Comment: I called you guys to have my house inspected for how the rats were getting in. Instead of an inspection, he just said you’re doing what I would do and if you caught one, then that’s it he also said since there’s no trees, and the roof is a long climb that somebody had to leave the door open So, instead of doing the inspection to see if there were other avenues for rats to get in the house, he just shook my hand and left, even after I asked him to do inspection. I just smiled and nodded and just simply agreed with him even though I was disappointed that he didn’t even do his job and inspect the house he didn’t even inspect the attic nothing not the garage nothing he just made baseless assumptions, gave me his business card and left. I will be working with another company that’s more professional because at the least, he should’ve done his inspection to confirm that there were no other ways. Rats could get in the house but that’s not what he did. He just did in my kitchen chatted with me and then left disappointed in this company.

Comment: Victor is a great exterminator. He does a thorough job of the perimeter of the house. I rarely see a critter inside all year! When everyone has a huge ant problem, ours isnt so bad. He will give us ant traps if we do and that takes care of the rest of them. Victor is also highly professional and kind. We highly recommend Dewey!

Comment: These guys are awesome! Victor G is our tech and he is amazing. He explains everything that he is going to do. Hes great at communicating when hes going to be at our house. When we purchased our home this year the past owners didnt care about bugs so they were not having the house treated. We immediately had them come out to have the house sprayed. I havent seen a single spider, cockroach, or ant in my house since the first spray. If I do find a spider or cockroach outside its dead! Their prices are great for the service you get. I will be sticking with this company for life.

He explained what he was going to do and if I ever need him to come out b fore next service day, call. Kathy (unknown last name) was polite on the phone and got me to someone who could answer my question. He recommended a lower frequency of visits because he felt we did not need to pay for addition visits when we did not need them. He was right.
