 total after taxes.

Comment: This is a large, very pretty hotel, nicely kept up. Its festively busy downstairs with people coming and going from Disneyland, the happiest place on earth. Lots of open space for gathering or having a drink at the bar. The rooms are quiet and in-room features, especially shower-bath, air & heat and (6th floor) view are very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, every single person and we stayed for 3 days. A very welcoming feature!Prices are reasonable, the $20 per day for outdoor self parking ramps it up a bit at the end. When I returned to my room I noticed it was clean and I was missing my laundry bag. All my laundry was missing. So when I confronted the service desk 🙄 I got an apology, thats all I got. Ive complained multiple times throughout the rest of my stay which was 2 more days and still have not received anything let alone the whereabouts of my laundry. Ok so this place is one of the best kept secrets in Anaheim for an affordable amazing place to stay for a family thing to keep within a budget lol. We did the whole Disney hotel the first time and paid twice, if not three times the amount and didnt get nearly the service or quality.The location was perfect! Right across from a target, surrounded by tons of food options with a tram to the park made it hassle free.We had breakfast every morning at the California grill at the hotel and it was aba amazingly delicious breakfast! We wish we could have stayed just at that hotel the entire time and go swimming and stuff we didnt get to enjoy the amenities as much as we would have liked.The service was top tier. Luggage rack ready and waiting, phone calls answered quickly and staff was so incredibly nice.The hotel is clean and smells nice. The rooms were clean and the place is actually pretty well insulated we heard convos in the hallways and some through the bathroom walls but it was so little.There was not a lot of front of the hotel parking but that didnt bother us at all because there was a ton of parking in the back.Overall this hotel is a new favorite of ours and when we come back for our annual trip to Disney we will be coming here!Thank you Delta and hotel staff.

Came here for a work trip and definitely wasn’t impressed for the cost the company shelled out. The first night i noticed the carpet had what looked like cigarette burns but i could live with it since it was late. The next day when i went to take a shower the shower itself would drain so it’s was literally standing in several inches of water by the time i was done. I went down to the front desk and mentioned the issue and they moved me into another room. Before she moved me i showed the front desk staff pictures of the carpet and also mentioned to her that the air vents in the room were completely caked with dust. So she moved me down the hall to another room. Upon opening the door i got an over powering smell of sewage and cigarettes. So i went back down to the front desk with my repacked bags to get another room. That third room is fine but to have a guest back up twice is insane. For the cost of this hotel this is ridiculous. I’ve worked for hotels in the past and i know for a fact this isn’t acceptable. Then we are elite member and we’re suppose to get breakfast vouchers so we got breakfast for free instead of the $19 charge for this sub par breakfast. If it wasn’t free we definitely wouldn’t be eating here. $19 for microwaved egg substitute, dry sausage and over cooked breakfast potatoes is insane. Every hotel i’ve stayed at offers this quality of food for free. Some of the elevators were dirty and actually had graffiti scrapped into the paneling and everything had a layer of dust on it. The staff were amazing and willing to help but the little details were definitely missed on this stay. Also they definitely need to replace the carpet in these rooms. All three of them had burns and stains

Called again and they told me they did that bc they thought the room was moldy and smelled like mold?? They ultimately came and replaced the fridge after saying they didn’t have any extra ones. Overall not pleased with my stay and won’t plan on staying here in the future.*update.. room got flooded so we got moved to a diff room. The ppl in that room were partying and after 3 calls and a trip to front desk they sent security. Security gave those ppl are room number and they indicated they would not cease the party. Lady at front desk was rude and not helpful, indicated she had done all she could and if I wasn’t pleased to call the police. Which I did and at 1am I was moved to yet another room with my 2yo. The stay here has been an absolute nightmare

Comment: Hotel is getting a hit run down and now having trouble with security in the parking areas, had our car broken in to over Thanksgiving Holiday, hotel did not have any security footage or and exterior patrol 😐 we have stayed at this hotel neatly 15 nights in 2022 but will have to look for a more security conscious location in the Bonvoy portfolio. Great location for excursions to Disneyland, just cant let the total lack of exterior security and monitoring pass on this one.

Comment: Nice hotel but not five star worthy. Be warned that even if you’re being charged a daily fee for parking, you might not get a parking space if you leave your space. Housekeeping is full of very hard workers, unfortunately they vacuumed the hallway at ten pm at night a couple nights while we were here. They might have been trying to eliminate the awful smell in the seventh floor hallway that the front desk wasn’t interested in hearing about. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Comment: Everything went great except the day that we left, my husband left his airpods behind, we called and the one in charge of the housekeeping said they weren’t report that they were left in there. We tracked them it showed somebody had charged them and they were it the hotels address, then they took it home. I have been trying to reach a supervisor since a week ago they always tell me he/she is not there. We have the employees address but nobody responds to our request, the people that answered the phone super rude Claudia the one in charge of housekeeping just sends you straight to voicemail, I can’t believe this happened in a Disney corporation.

Comment: Had absolutely no issues with our stay. Our room looked updated, very spacious, comfy beds. The floors had some stains on them but overall I would stay here again. We booked a package through Disney website. The included breakfast was good. The omelet station was the best and they had plenty to choose from. There was transportation included through the ART bus. The first night coming back from the parks was extremely crowded so we took an Uber but the rest of the time, there were always seats available and it never took more than 20 minutes to see a bus. I would stay here again.

Comment: We booked through the Disneyland website and it showed up as the Neighborhood Hotel so we got a great package with tickets and room!!!!!! Staff was wonderful!! Breakfast was free for the 4 of us bc of the package we got. The breakfast buffet was full of yummy stuff. Take cash so you can tip the entire staff and the omelet cook 😁 they truly deserve it. Parking is only free if you book through the Disneyland website Neighborhood hotel package... The bus they provide to take you to Disneyland is free through the Disneyland website package but gosh it sucks bc it is extremely packed and sometimes we had to wait for a second bus so we went with uber and Lyft services instead. My kids loved the pool, it was bigger than expected, towels are provided and the little bar by the pool offers yummy snacks and drinks. The room was comfortable, everything worked. It could have been cleaner, under the towel counter it was full of dust bunnies and the carpets are so dirty. Honestly carpets in hotels is a terrible idea since the housekeepers arent equipped to deep clean the carpets. Aside of that I would definitely come back and stay here next time 😁

Comment: I was a little skeptical after reading some bad reviews, but I got a good deal from Get Away Today, so I decided to give it a go. I’m glad I did because I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to check in early, the rooms are spacious, the bed was SO comfortable, free water bottles, amazing breakfast buffet (I received free breakfast coupons through Get Away Today, otherwise it would have been $19.99) and the staff were all very friendly! The shuttle at the hotel was okay for it being free, but if you are in a time crunch then you’re better off booking a Lyft/Uber. Also having a target right across the street was super convenient! Would definitely stay again! Had a great first time at Disneyland :)

Comment: We loved our stay here! We booked through Costco, so check in was super easy. They handed us our free shuttle & breakfast passes with our room keys. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Having a refrigerator was helpful for all the snacks and drinks we brought back from Disney. The shuttle picks up right out front, so thats super convenient. Lots of items to choose from at breakfast. Really decent buffet and omelette station. As you can see from the picture, housekeeping took very good care of my daughters stuffed animals! 🥰 I would definitely stay here again.

Comment: We stayed here for a recent Disneyland trip and like most places we had to pay for parking. You would think that paying for parking on private property and having a valet would make your car safe. Wrong. Someone tried to steal our vehicle causing the anti theft device to go off which killed the battery. The receptionist said, “not our problem,” when we asked for help. Really?! Its private property parking that I am paid to use and had to put a parking pass in the car window. They also would not answer the phone when we called down to the desk for anything like towels. The receptionist was only at the desk during check in at 4 pm otherwise he/she would hide in the back office. The room was very clean though. Rest of the hotel not so much.

Comment: The hotel itself was nice, but our experience not. We arrived at the hotel at around 9 pm after driving from Northern California and spending some time at Disneyland. When we pulled up there were two hotel employees blocking the entrance when I asked where we park they said there is parking in the back. There was NO parking in the back do to an event at the hotel and after driving around a dangerous back parking lot for over a half an hour I dropped my sister off at the entrance to go see where it was safe for me to park. I went with my other sister and 4 year old nephew across the street to park in the Target parking lot until I heard from my sister. As we were parked in the Target parking lot we noticed other hotel guest parking and walking across the street to the hotel. When I was able to talk to my sister she was very upset with the response from the manager on duty. My sister was told that we would need to wait until after 10 to park when she expected the event to be over and that my sister was over reacting to the situation. The manager Wally then told my sister we could just not check in but we would be charged for the night stay. At 10:10 it was apparent the event was not going to end at 10 we were told that the employees at the entrance would let me through and find me a parking spot. Upon entering the hotel entrance the employee directed me to park in a fire zone. I questioned the employee about parking in a fire zone and was told it was fine because she was telling me to park there and to leave my room number with the front desk. Sure enough after getting my sleeping 4 year old nephew into bed and getting into our pajamas we receive a call from the front desk that the fire department was there and we needed to move the car. After hanging up the phone Wally called again saying that if we did no hurry we would be given a citation. Wallys attitude and actions were unacceptable and unprofessional.

The elevator at this location has scratch marks from what I think are knives, the hotel is kind of creepy, and you can hear weird noises sometimes, just now even, something hit the air vent and it slightly came out of the wall. The view was really nice and the places nearby have good food, the hotel breakfast was okay, but I don’t trust the eggs. The pool is kinda weird, but is still nice. The pool’s deep end is in the middle but only goes down to 5 feet. The hotel Wi-Fi is really good but I don’t really trust it. 3 out of 5 stars.

This time I’m staying with my family in one room and my sister and her family and my mom in another room. Well I’m nice super nice. We get our new bedding and they bring us a twin size bed so I call again and say hi again sorry to bother I got didn’t get the right size for the bedding or the mattress topper she then goes ‘’Well I guess that’s all we have” attitude for WHAT!!! I’m someone who feels bad for calling I don’t deserve the attitude. Instead of asking what size did we get or what size was need she give me attitude! Don’t forget my sister is also staying here and she isn’t nice at all especially when something goes wrong…. Idk what happened but she ends up getting moved and they accommodate her with free Starbucks……. So you guys accommodate someone who is not nice to staff but then gives someone who is nice to staff attitude! I Will never stay here. Comment: We didnt end up being too happy with this hotel after waking up with bug bites for two nights in a row. I had read fairly good reviews and was excited to stay here. First night went good, breakfast the next morning was okay (if you dont get a voucher they will charge $19 per person). Nothing more extravagant than other comparing hotels that offer the same thing for free, and they expect you to tip even though its just a buffet. Still at this point just trying to look at the positives. But then I started to notice bug bites all over me, I assumed it was from the previous day at Disneyland. Went to bed for the second night and woke up itching at 1am, turned on the light and there were ants all over my bedside table and in the bed! My husband ran down, told the lady at the front desk and they immediately switched us rooms. Frustratingly packed up in the middle of the night but we were relieved to be able to switch. Still trying to stay positive, but then we walk into the room they switched us to. Smells of cigarettes, the carpet in this room is very dirty, definitely had not been vacuumed, and had stains all over it. Being so exhausted we didnt ask to be switched again. Highly disappointed, the hotel did not do anything aside from apologizing. The whole hassle made us so exhausted and ruined our next day at Disneyland due to how much sleep we lost. I dont like to leave negative reviews, but dealing with so many painful bug bites and then getting switched into a worse room with no concern, was so disappointing and upsetting.

Comment: The hotel has no valet or secure guest parking yet it costs $20 to park in the open public accessible parking lots. The front desk receptionist Wolly was pleasant and her interaction was the only good part of the stay as her customer service was top notch. The hotel seemed dated and the vibe weird. The Disney clings on the elevator doors were defaced or torn - didn’t seem like the image that Disney would want for a good neighbor hotel. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The room had a weird smell like cigarette smoke covered by deodorizer. The shower curtain and tub were stained. The carpet had a raisin and other food particles and appeared to not have been vacuumed. The carpet was heavily stained and looked like it never has been shampooed. The nightstand between the beds had drink spill stains on the sides of it. Wolly said there were two complimentary bottles of water in the room, but we found none. The room tv had access to Netflix which was good. There were homeless persons posted around the parking lot upon arrival and departure - concerning because one appeared suspicious near vehicles in the open parking lot early morning while another was harmlessly simply resting where he could for the night - but I haven’t experienced this at other convention center hotels and I didn’t feel safe leaving anything in the car. Good restaurants in the same lot as the hotel is a plus. Target across the street is another plus. Disneyland Toy Story parking lot just two minutes away. Walking from the hotel to Disneyland might take 30 minutes.

The bathroom upon arrival had somewhat of a stink to it, even though it looked like it had been clean... I really dont believe it had been sanitized. There was a ball of hair in the bedding where we slept, under the comforter. And there were multiple stains on the carpet.The service was good when we could actually catch someone. We needed extra towels in our room, and needed to call the front desk so many times and they never answered. My husband had to go down from the 4th floor just to ask them to send towels to our room. The pool area was clean early in the day, but by evening it was very unappealing.

Comment: Very wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds/bedding. Tons of extra towels, hot water every time, the temperature controls in the room work really fast, the TV’s have all the streaming services you can login to. Great location minute walk to Joes Crab shack, Red Robin, oggie’s Pizza, outback steak house. Target is right across the street. The breakfast buffet is so yummy and is open between 6am-11am. Free parking, and the bus to Disney is right outside the hotel and picks up/drops off every 30 min. Overall wonderful experience and the price is unbeatable. Don’t think twice when booking this hotel.

The rooms are large and seem to have been recently renovated and the beds were pretty comfortable. Wifi is also very fast by hotel standards, 30Mbps+. My only gripe was the dirty condition of the elevators and the ancient thermostat in the room (but that is nitpicking). Close proximity to Target and other restaurants is also a plus. I will likely be back.

Comment: Hotel looks great, but looks can be deceiving. We got a room on the 9th floor, which we thought would be great because of the view. Unfortunately as soon as the elevator doors opened we were blasted with a repugnant sewage smell. We rushed to our room and closed the door quickly in the hope the foul smell wouldnt get in. Sadly the smell not only made it into the room but it never left.The rooms also do not get very cool, which if visiting in July as we did, is a must for us.We promptly left the hotel to go stay at Cambria. The staff were understanding and agreed to issue us a full refund, which was nice. However, when we began reconciling charges after our trip, we noticed we were charged a cancelation fee. We had to call and request it be removed, were advised Accounting would contact us. Never received a word from them but in 2 days the fee was credited.I know money needs to be earned, but I consider it bad service and unethical to place people in rooms on a floor that smells like sewage. We are loyal Marriott Bonvoy members, but this experience drove us to your competitors.

When I checked in they told me that I had to pay ~$20 per night for self parking. 👎When I was booking, I checked the reservation details to make sure it included breakfast (otherwise I wouldve booked another less expensive hotel), when I checked in they told me breakfast was not included in my reservation and I had to pay $19/day per person for breakfast. 👎The ice machine was broken during our stay, and when I asked for complementary waters, the front desk told me that they dont have any water! 👎The A/C and heater in our room was broken I think. I couldnt get it to stay at the desired temperature. The first couple of nights the room was cold and the last night was hot. 👎

Comment: Hotel was great, very filling breakfast in the morning, make sure to include when you book your room or you have to pay there. Location was not too far from Disney and the shuttle to take you is right outside the hotel and does not take long to take you there. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Ice machines on most of the floors did break down but its not hard just to grab it from another floor since they are near the elevators. Downside not every room has a microwave but I believe you can go to the lobby area to use theirs, cant confirm as I did not have to use it but other guest said there was. Pool is big and not too deep for the little ones. Service was quick, friendly and accommodating. There is also many restaurants near by and a Target walking distance.

Comment: I received raving reviews about this place from an associate who helped me decide which hotel over the phone. I am SO disappointed. The shuttles are not reliable at all.. Ended up just using Uber…. Please be aware of times that you may need to be places. Another challenge was my room key. My son and I came back to the hotel after our Uber ride and walked to our room and key didn’t work. No big deal i thought. Went downstairs to a HUGE line and was told that i had to wait in line for a key. Mind you were exhausted and had to use the potty. 27 minutes later I made the executive decision just to wake everyone up and bang on the door. Everyone here just seems to stay in their own lane and not accommodating to requests or questions. I can not in good consciousness recommend this hotel to anyone. The shuttle is a joke please think twice

Comment: Came to go to Disneyland, and this was my first time staying here. Really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The only downsides are parking, there are limited stalls out front, but the overflow is behind the hotel and it might be a shared lot with two other Marriott properties. If you do end up parking there, just be prepared to walk a bit back to the hotel lobby. Also, I don’t think breakfast is complimentary, so just be prepared to pay or get something somewhere else. Overall great experience and I’d definitely stay again.

Comment: I stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Anaheim Garden Grove during a recent trip to Disneyland. The hotel looked quite nice online, but it was slightly disappointing in person. Our room wasnt ready on arrival which was fine; we planned to spend the afternoon at Disneys California Adventure. When we did get to our room, the bathroom was not well cleaned from the previous guests - hair in and around the tub, food crumbs in the tub and - wait for it - what appeared to be a pubic hair stuck to the ceiling above the sink! (Gross.) The AC also wasnt working well and a maintenance person came fairly quickly to look at it. After a bit of tinkering, he assure us the room would be nice and cool but, alas, it didnt get very cold at all. Housekeeping isnt available because of Covid, but you can request extra towels, trash service, etc., during your stay. Of note, that service must be requested prior to 8am or you wont receive services until the following day. I did call for additional towels and had them practically thrown at me by the housekeeper who came to hand them off. It was so abrupt that I thought she was getting something else! But no, no, just throwing my pile of towels and leaving quickly.This hotel is decently close to Disneyland/California Adventure, but really not close enough to walk. Bonus: there is a large Target directly across the street if you want to stock your hotel fridge with water, etc.Overall, Id say this hotel is just okay but if low price outweighs other options for you, give it a try but do keep your expectations in check.

While we were there the catalytic converter of our rental car was taken. It happened in their parking lot. They do not have any type of security to deter that from happening. We were not the only ones it happened to that night. Because of that we ended up spending many hours of our vacation trying to take care of the problem and not having any fun. We can not get back the time we lost.

Comment: Rate was low, but our room was not clean. I do not like to complain, but I was not happy with the cleanliness of our hotel room. It was immediately clear that careful cleaning was not provided to this room. It did not make me feel comfortable, that especially during a pandemic such as this basic cleaning was not executed. Furthermore, stepsnot taken to ensure that rooms are clean goes to show that many companys are beginning to take short cuts once again. Our carpet had several fresh ketchup stains in at least 5 places. There was hair in the tub, and clumbs of hair balls under the vanity. The sheets were stained. I hate to complain, because I know that it can affects overworked workers that labor long hours, but I wasnt not happy with our stay.

Comment: Rooms are fairly standard. Pool needs a bit of maintenance but the water is still wet. Not a lot of shade mid day in April. The free shuttle to Disney is a bus pass. Granted its a short loop, only 5 or 6 stops. Buses every 5-20 minutes depending on the time of day. Overall not super and not bad either. This was booked through a Costco Disneyland package and the price was much better than Disney hotels but did not price compare with anything else in the area.

Comment: I wish we would’ve stayed somewhere else. Staff was very nice and housekeeping was quick when i requested extra towels or shampoo, which are the only reasons I’m giving two stars, but this place was lacking in so many ways. The property was ok, looks nice at first glance but the pool and hot tub are so overdue for a cleaning and facelift… hot tub jets and timer didn’t work, broken cracked tiles, bottoms of both looked really dirty. The whole pool deck was messy and dirty looking. The rooms were so hot. The thermostat was locked and kept resetting to 75 and 85 randomly. It was cruel. We were constantly sweating and waking up extremely hot. The beds were SO uncomfortable. The bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans so anytime you would shower it would make the room so muggy and sticky. The water was not regulated so the water was boiling if you put it on too hot. The tub was icky and the stopped was disconnected and just thrown in there. You can’t open the windows either so it was like a sauna until it cooled down on its own. Housekeeping does not visit daily unless specially requested due to covid so i constantly was placing trash bags and dirty towels in the hall (along with everyone else) and calling the front desk for refills on everything. I felt like a nag, but they were really nice about it and quick. When we first arrived the entire hall smelled like death. Someone hid their trash in the stairwell and omg it was horrendous. They cleaned it out and eventually the smell dissipated. There were red kool-aid type stains all over the carpet in our room, and the comforter had something spilled and crusty on it, yuck. I confirmed with the front desk that they do not change the comforters with every linen change/new guest, so i requested a new one and they brought that with all new sheets right away. So while service and staff were great, the rest of the place sucked. The breakfast was good in the morning, but it’s the same thing every day, so if you are staying longer than a few days it gets a little repetitive. The coffee was horrible. Skip it and go to Starbucks in the lobby next door, trust me. The parking lot was sketchy and dirty but we didn’t have any problems. The entry way of the hotel was so dirty, they need to power wash it or something. It was a quick drive to Disney parking, 8 minutes which was really convenient. Lots of chain restaurants just right across the parking lot which was nice for a quick dinner. Target is right across the street.All in all i would not stay here again. There are much nicer properties for similar prices in the area that we would choose next time. Even some with water parks for their pool areas. Save yourself some disappointment and go elsewhere.

Comment: We booked this hotel to be close to disney and because it got good reviews.Things to know when you are spending upwards of $250 a night.1. The hotel will have frequent events at the hotel. They dont interfere with the rooms but parking is impossible. On our second night we circled for 45 minutes looking for somewhere to park. The only spot to be found was 2 blocks, 2 hotels away. We were told that we could then be given a special pass to park at a nearby target and that the events would be done at 11.Suggestion: Have the events that are coming to the hotel park at target so that the paying guests can have somewhere to park.2. Maybe this is some sort of new age, commuter hotel thing, but the rooms arent cleaned unless you request them to be. This isnt explained until you ask. You should ask.3. The wifi. I was able to connect for about 10 seconds before being booted. There is supposed to be a separate login screen that pops up asking for your room number. It doesnt. I was able to create a hotspot to do a few small tasks but essentially wifi may or may not work for your stay.After a long day at Disney, I was hoping for an early night and a good shower. Ill be up for at least 4 more hours so I can make the 10 year hike back to my car so that I can repark it later.There are closer and cheaper hotels for disney and my advice is to stay away from this one.

Comment: Great service and nice hotel overall. Marcy came to our aid to help my sick daughter by offering her rest in a room. We are Elite Titanium members which allows us for early check in and upgrades. We felt that Marcy and the other staff (Elizabeth) go out of their way to make the guests feel like royalty. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was great and the food selection was great. We were upgraded to the suite as Elite members which was very nice. The pool could use warm water. However, the hotel was great.

Comment: I have to say this is a great hotel for the price and being close to Disneyland. Ive stayed here twice now and have yet to be disappointed. A major plus is they have a shuttle that takes you to the park. Also there are lots restaurants right outside the front doors so you dont have to really go far if you dont want to for food. The rooms themselves are great nice and clean and I always meticulously check the beds and sheets before I get in. The rooms are nice and quiet you dont notice sounds from the walls or halls too much. The best thing for me is the showers they have great pressure and a wide head. Needless to say this is my go-to hotel for my trips to Disneyland

Their breakfast was great, custom made omelets along with sausage, fruit, bacon, oatmeal, muffins, orange and apple juice plus a wonderful host who got us whatever else we wanted to drink.Convenient location with Outback and Red Robin sharing the same parking lot. There was a Target across the street, and the shuttle pick up for Disneyland is mere steps away from the entrance to the hotel. Comfort and location were great and I felt safe walking around later in the evening.With a vacations packaged we booked we got free breakfast and free shuttle passes, otherwise those do come at cost. I dont know if it was because it was the slow season but valet parking was not offered but it was fine because it was easy to find a spot to park. I would have given 5 stars but we did have an ant problem mainly in the bathroom that staff quickly resolved after being notified of it.I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again. They comply with covid protocols and have a reduced staff. So the room had a coffee station and mini fridge. Large TV and desk area. The king bed room has a pull out couch. Great high pressure shower with option for handheld lower pressure shower head. The pool and patio areas are maintained and beautiful. Very beautiful and price couldnt be beat with comparable places.

Rooms have a lot of space as well and are large enough to spread out for a very comfy stay. I was staying here for a birthday trip, and I will be back in the future because the Delta really delivered on our stay with them!

Comment: By far the worst Marriot property Ive stayed at. The handle fell off of the shower, the fridge was so old and cracked that it couldnt keep ice cream from melting. The a/c and heat just has hotter/cooler on it, so you get to play guess and check with the air all night. The drawer in the room was broken and wouldnt come out. The bathroom has no vent, so anything more than one shower produces so much steam that the bathroom is unusable.All of the services cost extra. They have breakfast, but its $20 per and underwhelming. The parking costs $20 per day. They have a shuttle to Disney, but it costs more than an Uber XL, and doesnt run all day. We called ahead for a rollaway bed when we made the reservation, and were told they have them, but they said they didnt when we got there. They told us the pool is heated when in reality, the hot tub is heated, but the pool is not.Due to covid they no longer clean your room or resupply your towels and toiletries, so you have to call and request them, except 1/2 the time they forget and you have to call again. Even though they are promoting no touch due to covid, they didnt support keyless entry, so we still had to get keys from the front desk. They took almost 24 hours to respond to requests via the app.Once during our stay we noticed the heat wasnt working. Called the front desk and they sent someone from maintenance up. He looked at it and confirmed it wasnt working and told us that the repair person isnt available until the next day. There was no offer to switch rooms, or offer additional blankets, just wait until tomorrow. The offer to change rooms came at 11pm when 1/2 of the family was already asleep.

Comment: Update after checking out- stay overall was fantastic. Our room was great, staff was always amazing. We were there 6 days. Needed to ask for extra towels but it was no issue at all at the front counter. Cleaning service has to be requested but is not a big deal, at all. Made to order breakfast along with buffet style- staff there was also equally amazing. Shuttle picked up/dropped right outside the hotel. Literally not one bad thing I can say, I will use this hotel over and over.

Comment: It was a toss up for us between the Sheraton next door and the Delta hotel. Having never stayed at a Marriott Delta we opted for this property. We had a bad experience staying at this property (the building was previously a different hotel brand when we stayed) years ago before Marriott owned it and so were a bit nervous.Let me get this out of the way first-Parking is not cheap, BUT for the area it is in line with the other properties. At the time of this review it is $20 a day and $25 a day for valet (although I never saw anyone providing valet service).This hotel also is a victim of COVID Skimpflation, like everything else. No regular housekeeping, lengthy delay for requests to be fulfilled, no Elite Pantry, cafe indefinitely closed, and the restaurant only open for breakfast ($17.95pp if no voucher).NOW that being said, the room was nicer than the property we usually stay at next door (Marriott Suites). It is not as large, but it is more modern and newer. The shower was great, the pillows not so great.We were here over the Thanksgiving holiday and whoever was in the adjoining room (the hotel rooms are adjoining) sounded like 25 people. Parking spots are tight for large vehicles.Last thing, not sure if this was just US or others too... we got a number of explanations. Our bathroom 4 out of 7 nights smelled BADLY of cigarette smoke... Im talking Las Vegas casino levels of bad. When we called the first night they sent an engineer up to our bathroom to search to see if it was US smoking, and then went to search and couldnt find anyone. On the subsequent nights they offered to move us and explained that the smell is sucked up from a vent.Just be warned on that note. Overall I felt there was a little inconsistency in the staff, with them being better overall rather than worse. The property I feel has room to improve, and again like the staff is better overall rather than worse. I dont regret our stay and would stay again.

The staff was great during every interaction. Our room was clean and quiet. Checkin was quick and easy. While visiting Disneyland I lost my phone and the staff was so kind in helping me get it back. They went WAY above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. Elizabeth at the front desk was amazing and so kind. Her quick thinking was the only way I got my phone returned. My husband, daughter an myself got in at 3am an the Check in time was at 9:00 a.m. an they stopped doing walk ins. I didnt know what to do we were super tired an didnt have no where to go. The lady at the front desk was so awesome she got us in a room right then an there with two beds no Deposit down an no tax added an free parking for the whole weekend. Comment: So... This is not the easiest review to write. Lee the general manager is outstanding and doing his best. The rooms were a typical business layout and the beds were comfortable. We had daily cleaning service. The bathroom tile seemed a little dated. No issues with the room itself.I would not recommend staying here or any other hotel near Disneyland until the park reopens. One night we saw a guy get arrested in the porte cochere. Constant walking through clouds of marijuana smoke in the parking lot. One car had slashed tires when we arrived and the elevators Disney decals are constantly being vandalized by other guests. The staff is doing their best job and is focusing on guest safety, but until Disneyland reopens the whole area doesnt feel right and will make business/family travelers uneasy. Once again, Lee is amazing and doing a fantastic job with what hes got and if it were a convention or Disney weekend it would have been fine as Ive stayed at the hotels next door before.I would definitely stay here again after the pandemic restrictions are lifted in the area.

It is only 15 minutes walk away from Disneyland and they have a park map and typically a photo set up for guests that are there for the amusement.I was there working remotely, so I could not partake but the stay was fabulous.The rooms are well done. I love the detail they put into remodeling it.The breakfast downstairs was amazing! A huge breakfast and a great way to start the day. Plus, the staff is helpful.They also have a nice pool area, where you can sit in a cabana to stay shaded, so that you can view your computer screen.

The elevator traffic is audible from our inside our room down the hall. We could clearly hear our neighbors conversations through the wall as if they were sitting in our room. There was also no hot water for the last 3 nights of our stay. The safe was broken also, so we carried all our valuables with us. Theyve got some work to do, but the building itself is nice, and the staff are excellent.

Comment: First impression lobby very nice and clean also nice fragrance piping through air. Breakfast buffet $20.00 cooked to order omelets, fresh fruit, eggs bacon and all fixings. Very nice workout facility modern equipment. One of the few hotels with an operational hot tub which was nice after a good workout. Pool cabanas are free and not crowded with kid’s. I guess because they are all at the parks. The room is very clean and no need to bring a firestick, TV has Apps...Netflix, Pandora etc. Pool is suppose to be heated it’s not cold but not really heated. Several Restaurants are in same parking lot and there’s a target across the street. Also if you are going to Disneyland there is a shuttle for a small fee. No shuttle service to other attractions like Wolf Lodge, California Adventures that would be nice. Not all guests are going to Disneyland. This is a great hotel and the price is even better. Comment: First off the most important part of any hotel, the bed was nice, comfortable and no bed bugs (I always check). The bathroom was another matter all together though. The shower was coming off the wall, there was rust both in and out of the tub as well as around the door frame, the rails by the tub were coming off and Im guessing there was mold if not visible surely under those areas. There is a fridge so your drinks will be cold but no microwave so dont bother bringing food back from any restaurants and while it usually wouldnt matter because its just a place to crash after Disneyland it rained for a lot of our stay and the TV was constantly frozen and the WiFi sucks. Breakfast had a limited selection and is probably fresh at 7 but at 9 is old and stale. Still overall it was clean so not a bad place it just need to be updated.

First, they don’t let you know ahead of time that your paying daily for parking, which would’ve been nice to know when I was booking the property.And second, the descriptions are a tad confusing. We have a family of five so I booked the executive room which when you have read the description makes it seems like it’s a room and a sofa coach.Even with those two slight issues the property was fantastic. Comment: Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The decor is updated. The pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing. Theres private cabanas if you want one. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.The hotel is not really walking distance to Disneyland. Theres a shuttle or $6/person, but we took a rideshare which was less.

Comment: Excellent service akin to a five star hotel. Very accommodating and friendly, considerate, and appreciative of status. I havent seen this level of service in a Marriott brand in a long time, including the W, Westin, and core Marriott hotels. The room was modern, large, had a comfortable bed and refrigerator, and bathroom was clean. The pool is huge though I didnt use it, and the location is very conveniently located near restaurants and Disneyland. My only negative is the $20 self parking fee. I understand why they have it but without proper control and verification, anyone could simply lie and say they didnt drive to the hotel, which isnt fair to those honest to pay the exorbitant fee. Definitely returning to this quality hotel.

Comment: Staff was great, bartender was great, but for the price it would be nice to have better soap and shampoo. Also, there is no fan in the bathroom, making all showers into saunas. Also, housekeeping was extremely late; we left at 7am on a Sunday and returned after 5p to a non-cleaned room. Luckily, we didnt need it, but if you do need a clean room each day, make sure you leave plenty of time.Finally, there was no shuttle to the convention center, and a paid shuttle to Disneyland. I recommend the hotel look into convention shuttles for large engagements.

Comment: This is a great hotel. Rooms have always been nice and clean and just what we needed. We love the breakfast buffet. They have a cook there making made-to-order omlets, which are delicious. Staff has always been friendly. We usually book through an agency and get their shuttle to Disney included with our stay, and sometimes the breakfast too. The shuttle is extremely convenient for visiting the Disney parks and comes and goes frequently throughout the day. Stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back.

Comment: We stayed here for a weekend out in Disney and we enjoyed our stay. Customer service was great, valet was great, the room was very comfortable and spacious. My only complaint was the toilet in our room. At random times it would make sudden noises for a few seconds throughout our night. I know its not much but it would startle me. It did, however make the same noise on our last stay every 45 seconds or so. The hotel was very close to the Disney parks which is a huge plus. We took advantage of taking an $8 Uber ride to Disney rather than paying 20 bucks for parking. Overall, Im satisfied with my stay.

Comment: Was expecting something really bad due to the low reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Staff was extremely friendly, lobby looked clean and nice. My room was recently renovated looked beautiful. Except for the sink I could tell that was really old not sure why they didnt replace it. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Water pressure on the shower was a bit low but not a big deal. Id definitely stay here again in the future

Comment: Great hotel! Very very classy and clean. Loved the bed, didnt feel like I was sleeping with a thin crust pizza blanket like most other hotels. Felt welcomed and the free breakfast was great! An actual real buffet with a good verity of foods. Also, room service was available and a shuttle to Disney was also available every hour. Well worth the money and I will be back here next time I go to Disneyland!

Comment: Our 1st time at Disneyland and Delta Hotel...we were initially greeted by Claudia who provided great service, she was very informative and super nice!! My second encounter/experience was by Josh who was so understanding and accommodating!! This hotel definitely had great staff; however, the hotel is under going renovations so although I was not completely satisfied with my room its hard for me to judge until I see the finishing touches!! Overall my experience was good! Cant wait until the upgrades though!!!

Comment: Undecided between 2 and 3 stars...For the price that these rooms go for, guests should not have to be considering between 2-3 stars.Pros:The only thing that kept me from going with 2 was the friendly and helpful staff. They brought up needed toiletries to us when we asked for them and gave us all the information we needed in a friendly way. The bed was clean and very comfortable.Cons:The hotel itself was in desperate need of maintenance in the room itself. The tub had a dip in it that held water and the lining had broken off. There were signs of mildew in the tile. The hallway had a smell to it that makes me think we were in a formerly smoking hall. The parking is not included ($20/day!!!) with the cost of the hotel and theres no shuttle to the convention center (I wasnt here for Disney). Also, the towels that were on the rack when we checked in were dirty.

Comment: The staff is very friendly. The outside of the building is very cool lots of palm trees that are mature. There are several restaurants within walking distance. the inside of the hotel though is very dated. It is also dirty in some areas. The room is pretty nice. My room was very clean. The bathroom though, very dated. The tub did not drain. The shower curtain did not extend the entire reach. Overall I would definitely come back though. Just because the lobby carpet is little dirty in the lobby need some attention the bed was incredibly comfortable which is one of the things that I have the biggest complaint about when it comes to hotels. The most important thing about a hotel should be the bed. This bed was comfy and I slept well.

Comment: Definitely an affordable place to stay, walked away with a room for 120 a night very close to Disneyland. The parking is $20 without valet, there is $150 collateral fee taken out and returned after your stay, and there is no continental breakfast. The lobby and pool area are gorgeous, but the rooms left a lot to be desired. there is definitely a huge plumbing issue with this facility, and water damage is evident all throughout the hotel. Our tub filled up halfway when in use because of poor drainage. Our hotel has boogers on the walls, Dust on all of the unused surfaces, and the bed smelled like they have never replaced the mattresses, or cleaned the sheets that we used. We talked to a manager who took it very seriously and called the cleaning crew to our room, but they underperformed and missed all of the things that we were concerned about. We had to leave a list of our concerns so that they knew what to clean. I personally believe that the cleaning crew should clean every inch of the hotel room for sanitization and customer service standards. I would probably come here again if these problems were addressed, it is beautiful, and a nice part of town, and was acceptable.

Comment: Water damage. I stayed with a large group on the third floor. It seems the tubs regularly do not drain well and they can be a challenge to turn completely off. This is visually evident by the water stains on the hallway carpets and the poor quality fixes at the base boards where holes and mold are visible behind peeling wall paper all down the hall.Carpet in my room was dirty (crumbs and other small debris), but rooms were fairly nice overall. They all had complimentary bottled water and a mini fridge. Coffee pots were clean. New towels brought daily. LOVED their heated saltwater pool and the ambiance. Customer service was kind and helpful.

Comment: Great location, right near Disneyland Resort and Disney park. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, washroom was nice although the shower head was a bit low (if youre 6+ feet, youre going to have to duck a bit). Air conditioner control was a bit confusing, I couldnt tell if I ever got it to the temperature at which I tried to set it. Service was good, they cleaned if you wanted them to and left you alone if you put do not disturb sign on the door knob. Breakfast was good with many options (fruit, vegetables, bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, pancakes/French toast, waffles, etc.). 4/5 would recommend.

Comment: The rooms were great and the customer service was excellent. There were only two problems I had with the hotel. 1) The pillows were horrible and I developed a neck pain after sleeping on them. 2) Our smoke alarm would periodically beep. I called them to replace it twice, but they still couldnt fix it (all you have to do is replace the battery) and we had to sleep through the noise. Otherwise, everything was great. :-)

Comment: The room was comfy. It was clean but had signs of not being well maintained. Rust on the tub just one example. We received excellent food and service in the restaurant. The shuttle was late on both ends and small for the large crowds needed. It serves at least 2 other hotels so kind of a pain.

Comment: Free shuttle to Disneyland, awesome hot breakfast buffet and omelet bar, and amazing location next door to target and restaurants. We have stayed here 3 times in the past year with only one time being a regrettable experience. We had to change rooms four times to find a room that the a/c worked and didnt have an overwhelming smell of mildew. The only other missed mark is the parking - horrible situation. That being said we would stay there again in a heart beat! Staff is great and the rooms clean.

Comment: This was a great hotel experience! Me and my wife came all the way from Ontario, Canada to spend the week at Disney Land and this hotel had everything we were looking for. The hotel staff was amazing from the moment we walked in! We were greated by the valet outside, and as we went to check in at the front desk (the manager?) Boris, welcomed us with a warm smile. He promptly gave us our room keys and had one of the staff members help us with our bags. The room was beautiful! It had a large bed and was just the right temperature. Easily the cleanest hotel room me and my wife have ever stayed in. Once we were settled in, we spoke with Boris again and he informed us about the shuttle service and he gave us a lot of great information about Disney Land and other surrounding attractions! Overall this was an outstanding hotel experience!
