Delta Tire is the best car service ever. They’re very professional and skilled at their job and know putting a reasonable price to their services which is affordable and pocket-friendly. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Customer for years not no more. Waited 6 months for exhaust told because of covid hard to get and price kept rising. Went to another recommended place and got exhaust in 2 hours 1 phone call and for 1/3 the price. Makes me wonder about the other 3 problems they supposedly fixed at thousands of dollars?

I took my car for general servicing at Delta Tire. They said that it would take two to three hours but my car was ready to go within an hour. They’re quick with their work and experts at the job. I am surely coming here for any car servicing requirements I have.

I always go to Delta Tire for car servicing. They’re brilliant at their job. The car technicians are very skilled and talented and know their job well. They also charge very reasonably.
I am going to recommend Delta Tire to everyone I know. They’re so amazing. I couldn’t figure out the problem with my car but it wasn’t running fine. Delta Tire looked into it, identified the issue instantly and fixed it in no time at all.

My tire was pulling a low tire pressure code so we stopped into Delta Retail Wholesale Tire Center. I spoke with Kyle Wilkerson who said they’d immediately see to my tire issue. It took me about 40 minutes, $15 for a re-seal of the tire and I was back on my way. While I was there I saw James give another customer a hat and they also gave him a discount. If I have tire needs, this is the only place I would go to in the Flint area. Personable, professional people who you know you can trust!
Hands down the best service I have ever received in ANY service industry. The previous owner once showed up at my house before school to help with a flat tire, and the current owner took my calls and messages on vacation, offered to let me use their vehicles for my childs appointment, and helped me in any way imaginable. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Best place, hands down!
I do not recommend this business. I called ahead and asked to have a tire with a leak repaired at the end of the day. While the young man had it inside, he did extensive damage to the wheel. I didnt notice the damage while he was reinstalling the tire. I paid at the front office and walked back to the truck. As I prepared to leave, I decided to check that everything was in order to pull away. I tried to report the problem, but the doors were closed and everyone had left for home. There is no excuse for this kind of terrible work for something as simple as a slow leak in a tire.
This small business is so Community oriented. They care about the families and the other small businesses in their community. The other day they heard that I knew of a family in dire need this Christmas and Carol contacted me from Delta and said to come in because there were presents waiting for the family. She said to take them to them. I cried. I generally cried. I have never experienced a business care the way they did. So if you wonder if you should support this Tire place I say PLEASE DO. Support them. They support others and show others love and compassion. Not many businesses do that. Thank you.
I own my own small business here in Genesee county and do most of my own work. But in that slim chance i cant do the job, i take it to these guys! Great work and great prices i can work with.. Gwas stranded with a flat tire snd need to buy one. I have a 2006 VW jetta. I had to pay $143.00 for the tire. It was the cheapest they had. Belle tire wanted $85.00 i could drive sny further without tuining my wheel. Ill never dream of doing business with these people.
Sunday service! I had a flat tire Sunday morning at the hotel so I put on the spare donut and drove over. They sized the car up with a used tire and had it changed quick. The service I received was quality and fast. The staff at Delta Tire are courteous and professional. Highly recommended!! Because they took care of me so fast I was still able to see my daughters softball tournament!! Many thanks again!

I called to get a price on a body lift install on my truck. John said “oh that’s 8 hours plus an alignment”. I said “you don’t do an alignment after a body lift, you’re not messing with the suspension”. John “oh well if you don’t want one then”. “What’s the price” I asked again. “$840” he said. That’s $390 more than an off road center told me. So I will not be going to Delta Tire after they tried to sell me something I do not need.
We appreciated getting in on a Sunday when we were traveling through and had car trouble. It turned out to be a simple fix with no charge. They were prepared to offer us a loaner car and do the work Monday morning but ended up getting us back on the road Sunday afternoon.
Went and had tires put on my wifes car. Had a alignment scheduled after. The tech i believe his name is jr was awesome!! Had a few issues he took me back there and showed me what was wrong and explained it so nicely. I recommend them to everyone!!! Goodjob jr!!! Delta tire is amazing!!

Horrible experience, 2 months to get wheels I wanted. But werent exactly what I wanted, told the girl what type of tires I wanted, waited until I had no way back up there because they had my truck and said they didnt fit, said I would either have to pick what they had or reschedule service when I had already took time off work, sent me foggy picture of what they had and I thought she knew what type of Tire I wanted,, but gave me the exact opposite and would not do anything about it
The only thing I hate about this place is that you cannot give them the 100 stars that they deserve. I took my car here after Midas at the corner of Dort and Saginaw tried to rip me off over 700 dollars for an alternator that did not even need to be fixed. I was having problems with my rim, I had to return twice ( Not because it was their fault, because there was an issue with holes in the rim) They were on top of it immediately, they got me in and out as fast as they could. They showed me exactly where the problem was, They helped me figure out the best way to get it fixed at the most cost effective price. Everybody was upbeat, friendly and courteous, we talked about music and so on. Literally one of the best car repair experiences I have ever had! If you have had a bad experience here, give them a second chance because I guarantee you, it was circumstances that were beyond their control. I have seen them at their best and it was beyond top notch! Love this place, you have won over a new customer! Oh yeah and stay away from Midas at the corner of Saginaw and Dort, they rip people off. Roger needs to be fired or reported to authorities.
Woke up to a flat tire yesterday. Called around and no one could get my tires fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Delta got me in and out and on the road with a set of 4 tires in about an hour and fifteen minutes. The staff was very helpful and helped me choose the best option for my truck and price range. Prices are slightly lower than bigger stores, and it definitely has a family owned / neighborhood feel. Delta definitely earned a return customer.

A friend recommended Delta Tires to me when I needed new tires for my Focus. I purchased four tires and a nationwide warranty. Everything was fine until what I had a flat coming from I-69 to 75 a few days ago. They said they were glad I had the warranty and they would take care of the tire for free. But they didn’t. They had me come in twice and then had me pay $192 for one tire and rim repair. The rim repair was $50. Originally I paid $110 for the tire. So to summarize I had to pay more for the tire with a warranty. The reason they gave me for not covering the warranty is because I didn’t call their towing company which is not specified anywhere in the warranty paperwork.
I absolutely loved my experience at Delta tire. I took my Jeep Liberty up to have a couple tires I had put on, the young man that serviced my vehicle Brenden was awesome and pleasant. He took care of my needs perfectly. I will definitely be going back to Delta Tire for all my tire needs.🥰Go check them out people!!
They took care of my husbands car in a quick fashion, finding me the used tires I was looking for at an affordable price. I had my kids with me and they had me in and out within 20-30mins. They were even very busy but made sure I felt comfortable and didnt have me and the kids waiting too long. I am very happy with the service I received on my oil change, they also rotated my tires. We have been buying tires there for years, but since they have expanded their services I will be getting my regular oil changes here. They are friendly and knowledgeable.
First let me say they say they honor estimates for 30 days. I Came & got a full estimate on my car, & got some of the work needed done through a different place for a better price, when I brought my car back to delta tire 16 days after initial estimate for the remaining work , they came up with a list of new issues (that were not listed on previous estimate) and said they could not do any work unless I agreed to let them to all the work. (Clearly upset I had the work done elsewhere) wanted to then charge me well over $2000 worth of work, so I declined & brought my vehicle to 2 different local well known mechanics/dealerships and they showed me that nothing listed on estimate was needed on my vehicle . Also had brought another one of my vehicles in months before & they suggested I “scrapped the car” because it was not worth fixing. Today both cars are running in excellent condition with zero issues. will never be going back!
Was on our way home from the Renaissance and the motor home had a tire go bad they change my tire out. the very polite very nice reasonable definitely recommend them best of all they are open on Sunday you cant beat that thank you very much.

I called in a Saturday morning needing tires, Sarah suggested some tires and treated me wonderful. After deciding on some tires she started my invoice over the phone so my tires would be available when I arrived. After arriving I asked about getting an alignment also, they were able to squeeze me in for that also. Needless to say after tires and alignment I payed less than a lot of places were quoting for just tires. In the future I will be going no other place except here. Thanks for treating me great Delta.

I was very pleased with my experience here. My husband came in for a new tire, and he needed a new rim. They actually helped him with a ride to get it fixed then still hooked him up with a tire and it was a good deal.

The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. As a single female, Im used to repair places trying to overcharge and make you pay for things that dont really need to be repaired. They did not do that there and I am very impressed with the quality of their work. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
My son worked here twice and he recommended I let this place inspect the whole car to see what I needed to get it road worthy. This is a2001Chrsyler mini van. My son made the appointment for the inspection for Saturday, April 17,. I was on time made it under my own power. Waited two hours for the work to be completed. I was told my expense was more than the car was worth. I asked for a quote for the work.after forty minutes of waiting I asked for my car,and Id call later for a quote.When my car was driven to the front,I waited ten more minutes thinking Id get a quote,as I walk towards my car I was approached by two men telling me my car was unsafe to drive from their lot for fear of repercussions of lawsuitsI would have to tow it across the street at my expense..I explain I drove up here and was sure if will get me home. Police were called, they said they were within the law,and I said I would tow my car off their lot..We got it off the lot and I drove home safely and I will never,ever use them for nothing.I hate what happened and left me feeling a certain way.Mycar do need a lot of work, but I was trying to get it done.When people abuse their power its hard to trust any mechanic.Illmove on and not let it get me down.GOD, Karma catch up with all of us......
Do not use Delta tire!! They did unauthorized work on my vehicle. Kevin the mechanic called me and told me one price then calls me back tells me totally different price. Then tells me I cant have my vehicle back because he did unauthorized work and told me that I would have to pay more. Held my vehicle hostage until I gave him more money. Its not over this will end up in court!! We will see what the judge says. See you in court

I went in for a front end allignment, because I had my struts and sway bar links replaced. They asked me back to look at some things and said I had bolts loose. It was going to cost me another 48$ for 30minutes of labor just to tighten a few bolts. I called the mechanic I had fix my vehicle and he came back to check it. He said nothing was loose and that charging me more for labor was redicilus because they have to loosen those bolts to do the allignment anyways. They sierously tried to rip off a single mother because Im a woman. Will never go back and I dont suggest other do either unless Yu want to over pay for made up problems.
Went to get 4 tires. They put them on,n ext day my wife went out to her car and one of thr tires were almost flat. Went to Brandons tire to get it fixed and they noticed a hole on the side wall marked with a yellow dot on it, so they knew it was a bad tire. I tried calling, but was hung up on twice. First and last experience at this place. Was a joke

I’ve Had a long relationship with Delta Tire. They are always service oriented. When I come in, they always know who I am and the previous services they have completed and update it in my log at every visit. Logging mileage is a pesky thing I always forget to do, they keep it up to date. They see me every 3000 miles for a tire check and rotation. I always know when it’s necessary to get new tires and they always make sure they are safe for winter driving.
Awesome tire store. Lots of personal attention at Delta....and not treated like cattle like at the big chains.I have needed new tires and wanted nice Goodyear tires. Yesterday I was near one of the big chains and got a price on them. Today at Delta I got a quote and it was a $180 less in total for all 4 of the same tire.

MOST INCOMPETENT AND NEGLIGENT PLACE IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH AND ALMOST WAS IN SERIOUS ACCIDENT BC OF LACK OF BASIC EXECUTION.DONT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF TIRESI first went to to delta tire for well tires. As advertised in and out for a good price. When I mentioned was interested in fixing the power steering leak/replace battery I had been dealing with along some other repairs like the control arm they noticed needed to be replaced on my front end they told me let’s make an apt and we’ll have you fixed right up. I dropped my car off on a mon day being told that they would have It all fixed by the next day and would do a FULL INSPECTION on my car to see what all I needed. The first day passed no call so I called at the end of the day they said they didn’t get to it but would promised time have it done by lunch. tomorrow just running behind. Next day no call by 2pm so I call. They’d put me on hold for 45 mins. Hang up call back again, put me on hold for several minutes again so I ride my bike over (over the duration of an hour) bc apparently they must have forgot, come in ask them what’s going on they take me back to show me the car, it was on the on the lift, it’s next to be done and the mechanic working on it has inspected it we assure you. The same exact thing happens the next day, NO CALL,NO COMMUNICATION, ON HOLD FOR SO LONG I RODE MY BIKE OVER AGAIN BC IM CAR-LESS WHILE ON HOLD . NEXT DAY SAME PROCESS AGAIN only this time I went back with the mechanic that his co workers were bluffing that they inspected it to ask him questions about what I need that he saw in the inspection (he had no clue) to show him where the power steering fluid was leaking from. If he had actually looked at it (at this point sitting on A lift 3 days straight) I then proceeded to showing him where the leak was coming from which if he ACTUALLY looked at it he would have easily seen and then asked him if he completed the inspection and if that I needed another ball joint or control arm on the other tire since that side is bad (which is very common to happen at the same time) he said no your good. Just that one. Huge lie and obvious that he didn’t inspect it. I literally had to tell them multiple times what I needed done again that we agreed on thru all of this bc who the hell knows,apparently they have amnesia. So at that point I told management look I know your busy but it’s been sitting here for 4 days past my appointment that you guaranteed done in a day for basic work either fix it by tomorrow or I pull the car out. FINALLY they were done. a few days later I’m pulling out of a parking lot and my ball joint on the other side snapped. (THE SAME SIDE I ASKED ABOUT AND WAS WORRIED ABOUT) a few more feet I woulda been sitting in the middle of oncoming traffic at 50 mph and could have caused and been in a serious accident. Or even worse driving down the highway and my tire just snaps up sideways out of my car. THIS IS SERIOUS THEYRE NEGLAGENCE AND LIEING COULD HAVE REALLY HURT SOMEONE and now I have a broken ball joint axel and a non functioning car. I WOULDNT trust delta tire for anything outside of something basic like well like it says in they’re name, tires. All I wanted was honesty and piece of mind. They could have said they didn’t do the inspection, that they didn’t get to it instead of faking reassuring me that they were on the job, that it’s been sitting there bc this could have been really bad compared to the already pathetic and horrible outcome. I received amazing service from this place! Not only did they work as hard as they could to get the tires I needed for my car but they also got me in and out immediately with no problems. Would absolutely recommend this company!!!
I rate this repair shop a ZERO but Google made me give at least a 1. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!!!!Yes, they gave me a reasonable price for 2 rear shocks with installation of $150. However they NEGLECTED to inform me that a rusted spot in the wheel well which is connected to the shock, may be an issue that i need to get repaired ASAP. However Kyle did tell me that I needed rear rotors and brakes that he could give me a deal on for $199. He even wrote this on the receipt. Yet did NOT say anything about the rusted piece. Not 7 days after they replaced the shock, I was driving home from work and smelled rubber burning. I pulled over and see that the entire piece that the shock is attached to has come off and the shock is rubbing against me tire. I called them and they said that they would see what they could do. I then messaged on Facebook so I would have it recorded. Kyle lets me know that he doesnt feel his mechanics were negligent but will take care of the situation. Tells me to get it to them on Saturday.Then says they are very busy and can come to me after they close to look at it or just take the shock off and it would still be driveable. Which to me is unsafe because it was rubbing against the wheel and the wheel may bust. But he swore up and down that it is driveable. So Monday I was to get it to another place for them to fix it. I called to ask Kyle how much they would be paying toward the cost and he now says nothing bu the tow. Total switch up. After speaking with him for a while and he is back tracking. He then says I need you to leave my property. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!!!! They will not even give me their attorneys name and phone number for me to try to resolve it thru them.
Great Service, very professional and prompt. Customer service is a lost art however Delta Tire has got it going on. Would recommend and will use again.
If there was a lower rating they would definitely get it. Dont tell you when something is seriously wrong, all they wanted to do was say you need rear brakes and rotors. Nothing about a serios issue on the rear end of the vehicle. Now instead of costing $150 to fix, it will be at least $400 because the rusted part has now broken. Kyle says one thing one day, heck, one minute and says the total opposite in the next breath.
They NEVER come back with answers ! Why have a system if they do not use it !

Mike and his crew will give you the best service and deals on tires you will ever get, theres a reason why they have been the only place I deal with for the last 15-20 years. If you have expensive or aftermarket rims you might not get service here though,if he thinks theres a possibility of damaging your rims,he will not be able to take care of you, thats not a negative, thats good business.My last visit he saved me well over $200 compared to every place I looked online for an awesome set of 4 Goodyears for my truck.Very fast and friendly service, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I used to go to Affordable wheels but their workers are just tire changers..I had a bad tire but didnt know it, went to them after affordable tires and they sniffed out the problem with ease, ended up getting new tires from them. Very professional. They have my business from now on..

2022-04-16Great first experience at Delta Tire. Had an appointment at 8 and they estimated would be done by noon. Called at 10:30 as was ready to go. Place was very busy.. That tells you the service is great if people are waiting... I will be back next time I need any general work done.... Had 4 new Mr. feel goods installed and an alignment... 5*****

They were quick to take in the car, gave a time estimate, and made my car ready to go much before they promised. And all of this was done at a reasonable price. 2022-05-06I will not be going here again ever!!!! This place will charge u like crazy and not fix your vehicle..I told the person that I had a 10 percent off service voucher. And was told oh ..thats off of the part not the labor 8 dollars off ..I told the guy that my vehicle was not fixed and he then told that I needed another part.....he then lied and said that he has two witnesses to back him up.....I mean like his co workers cant lie for him.....they are rip off artists.. please take good advice and pass this place up......they will rip u off plain and simple!!! I will never ever go there again I was treated very rudely and with no respect!!!!!

2022-02-19I was referred to Delta Tire through a family member. I contacted one of the owners Kyle and he got my car in the very next day and even got me in a loaner car. I had to have a good amount of work done to my car due to my car running really rough. They had to order some parts and was fixed within a few days. Once I got my car back I was so relieved that my car was back in the shape it was when I first got it. Highly satisfied with the work done at such a fair price. Would recommend 10/10. 2022-05-26We took our wrangler to Delta tire to get new KO2 35s put on and an alignment done. After the alignment was done we were handed the keys and told what couldnt be done on the alignment due to having a different style lift, which I new was there and there wasnt any issues from me about it. The next day my family and I were driving into Millington and the steering wheel started to fade heavy and the jeep started to float all over the road. We stopped at my brother in laws house to figure out what the issue was and the steering stabilizer bar was never re-tightened after the alignment and almost worked itself completely out. I had my wife and 4 year old daughter in the jeep with me and almost lost complete steering. I called Delta the following morning due to the time of when this happened. Was told I would get a call back to resolve the issue and havent heard a thing. Service on the day of them taking $1700 from us for everything done was great. Service since almost causing my family to get in a serious accident has not been. We havent received a call back or anything in 5 days. Thankfully my brother in law and I are mechanically inclined and were able to get the jeep safe to drive again. Very un happy with how everything is being handled.
