Im thankful the team discovered/recognized some additional issues when repair was started and resubmitted to insurance. Minor as they may have been it was great to have these taken care of during this opportunity. Not caring or being vigilant would have gotten insurance off the hook and me taking the financial burden should these issues had popped up at a later date. In addition, the repairs done are top notch and why I prefer this body shop.
I have had a very good purchasing experience with a Preowned vehicle from DeMaaged Nissan. Jim DeMaaged, Andy and Joe worked out an issue I was having that they were not obligated to do. They went above and beyond in making a very happy new customer. This is a prim example of why supporting locally owned businesses is a benefit to them and the customer. I will be telling, anyone looking for new or used vehicles, to visit this dealer. Thanks to the DeMaaged “team”.
Paul the salesman wasnt pushy. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, we got an excellent price for our trade in and a great deal on our noon Nissan rogue. Thank you very much Paul and I hope everybody else that goes there has a good experience as myself and my husband had
Very disappointed in the customer service. As they have me on hold for almost 10 minutes on the phone theres a recording that states how great there service is. I had to bring my car in twice for the same repair. Then the 2nd go around they wanted over $400 to put front brake pads on. They told me they where steel on steel. I said no. I took them to my normal mechanic and he took them off and showed me they didnt even need changing.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have had 2 terrible experiences with them now. The first time I brought my car in just to get a new headlight put in and they tried to tell me that I needed all new parts to hold my headlight in and it was going to cost over $200. (I took it to a different nissan and they put the headlight in in 30min with no issue). This time I had to tow my car there because it wouldnt start. They told me to do overnight drop off Tuesday so that they could look at it first thing Wednesday. I called multiple times on Wednesday and by 4pm, my car still had not been looked at. I called again this morning to get an update and the only thing they told me was that it wasnt the batter and the only reason they knew that was because we told them that we tried replacing the battery and that wasnt the problem. Next time Im paying the extra money to tow my car somewhere else because this service department is a joke.
Body work to license plate area and top of right front fender completed in very fine manner. Car overall was also looking excellent. My Z is 12 years old. Since this repair Ive gotten more unsolicited compliments about this sporty car than Ive received in the last 5 years,
Drove to this dealership to see 2007 Ford cargo van with 63k miles. Van turned out to have bunch of problems. Horrible noise between 50-60mph, oil pan covered in heavy grease, ac is weak, ac in the back blowing actual heat, parking sensors only worked in the beginning, van barely moved when stepping on pedal etc. They wanted $14.5k not a penny less for it! When asked how much my 2018 f150 xlt sport (pretty much fully loaded except for leather seats) with 35k miles appraised for trade in, loan specialist took half an hr just to come up with offensive number for my 10/10 fresh truck with absolutely 0 issues. He offered $30k while they sell between $39-41k and my instant cash offer was $37.2k a night before. I drove 2+hrs all the way from Westland just to waste my time and get offended. Ended up trading it in for $37,280 2 days later.
Staff is friendly. They tried to save me money by resetting my radio, however the next day my touch screen was back to malfunctioning. They are ordering me a new touch screen. Hopefully that fixes my problem. I also hope they take off the $230 I spent for them to not fix my touch screen.
This is not my most recent visit, but since it hinges on previous experiences, Ill respond. This visit was fine and I was well satisfied. However - Almost always good service for the first few years. Had an issue some time back where a manager was to call me; visited with him in person twice and he NEVER responded. It will possibly change my mind about buying a new vehicle in the future. Also had an issue with a routine service - the sheet was marked that the brakes were fine. Began hearing some popping sounds and came back in and was informed that the brakes were shot. Service manager apologized and said some of the people who look at the brakes are not certified or something like that. Cost me quite a bit. Once bitten, twice shy?
Check engine light came on about 15 mins after I drove it off the lot. And they rarely awnser my call. And when they do call back they talk to my boyfriend instead of me. Which the vehicle is mine. And we still havent gotten a clear awnser as to which part I need to get fixed. Thanks demaagd.
I like them. Even though the faculty is completely outdated back to 1979, the service manager seems very nice and got us in to change the oil on my 370z. They even shuttled us down to a pancake restaurant for breakfast while we waited for our car servicing. UPDATE: 02/03/2021 I took my car into this service facility because I had a high pitch whine coming from the back end of my 370z. I took it in and they quickly diagnosed as having a bad rear differential. They gave me varying options: new, rebuilt and used differentials. With a new differential being pretty expensive, I certainly liked the third option. They even used my Redline differential fluid and provided them. Lisa and Shane (service managers) were very helpful and fixed my car in a few days being that I was out of state and was without a car. I would highly recommend this dealership as they have great mechanics who know exactly how to quickly diagnose my cars issue and fix it correctly the first time ! Thanks DeMaagd !!
Andy in service was great to work with. He took a last minute request to have our vehicle checked, performed service and troubleshooted. He provided a good range of estimation to be prepared in case something was found and was able to work with his team to make sure only necessary repairs were done. Great service Andy.
Ive just leased my third nissan rogue from Demaagd here in Battle Creek Mi. I had the same pleasant experience with the same salesmen. Tim & Vince, who assisted me the very first time. Tim is not only one of your professionals, but he is an asset to your company. He made my experience with buying/leasing a car such a seamless process that Ive come back just because of his customer service and will continue. He took time explaining everything to me about my car, even my dropping in for other questions I had. As a customer, he made/make me feel as though my concerns are the only thing that matter. I can go on. As well as Vince who worked with my financial portion purchasing my vehicle. He too, has the unique qualities of seeing first a person and not just another situation. Hes professional and a very kind person. These two salesman, as well as the people in your service department, with whom Ive had years of experience working with, as a customer, comes 2nd to none as some of the most remarkable people Ive ever worked with and known.
Would have been a 5 star review rating , but my truck sat there for 2 weeks before it was touched with no communication from the service advisors, i felt as though it would still be sitting there today if i had not called and complained, a little communication goes a long ways . i know their busy , but again i was not told it would take 3 weeks to get to my van, i was led to believe they would be jumping on it the next day or 2 at the most !!! but it never happened !!!
The Technician assisted me with understanding the new 100 point inspection. Very knowledgeable staff who answered all my questions and also found an issue that I was unaware of. Part being ordered and I should receive a call to schedule an appointment for the installation of this part. Thanks to Shawn Taylor, Service provider at this facility.
Our car was messed up by some kid riding a bike and broke our mirror we were able to get it looked at fast they had to order a part it was here quick they worked with us because our furnace quit working the day we had appointment and they were fantastic about us having to change it then the day we had it fixed. I had lost my keys for our truck while my husband was getting the car fixed they even offered to bring him home but they got it done fast enough for me to get to work on time! They are a great team there! Thank You!!!!!
I am extremely happy with my recent visit to Damaagd. I recently purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra about 2 hours away - I was concerned about finding a local dealership for maintenance. The people in the Damaagd service were polite, and helpful. I am looking forward to doing business in future when needed.
The service department was able to “squeeze” us in to make a warranty repair prior to our trip out of town. The service manager arranged for a rental so we could completed our pre-trip activities while work was done on our vehicle. Our vehicle was done before the time promised. OUTSTANDING customer service, we will definitely be back.
My mom had damage to the roof of her GMC van last year. James Merry picked up the van in South Haven (was camping there) and drove it to Battle Creek and saved us from having to leave the RV park unattended to drop it off. James then kept us informed every step of the way as it was getting repaired. Great service will use DeMaagd again if needed.
Extremely unprofessional, disregard for customers. My husband scheduled an appointment to buy out his lease, took off work, when he got to the dealership he was told the person the appointment was with left for lunch. Furthermore, no one inside the building was adhering to the current state requirement to wear a mask, which is telling of the staff’s regard for its customers. Will continue to use Kalamazoo from now on who has top notch customer service.
Went with my dad to pickup a new 64 Olds 98 Convertible. It wouldnt fit in the garage so he switched to a 65 Dynamic 88 Convert. As we drove out Pres Kool said Bob Ill mail you a bill for the $3500 for the car on Monday to your office. About 6 months later my dad got a bill. Do they still do this?
I went in on Thurs. for a scheduled oil change & tire rotation with the idea of maybe pricing a new set of tires. Andy Notebloom, my Service Adviser, is always looking out for me and decided we needed to go shopping for tires then and there as it would have been a waste of time & money to rotate the extremely worn tires I had on at the time. I went with his recommendation and scheduled an appointment for Fri. The guys did the oil change, along with mounting the tires, balance & alignment in a smooth and timely manner. I can always count on the Service Department at DeMaagd Gmc-Nissan to take the best care of me and my Xterra and this experience was no different. I will continue to count on Andy, Shawn and the rest of the guys be it for regular service, preventative maintainence or whatever else my Xterra needs. I must add that 2wks. on, I am extremely pleased with the Goodyear Trail-Runner tires which Andy recommended. The ride is extremely smooth, the handling is fantastic and the traction in this unpredictable winter weather is amazing. Many thanks Andy and the entire DeMaagd Service Dept.
Horrible sales service, I was the first to call and arrange to see a vehicle and was notified an hour beforehand that it was sold. This was 5 minutes after the sales guy Dan Walker asked me to send him a picture of my credit card over a text message. Wasn’t real fond of dealerships to begin with and I’ll be sure never to buy anything here.Response: I asked about putting in a deposit on Saturday. Monday afternoon Dan emailed me back to say he would make sure the vehicle was there for me to buy. I have the texts and emails if anyone would care to see them. Which I highly doubt other then the BBB who I’m contacting now.
Matthew and James DeMaagd,I am writing to you because I am a customer of yours and I feel that you should know a few things from a customer’s view point. I brought my vehicle to your GMC Service Department recently on 8-5-13. Mind you that I bought the vehicle from a competitor in Battle Creek, and feel that there service department was way under par and borderline criminal. There are many places to bring a vehicle for service in this town, unfortunately there are not many great places to bring ones vehicle to. I am compelled to tell you both that my experience at your GMC Service Department was perfect. The Service Manager Douglas Baker was professional, courteous and prompt. I could tell he runs a tight ship and customer satisfaction comes first before anything else. I am in the customer service business and there are few people like Mr. Baker out there in the customer service world. You both are fortunate to have him on your Team. Please take great care of him and show him the same employee service he gives to your customers! I normally don’t write letters like this because I feel that people should take pride in their work and just give a 100% of themselves every day at their work. But this time I am compelled to write this letter of praise for someone who went above and beyond his 100%. You can truly tell that Mr. Baker has a “passion” for his job and cares about “your customers”.I have told Mr. Baker that he has a customer for life. I will be sharing my experience with many others and highly recommend them to take their vehicle to DeMaagd GMC Service Department and ask for Mr. Baker there Service Manager, he will take great care of you.By the way in my line of work when I recommend someone or something, my customers and friends trust me for my advice and recommendations. You both know in a business world of customer satisfaction the return customer is your bread and butter. The relationships you nurture with customers is priceless. I am sure you both understand where I am coming from.Thank you gentleman and much success to your business with Mr. Baker on your team.
Amazing service! Was greeted by one of the managers named Sorin and got the immediate care I needed for my car! He was super polite and very patience with me not knowing anything about cars! Very pleased. Would not go anywhere else to get my car looked at or worked on.
As Always, great service from DeMaagd’s. From sales, to service, to body shop, You can’t go wrong with choosing them. Local in the heart of the Creek with team members who care about you and your vehicle needs.... what more could you ask for. I’m also impressed by the safety they have as a business during this covid19 pandemic.
Excellent customer service. I get my vehicle repaired here and wont go anywhere else. Andy in service was wonderful to work with. I need to add to this and rethink my stars I have given. In the past they have did good work in a timely fashion. This time I have been waiting for almost two weeks for my transmission repair. I have a gm transmission warranty. Gm wouldnt even give me a courtesy car rental. I have been stuck with no vehicle. my new transmission is under a year old. This is the 4th time in 2 years ive had to have my transmission either rebuilt or replaced.
Very satisfied with their service department. Andy, always keeps me informed of the service and if the charges are going to be more than what I authorized. I bought a used Envoy from another dealership, they have been very helpful with the repairs it needed and reasonably priced, Andy is very courteous and helpful, knows me by name.
My last visit to DeMaagd GMC was back in May 21 and the service advisor had a bad attitude and they tied up my vehicle all day and never fixed the problem, I dont think the technician spent anymore time than maybe 30 minutes to tell me it was working fine, still isnt because there is a issue with the radio DeMaagd isnt aware of at the time. But that was the end of my business with them.
Id like to share with you the exceptional experience my family has had with Demaagd collision...I hit a deer with my Ford Taurus and it did a number on the front end. I honestly thought the insurance company would total it but Demaagd did such an exceptional job that when I picked it up it looked exactly like it did before Bambi got ahold of it, I was amazed. Well, of course I had to start spreading the news of such an awesome job theyve done and they should give them a try if they ever needed body work done when low and behold...lightning struck twice...i had bought a brand new Jeep grand Cherokee and only had it 2 months and a hail storm came through and beat the hell out of it, expecting that doors, fenders, and hoods would have to be replaced, they called and said that they had a way to fix all the hail damage without replacing parts or repainting it...of course I was skeptical but they called and said it was done and I took my husband with me to pick it up and he went over it with an eagle eye and even he was amazed...it looked just like it did when I rolled off the lot, to make a long winded story a little shorter, do yourself and your car a favor and go to Demaagd collision center.
Really appreciate the EV charging station. I was able to get enough juice to get back to the Kalamazoo quick charger on my way home from attending a funeral in Battle Creek. The fact that they leave it available on Sunday when they are closed was especially kind. Many dealerships dont.
This is specifically for the body shop. I dealt with Julie in the office and managers Jim and Jack in the body shop. I cant say enough for their personality and the quality of work they did. The other drivers insurance company pretty much made me crazy with everything, but everybody at DeMaagd did what they could in the timeliest manner they could. Highly recommend and will return for future body work needed (hopefully not due to having my car slammed into)
I always get a little nervous when taking my car to get serviced; I admit I dont know very much about cars, and should definitely learn more, so I am always wary of getting ripped off. I took my SUV to DeMaagds service center and was so impressed; I felt at home, everyone was so nice to me and explained exactly what they were doing and walked me through it, so I knew for certain I was getting a good deal and felt great about my experience. The work was quality and the customer service has no equal.
Buyers/ car owners beware. Brought my car here as suggested by my dealer as they were booked for two weeks. They did not check my car over or they would have seen the blown turbo pipe. Instead they charged me 75$ to get my car checked out and were pissed because i fixed the part they wanted to fix on my own. The piece was not covered with my warranty and took 2 minutes to replace and 60$. They were going to charge me 400$. They didnt even hook the sensor back up when i got my car and called me with 20 min before they closed to try to make is so i didnt have my car all weekend. I will never take my vehicle here again. They are crooked and just want to take advantage of people. There is no way they would have missed the blown turbo pipe or error code for it had they actually checked the car out. Dont waste your time.
I would recommend them to anybody. I bought a 2013 buick encore from them about 5 months ago for my wife and we couldnt be happier. They have a very friendly staff and at no time were they ever pushy. Buying from there was very comforting for my wife and I and will probably purchase our next vehicle from them as well.
Let me start off with saying that the staff are super friendly! I took my car in and had Twenty Two Hundred dollars worth of work done. I took my car to another shop and they told me all of my motor mounts were bad, my ball joints were bad, transmission mounts. I took it to Gmc had the work done and had my car FULLY INSPECTED!!!! They said only 2 motor mounts were bad, my ball joints were good, my roaters were good!!! Nope!!! I had top of the line BRAND NEW TIRES!!! My ball joints were bad!!! I had to buy USED tires, paid GMC to put them on, and paid to have an alignment done!!! All because GMC said they were GOOD!!! I hit a deer and my insurance said I could take my car anywhere I wanted to get fixed... I took it to GMC!!! Over 4 grand worth of work done! I pay for the tires to be put on, oil change, and alignment done. I told them when they had my car for 2 weeks to check my car again there was something wrong! They told me it was fine! Get it down the road and right back it went! Mind you, they had my car for 2 weeks!!! They called me today and said my rear motor mount is bad, my roaters are bad... $350 just to fix the rear motor mount... I am NOT HAPPY!!! Over 6 grand worth of work and they can’t get it right and tell me they are giving me a discount?? The only thing I should have done was an oil change and the body work! But because they said everything was fine I had to spend more money!!!! I will NEVER EVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN!!! Some other company will get my business and my Money !!!! I have taken my car in and spent more money then I should have. I have had it in the shop 3 x !!! I had it fully inspected the 1st time and they said the ball joints were good... they were terrible !!! I had BRAND NEW TIRES ON MY CAR they cost me $218 a piece!!!! Now I have old used tires because of you saying nothing was wrong with my ball joints!!! There’s so much more!!! If you need to know more call me !!! Have the owner call me!!!!
Sorin in the service dept has no respect for customers and is very rude. I will not pay premium money to have my car repaired and be treated so poorly. I have been a customer for many years however after this last visit I will tell everyone I meet to never go to Demaage. I work too hard to pay the absurd amount charged and be treated like I was a homeless person. Flabergasted at how they can still be in business. If I could give zero stars I would. Folloe Up... I have never heard from Tony. No surprise !
Very poor after sale service.I recently purchased a Jeep from Demaadg and was pleased with the price, quality, etc. I was told by the salesman, that If we were a certified Jeep dealership, this would be one of them. I decided not to do the warranty on the vehicle, from what I could tell, this car was in great shape and I should have no problems. Not two weeks after the purchase, my Jeep was acting funny. As I would be driving down the road, all the interior lights, and dash board lights, would flash on and off. When I contacted the salesman that I purchased the car from, his response was too bad, should have gotten the warranty. Now, I can understand somewhat where he is coming from, buyer beware and all. But I have had this car for less then a month, have driven less the 1,000 miles on it. This definitely seems like something that was happening before I bought the car, I would think they would at least look at it and we could come to some sort of solution.
Service engine light was on so i took it in after Onstar said it was a cooling issue. They replaced the thermostat and several days later it was back on. Again they said it was thermostat. Again several days later back on. Then they claimed it was the fan clutch and replaced after trying to charge $497 for the part that was $199 at autozone. Within two hours of leaving the shop the light was back on.I decided to check the air filter and it was clogged solid (even though I go there to have an oil change and they apparently never checked/changed it). Once I changed this the light went out immediately.Called to complain and they said if it stayed off for a week theyd refund my money. Three weeks later called to ask where my refund was and they were only refunding the money for the fan clutch. Asked for the thermostat to be refunded and they denied. Asked to talk to the owner and there response was he doesnt want to talk to you and now we wont give you any money back.Called Gmc corporate office and they are looking into it.Incompetent service, non existent customer relations skills. Will never buy a vehicle there and regret the previously spent ~$6,800 on service over the years!
After contacting several dealerships in our area we new we had to look further. After looking on the internet we seen your trucks and there prices on cargurus which led us to your web site once we seen your prices again i called Mike Simmons i had a feeling Demaagd was the dealership were we whould buy our truck. The next day we were in battle creek at your dealership looking and testdriving trucks with Tim Marske we picked out are new truck. Mike and Tim were very friendly ,caring and professional we felt like we were buying a truck from a very family oriented dealership. We love are 2019 GMC 1500 sierra limited sle, and very happy to be apart of the Demaaged family. We whould recommend your dealership without hesitation.Thank You Again and Happy Holidays to all.
Worked hard to achieve a fair deal and believe I received one. In the end I didnt get as much off as I would have hoped but I felt like the dealership was honest and up front through the entire process, that just doesnt happen very often anymore. If you are looking to buy give these guys a shot.
I am seriously disappointed in the lack of customer service provided at your store. I came 3 weeks before Christmas to purchase a car. I walked the lot with my boyfriend for over a half and hour and not one person came out to speak with me. I left and decided to pursuit other options to seek a vehicle as I was looking for a specific NISSAN. Finally just today I found someone in Grand Rapids who is willing to provide proper customer service and although I live in Coldwater MI, I will gladly go the extra distance to be treated with respect as a purchaser. I will be posting a bad review for your company through Google as well! Its a shame you lost my business.
If I could leave no stars I would! This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever worked with! Do not support this business! They do not care about customer service, take hours to get back you. To then only let you know that the deal you have been working on is no longer available because they sold the vehicle out from under you. Waste of time do not go through them.
Ive been to DaMaagd several times in the past year and every time felt that the service was great, work was done to my statistician. The one thing I would advise is to double check the invoice before signing, as I found a couple slip ups, on two occasions and saved some dollars. They are quite busy so I chalked it up to an honest mistake.
Sorin in the service dept has no respect for customers. He has a rude demeanor about him. I have a new vehicle that was bought from them last year and they wanted to charge me $110 to look at it because it was making a clunk sound, mind you it is under warranty. This was also not disclosed when the vehicle was dropped off. We will not be going back there.
I have purchased several cars over the years from this dealership, both new any used. I would strongly recommend them for both sales and service. Additionally, the owners are local residents who spend their money on local suppliers and contractors. Christa Morgan is the best service writer in town, and will do whatever is possible to keep her customers happy. If you are looking for an honest dependable dealership, with local ownership, DeMaagd is it.
Do not make the same mistake I made! Stay as far away from this dealership as you possibly can!! I was totally ripped off! Thought I was purchasing a good used pickup at a reasonable price last year, but I was so wrong! The clean car-fax report they gave me was a complete lie. Found out later from a body shop that it had been in more than a few bad accidents, and now all of the Bondo is bubbling up. And mechanically..? Ive spent to date more than $2,000 on the engine, drivetrain and transfer case. I would give this dealership negative stars except for the fact that the review page doesnt allow that. Dont make a $20,000 mistake like me. Run, dont walk away from Demaagd GMC Nissan, or youll be sorry like me.
Quoted the wrong price, off by 7k. Didnt know about the offer on auto trader and he was the internet sales person. Put new tires and rims on a beat up W/T and tried to sell it for the same price I got a loaded LT for at a better dealership. Overall, this place felt skeezy and Im glad I made the right call and left.
I bought a 2007 saturn aura 14 months ago and that car has so many issues the sales person who sold us the car (Tim marske) lied to us that the car was fully serviced. I had to change the tires, brakes, roter, new battery, remote (which was suppose to come with the car), new vipers, it had pending recalls that werent done in the car. I just hated how unprofessional the sales person was he did not sell us the car that was safe for a baby, felt very rushed. The service department is very unprofessional i took my car in so they can check the speakers they said they were blown but when I took it some where else they said they were fine just loose wiring. I feel like they provide a lot of false information and would not recommend anybody to buy a car from demmagd gmc of battle creek. I am currentlystill having issues with this car. I was a very unhappy with the service they provide. There was no inspection done in the car and I bought it at 90 thousand miles. It was not up to gm spec it was poor inspection done on a old car. Car dont start to have issues as soon as you buy them it simple someone isnt doing their job right poor management and poor service that all I have to say. I dont think I will ever buy a car from you guise and wont recommend you to anyone. If you did a 172inspection why is it having 172 problems in the car that means your service department sucks. I have also changed all the sensors in the car withing the first month and you say you inspected the car it is a joke. These are not every day repair I put more money and time in the car since I bought it. I think all you did to this car is an oil change because I changed the brakes and the tires within the 4 months.
Im writing this review because of my experience with the dealership, the Owners, the Helper guy Tim Markse, and the other three Helpers, (Not Sales Guys....they didnt sell me anything. I bought something, they helped)I was searching for a specific truck. I found it online at Demaagd. I called, drove down the same day, they let me take it back to GR to my wife, (Her truck) She drove it, loved it, and we drove back down after she got done with work. I had all the paperwork filled out and sent it via my phone. I had my insurance company set up my insurance and they faxed it to them. Another words, we made it easy for them and they made it very easy for us. The owner and staff made my wife and two young kids feel awesome. They did let us know it would take a bit of time to put it together, and that we should go grab a bite to eat. We did. We came back in an hour, signed the deal, and drove our 2011 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab LTZ, WHITE with awesome Beefy Wrangler tires, home that evening. A great experience, with VERY LITTLE NOTICE, and they got er done quick. Kudos Demaagd. So far, so good on the truck. My Wife loves it.
DeMaagd service center is probably one of the biggest jokes for a shop in Battle Creek. I took my truck there for a body control module flash and was told my truck was still a no start. I told them go ahead and find whats wrong and fix it. After a days or so of not hearing anything I heard that they had thrown a part in it without my approval and that it still didnt fix it. It sat there for a week and a half before they said the BDM I had purchased and asked them to flash was faulty. They said they preferred a GM brand BCM and I approved it. Truck started and I paid my bill and was happy. The next day it was back to no starting intermittently. Then took it back. Sat for 4 more days. They said it was an ignition switch. They said try driving it and pay later. A week later the truck wouldnt start at all. They had it towed 5 days ago and have not touched it. Needless to say it has been almost 3 weeks Ive been without a daily driver total. Talked to Jim DeMaagd and he said Im out of luck and he cant refund me at all or give me anything free. Customer service and service itself are absolutely awful here. Do not come unless you want shotty work done.
I bought a certified used saturn outlook in 2010 here have replaced something every year first power steering then transmission throttle body leaky sunroof service done here and still leaks now transmission slipping again leaking sunroof headlights going in and out needs new struts sway bar shocks if u wanna pour money into a vehicle here you go was also told upon selling it had full size spare that was a lie looking for a lemon here u go. This dealer will not even contact me back regarding this vehicle after numerous email see pics of leakingroof .Yes some repairs were done the one at the other shop was a recall. Part of the work done is a still horribly leaking roof.roof on this page .Just an update went to carfax turns out the my saturn was taken in three times prior to me purchasing to check suspension and steering but mysteriously there was no problem when i bought it huh? Cant wait to pay this piece of junk off watch your carfax reports
They were courteous they explain things to me they were prompt I was happy with their service the lot better than most places it just brings it in bring it out they told me different things about the truck that I didnt know which was good yes I rate them all five stars
Firstly, I would like to inform you that I greatly enjoy driving my 2014 Nissan Rogue SL. It handles smoothly on the roads and I have had no mechanical issues with the car thus far.I have owned my Rogue since October on 2014. It currently has less than 5,000 miles. Now, let me tell you about my extreme displeasure when it comes to dealing with your dealers and service centers. When I purchased my vehicle, I was originally quoted for a Moonlight White, 2014 Nissan Rogue SL AWD with the same VIN number as the car I currently own. It was a dream come true for me to finally have a quote for my dream car in the range that I could afford. I went to work that very day after receiving the quote and proceeded to get my loan approved and the check was delivered to me personally so I could go buy my vehicle.Well, turns out the sales rep was mistaken. The car he quoted me was not an AWD, it was a FWD. I was very disappointed in their error. However, they assured me that they would get me an AWD Nissan Rogue, 2014, at the same price they originally quoted me. This was from the sales rep that made the original error as well as his co-worker/boss.I was thrilled. To find out that they were going to keep their word and provide me with my dream car- I was positively delighted. My father was glad that the dealership was going to stay true to their quote and get me an AWD that the quote was originally for since it was an error on their part.We put our 500.00 deposit down and planned on going in the next day to see the car they found.Keep in mind- at this point I have gotten all of my financing set. I am dedicated to the price and car now.We go up the next day and they explain to us that they CANNOT get me the car I want for the quoted price. The “higher ups” won’t allow them to take the loss in order to get me an AWD 2014 Nissan Rogue SL which I was quoted for. The car which I had set up all of my financing for. After looking me in the eye and telling me that they were going to get me the car I wanted for the price they quoted. After two trips from Parchment, MI to Battle Creek. After numerous email exchanges. Clarifications. Work. Credit Checks.I cried. A lot. I was crushed. I was stuck with a loan for a specific amount that I did not have any leeway with. I’m a single mother. I needed a safe, reliable vehicle to transport myself and my child to work in every day. I was taking a huge step by buying a new car, because I didn’t want to get stuck with a lemon car by going the used route. I spent almost an entire year test driving vehicles and researching vehicles before I settled on the Nissan Rogue. With its high ratings almost everywhere I looked, and the way it just felt right during my test drive, it was just meant to be.I was either out a vehicle and stuck with a car loan, or I needed to buy the FWD 2014 Nissan Rogue that I was told was an AWD originally. So I just sucked it up and bought the FWD. I rationalized to myself that I had always had a FWD so it wasn’t going to be any different driving wise during a Michigan winter. At least I had the car I wanted with the exception of the AWD. At least I could afford it. I settled. I should NOT have had to just settle.I am disgusted with the way the sales people have treated me. As though I do not matter as a Nissan customer. I enjoy driving my 2014 Nissan Rogue, but I will never recommend a Nissan vehicle after how I have been treated and what I have had to deal with.
I have had nothing but trouble with the car I purchased from DeMaagd. I wish I was kidding... but I have had the following fixed:Front breaks $250Something about omissions $100Tire Sensor $60Muffler $400NEW TRANSITION $0 (thank goodness)Intermediate Pipe $500All this has been replaced and I havent had the car for a year! My car came with a The Certified Pre-Owned... The sales man said I could take it off and save $2000... I SHOULD HAVE! Stay away from this dealership. They will say anything to make a deal!

2022-05-13A week ago today I went to go look at a ‘15 jeep renegade. Within 30 seconds Mr Tim Marske was out the door coming to help me out. Tim and the other Tim were both very welcoming and helped me get the best deal I could on my trade in. I would recommend anyone to get a vehicle at DeMaagd. Thanks gentlemen I appreciate it!

2022-04-24My salesman Joe was great. The sales manager was great. But Andy, the guy that handled the sale transaction gave me crook vibes. My interest rate was supposed to be 2.99%. I got there to sign paperwork and it was 3.24%. He said, there must have been a miscommunication. I told him that wasnt a miscommunication that he is intentionally trying to rip me off. I called my bank and got it taken care of. Then they added $2000 on to the price just because they can. If my other vehicle wasnt 13 years old, (a Nissan Frontier, so I stayed loyal to the brand), I would have walked out on that sale. I feel like this dealership is participating in predatory practices and taking advantage of the depleted market. Make it right Nissan!

2022-03-10Dropped my car off over 3 weeks ago for them to fix and its still sitting there. Only thing they have done was diagnose the problem that was 2 weeks ago. When I called up there and asked for a time table the guy got rude with me and said I will call you when we start working on your car. I will be getting towed somewhere else tomorrow.

2021-12-28Good care and quality work. Up front about the pricing and possible savings. Tried to up-sell for service but did not actually check to see if service was needed. Dealership pricing but offers a military/veteran discount. Will continue to seek service for vehicle work outside of at home garage service.

2021-12-19Tim was wonderful. He is very engaging and I appreciated his thoroughness and patience. The rest of the Team that I encountered were just as inviting. I love my new car with all its bells and whistles. I would definitely recommend your Dealership.
