Customer service is great. They want your player to be successful in the right equipment. Great selection online and in person.
Being a Disc golf club its hard to find trophies for our league. Michelle is super helpful and has great insight. Their prices are very resonable and service is completed very quickly.
Great service, they let me know I had bought the last bat and there was a slight cut in the grip. The threw in a free lizard grip to replace the damaged grip. Managed expectations and made a fault right. Very please.

2019-02-19Diamond is great. They always have what youre looking for and its always at a competitive price. They have a tremendous amount of product knowledge and never try to over-sell you. Quick to resolve any purchase problems, they also have an excellent bat demo program that allows your athlete to try the bat out (including at a game) before you make the investment. Id recommend them to anyone looking (online or in-person) for great baseball and softball gear. If youre local, definitely stop in their store....they have everything!

2020-03-02Great place for top shelf equipment. My son was looking for a high end 1st baseman’s mitt and they had all of the top gloves on hand for him to try on. Settled on a Nokona. Love their knowledge of the industry and game.

2019-03-101st off Joe and Randy rock!!! Even thou theyre both dumb as a box a rocks lol just kidding, theyre highly knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction. If that by chance dont know something theyll educate themselves to make sure they can educate you. The store has an amazing selection. Most stores like this dont actually stock much nowadays, its always we can order it but these guys have mostly anything youd ever need for baseball, fastpitch, or slowptch. The place is well worth checking out. Today was my 1st time physically going to this diamond sports paradise and Ill definitely go back and soon..... Ive gotten stuff before off their website but its so much better checking stuff out in person b4 ya buy plus their prices compete with the onliner big boys..... They get 7 outta 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
