Diesel’s Place did an excellent job fixing my dump truck hydraulic lift and fuel tank.The whole process was time saving and efficient. Anthony came out to my truck, assessed the issues, ordered the parts and completed the job onsite in a day.I appreciated him keeping me up to date with the parts delivery schedule, showed up on time, being an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and working hard.Anthony knows his stuff and he will be my go to guy for all my businesses truck repair needs. 5 star, A+++

Anthony is definitely a mechanic you can count on when your stranded. We were broke down in a passing lane on the freeway with our 33ft camper. To make matters worse, it was Labor Day! Anthony was able to get us off the freeway and to a safe location. To add to Anthony’s credit, he fixed our camper the very next day and we were able to safely make it 4 hours down the road to our campground. Thank you again for your service!!!!

Anthony was great! He drove out to us for a pre-purchase inspection and helped us save a lot of money on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Very professional, honest, trustworthy and thorough. Had a bad issue with a wheel from shoddy work from a different shop that went real bad on my trailer and called around seemed like nobody wanted to do anything but Diesels Place really came through and helped me out.At a time when Im having to worry about bad repairs for even simple jobs, Diesels Place is really a breath of fresh air. Meticulous and thorough with even big repairs. Doesnt give up until the job is done right. I know when he helps me out I dont have anything to worry about it!

For some background, Im one of those crazy people that bought a school bus during the pandemic to turn into a Skoolie (RV). What has been an amazingly fun and demanding project halted abruptly when I removed some emergency systems and seemingly bricked the bus - AKA it would not start. After spending hours searching online and even visiting the more reputable bus/diesel mechanics in the metro-Detroit area, none would come on-site to take a look. After contacting Anthony, he was quick to respond and took good information down before his visit. He was incredibly good with communication - told me when he should expect me and even gave me updates on his ETA. When he arrived we talked briefly, but I was unable to spend much time with him due to work - fortunately he is a true professional and was self-sufficient. He did a great job diagnosing all the major systems not leaving anything out. He didnt figure out the exact problem on the first day, but when he left he went home and called Thomas/Freightliner and continued to do research that he clearly didnt bill me for. It was both a personal mission to solve the puzzle and the practicality of not wanting to spend unnecessary time doing so that drove him to do this. The next day he came back with a plan, and very quickly solved the problem. The bus fired right up and was the sweetest sound Ive heard in a long time. He took extra time to show me what was wrong and how to prevent it. Two days later he wrote an email checking in on the bus and seeing if there were any issues. Im confident recommending Anthony for any bus/truck/diesel/rv repair. Mine was specifically fuel/engine related, but its clear that he has knowledge that extends beyond engine work. I WILL end up hiring him again during my project, not because he was the first person to travel to me, but because I trust him. Fair price, great work, good businessman.

I had an issue with the lights on my work trailer they were going out and then coming back on everytime I hit a bump. I was too busy with work to fix it myself so I googled enclosed trailer wiring repair. I called and texted a few places But Anthony was the only one to get back to me and he did so quickly. He scheduled for between 10:30 and 11 a.m. the next morning. I received a text from Anthony the next morning around 9 a.m. that his ETA would be 11 a.m.He arrived at 11 a.m and immediately got to work. He diagnosed a bad ground on one side but made sure to check the wiring all the way to the front. He re ran the ground, fixed a couple connections and zip ties everything on that side. He then went to the other door and started working on that set of lights. And it was a ground on that side as well but he said he really felt I had multiple issues. So he kept investigating and found the hookup between trailer and my truck was not making good contact on 2 points. He cleaned, sanded, and separated the points and made sure everything had good connection. He finished fixing wires on other door. He did a final check and the left light on the right door was still flickering and wasnt as bright as it should be. It turned out to be the grounding bar between the 2 lights so he added a new grounding screw for that. The last thing he did was Zip Tie up All the wires that were hanging under the trailer. This was hands down the best experience I have had with a Mechanic in a long time. He didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need or try to do a whole rewire. He also had great communication and showed up when he said he would. I will be recommending him to All of my contractor friends who have trucks, trailers and Heavy equipment. And the best part was I didnt have to leave my trailer at a shop for a week or 2 until they got around to fixing it!

Anthony at “Diesel’s Place” is probably the most knowledgeable mechanic I’ve come across in my life. He is professional, detail oriented, and extremely thorough and honest with his work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a trustworthy and hardworking mechanic. He installed a new Dansville Turbo, Banks intercooler, new manifolds, and made my truck running like never before.
