Diamond Air Duct Cleaning came did an outstanding job of not only cleaning but properly installing the vent system for my dryer. What was in place from the builder was a fire waiting to happen due to the restricted airflow. The tech walked me through what was going up in the attic and took pictures so I could see the before and after. The entire process was efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Diamond Air Duct Cleaning! Will be sharing this with my neighbors as they may have a similar situation in their homes. Thank you!

We had our air ducts cleaned by Diamond Air Duct Cleaning and were very pleased with the service. Dan and his assistant were extremely professional, friendly and thorough. The office staff was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks.
Dan was on time, polite and efficient when he came out to give a quote. We were able to schedule an appointment for the following week. The technicians performed the actual cleaning service. I could not have asked for two nicer people to have in my home. They were polite, friendly and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Diamond Air Duct Cleaning is well worth the money. But more than that, provides a real service. They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable and their before and after pictures of my air ducts showed me how much dust and debris were in our pipes and the air we were breathing. Would hire them again.
We called Diamond Air Duct Cleaning after our new dryer was over heating and our appliance guy said we needed the duct work for it cleaned. Dan our tech guy explained everything he was going to do. Amazed at all the stuff that Dan got out of the venting. He then hung out to make sure the dryer wouldnt get hot and shut off like it had been doing. Great customer service from this very professional young man! Thanks Luke we will be asking for you again in a year when we need it done again!!! My house system is over 14 years old and I have never had the ducts cleaned. They were clogged with mold and the vents were very dirty. Diamond Air Duct Cleaning guys did a good job on them in 4 hours and answered any question I had. My house felt cleaner right away and the scent is wonderful.

Diamond Air Duct Cleaning were not the cheapest option but we chose them since they picked up my call the first time, came out on a Saturday within 1 hour of me calling them and cleaned the ductwork efficiently. They also agreed to come in a months time to blow the air dryer vent. Well, their top line professionalism never went unnoticed. What more can I ask for?
The guys did a very wonderful job cleaning up our air ducts.They were professional and cleaned up after themselves, and my house is actually cleaner than it was when they came. Just hired these guys last week and our carpet cleaning was done quite well and the horrible smell is no more. They did an awesome job. I use them at least every twice a months. If you want a good family owned company that is reliable, look no further!
I was able to look up their reviews online and they seemed reputable. Decided to give them a shot. They provided me an estimate and were on time. The two techs Dan and Miles showed up on my door steps with booties to protect my carpet and did a wonderful job!!! Very professional employees. Also took the time to show me before and after photos!
Dan and Stephen did an outstanding job cleaning out the ductwork in my 20 year old house. It looked like the ducts had never been cleaned before and they were shocking. Once they finished I immediately could feel the improvement in air quality in the home. Breathing fresh air all round the house.
Excellent. Took incredible care and when they realized that our new house had a 10 year old furnace they took their time to ensure it was properly cleaned and functioning. Very impressed with this company starting from the first phone call. They explained their services completely and accurately. They set up a timely appointment. They recommended solutions to a couple of problems with our duct work. Highly recommend.
I called 830 first thing in morning and representative told me between 945 and 1245 to expect service..it was going on 1pm by that time I still havent heard anything. I just canceled.The manager was very friendly though and let me know that there was an unfortunate situation where a tech was injured on the job that day.

Dan took the time to explain everything with what they were doing and gave me tips for peace of mind in between this cleaning and when a future cleaning may be needed. Fast, efficient, and friendly. 2022-04-24I called Diamond Air Duct Cleaning on a Saturday and they came out the very next day for mould removal in my RV. I dont have a long term review of the work done because I am writing this the day after they treated the mould. But so far I am happy with their professionalism and promptness with completing the job!

2021-09-19Diamond Air Duct Cleaning were absolutely excellent; they came out and installed my air conditioner and new furnace quickly and efficiently. I would strongly advise you to give them a call if you are in need of a new system. Our consulting guide, a technician, came out and went over everything we could expect from our new system as well as any issues we had about our previous one. As we pondered what to do, he was neither aggressive nor frustrated with us.

2021-09-13The expert arrived exactly on time and got right to work. We recently bought a house, and Im not sure if the vent had ever been cleaned. He took photos and showed me the dirt he had gathered. Then, before I knew it, he was pointing out the clean vents to me. I was very pleased with his assistance. I will always recommend him and Diamond Air Duct Cleaning for duct and vent cleaning services.
