What I like most in this office is the cleanliness, and then Dr. Nahla is very nice and very compassionate. Ive known her for a long time and until now, she never changed, as always, very nice. She treats her patients as a family. Her staffs are all very professionals, just like her. Thank you Dental Spot!
Stay away from this office Dentist Nahla Wadie is not professional and rude. Just cares for the money and not you . She said that I need deep cleaning then I got horrible infection from her or her tools .

I have never written a review ever...but felt the need to warn others. Dr Wadie is the rudest dentist so have ever been to. She was drilling my tooth without anything to numb it, when I jumped because of the pain she threw her hands in tbe air and asked, Do you still want it done or not?! When I told her not to talk to ne like a child, she got mad. She rushed through the tooth...finishing in record time I might ad. Two days layer so received a letter asking me to not come back to their office because I had no respect for her or her staff. Not true I thought her staff was very nice and welcoming. With that being said, it was a completely new staff from 6 months ago. Go elsewhere if you can this office is not worth it! I did file a report her to my insurance company and made a complaint to the ADA.
After working here for over 8 years Ive seen Dr. Wadie treat all of her patients with the highest quality of care by providing honest recommendations and only necessary treatment to patients. She takes pride in her work and puts patients needs and comfort first. Aside from her integrity in patient care, she is frequently and consistently giving back to the community and those in need with her services and time. Dr. Wadie treats me and her patients like family and has provided as a great role model over the years. I am thankful to be apart of an authentic practice and such a kind hearted employer!
Ive been going here for 2 years now. Best dentist in town. Very thorough and helpful with every visit. I have had 2 root canals done here and they never rushed the process.

What a horrible dentist. The place is unclean, the doctor is rude (I really think she is bi-polar), and the standards of professionalism expected are very poor.She treats her staff very poorly in front of patients.There are 20 dentists in the area - go somewhere else
All what I see in this office is a Drunk old lady her name is Dr Nahla wadie. She makes herself wanting to do what she wants to do to your teeth not what you actually need done.
Very bad experience!!!! Dentist Nahla Wadie Salem is very unprofessional and she is very rude!! She dont do her job correctly!!!! She talks to you any kind of way!!! It smells very bad in there and is very nasty!! She dont want to listen to you and your concerns... her work is very horrible do not go to this place the staff is very unprofessional!!! She rushes and talks over you dont want to listen to you at all!!! I just decided to take my business else where!!
We had a very bad experience here. First they scheduled us on a day which they were not open. So we drove here for nothing. The next time we came back supposedly the doctor wasnt there so we had to wait an hour and a half just to get our work done. The waiting lobby is really small and it wasnt enjoyable sitting next to others just waiting for the doctor to come in.
This lady is not a dentist. she did a root canal for that should have never been done. it should have been extracted. she charged $1500 and then it broke at the gum line. then after she knew she screwed up she called in a professional to come extract the tooth. after extracted she said i owed him for that. i had to deal with infections a couple times. i think from them using dirty tools. my wife asked for her x-rays and she refused to give them when we paid her for them. i asked my new dentist and they said when patients switch doctors they can request them to the new dentist. this is common practice between dentist. dirty smelly place also. she claims to be a church lady. shame on you NAHLA WADIE
Im normally afriad to visit ths dentist but when I come to dr wadie I feel more comfortable and safe here. I know I am in good hands and I dont worry. I would recommended this place If you are looking for a caring dentist and office.

I love this office they have great service and a great doctor. She is always taking care of my needs and they see me after work hours. I love that I never have to wait and I am always seated on time and the Doctor spends time with me to explain everything when I have questions.
I had a horrible experience with this place. It seems like they only care about your money. They charged my insurance twice for the same procedure. When I called them they were very rude to me and were not helpful. Do yourself and family a favor and avoid this dentist.
Dentist felt it necessary to tell me what my ethnicity is. Like are you for real? You dont know. Why did you even feel it necessary to insert your comment? Stick to doing dentist type stuff.

2022-05-25My experience with this dental office has been less than stellar. I have been trying to get services for my daughter to have a crown installed and I had to constantly call every single day to see if they submitted the authorization to my insurance company two weeks later still no answer. I called my insurance company they never received a claim. In addition to that they try to charge you over and above what your insurance is willing to pay to which they are contracted with your dental insurance. I have a 20% co-pay but was told that I would have to pay above the 20% and after repeated questions as to how much I would still be responsible above my 20% and never got a straight answer. I also had a bad experience when I took my son in there to have his teeth clean and he needed braces and they kept trying to pressure me to get the Invisalign . I was told my son needed Invisalign x-ray and wasn’t told until after the x-ray was done that there was gonna be $150 charge for the x-ray. Later I found out that my insurance does not cover Invisalign which means that the $150 Invisalign x-ray was useless . This office is extremely on organized you won’t know until after you get services rendered what your real bill will be.

2021-10-19After coming here for years and years it was finally time to throw in the towel. I was kept getting told that one of my teeth needs a root canal thats strange to me because I only had 1 cavity my whole life. I have now switched to a new dentist and after new x rays no word of any supposed root canal needed. Very very strange in my eyes that I kept getting told here it needs to get done and than another dentist has nothing to say after x rays of my teeth.

2021-08-18This place is extremely unprofessional. They contacted me stating that I had an upcoming appointment (which I never scheduled) and then cancelled the appointment. They then called me the day of the appointment stating that I missed the appointment and asked if I wanted to re-schedule. Again, my answer was no. They then called me AGAIN today but did not leave a voicemail. I have never gone to a dentist and left with the feeling of being harassed. It is very clear that they are just in this for the money.

2020-09-30Had a wonderful experience at this office yesterday. Dr Gordinier fixed my broken front tooth quickly and painlessly. The color is a perfect match. I appreciated her explanations of the process and her recommendations regarding other services that may be helpful. The office is clean and the receptionist was very helpful.

2018-06-27I’ve been going to the Dental spot for a few years now. I can honestly say that I love the service they provide for me and they have excellent customer service. Great job of setting the proper atmosphere for a professional work environment, the music is calm and soothing while the paintings on the wall have a classy feel to them. This positive environment allows you to feel comfortable. The staff at the dental spot are very professional, they are always positive and courteous when speaking with you. If I’ve ever had any questions or concerns they make sure I gain understanding for whatever it is that I may require before leaving the office and after I leave they always do a follow up call to make sure I don’t have any unanswered problems or concerns. They care about your well being making me feel welcomed, almost like extended family. The dental spot is always clean in my experience I’m not sure why people would ever say otherwise. They take care of their clients and maintain great smiles while doing it. Dr. Wadie is a such great woman she truly does lead by example. She is a great role model to her staff and I see that they learn a lot from watching her. Rather your in the community or not I definitely feel it would be worth the commute. I recommend you come to this dentist office not only because the staff is great but they always use their time efficiently. I can assure you that you are in good hands!

2017-10-04WOW! Walking into Dental Spot I feel like a part of the Family. The Staff and Doctor are always friendly and inviting. They make me feel more comfortable when coming to see my dentist. Ive have been here three times within the past 2 months for fillings and my care is always gentle and handled with care. Something I value greatly is the standard of service from a professional, Dr. Wadie NEVER fails to give the best medical care for her patients.

2020-12-29I had broken a tooth and both Dr Nahla and Dr Gordinier executed a creative “fix” that did involve a crown but did not require the root canal that my former dentist had said was necessary. The Dental Spot dental care philosophy is a pleasant change from the “high pressure” approach of my previous dental practice.

2017-06-26I normally never write reviews. BUT after the HORRIBLE experience I had with this dental office I just wanted to worn others to AVOID this dentist. First of I just want to mention how dirty this dental office is.. As a matter of fact in the waiting room if you look close enough in the corners you will see spiders and other insects..GROSS! Makes me wonder if they are even sterilizing the instruments they put in patients mouths properly! During the procedure (root canal) i was in SO MUCH PAIN.. I told the dentist and she says it will get more numb soon and continues to drill while I AM IN PAIN!! The staff are rude and cleanings are rushed. The hygienist finished my cleaning in 15 minutes... I have been to other dental offices and the cleanings take a minimum of 30 minutes to complete. I will never go back to this awful dental office! PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND GO TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST !!

2021-05-15Ive suffered from dentist anxiety my whole life and my teeth show it. All of my front teeth were cracked and broken, and no way i could afford crowns. After 2 hour visit yesterday I can smile at my grandchildren again and not scare them. When *I* say completely painless, please believe ME. I seriously cant wait til next month to go back. Thank you dental spot youll never know how much you changed my whole life!! 😁

2017-09-20I love it here I have been coming over 6 years and Dr. Wadie has always does a very good job for me and my family and the staff is very nice and helpful. Its very clean I dont know why people say it is not it is a very nice office and updated. I never have to wait when I come and she has helped me when other dentists could not help me and she has made me and my family feel comfortable. Me and my entire family love it here and will be coming here for years to come because if the excellent treatment we all recieve. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a helpful and caring practice.
