The staff is always pleasant and helpful! They have a nice variety of books both used and new. Plenty of Bibles to choose from and they keep many on the shelves and if you cant find it in store they are willing to send it to your home or for store pick-up! I have had nothing but great experiences here and they.jist keep getting better!
Discount Bible book store is one the last standing sources of biblical study material that can be held in the hand and pondered at will, without cookies and marketing computer hawks glancing over your shoulders. The service is courteous and professional. I hope this store remains for many more years to come.

Dont do business with Discount Bible especially if you do street ministry. i have been nothing but supportive to them since 2008 when i fell on hard times i was lied to by the manager when he said he would get me bibles. not only did he lie to me but also started talking about me and acting like he was better than me. also they sell bibles over priced i can get the same bibles cheaper at ollies.

Its time I Discontinue my business with Discount bible I have been giving them business since 2008. Even when the fake virus was supposedly here I still gave them business when business was slowIn return Im homeless living in my car. No help from discount bible. They do not have great customer service. They on purpose place signs of their policy not near the items you are buying that arent returnable, nor exchangeable. The policy sign should be right by the items that you are looking to purchase, so you want buy them at all if they have a different rule attach to the item you think you want or need. Also, the person ringing your bill it should always make sure you know which items are nonrefundable or exchangeable. All that is important to them is making money off of you and not making sure you are a satisfied customer. Will not shop here ever again.So, if you are shopping here, make sure you ask questions about every item there so you wont lose your monies like I did. Was buying products for the church... bought the wrong ones and just wanted to exchange them. Now, I have to lose monies and go somewhere else to buy the correct items. Making sure I ask much questions about every item and get in writing verbal all communication between the person servicing me and myself. To me they dont see you as a valuable customer, just hoping that you keep coming to their store to buy their items. My goal this year is to all together stop spending my money where on purpose the owner and workers dont think about things that are important to me... them helping me to enjoy a great experience in their store.
This was a very nice surprise. I was looking for a book marker they had rulers they could be used as book markers that listed all the names of the books in the Bible. They had books shirts all kinds of stickers there was so much. They even had used books.
Wonderful staff, great prices. We were looking for a specific book that wasnt on the shelves and the store associate ordered it for us. We picked it up at the store a few days later.

I will not be coming back to this store no more I tried to talk to Howard and Claudie about my situation that Im in and they said they couldnt talk but they said they would call me but never did they are suppose to be men of God but the dont act like they are or live it Jesus said to help those in need which means help the poor and those who are struggling and alot these people who say their saved are not even doing that the churchs dont do anything to help but think of themselves, and not long ago my friend got disrespected by them he went in the store for someone else and both claudie and howard cornered him like they were going to beat him up. this is unchristian

Great staff and wonderful books.
Selecting a Bible is a pretty personal thing and there arent many places like this remaining where you can peruse and handle a variety of Bibles in various translations. Before you buy its nice to hold several Bibles in hand; feel the pages and the cover material, feel the weight, see if it lays flat in hand, compare fonts and point sizes, etc., so you find just the right one for you. You can do that here. You can also find a variety of other books -- new and used, as well as a variety of Christian gifts and accessories. The store itself is an older independent, in an older strip mall, and it feels almost a second-hand shop as compared to some of the old chain stores that have since disappeared. Happily Discount Bible remains -- a David against the Goliath, Amazon. Please go here and support this little place!

Nice small scale Bible bookstore. There are so few left these days. Staff was friendly. Decent selection, but nowhere near what a regular Bible bookstore carries. Prices are good (discounted from regular prices at a traditional bookstore).

Everything was pretty fairly priced there were some expensive items that I thought they were asking a little bit much for however four stars is for the confusion that I had because of the layout of the store and the way the products were laid out as well. Other than that it was a nice place and the cashier was very friendly and helpful.

I went in there as a costamar to purchase a study Bible.. Im a 41 year old man who spent about a 1 hr Looking and going through their very broad supply And very organized as well very polite staff Other than a gentleman must be the owner Followed me around the entire store afraid that I would steal or something ...Just was very unprofessional most definitely un Christian like in my humble opinion.. very sad

Being able to walk into a place to find a bible is becoming increasingly difficult, which is expected. Discount Bible is a good store, and if they do not have the bible youre looking for, they can order it for you.There is also a decent selection of Christian-related books and other items, such as key chains, bookmarks, wall plaques, etc.

Discount Bible is one of the best Bible book stores I have been in a long time, I traveled 12 miles to get a shirt that a young lady saw me working out in at the gym and she wanted one for her farther the service was great and I recommend this store for your Bible goods.

2022-04-15I Love shopping this store for spiritual supplies because they normally have whatever I need in stock. Also, the owner is very personable, he employs a great staff and the store is extremely clean and well-organized. Additionally, you cannot beat the prices, even if you do price comparisons online.

2022-07-29People are nice but dont send items in for money or store credit. Theyve have had my items for almost a year now and still havent processed them. Each time I call they say they are under new ownership and they are working on it. Several times I have been told I would get a call and not a single time Ive had follow through on that. Im tired of calling and getting the run-around.

2022-04-17I have been going to this bookstore since 1985. I bought my first bible here. It has changed over the years, but their commitment to stocking quality Christian books had been consistent! I love 250 miles away now, but I look forward to shopping here whenever I am in town.

This is a must stop everytime myMom is in town and i always end up finding some really cool lil finds that are great reminders, promises and encouragements!
